I think there is two psychosocial illnesses recognized. Data centers are on the hook for - using too much water (which is basically untrue) - using too much electric electricity (which is true… They need to provide or pay for their own power) - NOW THIS, electromagnetism. We are looking for reasons to say no to something that is coming anyway. I do not support legislation on perceived electromagnetism.

I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields, RF Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding as an eyewitness with a medical record of physical harm by these non-natural environmental toxins. Suffering significant secondary loss, I have become an activist and advocate for myself and others similarly situated. If unaddressed by the HHS and FCC, regulatory agencies tasked with protecting the people, we are a class action waiting to happen – supported by the overwhelming eyewitness evidence, non-industry-funded science, national and international medical and legal professionals. Criminal harm is occurring from this unauthorized experimental use not been proven safe in the updated, non-industry-conflicted science. See attachments. This wireless microwave radiation has severely adversely affected myself, my late mother, grandchildren, their pets and others in several disability groups I have been a part of since 1994 at my Social Security Disability documented onset. THE SUFFERING For thirty years I have suffered from this electronic version of an environmental plague. The original source of my exposure was with the installation of a cellular microwave tower at the NC church we pastored, near our parsonage. Exposure continued when in proximity to devices such as DECT wireless phones, routers, high tension power towers, and a cell phone after I moved. I suffered much secondary loss from an environmentally-caused illness foisted upon me by others who knew the risks. In 2015, upon relocation to San Diego across the street from multiple high tension power towers, and a wifi router on the other side of the wall from the room I rented, my symptoms drastically increased from an already disabling level to almost unbearable torture. At the next condominium unit I had to relocate to 6 months later because of this, there were multiple aesthetically hidden towers across the road. Symptoms worsened unbearably, and I moved a year later to an apartment complex in a lower EMF area, not knowing there were wifi routers in neighboring apartments, and an airport related tower that would penetrate the bedroom window each morning waking me up 30 minutes before the planes would take off. Purchasing an EMF meter confirmed objectively my symptoms and their direct correlation to EMF microwave radiation sources in the electronic landscape. HEALTH EFFECTS DOCUMENTED My health effects tracked, in real time, the exposures. From the beginning, as a young active happy pastor’s wife and mother of middle and high school teens, a non-exhaustive list of symptoms documented in my medical record included a 40+ drop in my IQ in the area of new information processing deficits including auditory delay measured by independent Social Security Disability experts as compared to the previous 140 MENSA in my high school transcript – “brain fog” is putting it mildly. Tinnitus, increased heart rate to 150, neurally mediated hypotension, spatial disorientation, blurring of vision in my one good eye, chronic optical migraines, later onset of cataract in the back of my legally blind right eye all developed. Sudden onset of “fatigue” felt like walking through concrete cement with every step. Coma-type of narcolepsy sleep for up to 20 hours a day, muscle cramping, sudden elevation of my formerly normal cholesterol to 270 happened at acute onset. Sensitivities to previously tolerated chemicals, including most medications, along with a new sensitivity to cold, caused a code during surgery and recommendation to avoid elective surgery. Cramping of my leg muscles and abnormal gait necessitated use of a cane many days, immune system dysregulation with a profile including low natural killer cells, abnormal T-lymphocytes, and a CD4 reverse pattern from AIDS. This is only a partial list of symptoms that occurred many years “mysteriously” after wireless installation near my residence ended life as normal, culminating in a 2020 adenocarcinoma Stage IIIB cancer diagnosis and being told by my radiation oncologist consult that EMF radiation caused the cancer, and I was not a good candidate for radiation or I could hemorrhage at those doses. After the surgery, I was in extreme pain when exposed to levels over .100 megahertz for more than a brief time. My MD attended the 2019 EMF Medical Conference in Costa Mesa, CA, and diagnosed me with what is now known as Electromagnetic Radiation Syndrome (Diagnosis Code: W90.0) that tracked my symptom onset/exposures and is also associated with cancer, heart, neurological and reproductive disorders. I am responding from the perspective of a grandparent and concerned member of the public When I am exposed to wireless radiation from wireless towers and high power lines even for brief periods of time, I experience sever headaches and an overwhelming feeling of pressure on my body. This effect has increased over time as more and more. 5G towers have been built and activated in and around areas where I have lived. Relocation to areas away from towers and high power lines has made a huge difference in the quality of my life. I believe HHS should address this issue on behalf of all of us who have and will continue to have physical pain and health issues due to the continuous exposure to the wireless radiation that needs to be mitigated. I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence. I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health. I am responding from the perspective of a concerned member of the public. Wireless radiation has affected me because I have been forced to allow smart meters be installed at my home. The electric meter was placed on the outside of my kitchen. I was told to allow them to install it or police would be called. My local health group sent many documents to the Kansas Corporation Commission and they have not helped to protect our health or property. One friend is sensitive to wireless radiation and avoids groups do to phone and other radiation. In 1970 my Father felt ill while working for KG&E the Electric Company at their substation. He died from a cardiac arrest before his buddy could get him to the hospital leaving my Mother to raise four young children on her on. I support people affected by wireless radiation because their health is important to me and I believe HHS should address this issue because the Kansas Corporation Commission has not protected Kansans. I beg you to take action to stand up for the health of the public. We are victims of technology that is built next to our homes 5 G 6 G towers… sub stations etc smart meters! Affecting our sleep and our nervous systems. Causing cancer… no one will be spared. Study , regulate and demand protective measures in neighborhoods

