Hello: Over the past 5 years, I've become aware of very big changes occurring around us, in areas concerning weather and patterns in the sky, and my and my husband's well being. We now witness, on almost a daily basis, "clouds" appearing in the sky that are obviously manipulated into patterns that could only involve man made frequency. I say this because I am 64 years old, and have lived in Southern California my entire life. Throughout my experience, clouds were white, fluffy, and moved with the air currents. Now, we see giant swaths of what look like tightly woven cotton balls across the sky. I have tinnitus ringing in my ears 24/7. My husband and I feel overstimulated, fatigued and our joints ache. Yes, some of this is normal for aging people, but not to this magnitude. Never in history have people been exposed to the level of emf and radiation on a daily basis as we are now, and it is clearly taking its toll. Sleep becomes difficult because of the feeling of vibration waves over our bodies. Other concerns are the fact that birds don't sing like they used to. I don't see as many bees, or butterflies. Throughout my lifetime, especially until young adulthood, we'd wake to the symphony of birds greeting the dawn. Bees and butterflies were abundant and doing their thing. We have to know that whatever we're doing to these creatures, we are also doing to ourselves. Our very existence depends on the pollination of bees. What are we doing here? To our babies, our grandchildren? The government operates under the consent of the governed, but nobody consented to this. Whatever the government is doing, or not doing, to ensure the safety of the American people is a huge question mark and worth scrutinizing because our lives depend on it. I for one demand answers and accountability.

Were steps taken to reduce or eliminate exposure? I tried to stop the installation of 5G+ by informing the County Commissioners of the dangers from 2021 - 2023. They ignored me. I cannot reduce or eliminate my exposure. I wear two pendants: an Essential Energy Life Plate ($350) and a Biogeometry pendant ($180.00). I have Biogeometry plates in my vehicle. I have installed tensor technology on my property where possible. 3g. Any supporting documentation?: I have done some random power measurements with my SafeLivingTechnologies.com training meter. The ambient power measurements in my area used to be 4-5 microWatts/sqm within the "Safe" range. Now, it is 60,000 microWatts/sqm... which is into Bau Biologie's Extreme Concern levels where cellular destruction commences along with carcinogenicity. Additional Details: This form is inadequate. We are being impacted by EMR (EMF is a misleading term. Frequencies can be good.) - Electro Magnetic Radiation from MANY sources we do NOT control at this time. I was made electrosensitive by Florida Power and Light's installation of Smart Meters on the 4-plex where I lived without any notification. For 2 years, I was pounded by 13,000 pulses a day from four meters. Fort Myers, FL experienced the forced installation of 5G masts there caused VISIBLE accelerated aging. I only know that because I was gone for most of year. My friends had visibly aged 3-5 years. Gray hair went white, and everyone's faces stressed looking. Public facing jobs endure the worst of the C19 injection bio-synthetic nano-tech shedding, and all-source EMR. The cumulative effect was devastating for them. B1a. Put an emf screen on my smart meter after birds disappeared from bird feeder approximately 8 feet away. The birds came back like turning on a light switch. I put my cell phone in a faraday pouch when not in use which helps. It's the huge cell tower put up at the interstate that is the worst for my health. When I leave this area, I feel good again. It drains me of every vital life giving source and leaves me with severe depression and pain. 3g. Any supporting documentation? Planes that disperse chemical trails do so by connecting to the cell towers. They do this to control the weather. I am older than this technology so I remember how the weather used to be. I have seen completely still days instantly turn to 60 mph winds watching the planes connecting the cell tower emf/emr. They cause catastrophic storms and floods, heat domes that causes drought, tornadoes not too mention the death of flora and fauna chemical fallouts. I volunteer at a state park. It used to be full of life until a cell tower went up just outside it's borders. Birds and insects instantly disappeared. That was about 8 years ago. What used to be a loud symphony of birdsong has left it silent. The wildlife has tricked down to some sickly few. Many many losses of trees especially fruit and nut. It is greatly noticed by myself because I knew how it was. But for a newcomer, not. It leaves me with great sadness seeing the death of Creation. B1a. I am very concerned with the amount of radiation that our bodies and our children’s bodies are being exposed to everyday! It can NOT be safe or healthy. We wonder why Americans are the sickest they have ever been. Needs to be looked at along with spraying chemicals in our sky!!!! It is falling into our water and soil as well.

