I am from Spain. My mother took her life in 2012 due to being electrosensitive, nobody knows what we lived. As far as I know, she was the first person to do so in my country. I was a founding member of the national electrosensitive association. Since then, five other members have decided to do the same. It is the most serious health problem facing humanity. Electrosensitive people are called the 'canaries in the coal mine.' Behind many health problems lies the cause of electromagnetic fields, but it is better to keep obeying the system, claiming there are no conclusive studies—the usual story, deception after deception, while there are people living an absolute nightmare, sleeping in cars, in the mountains, or even in caves to avoid the radiation. We are all electrosensitive; the difference is when affected people clearly understand the cause-and-effect relationship between radiation and their health problems, such as tinnitus, nosebleeds, extreme headaches, joint pain, arrhythmias, short-term memory loss, disorientation, burning sensations in the throat and ears, nervousness, irritability, and the pathologies of fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, and multiple chemical sensitivity, all related to the central sensitization system. Are you going to do something about it, or are you going to keep looking the other way? This affects all of us, because we are all exposed to cell towers, Wi-Fi, mobile phones, smart TVs, DECT phones... My name is Mayer Mayerfeld. I became certified as a Building Biologist Electromagnetic Radiation Specialist in 2022, after apprenticing and working for another Building Biologist for 4 years. I live in Brooklyn, New York and conducted several hundred Building Biology EMF assessments between 2018 and and 2022, in the Tristate region. Since 2022,rather than conducting individual assessments, I have decided to focus on research to become a more proficient expert with an eye to educating the public about this very important environmental pollutant and hopefully to influence public policy to curtail it. Radio Frequency Radiation/R.F./Wireless Microwave Radiation Communication is one of the 4 types of Man Made EMF that are often the focus of concern. The others 3 would be AC Magnetic Fields, AC Electric Fields,and Dirty Electricity - High Frequency Voltage Transients. In addition to these 4 types of EMF, Artificial light which is also an EMF, is a very important part of the picture. I would like to start with the conclusion of the NIEHS Rapid Report from 1999 and Its Working Group from 1988 cited by Kavet et al in regards to contact current. "In addition to these relative aspects of dose, the absolute (as well as modest) level of contact current modeled (18 μA) produces average electric fields in tissue along its path that exceed 1 mV/m. At and above this level, the NIEHS Working Group [1998] accepts that biological effects relevant to cancer have been reported in "numerous well-programmed studies". The effects the Working Group cites are "increased cell proliferation, disruption of signal transduction pathways, and inhibition of differentiation". The NIEHS endorses this conclusion in its final EMF RAPID report [1999]. So we see that the US government knew back in 1999 that an 18 microamp / 1millivolt per meter electric field can cause cancer. Although Kavet was discussing contact current, The Late Dave Stetzer,a senior expert in the IEEE, explained that you can induce an an 18 microamp current by means of capacitive coupling to the Dirty Electricity in the electric field from home wiring. A fair question is if it can cause cancer,what else might it be causing? Dr Samuel Milham M.D. a career epidemiologist, has published numerous papers and a book on the subject. He came to the conclusion that all modern diseases such as Cancer,Heart Disease,Diabetes,Depression,Suicide,etc. are due to man made electricity in general and dirty electricity in particular. Dave Stetzer explained that the most bio-active frequencies were between 1.7 kilohertz and 100 kilohertz. This is based on his discussion with Russian Scientists and possibly based on classified information that he had from his time serving in the USAF. That range of frequency is within the RF range and so it is pertinent to the discussion.The problem of High Frequency Voltage Transients is compounded by the fact that the utility companies in all 50 states have been allowed to use the earth as a return circuit, against the rules of the IEEE. Despite being warned decades ago by their own nonprofit research arm - EPRI - that they need to add Neutral return capacity to avoid using the earth as a return circuit, instead the Electric Utilities decided to expose the entire US population to these ground currents. This is a failure of the government to regulate electric power transmission in such a way as to prevent it from being a health hazard. In respect to Microwave wireless communications,most people focus on the power density and or the high frequency aspect of this radiation. However I would like to point out the work of Dr. Dimitris Panagopolous. a Biophysiscist. Among the factors that he says are of concern are the Pulsation and Modulation of the the High Frequency waves with Extremely low frequencies. It is these pulsations and modulations that are in fact the most harmful aspect of wireless communications in his view. I would also Like to point out the work of the Late Arthur Firstenberg and his very well researched book The Invisible Rainbow. One aspect that he focuses on is the deleterious effect of Man Made Electric Fields on the Electron Transport Chain. He also cites numerous examples of how in addition to Human Health, Man Made EMfs are causing Bird,Amphibian, and insect die-offs, as well as harming Plants and Trees. It should be noted that many so called Green Technologies, although credited with lowering Carbon Dioxide, are actually doing far more harm to the environment and the climate with EMFs. For Example Solar Panels. They produce large amounts of Dirty Electricity. I would also like to cite the voluminous work of Dr. Jack Kruse a Neurosurgeon and Quantum Biologist especially with his focus on how Man Made EMFs or as he terms it Non Native EMFs negatively impact the Electron Transport Chain in Humans. I conclude with the call Of Arthur Firstenberg: At the very least Mankind must go back to 1995 levels of RF.