I support HHS in taking an active role in investigating the effects of EMFs, Radiofrequency and wireless radiation. I have read many people's stories and have friends who report severe affects such as loss of sleep, depression, anxiety, etc. For most of us, it is difficult to definitevely know how we are affected. As a cancer survivor, I will never know what "caused" the cancer to develop. When i read stories of people living near power lives and cell towers who develop cancer, whole communities who develop cancer, I wonder about my own exposure. I hope you will HHS to hire scientists and doctors and researchers who have no vested interest in the outcome to help develop proper guidelines so we all live healthy and long lives. Thank you.

We used to live rather close to a transformer. Our next-door neighbor actually had it in front of their front yard. We had not been aware of the dangers of EMFs until the 5 year old son of our neighbor's developed a brain tumor and we started reading about the concerns that were being raised about EMF exposure. We should be taking every possible precaution with the use of technology that has red flags all over them.

I am responding from the perspective of an EMF DISABLED patient, parent /my daughter is also EMF harmed, I am a healthcare professional-Family Nurse Practitioner of 42 years, and a researcher / author and Anti-EMF advocate, & concerned member of the public. I had to leave my medical clinic 5 years ago because the landlord put WiFi Routers above and next to my clinic. Then the local electric company EWEB put a SMART Meter on the building. I became light headed, headaches, nausea, my blood pressure spiked and I became unsteady on my feet with fuzzy thinking. I could no longer see patients in my medical practice. I moved my Nurse Practitioner clinic home and had to let go my 3 staff. This rather wrecked my finances. My home had a safe analog electric meter, and I had thrown out my cell phone and got wired modems and a $3,500 Power Perfect device on my electric system to take out all dirty electricity from the power lines coming into my house. That worked until the dread Eugene Water and Electric company forced me and everyone else in town to get a digital SMART METER ON THE HOUSE. Five ex-military “Security people” from EWEB appeared and 3 of them were in body armor with a taser on one hip and a pistol on the other and told me they were here to take your meter lady”. Fabulous intimidation, I was 74 years of age were they expecting I would wrestle them to the ground? The day they put the SMART meter on my home I immediately had high pitched buzzing in my head ,chest pain, my blood pressure spiked, headaches and I was unsteady on my feet. I could not stay in the home so I slept in a friend’s shed with no power. I called EWEB the next day to see if they could give me another type of meter. They sent another armed guard and a bucket truck out and told me I had to keep this meter that I had or they could cut the power at the pole…...So they cut my power on Sept 27, 2024 because I could not live in a house with a Smart meter and be EMF Disabled. Two years later I am running off a solar generator and had to change out $55,000 in getting all new natural gas appliances for a refrigerator, heating stove, water heater,solar panels.My oven does not work since it is electric and I have been cooking all my meals on a Coleman camp stove for 2 years on a covered deck in all weather. I am now 75. Unfortunately I am still not safe living here due to more EMFs/ cell towers and my neighbor’s homes emitting RF and it was my “Forever home” of 20 years and it looks like I am to be forced out of here. I have one 30 watt non LED light bulb in the whole home that runs off a solar generator and my computer. I spend my evenings with candles or REI back packing lanterns for light in the home since the power was cut at the pole 2 years ago. I still have high pitched buzzing in my head, fuzzy thinking when it is high with awful fatigue that comes in waves. I can pick up 16 of my neighbor’s WiFi routers, and their SMART meters & a baby monitor on my EMF /RF meter. I have NOT slept through the night in 3 years now since the SMART meter roll out. I NEVER wake up refreshed no matter how many hours I am trying to sleep. I have come to hate nights due to the constant buzzing. My white blood count has dropped due to the EMF exposure and I am working myself up for auto immune problems and it has stirred up my in-remission Epstein Barr from 30 years ago. I now have all leather grounding shoes, 4 grounding mats to sit on, a grounding mat on my bed that is grounded on my mattress, I have grounding silver thread sheets and a $1,300 SILVER thread Faraday canopy over my bed. I have put aluminum radiant barrier on my bedroom walls/ ceiling and floor and have put 2 layers of aluminum screen over my bedroom windows and the mesh is grounded with a metal rod. All of this blocks some of the EMFs/ RF, but not enough. On the www.AntennaeSearch.com website my home comes up with 161 large 5G towers and 492 small cell antenna within 3 miles of my home. They have a new 5G 500 foot tower 0.2 miles from my home with 3 telecoms on it, I can see the tower from my back deck. When it was 4G it did not give me symptoms .“They” put in 15 large 400-500 foot towers during Covid when people were not looking/ distracted ,along the railroad track which curves so all 15 of these Damn towers are ¾ of a mile from my home. I am being COOKED and I feel rotten. If I go out into the country away from cell phone towers ALL the buzzing in my head goes away and my cognition totally clears up and I have energy again. The RF/ EMF/ 5G towers & cell phones and wifi routers made me sick. They are an invisible toxin that is permeating my walls, ceiling and windows and my yard, that I no longer enjoy being in since the buzzing in my head is worse outside. At 75 I have to find a new home.

