Question number two: I am a healthcare professional responding as an individual based on my own clinical observations. Question number three: a) All noted forms of exposure except wearables, unless that would include a pacemaker, and occupational equipment. B) The nature of exposure is through common household, business, and individual devices with frequency as per normal daily life. I do question if initial exposure could have been in my workplace of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit of the hospital I worked due to onset of adverse symptoms specific to that location and time beginning in 1990, that resolved when those restrictions were removed. Future adverse effects were noted with the growth of prevalence in normal society over the decades. Adverse effects multiplied with increased use of cell phones, including non smart flip versions, proximity to cell towers and use of cellular devise with decrease of symptoms noted with ending call and increasing proximity of both from person, personal devices used in home, places of business and worship. All of theses being experienced from late 1990 to present in increasing degrees. There is one other possible exposure that would date back to the 1970’s and continue to present. Even as a young child I noticed an odd sensation when at a particular home that was adjacent to very large power lines. C). Adverse effects noted are hot and cold temperature variations, an off balance feeling of being pushed, feeling of anger or uneasiness for no reason, hearing high pitched noises in one or both ears, feeling of floor or myself vibrating, not feeling like myself, increased blood pressure during these experiences, tingling of hands and arms, especially when holding a cell phone or iPad with increase noted in association of updates to software where as time to tingling decreased from needing approximately thirty minutes or more exposure to approximately immediate or proximity to a cell tower, electric shocks ranging from minor such as is noted when flipping a light switch to taking my breath away and causing me to scream out, brain fog, fatigue, difficulty sleeping, presyncope to degree of fear with driving my children, increased heart rate and respiratory rate, feeling of needing to flee an area but with no noticeable threat, general chaos feeling inside my body, soreness, inability to move arm or neck, menstrual difficulties, and a particular sensation when near electrical devises that are making a humming sound such as an induction stove top, a surge protector, speaker, electrical panel, and on certain locations of a departing airplane. I cannot say this is an exhaustive list. D). As above and noticeable changes have emerged as exposures have grown with attention to wireless devices, increase of use such as in areas that have more or more powerful devices, during nuclear stress testing, after smart meter installation, this spring after fiber installation on my road, and within five minutes of mammogram. E). Medical evaluation was sought specifically for some of the above symptoms beginning approximately 2007. It was continually dismissed until 2017. At my demand of assessment and treatment, heart block was identified progressing to complete heart block within weeks and resulted in placement of pacemaker. This began an ongoing event of more symptoms with greater severity of some, new ones, with alleviation or improvement of some, including two more surgeries resulting in a complete new pacemaker system being placed at eleven months post initial one. More medical evaluation was sought in approximately 2021 in correlation with an episode of whole body vibration, uneasy increasing to anxiousness, tingling of hand while holding phone, and anger noted with use of flip cell phone as never experienced before. My MD questioned specifically if I knew how close to a cell tower I was as these symptoms increased and culminated. I was able to identify that I was parked within feet of a cell tower and that symptoms subsided once I threw the phone away from my body and drove away as to increasing proximity to tower. Since, I have continued to seek medical care for these symptoms with a renewed emphasis since about 2024 where I noticed an increase in virtually all but particularly the onset of drenching night sweats, sleep disturbance, extreme menstrual abnormalities, and fatigue while staying in an air B n B where there was a loud humming noise every morning at the power meter that was coincidentally on the outside of the wall where I slept. Again, this is probably not exhaustive. F) As noted in E above. G) I have no supporting documentation without securing my medical record.

