As a worker with occupational exposure in the telecommunications industry, it became clear that distancing myself from Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure also removed the negative effects I was experiencing from these devices. The main symptoms I experienced while being exposed to these technologies were difficulty concentrating and extreme headaches that only subsided after a nights sleep. Cell towers and groups of smart meters have proven to be the most dangerous sources that I have found. Wifi will also cause concentration issues that will increase with signal strength, and multipule range extenders. This became obvious during wifi rollouts into retirement homes where the units were installed one after another down all the hallways.

Thank you for this initiative.. the RF radiation starting from microwaves , which I do use bit for no more than 3 mins for heating and not in plastic containers; all scientific researched informed decisions, many don’t know that cooking food since it changes food structure especially proteins, breaks their structure, so food becomes toxic to be consumed .. Also , pretty much all microwaves I have tested ( and I tested about 10) emit significant radiation ( in the red levels when growing g cells are killed) to the outside space while in use ( new and old models ); I have a professional RF measuring device and it reads at red levels next to it ( and most hang right above the stove , so brain is being friend if you are cooking while it’s on, consequence a headache or worse if continued); need to move away to about 6 ft to be clear completely and about 3 feet out of red zone. Same goes to the WiFi routers , their signals are eartic but never stop . The RF towers are terrible, I am not living next to one, but that radiation travels far, depending on the height and power of the tower. Definitely need to be investigated. I measured those as well and chose school and home away from them. The radiation effects that science shows : activates mold and bacteria in our bodies and creates the histamine , mast cell activation and antibody elevation related illness.

My Name is Craig Gammel. I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I have watched my wife slowly be shut out of almost all social affairs because of EMF's. This started in 2019. My wife would be nauseated and exhausted by noon everyday. None of the doctors could tell us what was wrong. Eventually I recalled a STUDY DONE BY THE UNITED STATES MILITARY in the mid 1970's.They found that EMF's had a biologically adverse effect on living cells. lnformation was obtained that we had eighty cell, and sixty antennas within a three miles. We moved to a low coverage area and all symptoms ceased. With the advent of 5G my wife can no longer go to a city, restaurant, movie ,concert, or church. She is the equivalent of a shut in at fourty eight years old. She is a college educated woman whom would love to work but cannot because of this technology. I ask you to consider this: When you were a child/teenager outside at night,remember how many nats and bugs were flying in your face. There aren't even a quarter of that amount now. Same effect if happening with birds. I acknowledge some habitat has been lost. Habitat loss cannot account for the steep reduction in all flying insects and birds.I believe we are killing ourselves with this tec After prolonged low exposure I can now feel the effects when driving into the city. Since wireless/cellular towers were installed directly at the entrance of our private small road, our family has experienced immediate and severe health declines: * Severe Cardiac Event: Shortly after the installation of the towers, my father suffered a major, unexpected heart attack that required emergency open-heart surgery. * Debilitating Neurological Symptoms: I personally have suffered from chronic, debilitating headaches that began concurrent with the activation of these nearby towers. Before these installations, our household did not experience these acute health crises. Living in close, continuous proximity to these wireless radiation sources has severely disrupted our quality of life, safety, and well-being. Current federal safety guidelines and public health monitoring do not adequately account for real-world, long-term, or close-range cumulative exposures experienced by residents living near small-road and neighborhood installations. I urge HHS and related policymakers to: 1. Acknowledge and investigate real-world health impacts: Incorporate direct public testimony and medical histories from individuals living adjacent to wireless towers into current scientific risk assessments. 2. Re-evaluate proximity standards: Establish stricter buffer zones, setback requirements, and lower exposure limits for residential areas and private roadways. 3. Fund independent research: Prioritize independent, transparent studies looking at the cumulative biological and cardiovascular effects of non-ionizing RF/EMF exposure on vulnerable populations. .I am drowning in 5G and cannot escape it. A huge cell tower is located approximately a quarter of a mile from my home in Kill Devil Hills, NC. It was installed around 2019-20. A small cell tower is located within 2000 feet of my vacation home in Ocean City, MD which was installed in 2019-20. Many other cells are located on water towers and hidden in attics of nearby hotels within short city blocks installed around the same time. I am a 65 year old federal retiree. I was 6’4”, 220 lbs and in perfect health. In 2024 I lost over 60lbs and went to the doctor. I was diagnosed with diabetes and put on Metformin. I continued losing weight and my resting heart rate was >95 bpm at any given time. With no improvement, I went to another doctor shortly after and she informed me that I have hyperthyroidism and was given Methimazole and Propanolol. Thyroid problems are not a part of my family medical history. My health slowly deteriated after the rollout of the cell towers. Other symptoms include: tinnitus, tremors, increased blood pressure, occasional memory/ concentration loss. increased grumpyness/irritability, enlarged thyroid, sleep disruption, frequent leg and hand cramps. In summary, I believe thorough investigation into 5G electomagnetic fields must be studied since it hasn’t been studied since 1996 prior to the increase in electrogmagnetic field output and technological changes. The studies must only be performed by scientist that have no affiliation with the wireless industry or the government. I believe it is damaging on the cellular level and is dangerous to humans and animals. The bats that used to come out every evening in the summer dissappeared around the same period the cell towers were installed. If we could see the electromagnetic fields that they are emitting, I am sure they would be outlawed. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to provide my concern. I pray something is done.

