Hi my name is Joshua Shintaku, a 44 year old mkultra victim/watchlisted individual currently residing in Los Angeles who was chosen by the CIA before birth to be a leader in the New World Order/Continuance of Governance/Marshal Law regime/Dictatorship. I previously commented regarding my personal adverse health experiences with EMFs. I wanted to comment again specifically regarding potential research that could be done. I hold my PhD in computer science, but I've also spent most of my life involved in the medical research world in various forms, and I currently work for a major health insurance company. At my company we have considered the possibility of leveraging our massive datasets to check for correlations between patient health events/claims and proximity (in location or time) to various utilities such as cell towers, power lines, or other suspected hazards, if it could be done with proper respect for data usage rights. (An insurance company that already has the medical data might be able to compile such an analysis while keeping patient data properly anonymized. Universities might also be able to compile anonymized data from different sources.) For instance, if a cell tower antenna is installed and then 20% of people who live within 150ft get cancer within the next year, that should be easy to see by comparing utility data with medical records. But a proper study would need the utility companies to share their data, including dates of installation and the exact frequencies of different antennae, power levels, and so on. (Open/free datasets for cell towers are imprecise and largely unreliable.) Data for what phone models or laptops users purchase and when would also be relevant if it could be analyzed ethically. (Different devices have different characteristics for EMF in terms of both RF and short range standing electromagnetic fields.) Correlation with dates that patients moved to new addresses would also be relevant. Dates that smart meters were installed by utility companies is also relevant data. (Despite often being advertised as only broadcasting a few times per day, it is easy to measure that most models actually emit strong RF every 10-30 seconds. The power company just receives the update only a few times a day.) I see the possibility that these companies might share their data for a joint comparison with medical records at a large scale if the government were to encourage it. (If they think there is no medical harm, then it would be in their best interest to support the study to prove to the public that the technology is safe.) User device purchase data seems like the kind that is already sold by companies, but if there is a user privacy rights issue that of course needs to be a first priority. With whatever data can be collected, if there are harms from EMFs, and many suspect that there could be many bodily systems affected, this kind of study could unearth effects that are currently unknown or understudied. I am willing to be contacted for further discussion or collaboration on this idea if desired.

Hello, I am a senior citizen of the US and Canada and walking into a big box store with a 5 G tower right beside it scrambled my brain so fast and it made me feel absolutely horrible. As soon as I left the store and got out of there I felt myself again I will not live near those towers and for you to think they are ok - they are not and there are plenty of experts that will testify to their dangers....how can you not listen to them?? Are you working for the people or for big business?? I ask you - stop trying to kill and maime us with military type weapons, Ann Blackmore

I moved to a house within 300m of a cell tower approximately 10 years ago and I've never been able to lose weight since. After finding Dr Jack Kruse and his work I have begun to understand what damage this cell tower has been doing to me slowly over time and while I can mitigate some of it, I cannot move for financial reasons and I cannot plant enough trees to block it in my neighborhood. Please stop the ceaseless barrage of nnEMF into my house!

Dear Department of Health and human services, The UK government has found conclusive evidence that vulnerable populations (children, sick, and elderly) are the most susceptible to having negative effects of being within 600 m of cell phone towers and power lines. Leukemia, and other developmental impairments are linked to the substantial increase of 24/7 EMF and RF exposure. In most urban areas, cell towers are within 600 m of each other- compounding the EMF pollution. The UK has regulations on cell phone and power companies on the proximity and amount of towers that emit EMF and RF for the safe guard of their most vulnerable populations. The research that is relied upon by cellphone and power companies often benefit their profit margins as well as commuting their responsibilities and risks of their operations to other entities or pollution centers. The classic, “nothing to see here” and “look a that a way” tactic of purely self preserving opportunists. Yet, research that has shown that EMF and or RF pollution have negligible impacts on people’s health, growth, development, and resilience; firstly, do not take into account Quality of Life and secondly, are taken from research samples of healthy, 18-35 year old, military strong men. The research in favor of confident unregulated EMF and RF fail to include women, children, infirm, autoimmune, mentally ill, elderly, and other less predictable populations in our country. Reminding the Department of Health and Human Services of their role to protect the health of all humans in our great nation, not simply the strong and resilient, would be patronizing. Instead, I have faith that by the simple request for feedback on this matter is an absolute testament to the DHHS’s commitment to the “least among us”. Personally, my mom (a disabled veteran) suffers from severe sensitivity to EMF and RF pollution. It is such that she cannot think clearly with any device or tower near by. She lives in a constant state of vague distress. She’s Hispanic and she may literally be the first one on our family to be exposed to EMF and RF pollution. My husband and I have experienced terrible reactions to living within 100m of a new 5G tower, including hallucinations and mood disturbances. Pollinators and birds lose their ability to navigate. Children retain their primitive reflexes and our already vulnerable elderly have reduced neuroplasticity. It would be important to take care of these people versus protecting Cell phone and power companies bottom line. Thank you for your time and consideration.

