Hello, my name is Arlet Rodriguez. I’m 26 years old, & I’ve been negatively affected by RF/EMF biomonitoring. In the year 2020, in the start of COVID lockdown, my cp devices were hacked into/infiltrated. I had a Blue Journal app, for ex., which began to ask sexual questions as prompt ideas. I was prevented from applying to a coding bootcamp stipend, & couldn’t complete my education. My underwear was stolen, & later on, my vid camera & Kindle. My car was broken into, & a piece next to the driver’s seat was missing, so I began to feel too scared to drive. I began to experience the effects of synthetic telepathy 24/7, commonly referred to Voice-To-Skull tech, but it wasn’t obvious at first; the transmissions were faint. Even so, a man with a black mask walked past me and tapped his ear as if signaling to listen. A few weeks later, I woke up one morning to very loud & abusive transmissions. I thought of it as assimilation, brainwashing, & also a possible earpiece that was put into my ear/s. A short time after, I noticed that there were white stains on my orange velvet couch, & realized that I was being human-trafficked. I tried to be protective of my personal belongings and body, but even when I would lock myself in my home completely, I would wake up to objects moved to another place in the room. I didn’t know this back then, since the digital billboards on freeways would only provide a picture of “Casper the Friendly Ghost,” but now I understand that they use some sort of tech to push and move objects, or possibly invisibility cloaking. It was also difficult to think, because the continuous and painful transmissions would limit my ability to do so, thus I would suffer sleep deprivation, trauma, isolation, and fear in my own room, not being able to process on how to solve this problem. Soon, I decided to walk in the city to try & find a women’s shelter, where I would have others surrounding me. But, I would be put instantly to sleep, or cognitively interrupted. One night after I was taken to a motel room, a cop car sat outside, & I fell asleep after. One morning after I accidentally fell asleep at the Beverly Hills Park, a policeman asked me a few questions & took me to the mental hospital. He wrote down things that I didn’t say, & I was diagnosed as a “schizophrenic.” In the hospital, the auditory noise transmit that they were the “CIA,” so I looked into voice tech in early 2021 after I was released, & found out about V2K and Remote Neural Monitoring. I was hit with directed energy weapons, which would feel like stings in my cerebellum, shocks in my brain/body, & burning sensations & signs on my face. I discovered that there were many other victims (and in-person, too, within healthcare) who had very similar experiences. I figured that this was some sort of MkUltra human experimentation, due to the many attempts of mind-control, sleep-deprivation, shocks, psychological warfare, & institutional correlation, in 2021. I took pictures of the stains on my couch, the lvls of RF through my TriField Meter, hacking, security cam clips, etc. but this content was robbed after I was released from another rehab center in 2023. I left the state of California & for a few months the country to find some relief, but the decreased intensity is only relatively short. I still get headaches, nausea, shocks, etc. remotely through this tech, & my items were robbed still. But this explained many occurrences during my upbringing, like my headaches & burning eyes at age 11, or hearing loud, mean comments now & then at 18, even when no one else was around. My algorithm gets manipulated, & this sort of targeting explained what was being suggested on my Pinterest / Insta at the age of 17 and 18. (They would comment or reply to my day / my thoughts through suggestions, & some of them were pertained towards children.) I felt mentally and physically exhausted at 18, so I took a yoga teaching course in 2019. Nevertheless, I couldn’t remember yoga sequences or think quite clearly. I would feel a sudden wave in my living room, which I blamed my ceiling fan on making me feel tired, & fall asleep immediately. My friends were aware that I was fearful & felt as if I was being watched or stalked at 18, because I would ask them to sleep over, though I couldn’t remember that I would tell them this until I was reminded by one of them this yr. Effects include remote control, electronic sexual assaults, and memory hindrance. I started being hit with radio frequency for 10 years. This year I was put in the hospital for 13 days. They were hitting my legs I couldn't walk. We are being 24/7 day and night really hard at night. My neighbor are shooting it through our roof in my house with some type of technology. It takes your energy,burn your skin. Thank you for opening up this forum to listen to our concerns. As you will read, I am not exclusive to pain and suffering derived from lethal exposures to EMF/RF from the use of FCC regulated products, networks, and services, along with their public and private partnerships. I am an American-born Non-Investigative Subject (NIS) commonly known as a “Targeted Individual” or “TI” since 2021. American NIS’ are subject to non-consensual psychological and physical torture and experimentation. I have been tortured by many different means over five