I have multiple issues regarding EMF: insomnia, fatigue, palpitations, elevated cortisol. My daughter-in-law gets severe headaches. Unknown if her cortisol gets elevated also. I know other people who also got elevated cortisol.

Dear Madams and Sirs, I never really worried about EMFs until 5G implementation happened, and even then, only knew that what we are exposed to is non-ionizing and the DNA should be fine, but the other effects only became clear to me when I made friends with two people who call themselves "electrohypersensive". They both told me that after 20 minutes to a few hours in a high Wi-Fi environment, their weakness, headaches, brain fog, depression would climb and they would have to leave to find "quieter" ground to recover. One friend, a 30 year old male middle school teacher, has lived in his car for several years to escape to low EMF areas and can barely keep a job. The other friend, a 65 year old woman, 3 years ago predicted her death in the next year because she knew she was getting sicker and sicker as 5G grew. Her number one complaint was a constant and severe feeling of dehydration. Water, electrolytes, gels, watery vegetables, nothing helped her. Three months later she landed in the hospital, and the doctors were flummoxed by how many saline bags they had to keep giving her for three days before she began her recovery. I can now definitely attest to my own bizarre symptoms that kept increasing over the past 7 or 8 years finally improving after, out of simple peace of mind, I purchase Blushield's C1 and Pi devices for creating "harmonious frequencies" for my cells to attune to, instead of the ambient, chaotic EMFs we're all exposed to. It took about 6 months for me to realize these intense vasovagal storms where my blood pressure would suddenly drop, I'd fall to the floor unable to get up for several hours, diarrhea, vomiting, and terrifying immobility had stopped. My health, energy and mood improved in numerous ways as well. Since owning these devices, I've come to learn from numerous sources, including PubMed, that our cells, the cells of animals, insects, trees are suffering in a multitude of ways like chronic dehydration, cells clumping and sticking, voltage gated ion calcium channels are being overrun by the more powerful EMF voltages, and areas of our DNA that are normally kept "silent" for our own protection are now activating due methylation and acetylation malfunctioning, allowing viruses and retroviruses to wreak havoc on our immune systems. With up to 70% of the American population dealing with chronic illness, our current and rising EMF exposure will only take us down the wrong road. I have read that Big Telecom could alter these fields so they are harmonious to cellular health and life, and still deliver the same things we've come to depend on, our cell phones, internet, streaming and more. Why we don't do is not up to debate. It costs money to change what's in place, but this review on how EMFs have been impacting us is at least a start. Thank you for reading! I have acute electromagnetic hypersensitivity. It began with multiple perplexing symptoms: muscle and joint pain especially my legs and feet; memory difficulties; dizziness/fogginess; heart pounding/palpitations; cataracts (just had cataract surgery); ringing in the ears constantly; night sweats; periodic itching; etc. All I could do was sit on the couch and cry. Desperate, I found the first website WEEP (which goes back to 2008!) describing everything I was experiencing and found books and articles I devoured (Exposed by Bill Cadwallader; EMF Practical Guide by Lloyd Burrell, Zapped by Ann Louise Gittleman, The Invisible Rainbow by Arthur Firstenberg.…) Discovering there are EMF specialists, I hired one here in the Twin Cities (Building Biologists) who helped with some mitigations such as replacing smart meter, installing ethernet, turning breakers off at night, creating a safe sleeping space, EMF power strips, ditching the microwave, etc. I consulted with an EMF specialist online, Jeremy Johnson, who helped further with meters, travel bed canopies, fiber optic set up with the ethernet, computer safety, etc. I’m surrounded by cell towers, from 1/2 to 2 miles away. My previous regular bike route in any direction passes a cell tower. EMF protective clothing and blankets can help a little particulary in the car but are only a small part of the equation. There have been many studies concerning EMF particularly with iPhones as listed in the books above; however, the standard on what is safe still goes back to tests done in the 90s measuring heat – we are way past that now! I also have read many articles about 5G and 6G having been developed as bioweapons by our own government – why do we need these frequencies? Lastly, I can hardly stand it when I see cell towers placed at schools, churches and parks with children being exposed day after day. Four doctors and a dentist later, I am giving them information on EMF and symptoms. They never heard of it – are they diagnosing symptoms such as mine without realizing the real source? I lived in a rural area in Nebraska. In 1916 I started to become progressively sensitive to cell phones and cell towers. Verizon constructed two repeater cell towers; I lived in between them. When they turned the second one on I felt like an elephant sat on my chest and was in extreme pain. I had to live in my basement until we could sell our home. A home that I had worked 16 hour days, 5 1/2 days per week for years to buy. I had to leave my family, friends and a life I had taken years to build. No one is accountable, no one takes responsibility for the thousands affected. No one makes the research count. The research is there. Make it VISIBLE and spotlight the science that validates the harm.