I am an individual submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of a parent, family member, and concerned member of the public. Wireless radiation has affected me and my family. I currently live in Virgina a state with the greatest number of data centers in the nation. The data centers demand for electricity and water has dramatically changed the environment. Peoples wells are drying up, predators have been displaced and now seek to make their homes close to where people live, and lastly these menaces (data centers) require large amounts of electricity to keep them cool. Their need for electricity has driven a massive push to build high current lines that a currently honeycombing Virginia. Since their proliferation I personally have experienced headaches (never had any before), mood swings, and colds (had some colds very infrequently). There are several neighbors that have mentioned that they are on antidepressant for the first time in their lives. To me this makes sense since we really are electrical beings. Our nervous systems are a honeycomb of wires that run through our bodies to keep us working, healthy, and strong. Disrupt the wiring in the data center with Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure and the centers will begin to break down just as biological life breaks down when exposed to the before mentioned. A burning question I have is, why our protector that we pay taxes to every year (our government) has permitted the proliferation of things that cause Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure without proper current studiers? It seems that our government is nothing more than a bullying mafia organization. The last study I was able to find on the effect of Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure is dated 1978 and it was for ancient technology compared to what we have today which are much stronger field generators. Could it be that they do not want to know the answer so as not to have to deal with it? I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence. I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health. I live near an inactive mine that carries rare earth minerals. I moved to this house 20 years ago and have been sick since. Everything from depression to hypothyroidism to fibromyalgia to Hashimoto to imbalances. I’ve experienced anxiety, nervousness, loss of hair, nails, skin irritations, migraines, brain fog, weight gain, etc. In 2010 the county took by imminent domain a radio tower and turned it into a 911 tower. It isn’t even in the county. When I began to speak out about it, they would turn the tower’s red light off at night and keep the bright day lights flashing in my houses windows. FAA wouldn’t get involved and after a couple of weeks and complaining, they turned them back to red. My iPhone 12 would heat up and lock itself down for to hot and must cool down. I’ve had the IPhone 12 since 2020 and it’s been a constant hot problem and worse while charging. I bought a Starlink for the home and began noticing in 2024 it would heat up and I’d have to unplug it. It was worse in the middle of the night. In 2024 I began feeling radiation burning in the middle of the night and outside during the day. I began taking photos of the burns on my face. 2025 was worse. In July 2025 I began to be constantly exhausted and burned even in the winter. My highly sensitive dog began having seizures in July 2025. Every time he would have a seizure, my heart began having rapid pulsations and feeling like it’s flip flopping. I started swelling daily. Concentration was hard and I began cancelling life. Staying home to survive and take care of my poor dog that is still having seizures. I removed the wifi in June 2026 and the towers are still pushing out frequencies and burning me. In the past five years surrounding me in my country neighborhood, suicides and cancer deaths have been a normal thing. I purchased a EMF reader and all of my electric sockets would read dangerously high. The electrician who installed a whole house surge protector called it “Dirty Electric”. I could feel electrical surges in my fingers. I personally feel I am targeted but I also am experiencing everything in my house and outside of my house is slowly killing me and my dog. I have called elected officials and I have tried to get help to look at my electric and I get ignored. Recently I found my house and land listed in projects on USGS. They will not respond to my inquiries or answer me but the write up included electromagnetic information that I don’t understand.

I was working in a small office with a huge electrical board behind me, AND driving a car with blue tooth, AND Router, electric meter, etc. I was about to lose my job, because my brain was not functioning properly, until I figured it all out. I covered the ele3ctric board with foil, stopped using bluetooth, and covered the router and meter, and took iodine. It changed my life. Forever.

I startrd having have bad tinnitus... within 48 hours of my landlord, where I was living at the time... had put in SIX little BOOSTERS for the 5G he had in the house so everyone had a good signal.. my BEDROOM...was also over THREE electrical panels in the basement.. and his solar panel wiring came down through my bedroom closet where I slept. I have had MAJOR issues with tinnitus since then. It gets mu h louder.. ANYTIME I even drive by those stupid 5G towers! I know they are coming up.. before I even see them! THIS STINKS!!

I am responding from the perspective of a concerned member of the public. Signals from LTE – 4G and 5G transmitters are the same frequency as from a home microwave. People are 24/7 exposed to those signals, it’s like living inside a microwave. I know when I was younger a family in the Netherlands who were living under high voltage transmission lines, the effect was that all their new born children had birth defects. And this is only a frequency of 50/60 Hertz but a huge EMF due to the high voltage and current passing through those power lines. I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. This is my second comment but an important one. Very Important: Please look into laws that would make every smart device that emits a wireless signal to have a button to turn it off, for people who want to opt out. It is increasingly hard to find appliances anymore that do not put out a signal. This should be the case for cars as well. Also, no one should have to pay much extra to opt out of smart meters (from power company), and perhaps it should even be outlawed, being that they put out substantial pulses of energy. The digital ones also put out 'dirty electricity'; people should be able to request analog meters (not just non-emitting). Please don't leave out 'dirty electricity' from your studies, which can come from that, as well as LED light bulbs (cannot even find halogen bulbs in stores anymore), fiberoptic cable, or adapter boxes on things plugged into walls like chargers. There should be standards to reduce 'dirty electricity'. Thank you.