Two logs from one fixed Chicago station bracket the July 27 and Aug. 11, 2026 wind events. They do not record those storms. They record ELF magnetic flux density well above the station baseline and leave artificial induction of ELF unexcluded. HHS is asked to treat the pair as environmental-exposure evidence under Q14 and Q18, and with NOAA to test whether artificially induced ELF was present and bears on severe weather that destroyed homes, leveled trees, and cut power in the Chicago/Indiana region. The logs do not establish weather modification or any causal link. They are the reason to test that possibility against lightning-network data and any ELF records from the days before the damage. Meter: Tenmars TM-192D, triaxial AC, stated passband 30-2000 Hz. It misses the static geomagnetic field and the Schumann fundamental near 7.83 Hz. Same indoor window-adjacent setup. Baseline 0.12-0.15 uT. Ratios use 0.15 uT. July 15-20, before the storms (one photo per sampled day; July 17 and 19 missing): July 15 21:38: 0.334 uT (2.2x). July 16 20:09: 0.468 (3.1x). July 18 ~09:06: 0.598 (4.0x); reported day max 1.60 (10.7x), not a separate photo. July 20 22:12: 0.847 (5.6x); reported day max 2.38 (15.9x), not a separate photo. Aug. 11: derecho; 70 to locally 100+ mph from NE Illinois into NW Indiana; estimated peaks 100-110 mph in parts of northern Lake and Porter (IN); 99 mph at Gary/Chicago airport. NWS: 8 tornadoes in its area, widespread tree and line damage, outages over two weeks in parts of NW Indiana, one Gary fatality from straight-line winds. Aug. 11 damage was likely worsened by injury from July 27. Aug. 18-19, seven days later, a different weather system. 43,449 samples at ~1 Hz, Aug. 18 21:08:54 CDT to Aug. 19 09:13:08 CDT (12.07 h). Evening pulses to 0.667 uT at 21:15:23 CDT matched convection over southern Lake Michigan; the median floor then returned to ~0.15 uT while multi-axis pulses continued. Session max 1.171 uT at 07:51:51 CDT, ~15 s above 0.85 uT. The 08:55-09:12 window peaked at 0.418 uT. 14:00Z radar for ZIP 60640 shows the metro clear; remaining rain was hundreds of km away. Grid and appliance noise remain confounds and more often raise a floor than a 15-second three-axis burst. Exotic ELF induction may be present; no transmitter, operator, or purpose is identified, and it is not treated as fact. 1.171 uT is 0.59% of the ICNIRP 2010 public reference of 200 uT rms (25-400 Hz). July peaks are still ~1%. No exceedance is claimed (Health Physics 99(6):818-836, 2010). IARC 2B concerns chronic 50/60 Hz averages near 0.3-0.4 uT. The 12-hour mean was 0.187 uT; some pulses reach that band. This is not a dose survey or a health assessment. A 1-second fixed magnetometer plus radar can show a baseline, a climb, a pulse, and a radar-quiet continuation. It cannot name a source. Still needed: a lightning overlay on the Aug. 18-19 pulses (especially 03:44, 07:51:51, and 08:55-09:12 CDT); any other magnetometer files for July 27 and Aug. 11; orientation, passband, and at least 2.5 readings/s; more than one station; paired air quality if the smog coincidence is studied. RF monitoring will not see a 30-2000 Hz magnetic pulse. The comment asks whether any federal system archives ELF magnetic fields, and whether a small archive should sit with weather radar. Nothing here shows these fields changed the weather. ELF at one station rose by roughly tenfold above a documented baseline in the weeks before two rare ~100 mph wind events, and a week later the session maximum occurred on clear local radar. Artificial induction aimed at that destruction is a hypothesis to test, not a finding. Test it with a lightning overlay, other magnetometers from July 27 and Aug. 11, and a physical account of whether a field of this size and band can couple to a storm. Publish an exclusion if one is earned. Asks: (1) Accept ELF logs below the ICNIRP level under Q14 and Q18. (2) Ask NOAA and NWS Chicago to reanalyze July 27 and Aug. 11 with any ELF records, and match the Aug. 18-19 file to a lightning network. (3) Ask CDC and state health offices to keep the injury, death, and outage burden in view, without assuming a field mechanism. (4) State what measurement would confirm an artificial ELF source and what would retire it. (5) Keep the limits: smog is only co-occurrence; the meter did not act on the weather; neither file is the derecho.