Beginning is Spring of 2014, I started having some major problems with my health. This included low energy and inability to sleep at night, dry eyes or burning eyes for no reason, vertigo on changing positions, dizziness, racing thoughts, forgetfulness, waking up hot and sweaty, but had gone through menopause 10 years previously, depression, IBS and diarrhea, skin pigmentation blotchy face and arms, ih have roleux blood which clumps up when I am over exposed, heart palpitations or crushing pain which I finally had to have a pacemaker installed in 2019 and in that area and 24/7 tinnitus. I passed out on a few occasions, twice at home, once at a bank in which the banker said my eyes rolled. I passed out again on July 10th and ended up in emergency leaving with a heart monitor to wear for a month. I started to see Karen von Merveldt-Guevara, a German MD due to no real cure from my emergency visit. Testing was completed and I was suffering from copper overload, and it was toxicity levels and adrenal fatigue. I visited the dentist due to heavy metal toxicity and removed old fillings due to their amalgam silver and mercury laden fillings leaching into my blood stream. We had just had a Smart Meter installed on our house which also had solar array on the roof. It had an inverter, but it was determined that it needed a filter which was installed on the house on the recommendation of the building biologist who actually conducted an inspection. I was living 3 blocks from stealth cell tower on top of the fire house and the suspicion that radio frequencies from this combination was making me totally disabled. We installed a silver lined protection over the bed while sleeping at night, but the fear of living in this space made us move. We moved out of the state of Arizona due to the inablilty to keep an analog meter on our house. We moved to Oregon where we found a house with the standard analog meter and I was 1.5 miles from the nearest cell tower and did well until, again a utility company demanded that we install another Smart Meter on the home. Again, we chose to move out of this utility company's control and live elsewhere. This has been the pattern now for 12 years. I do OK as long as I am not bombarded with RF frequencies that affect me negatively. I cannot spend all day and all night in high frequencies. I do not work and remain close to my home now so it has also limited my ability to travel and enjoy life.

I am responding from the perspective of a patient, parent, concerned member of the public. From terrible insomnia, gut imbalances, exacerbated mold issues both in the house and in the body, terrible tinnitus, to hearing EMF pulses through my implant tooth made of a titanium rod and a multi-metal crown lattice (I.e. an antenna!), the horrific quantity of EMF is overwhelming. I was in tech from 1996-2012 when I quit Microsoft due to EMF from computers, wifi, and cellular. First effects of sweaty hands, brain fog, energy drain started as early as 2000 and only got worse with time. I quit tech in 2003 for health reasons, but felt forced for financial reasons to return in 2004 until I officially quit and moved to small town California to escape EMF (outskirts of Grass Valley where the nearest cell tower was over a mile away). Note battles continue to today 2026 to keep cell towers off a elementary school and people's homes <1 mile of my house. After much research and trial and error I removed wifi completely from my house and felt immediate relief. I then had to clean up the dirty sine wave electricity coming to my house and generated by my own electronics using Stetzerizer electrical filters. I got my EMF sampling down to -62 decibels steady. Urban settings are around -42 decibels. A cell phone can pulse to -10 decibels within 3 feet. I found peace finally in my rural setting, but suffered every-time I went to town, stayed at a hotel/motel, on took a plane where everyone now uses wifi in a metal cage (the plane) which keeps all the wifi contained and absorb by the human body, and we wonder why traveling in cars or planes is so tiring now? It didn't used to be that way! Did you know that microwaves are pure sine waves called carrier waves that is, until you add the data onto them that create all kinds of bumps and eddies on the wave? If you study dirty electricity how pure sine waves become jagged and distorted by machines and electronics converting AC to DC, causing erratic magnetic fields that to the body are irritating and hard to balance, not to mention oxidative damage (stress)? Well same with microwaves with data added on them. Not to mention microwaves especially 2.4mHz that literally shakes water molecules violently in a microwave causing heat and splits DNA strand? Those microwaves can carry those erratic waves directly to every cell in your body! You are made of 72% water! Did you know that stem cell differentiation in bone marrow actually uses the frequency range that includes 2.4mHz to determine if the stem cell becomes blood, muscle, or nerve? Leukemia cancer, common near cell towers like the San Fransisco tower, is a cell differentiation problem! Why is that not talked about? I can go on, but clearly the ridiculous notion that heat is the only problem caused by our use of EMF waves must be overcome. When china--who has very little concern for its individual inhabitants--has a 10x better (more stringent) standard for EMF exposure than the United States, clearly industry has captured yet another so called regulatory agency in the FCC.