Please listen for this greatly affects my health. I need to live away from cell towers, electric big towers etc. I need to be even careful in my own dwelling-this is no joke--- please for the sake of me and my family and all the others out there that are affected by this and don't even fully realize it!!! I even took my child out of school for a big cell unit is within 25 feet of his school. Since, I am teaching him now at school he is more calm and able to take in the info. Sincerely, ab

I'm sensitive to EMFs. I noticed how much when they upgraded my internet. I was able to turn it down in the app but what happens when they take away that option? I also tried a 5g phone I returned it still using a 4g phone. I also have been sick from a power pole 10 from my window. Symptoms include migraines, nausea, burning feeling in my gut, sensitive to touch my phone, numbness tingling. This is inescapable. Once 6g is launched so many of us will be extremely ill. Along with fragrance sensitivities it goes hand in hand with Emfs. We are the canaries of the world warning that it's killing us and we get mocked.

In 2005 restless leg syndrome developed after sleeping on a bed with a massage unit. My legs had weak nerves due to infantile paralysis (polio myelitis). Evidently the strong electric fields were affecting them. At the same time, due to constant cell phone usage, an abscess developed on the rim of my ear accompanied with heating. It was obvious to only use the speaker phone when using the cellphone. Around 2008, a diagnosis of Crohn's disease based on constant and severe diarrhea was diagnosed by doctors. Knowing my high sensitivity to electromagnetic radiation pollution (EMRP) it was now time to have the electric company come to measure levels at home. The levels were extremely high. Dirty electricity from neighbors systems were grounding to water lines creating an electric pathway through our home due to our clean pathway of our new ground to the water pipes from a new panel and new transformer in the alley behind the house as a perfect route. Blocking the water pipe transmission with a nylon coupling at the street reduced the problem, still my health continued to decline. Throughout the city are hot spots of EMRP. With more towers always being added, avoidance is impossible. By 2012 I had lost forty-five pounds, had no bowel control, exhausted and looking like a holocaust victim. I began preparing to get my things in order. A friend introduced me to a mitigating product that was amazing. It was from Germany and solved my problems at the time verified by no longer diagnosed with Crohn’s disease. By 2018, I had regained my weight and resumed a full schedule of work only to find a new environmental problem. In 2019 street work was in full swing for 5G. As thick wiring and repeater units overhead were rolled out destroying the ambiance of the streets the new 5G wavelength exposure produce a dramatic new change. Walking along the sidewalks my feet would heat up mimicking peripheral neuropathy, yet completely absent when walking in nature. Monitoring EMR and RF radiation levels throughout the city provided the answers. There are peaks and dips which appear to be the result of dirty electricity at ground level, possibly 5G along with strong antennas beneath the sidewalks, wiring and transformers above. Recent measurements at ground level are very threatening. According to building Biology Evaluation Guidelines (AC) for sleeping areas (SBM -2015) for medium frequencies <20 nT, 0 to 20 is low enough to have no impact. The measurements go on 20-100 is slight, 100-500 severe, and >500 extreme. When moving the meter toward the ground it goes up and up until one of the highest measurements is 2350 at sidewalk level. There are peaks and valleys of reading along certain streets consistently in the severe range. This fits an explanation for neuropathic symptoms when walking along streets. Measurements resulted in a zigzag pattern when walking the street to do errands. As of 2020 new EMR pollution from new towers and antennas and the additional 5G infrastructure and satellites forced my evacuation from family and friends to the country. In 2023 the natural electrical grid of the earth seems imperiled with satellite saturation. It seems the visible destruction of tops of trees, reduced insect populations and birds is combined with physiological changes. When visiting the city after three days there is a shrinkage of testicles and loss of weight. That was not occurring before. Now in 2026 even small communities are wired and full of antennas and sensors. To stay healthy mean to be house bound and when out pay the debt of detoxing over several days afterwards. This is not what Nature meant for humanity to endure. The necessities for AI, robotics, and communication are out of hand environmentally and though a millisecond slower communication could be allowed at a fraction of the exposure experienced in this country. Without any doubt, our health is directly affected by many toxic environmental problems. Electromagnetic radiation is the most pervasive! Our entire biological system, and that of the planet Earth, is based upon cellular health and the energy function of the mitochondria which transfer nutrients and waste via water molecules in a gel state that requires electromagnetic wave lengths to function properly. When this extremely sensitive biological act is impacted by our exposure to electromagnetic radiation energy far in excess of normalcy- all hell breaks loose!