Since 2020 when these towers were put up, I have NEVER had headaches in my entire life. My Mom has a smart meter as well on her house and when I stayed the summer there, you can feel it and the frequency especially at around 11ish PM. I have never been a sick person and I have been more so close in the last 6 years than my entire life. I can feel my body vibrate almost. I’ve got a million pictures of the sky. I am going to attach them. I will watch DVDs and the same frequency clouds are not shown in the films as the apps. I know myself and my body. I’m 51 years old and NEVER had to issues like this in my head and body ache. When this administration started (which I have only voted for) began I believed it would be an end to it. I have been horrified that it got 1,000,000,000 times worse and more frequent. TEAR THEM DOWN & STOP THIS! America is turning into a horror show. ENOUGH! This information comes from Barbados and directly links RF harassment with induced endocrine issues. The induced endocrine issues relate to long term health damaging blood sugar levels in Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus. The microwave radiation, concentrated to a location through phased array antenna control overlaid on a publicly licensed cellular telecommunication network or via direct energy weapon/device increases blood sugar levels and forces the victim to live in a diabetic red zone where the complications of diabetes become much more harmful and destructive. This can be combined with poisons added to food which promote toxic neuropathy. This thus describes a weapon capable of public application. The submitted graph illustrates this problem in application. The graph presents uncharacteristically detail information on food consumption recorded in grams of carbohydrate and blood sugar levels. The data collection began in response to high blood sugar levels. Data points in green show a trend line where efforts to bring down blood sugar levels were successful. There was an event where a night of intense RF harassment was experienced. Post that event, the data in red shows a trend moving in the opposite direction. Specifically out of control blood sugar, despite unchanged conditions. The event could have been caused by poison, however, I am targeted and know the difference between being hit by microwave harassment and ingested contaminated food. I am experienced in being subjected to DEW attack, which is weaponised microwave radiation. I was subjected to soft tissue damage on an ankle that took six months to heal. I opinion that it is valid to consider this submission even though it comes from Barbados because said country has no substantive rule of law and is overly penetrated with organised crime. The country’s elevated standards of living compared to neighbours is a direct consequence of long term cash flows from scale organised crime. The crooks are armed with weaponry that compromises public health. And it is used or applied. America has a robust constitution and consequent legal framework that provides for a better level of public protection. It comes with consequences for those who scheme evil. Thinking twice is more frequent. By contrast, they don’t tend to think twice in Barbados, they just do it knowing that through an expansive network of like minded people they will get away with it. Look at what is going on in Barbados and you can better protect your people because Barbados is a place where population controlling implementations are tested and refined. The RF harassment is hosted on the Digicel public telecomms network which has Huawei network infrastructure. This isn’t a future risk to discuss, it is a live implementation of p9pulation control. The complications of diabetes un-managed kill slowly. If you target endocrine function with the right negative frequency consistently, you induce health issue. A researched opinion from the Barbados Diabetic Foundation is that potentially a quarter of the population are afflicted yet treatments are oddly dated, and the count of foot amputations is record breaking, as if by design.

Also ate a hole in my bladder. I now have to wear a Nephrostomy bag in my back in my right kidney since my ureter is blocked since 2025. When I leave home I feel better since a cell tower is nearby like less than two miles away. and now we've had to be forced take this stupid smart meter that our Electric company says we can't change back to analog. They say I can go off grid, but then we'd not have power. They wont let me change back to analog. I feel sick, dizzy, listless, and run down all the time now. I didn't use to when they didn't have all this EMF and smart meters. I've lost hearing and eye site too. I have to use two hearing aids now that I didn't need to do not long ago. My eye sight is also bad because of EMF, EF, and RF signals and radiation. Wee need to roll this back to 80's levels and change back to analog meters and analog TV... AI also needs to be held accountable it's too dangerous. At least the people who program it do...
