Thank you for this opportunity to share how horrendous this technology has been for my well-being and health – and everyone else I have talked to that suffer from this. (I am a health consultant) Gradually over the years, and ESPECIALLY after the lockdowns in 2020, I have become more and more sensitive to this unrelenting energy coming through our bodies. Specifics: Tinnitus, constant headaches, CONSTANTLY feeling shaky and as though I am plugged into an electric socket – unless I go out and ground in Nature, and then I can feel a little relief; heart palpitations, heart pain, exhaustion. Having spent several decades in office type environments or running my own business with the required computers, printers, cell phones etc., I need to now limit my time to only one hour here and there, so it makes it extremely difficult running a business. Proven specifics: 1) I had to spend 5 days down in Virginia Beach at a conference end of May 2026 and felt very frazzled most of the time down there. Four days after my return, I ended up in ER with my blood pressure being around 210/115, with heart pain and palpitations, when I had never ever had any heart issues and all prior tests had shown I had a strong heart. The same thing repeated itself a week later, by waking up in the middle of the night 2:30am, with more intense symptoms requiring a rescue squad trip to the ER again. For the past 6 years, every time I drive to Virginia Beach for business reason, the intensity of all the 5G towers and surveillance cameras on every lamp post, etc., has given me chest pains, palpitations and feeling very fragile. 2) We have a lovely sunny porch look-out onto a park. The RF (measured with a TriField meter) used to be around 00019 -.014 mW/m2 outside, and now around that amount inside our home - .014 - .018 (this being BEHIND the metal mesh screens). But now outside on the porch – as they installed a 5G tower visible at a high level across the park about a mile away – the level fluctuates between 7.8 – 11.5 mW/m2 so now makes it totally impossible to sit outside on the porch ever without feeling zapped. I could give many other examples, but these two stand out. The ONLY way I can now survive this onslaught in general life - whilst still experiencing the symptoms above all the time - is to have a SafeSleeve rf PROTECTION cover around my iPhone, an Aires pendant around my neck, several other products that have cost too much money to try out, and now trying RF material inlays in clothing. This is not a way to live, and not everyone can escape to the woods to survive or purchase these products. I TRULY APPRECIATE WHATEVER YOU CAN DO TO CONSIDERABLY REDUCE THE CURRENT FREQUENCY LEVELS, AND DEFINITELY NOT INCREASE TO 6G - IT IS NOT NECESSARY. Thank you sincerely.

October 21, 2026 HHS Request for Information on EMF and wireless radiation: Docket Number: HHS-OASH-2026-0397 Studies specifically on the higher frequencies used by 5G and close-proximity small cells are totally lacking, indicating the significant need for more research. Some reports point to concerning trends about the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) relying on outdated standards and brushing off evidence of potential harm. No one knows how this will affect bee populations, birds, other wildlife besides the close proximity to living areas for humans, expecially children, babies, pregnant women, or the elderly. In some cases these 5G small cells have been placed right outside someone's house near bedrooms The FCC is a compromised agency ignoring the science that already has shown harm from close proximity to non-ionizing radiation exposures. My comments are based on peer reviewed research. Question 11: “Should exposure assessment or risk evaluation differ for sensitive populations such as those noted below? Please explain.” ANSWER: Yes it should be evaluated totally differently due to the higher risk to children and pregnant women that can be as high as 10x more of a risk factor than that to a 25 year old male risk factor. Also many of these exposure limits are determined by a plastic mannikin head for thermal effects only. These are all totally outdated risk assessments. The fact that the Telecommunications Act of 1996 doesn't allow health concerns when local governments deny permits for cell towers is absolutely concerning! AND the fact that the safety limits haven't been updated since 1996 is absurd! I live in a neighborhood near a community of people that have Electromagnetic Hypersensitivity and I have been fighting a cell tower with them that will drastically affect their health and learning about how cell towers effect health in the process is very disturbing. They moved to this rural area away from cell towers and built their homes specifically to protect them for EMFs and RFs and now they are about to turn on the new tower so close to their community. The FCC has too much power over the will of the people and this has got to end! This illness and the effects of EMFs and RFs cannot be ignored, the law needs to change NOW in favor of We The People, not big corporations!

Set regulations for .05 microwaves per cm squared when the cell.tower is sited. Homeland security does surveillance by synthetic aperture radar camera readings as high as 300mw/cm2.The readings are higher near the tower and the beam spreads out as it encountered moisture in the atmosphere effecting thousands of people plants and animals. Have thousands of extreme readings logged!

Hello, as a citizen of the United States of America, I am a proud woman with a capitalist mindset. That said, we cannot allow big businesses of any type to continue to run rampant and harm our health. For decades, we have allowed businesses and lobbyists dictate what is good for America, and for decades they have been wrong. We continue to get more unhealthy, sicker and weaker as each year goes by. EMF Radiation is one of those things that has become both commonplace AND extremely harmful. We all carry cell phones, and most have no idea what the safe operating range is because they do not know where to look for that in their settings and nobody is openly disclosing it. My phone is 8 inches! Who talks on the phone with it 8 inches away from their head? Question 18: RE: Neurotoxicity: The current limits on EMF/GSM-like RF exposure on the human population must be re-examined in light of the increasing use of cell phones, Wi-Fi, cell towers and small cells, smart meters, Bluetooth AirPods, 5G, and emerging 6G technologies. Hello, I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am an Ivy Alumn, and a mother of two teenagers. The wireless radiation bombarding humanity, plants and animals is nothing Earth has ever experienced before. The damaging effects are both palpable in the present, and obvious threats to the future. My family is considered particularly sensitive - we are athletes, we not have allergies, fortunately, however, my children and I can feel the presence of WiFi radiation when we drive past a cell tower, or spend too much time in an airplane. There is a pressure, slight buzzing, change in the air which can create headaches. It is not hard to imagine the long term damage such air pollution can cause. Humans are electrical beings, delicates composed of high frequencies. When altered, our natural rhythms and biometrics are impacted, in this case, adversely. I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence. I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health.