MY NEIGHBORS AND ANIMALS ARE DYING I am SICK. My family members have been SICK SINCE more than a hundred UNREGULATED TOWERS WENT LIVE over our community. This has been a challenge for me to get anyone to help in my community. I wanted to share my story in hopes of helping others. My story is one of many in Terrebonne Parish. After multiple (9) 300-foot 5G towers were put over our homes, four 300-foot 5G towers were put over my home and animal sanctuary, and four 300-foot towers were put over my office. At the same time, smart meters were put on my home, along with those of every other Entergy customer. I began getting sick, very sick. It began in my petting area with heart palpitations, headaches, vomiting, ringing in my ears, confusion, bleeding gums, insomnia, nightmares, dizziness, anxiety, ears buzzing 24 hours a day, severe fatigue, muscle weakness, and more. I have now been diagnosed with radiation syndrome / EHS (electromagnetic hypersensitivity syndrome) caused by extreme exposure to radiation. Many residents are experiencing similar symptoms. Countless children are now suffering. Being a very healthy person my whole life, this has been a life-changing situation. I am usually the one helping others; now I need your help. I never thought this could happen until I was forced to face it by becoming sick. I'm not sure where this illness will take me. However, I must do all I can to protect my family and my community. Seven neighbors on my street and friends have died after the towers went live over their homes. Many other residents are also sick. My community is surrounded by towers that have no regulatory testing information, nor does our planning department ask for it, citing the FCC's outdated RF radiation guidelines. I became certified in RF radiation testing. I now test the towers and smart meters. I can confirm that the EMF (electromagnetic frequency) / RF (radio frequency) radiation being emitted is extreme for every single product, tower, and smart device I have tested. has been a fight to protect my family, my community, and myself, with EVERYONE CITING THE FCC'S OUTDATED RF RADIATION GUIDELINES. I had to learn all I could about this to protect my health and theirs. I've had to turn my home, where I have lived for 28 years, into an EMF-safe house (until I sell it), as well as my barn, which is surrounded by EMF material and protection. My bed is covered with EMF protection as well due to the radiation levels in my home. I now have to wear protective clothing all day. Leaving my safe area means becoming exposed due to the unbridled towers around me. I am a very private person. This is not easy to share, but if I do not ask for help now, many more innocent people will be sick, or they will die like my neighbors, my friends, and my animals. Since the towers went live, six of my horses have died instantly under the towers. All of my little animals have died. My 200-pound tortoises started going blind. I'm not sure where the daily radiation exposure will take me, so I thought now is the best time to ask for your help in making a change. THE FCC MUST REGULATE THE RADIATION, OR THE DEATH & DESTRUCTION WILL NEVER END. Technology is safe only if it is REGULATED.

Hello,I have done everything possible in my home to reduce the effects of EMF'S and Rw's...I sleep with a sliver lined beanie on my head and I wear a Shungite necklace, but all I've done is reduce the effects. Mental fog, ringing in the ears problems sleeping and soforth...The worst time is when they spray chemtrails for dsys making a canopy of poison causing respiratory problems and then they jack-up the 5G Please, please do everything you possibly can do. They and now trying to push 6G...I live right next to Microsoft AI. And I can't even get them to plant trees to absorb this unseen danger. Thank you.

I have had very bad experience with EMF radiation over the years. For example, I walked into an office in the basement and I was feeling good, no headache, dizziness or migraine. After about one hour inside this basement office, I got a headache and I was feeling nauseated. I left the room feeling sick and went home. Unfortunately, when I get headaches, they turn into migraines that last four or five days and this was no exception. EMF radiation causes brain inflammation. Humans and the technocrats who develop these technologies need to ask themselves one simple question: If 5G radiation for cell towers can penetrate the walls of a basement office, what does it do to the human body? The other question that they should ask is this: Do I care about human health or not? If the answer is "No" then they do not belong among human beings or use their destructive technologies on us and future human generations.

For years, since 2006, I have had dizziness, joint pain, skin burning, trouble sleeping, headaches, hormone imbalances, muscles aches, and heart palpitations. I live very close to a EMF Tower and I believe these frequencies and radiation killed him because pets are more sensitive. My Father Brian Lewis Connors Lived in a office business suite due to low income SSI this building had installed five g tower on the building above his office his lived for over 7 years. He had developed pain head ache health issue that when they opened him up for exploratory surgery to see what was going on he intestines had died , he had developed afib as well.