The Chem Trails and 5G Radiation have caused a tremendous challenge and physical issue for my husband and me. We are Warren G. and Melinda R. Taylor living in Prescott, Arizona since 2016. We moved to Prescott, because, upon research, we found their air quality and Environment were classified as in the range of “best.” For four years we believed their assessment, but then 2020, during the so called COVID Pandemic, many 5G towers and Antennae were put up. We have 43 – 5G Towers and 300+ Antennae in a 3-MILE RADIUS. Did that create a challenge for us? Oh, my, YES! My husband, Warren, was 6ft. 5in. He is now 5ft. 10in. using a walker and having other issues. I am in a wheelchair with constant pain, swelling, numbness, difficulty focusing, etc. The doctors say it’s ‘age’—nice copout. They know nothing and truly don’t care to learn. I developed a rash on my arms, hands, and shoulders in the summer of 2023. The first doctor I saw was afraid to come near me. She couldn’t tell me what is was or how to get rid of it. So, my next stop was a Wellness Center. The young gentleman looked at it—touched it—he seemed totally fascinated by it. I asked, “Aren’t you afraid you may catch it?” He said that he couldn’t catch it, because it was A Biotic Environmental Stress and Sensitivity! He had seen several cases. He warned me NOT to use any Steroid-related products, because they would only exacerbate the problem. He even said that he doesn’t like to resort to antibiotics. But in this case, they were needed. The antibiotic was called CEPHALEXIN 500mg. However, he said that it would take several days before I would see or feel a change, but do not stop taking it—complete the course. I was so thrilled to get a diagnosis that I forgot to ask, “What can I do in the meantime?” He was absolutely correct about not seeing a change, so in desperation, I went to the VA ER. They wanted to give me steroids. I explained what antibiotic I was taking and that I wanted to know what type of cream I could use. Again, they wanted to give me a steroid cream. Finally, it was suggested that they would take pictures of it and send it to a lab in San Francisco, CA who dealt only with rashes. 100+ pictures were taken with the lens sitting on the worst sores. Their findings came back the following week: A Biotic Environmental Stress and Sensitivity. The antibiotic was perfect and remember to finish it. If the sores and itching persisted, I should use an OTC cream like Cetaphil. I went to our local Natural Grocer and purchased Ceramedx, which helped to calm the rash along with the antibiotic. However, the beat of the 5G towers started causing my joints to swell with a vengeance. It started in my Sacrum. I had difficulty supporting my body due to the extreme pain. The swelling continued in all my joints and my hands are numb. I can tell when the radiation from the 43 5G Towers are turned up higher. I find it difficult to comprehend why the corrections aren’t made. Apparently, the powers to be don’t care about whether humanity lives or dies. Please tear down the TOWERS! Thank you!

Lived less than .5 mile from a stacked tower for 5 years. Ended up extremely sick from a house full of mold and severe chronic lyme that worsened signficantly. Now cannot be near any towers and am extremely sensitized to emf, cannot sleep with wifi on, reduce cell phone use as much as possible. Being near towers causes headaches, dizziness, nausea, rage, tightness in chest, tense body all over. Cannot find a safe place to live because towers are all near residential buildings. Sioux falls sd has towers on nearly every single school property. I am unsure of where I can safely send my child to school. No child should be exposed to emf on their school property or at home as radiation on kids has not been studied at all. My child suffers every time we are near a tower. Please end radiation poisioning and data centers. This is not the life I choose for myself or for my child. I do not consent to poisioning of any kind, chemtrails, food, water, emf, I do not consent to any harm forced upon by the government. It must end now.

