Directed-energy / targeting allegations

I have uncovered what appears to be a clandestine network of professionals in the north Mississippi area that are using wireless devices as weapons to facilitate property extortion. I DISCOVERED later that the device was implanted by a surgeon that wasn’t even supposed to be there. He wasn’t the referring physician, nor was he the performing physician; he was nowhere on the docket that I was aware of until I wrote the medical licensing board for an investigation and received their reply. I also sent a letter to rescind any contract that was signed between us in case they had swindled me. I sent it to the clinic by certified mail (signature req.) and to the doctor's office separately at the clinic, but they're still using the devices for torture / extortion purposes daily. They have a network, including intelligence. They rotate people onto my street nearby daily to control the transmitter. They did the same thing to my grandmother, and I think they were doing it to my mother as well when she died. Both were property owners, as am I. I have names of doctors, clinics, and participants, and will gladly include that information at a later time. I will upload medical documentation with this submission with further information, including Xray and MRI imaging of the devices in question, as well as evidence of other claims. It would take more than 5000 characters to fully explain the operation; however, I will paraphrase by saying that: I uncovered an implanted device, several electrodes implanted into my legs, and what appear to be battery packs implanted into my abdomen. I found out later from a doctor in the same clinic that I didn’t have the “referring” condition at all, and though it gets complicated, never needed the procedure. The condition had ALREADY been corrected years before. After I found the device (AI identified it as a neural pulse generator, it shocks you) there was an attempt to stop further imaging, which would confirm its existence. Then a doctor threatened me with psychiatry... everyone knows what I mean by that… They had an otherwise uninvolved, innocent man to put his career and livelihood and family in front of their mistake. They risked an innocent man’s doctor license to cover their crime. THEN they tried to frame me. And they didn’t stop there, believe me. Someone is out there calling up folks across the state to talk them into participating in and cover up their crime. These procedures almost certainly involved insurance fraud and are used to further facilitate other types of fraud: like property seizure through extortion, False confessions, psychological conditioning into false confessions, etc. If discovered they have people, then doctors to start threatening you. Dogs start routinely attacking and barking you down in your yard each time you come or go from your home or whenever someone else visits. You can report it, but someone is protecting them. It looks like they wait until their targets move into places and fix them up, then attempt to extort them from the property "by hook or by crook". It’s a money racket. They will lie about this if you question them; I’ve already caught them committing fraud EVERY time (not sometimes, not a couple of times, EVERY TIME). The word document at the end provides evidence of it. They will lie, destroy evidence, threaten others into lying, use addictions against people to coerce them into activating the device for them, etc. All the bad stuff, expect it whenever you question the men responsible for these things.

It’s ironic that the government wants to know about emfs. Talk about gaslighting! Between the chemtrails, weather manipulation, pulse energy weapons, lipid nano technology vaccines that send/recieve, 5G, 6G and Ai networks I think they just want to know how to work around your work around. Hello I am targeted. For over 3 years I’ve been stalked and harassed by large groups. The agencies that’s targeted me also use directed energy on me. When I walk into my apartment I hear a hissing or ring. I have cars pass by with loud mufflers and press the gas hard and same time they make the noise I feel nerves in my legs or body jump. You can feel and hear when RF. I’ve also been hit while in my apartment through walls and I felt it in my chest. It was like a cool feeling in my chest but at the same time felt like it was sucking breath out of me. I knew it was technology from the people that’s been following me 24/7 and I felt like I was about to die. So I thought let me try to get out of range of this device. So I ran to my car and jumped in to drive off and about 4 or 5 cars tried to block me in and I drove crazy to get away from range. Whatever you guys think is going on and is trying to figure out. It’s way more. It’s way more people involved. They’re playing with weapons of mass destruction. Military technology is being used and Cell towers. I got a neighbor up stairs making bangs and tapping and scrapping sounds and making a nerve jump in my body. I feel pains in my body sometimes. I always feel a ack in my heart from come and go. As I’m writing now a cop just past by and turned on their sirens on for 3 seconds and I felt a jump in my thigh. I felt my head being hit with this technology and got a headache and my vision just started lighting up colors like lightning. 3 times I was just walking and everything went black and I was on the ground for a few seconds. I don’t think that even covers half of what kind of evil games have been played on me. It’s hard to prove a direct energy weapon is being use on you when the police won’t help you because your targeted.I do believe I’m illegally implanted possibly.

Good day - As an over 8.5-year target of government weaponization, I can assure you that many things most would assume as relegated to and specific of science fiction, are sometimes and unfortunately, objectively true. In fact, when Arthur C. Clark made a statement about 'any sufficiently advanced technology being indistinguishable from magic,' he was probably imagining or considering some of the technologies that we see utilized - and sometimes for illegal, nefarious purposes - today. More specifically, when one considers the government as (in effect) an organism, and that the prime directive of any organism is to survive and grow, then it is not so hard to extrapolate to the notion that when such institution has a history of dubious decisions and behavior, and thinks that such would be harmful to its prospects of long-term survival if exposed, that those (such as activists or whistleblowers) who were starting to or effective at such exposure, might find themselves on a soil whose government has now taken an adversarial position against them. Indeed, as Targeted Individuals know, the tactics subsequent to such an illegal, due process-flouting decision (secret listing, probably in the Terrorist Screening Database) by state actors and/or their co-conspirators, can be quite painful and damaging. While this is not the specific place to get into all of the absurdities and illegalities directed at targeted citizens, suffice it to say that patents do exist for the technologies that so many of them (us) complain about. For instance, U.S. patent #4345220 is for a weapon termed the Vircator, and the features/technologies within such are certainly capable of producing various symptoms (such as burning of the skin, headaches, concussion-like symptoms, etc.) that many are increasingly complaining about. Certainly, there are also various and related technologies which can do milder things, such as interfere with one's electronic devices. But in closing, other than organized stalking (which I have been subject to for many years), I would guess that having "invisible weapons" pointed at oneself and one's property is the most common, consistent, and damaging horror faced by Targeted Individuals. Telecommunication systems may be weaponised and hacked to attack targets. Constant monitoring of these systems and all other technologies to ensure that if in the case they are weaponised there are protocols to protect the target, mitigate risks and stop the attack. There are expert testimonies that testify that telecommunications systems are covert military-grade weapons in civilian jurisdiction domain. Allegedly, conflict of interest exists if the technologies around us are weaponised and the industry profiting from the weaponisation profits them. For example, if the weaponisation of technology can attack a target victim with radiation warfare and cognitive warfare to artificially induce what looks like a psychotic mental crisis in an otherwise healthy person and the victim is taken to a mental health clinic and given a misdiagnosis of psychosis put on lifelong black-box warning antipsychotic drugs whose “side effects” are death, suicide, homicidal thoughts, infertility and more than 30 other extra seriously harmful side effects no one really wants to suffer from. So the ones that profit from the initial attack is the attacker for whatever motive they attack the victim, the psychiatrists, and for the rest of the victim’s life the pharmaceutical industry that now has one more recurring customer providing income for the remaining of the victim’s life, if the victim manages to survive the dangerous side effects of the drugs prescribed.