years, but was never physically harmed. This has recently changed. Starting July of 2026, I began to experience overt physical attacks which are made possible through FCC regulated products, networks, and services. The direct firing of EMF/RF into my body are predominantly experienced at my home - making my home a torture chamber. The timing of the attacks vary, but are usually deployed in the evenings into early mornings. The greatest effect of these daily exposures has been disruption to my sleep. I either sleep 2-3 hours a day or sleep all day to recover. This has impacted my overall health, my personal life, finances, and productivity in society. Other side effects that I experience vary in combinations depending on the day: increased heart rate, high blood pressure, heart palpitations, chest pain, dizziness, brain fog, headaches, sinus pressure, eye pain, systematic swelling and water retention, directional tinnitus, vision loss and visual blurring, excruciating joint pain, profuse bouts of sweat, memory loss and lack of focus, burning sensations all over my body, debilitating fatigue, hair loss, changes in appearance of skin and nails, unprecedented body odor, premature aging, weight gain, nausea, kidney pain, skin lesions, vicious teeth grinding that has chipped my teeth, intense pain that radiates from my skull through my spine ending in my sacrum. Pressure and pain in my joints, head, and spine, brain fog, kidney pain, sleep deprivation as well as “tinnitus” which sounds like waves of electricity penetrating through my ears, are now part of my daily baseline. I have gotten accustomed to this “new normal”, but it is inhumane to be issued this physical state, deterioration in my own home just because I am on a “list”. I did not do anything to justify this. I was completely healthy prior to the start of these invisible physical attacks. This can be supported by medical records which are available to you upon request. Medical doctors attribute symptoms to general viruses, infections, or stress. These diagnoses were given without any testing and treated with antibiotics, and antivirals, which are the only solutions doctors are trained to prescribe. I am afraid to ask for any radiation testing as I am not delusional and more educated on the matter than these medical professionals. I have found ways within my means to minimize the pain and symptoms through shielding practices shared by veteran NIS peers. I have to strap ice packs to cover my 5 foot body the entire time I am home, even while sleeping. However, "shielding" does not end the pain, side effects, and possible organ damage from disparate radiation and frequencies. Willing or unknowingly, the FCC is complicit in this “operation” by providing support and permissions to partners and alliances access to networks, products, and infrastructures under their governance by permitting the use of discriminant and excessive EMF/RD emissions on Non-Investigative Subjects and civilians in proximity of them. I respectfully ask that there be an intensive investigation and audit of the FCC and their third-party partners with both public and private entities. Since this country is governed by law enforcement agencies, please consider introducing another regulatory authority that is responsible for governing, investigating, mitigating, and educating American citizens (importantly, the medical industry), about the illegal and lethal exposures of EMF/RF environments we live in. We have an EPA, why not a RPA (Radiation Protection Authority). Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Greetings, I'm Joshua Tosella, author of the book HOLY HYGIENE: Don't Get Sick. I have a lot to say about 5G. 5G causes very serious side effects in me, including nosebleeds, severe ED, blurry eyesight, mood swings, tiredness, depression, shrinking veins, choking on my own spittle and fluids, etc... The nosebleeds were the worse because they were so bad, I lost my HVAC business because of it. I even got cancer! I know for a fact it's the 5G causing it because I've run hundreds of tests and experiments. I was first able to determine my nosebleeds were caused by my phone, by simply turning off my phone. I was at my wits end searching for the cause of my symptoms and turning off my phone was actually one of the last things left to try. So I did it, and to my surprised, my nosebleeds stopped! To make sure, at great risk to my health, I turned my phone back on to see if my nosebleeds would come back and they did! I did this same simple experiment many many times to make sure 100%, that my nosebleeds were in fact being caused from my phone, and I can confirm after hundreds of tests that my phone was 100% casing my nosebleeds! Needless to say, at the time, I assumed all phones did that, so I had to keep my phone turned off and I lost all my customers, and then eventually had to give up my HVAC aspirations. After even further experimentation, I narrowed the cause of my nosebleeds and other medical issues, to 5G SPECIFICALLY! I did this by using the same method. I attempted to turn only my 5G off on my phone but left my phone on... I did this by manually switching my phone to the 4G-LTE network in settings. To my astonishment, my nosebleeds and other medical symptoms stopped, just as they did when I turned my phone