Where to start?....I have been struggling with my health for the last 25 years due to the increase in EMF's in our environment. Right after I bought my home, a police station was erected adjacent to my property. The Radar was pointed straight at the front of my house and my bedroom. Then an antenna was added. Next a cell tower was erected next to the police station, about 300 feet from my home. Then an antenna went up on the other corner near my home. Next another cell tower was erected next to the first one I just described. Then they were both doubled, with one on top and one on the bottom. Next a first responders tower was added to the back of the police station, a mere 100 feet from my back door. All of this over the course of 10 years time. I was the proverbial frog in hot water that was turning slowly up to a boiling point. Needless to say my symptoms were off the charts, to the point where I had to quit my job because of inability to function. My Autonomic Nervous System was so kicked, I could not wind down, ever. Horrible insomnia. My Parasympathetic Nervous System was non existent. Massive fatigue, brain fog, memory problems, migraines, inflamation, balance problems, nose bleeds, numb feet that made me trip and fall often, full body hair loss, heart pain, anxiety, depression and panic attacks. 5G is responsible for all the sudden eye problems everyone is experiencing. 5G cooks the eyes like eggs. The burning and dryness and redness is at historic levels. ( and Similisan, a homeopathic eye drop was convienently taken off the shelves) ..I was dying a slow death. An opportunity to move came about and I felt like I was on another planet in my new home! All the symptoms subsided. I began to regain my health. Even my body hair began to grow back! I am slowly feeling that 'pot' heating up again in my new home as the 5G towers populate my area. My neighbors have massive EMF technology that I am feeling as well as the increase in satellites in our upper ionosphere. I had a cell phone for a short time before it began burning my hands and face and sending sharp pains through my ears, to a point where I could not use it anymore. And the radiation was scrambling my brain. Needless to say, I have Zero Wi Fi in my home. I have not had a cell phone in many years now. My home computer is hardwired with an ethernet and I use a land line. I can not tolerate these EMF"s that are continually increasing by the day! I cannot check out at Home Depot because everything is self check out with a surveillance screen in a row of about 15 check out stations all emitting massive Wi Fi. I learned quickly after I used it one time and it burned my face for about 8 hours. Same for CVS. Even the dollar store now has a surveillance screen when you walk in the door. Paying for a meal at a restaurant is all done electronically thru cell phones. I am feeling slowly closed out of participating in society because I cannot tolerate the EMF exposures. I am the canary in the mine field. Just because others cannot feel what I feel does not mean they are not being affected. I am concerned with the health of all humanity! With all the frequencies available, why are the ones chosen not compatible with humans??? These frequencies disrupt our own body electrics, especially the heart, and second the brain. Studies show these EMF's damage human DNA! These toxic frequencies clump and dehydrate our red blood cells, causing hypoxia. Covid was conveniently labeled as the cause for all the lung issues during the massive roll out of 5G while we were all locked down. Red blood cells are responsible for transporting oxygen to all the cells of the body. My biggest concern are the non stop Chem trails emitting huge amounts of toxic heavy metals in the sky, weaponizing the sky by electrifying it, enabling the transmission of EMF's creating weather modification droughts and deluge as well as contributing to Havana Syndrome. The fact is that the entire planet is now contaminated with measurable amounts of Aluminum, Barium, Strontium, Graphene oxide, plastic particulate nano particles, surfectants, etc. These heavy metals are creating a humid heat dome that is threatening our planet! Toxic Mold is proliferating at an exponential rate. I have witnessed it in my neighborhood and was knocked out with toxic black mold just a few months ago that destroyed me like nothing I have ever experienced. Destroyed my mytochondria and I was flat on my back, sick as a dog..still trying to detox...Trees are dying in massive numbers. Our soil and food is contaminated. Animals, insects and plants are going extinct. THIS HAS TO STOP NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