off! Which clearly meant it was 5G specifically, causing my nosebleeds and other medical issues! So, the 4G-LTE network is obviously the safe network, when the 5G network is clearly dangerous or even a weapon, as I suspect! My life has been turned upside down because of this. As you might imagine, I had to stay away from everyone because their phones would cause serious medical issues for me like nosebleeds. I couldn't have friends, go to gatherings, or even go to church. It was also very difficult to find a job because everyone has 5G phones now. Since I didn't have much to do, I investigated 5G further. I found out that it effects aircraft altimeters and the FAA forced all commercial aircraft to upgrade their altimeters to "5G-safe" ones. Well, this is a problem, because aircraft altimeters are mechanical, not electrical! They are very simple but sensitive pieces of aircraft instruments that simply gives the pilot his altitude by measuring atmospheric pressure. This means 5G can effect living things, cells, equilibrium, or an animals sonar or magnetic sensory! Then there's the obviousness of it all... if you step back and look at the whole 5G thing, it makes no sense, unless it is a weapon. Think about it... it came out at the same time as COVID, the transmitters all went up when everyone else was locked down. Also, since when does "an upgrade" involve more and bigger? When it comes to tech, more and bigger is not usually an upgrade. And then there's the strange locations of these towers and transmitters, some all bunched up, some right next to one one another, all located in residential areas but not at places like the White House, or the homes of globalists, elites, or politicians??? And let's not forget the height... since when are transmitters required to be that close to the ground??? It makes ZERO sense that 5G transmitters would be placed that close to the ground if you're trying to get the best signal. I suspect 5G and COVID were weapons meant to work together because they even cause some of the same symptoms. I beg you and President Trump to ban 5G immediately! IT IS A WEAPON! I promise you that! In fact, I believe 5G is what is causing most of the irrational behavior we've been seeing since 2019. The fights on planes, the civil unrest, the violence, the strange irrational behavior, the evil behavior, none of which we saw before 2019. I honestly believe if POTUS banned 5G, it would make most of the country's problems go away! No one would even lose phone service or internet because when 5G goes out, all our phones automatically default back to the 4G-LTE network! No one will lose service and everyone will start feeling better right away!

Let me start by saying there were scientists that disclosed years ago that 5G shouldn’t even exist. It’s weaponized and dangerous. They are correct in their assessment. On 5G. Poles are disclosures that it affects people and animals. Why is this even a thing? I had to get rid of my 5G mobile router because of the adverse physical effects from it. I have about 10 EMF plugs around my apartment to try to keep it out of life as much as possible. I believe everyone in the government already knows this, yet now Trump is pushing for 6G which is proven to destroy human cells. We need protections and we need them now. We need 5G to not be in existence anymore and we certainly absolutely do need 6G. This is a slow death for us all, and in the end someone will need to answer about why all this was allowed. Can we please address Directed Energy Weapons next? That ties into this as well. There are many of us civilians currently being attacked right now.

EMF has effected me since before 5G, 5G makes me sick, headache, angry, pensive, want to curl up in ball and cry. Use 3 forms of protection on my body and many more in my home. We don’t have 5 G in our town yet but some ignorant moron just put up a tower right in the middle of our town The entire town will be under the DEW when they turn it on. I can’t go to big cities anymore to see my kids, the EMF makes my heart hurt and I can’t even begin to relax. It’s awful. You do know Scientists and the Military call Cell Towers DEWS, they know what’s going on and something needs to be done before they send a frequency through the towers that kills every living thing on this planet. I will be glad in the future when we can bring suit against this evil for the pain and suffering they cause a lot of people. There are no regulations and the Safety people of these companies are totally ignorant to EMF sensitivity. Told my Electric company not to put a Smart Meter on my property, they waited until I was gone and installed it anyway. I haven’t been able to sleep in my bedroom since. Called them to get it removed, they said it would cost me $1700-2000. The PREC so called Safety person didn’t even know what EMF is. So Pathetic! Something needs to be done. Or they can introduce 6G and it can kill all the morons that took the Covid 19. Either way something needs to be done or USA will be Italy or Ireland where the public are burning down Cell Towers for making their kids sick and killing them. The EMF laws are from 1996, and that’s totally insane, 40 year old regulations in EMF saturated environment. Sounds like it’s time to get up to speed or stop the EMF killing fields.