EMF pollution has caused great sickness to me and my family. From the recent installation of the 5G towers (right across the street from a local High School where children are present), all the units hanging outside my home up and down the streets on local wires, transmitting areas, that keep growing, the radiation that comes out of my and my children's cell phones, the routers in our homes etc are destroying our health. It has caused the following: extreme headaches, brain fog, racing heart palpitations, insomnia, anxiety and depression, and the is all documented by our Integrative Doctor. We implore you to remove these dangerous units and access measures of EMF's that our harming us and our children.

Over the past 18 years, my personal exposure to EMF's from WIFI at home and even in hospitals, has caused my bi-cuspid heart to go into atrial fibrillation. I have eliminated WIFI in my personal home and live far away from phone towers. I have put graphite on my walls and ceilings and then painted over them, in my ground floor apartment. I am 80 years old, a Vietnam vet and am not on any medication. My heart does not go into A-fib, as long as I avoid exposure to EMFS. My I-phone is in another room and I feel blessed to have found the cause of my atrial fib. We need to study this now to have a baseline for the future generations. People over profit.

Living with an intolerance to wireless technology (including the author) (*) An increasing number of people live with the difficulties incurred by intolerance to the radiofrequency electromagnetic fields (RF EMF) generated by wireless technology. This ubiquitous ‘Electrosmog’ surrounds us all on a daily basis. EMF expert Dr. Magda Havas estimates that 35% of the population now struggles with symptoms related to exposure to radiofrequency microwaves from wireless devices, such as wi-fi, smartphones, tablets, smartmeters, and mobile phone masts, with 3-10% of people being “hypersensitive” – termed Electrical Hypersensitivity, EHS. Symptoms include: fatigue, headache, insomnia, irritability, lack of concentration (brainfog), cardiac arrhythmias, tinnitus, low mood and other physical and neuropsychiatric effects (1). Historically, it was thought to be a type of Microwave Sickness (2). In addition to tinnitus, there can be unilateral, high frequency hearing loss on the side of mobile phone use (3). Mechanisms include effects on the blood and autonomic nervous system leading to enhanced sympathetic response and downgraded parasympathetic response (ie. ‘fight or flight’) (4) (5). The WHO radioprotection programme multi-national study on the effects of radiofrequency electromagnetic field exposure on cancer in laboratory animals revealed a high certainty of evidence for gliomas, malignant heart schwannomas, and moderate for lung carcinomas, phaeochromocytomas and hepatoblastomas (6). The WHO’s International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) designated EMFs a Class IIB carcinogen in 2011, but, following further evaluation, there is now sufficient evidence to reclassify it as a Class I carcinogen – ie similar to tobacco and asbestos (7). Although there exists an ICD-10 code (W90) for exposure to non-ionising radiofrequency radiation, the medical profession often appears unwilling to consider this as a possible environmental trigger for illness in their patients (8). One helpful clue is that patients have sometimes noted that their symptoms are associated with EMF exposure (eg using a mobile phone). They then feel well when away from the device but feel ill again on re-exposure (9), Sometimes EHS sufferers are not taken seriously and there have been cases where the patient has been sectioned under the Mental Health Act for describing such an attribution of their symptoms (10). One might wonder whether irrational acts such as driving into crowds of pedestrians might be influenced by driver irritability from exposure to high levels of in-vehicle wireless technology (11). Whilst not universally medically recognised, EHS is a real, biological phenomenon, not a nocebo reaction. And as doctors we all remember the misclassification of CFS/ME as “all in the head”. Intolerance to RF EMFs occurs not only in radiofrequency radiation workers and the military, but also the general public, who are increasingly surrounded by pulsed, polarised electromagnetic radiation at work, school and home (12). Indeed, the Swedish government has funded shielding in hospitals for patients so affected (13). Let us hope that medical profession is now willing to educate itself on this topic so as to be better able to serve patients. Since ample, good science is available (14) (15), there is no longer any excuse to passively accept the platitudes of the communications industry based on outdated, thermal standards. My name is and I live in New Jersey. I am a former nurse and 67 years old. I was diagnosed with EHS environmental hypersensitivity in 2018 when I moved into a rental after selling my house. Within less than two days I was falling over from dizziness bruised four ribs couldn’t swallow. I was crying filled with anxiety and depression. When two days prior I was perfectly fine. Then more symptoms started appearing, and then I knew that I was being exposed to something. This was not normal and I went to my integrative who had diagnosed me a few years prior with mold illness. A rattle off 17 symptoms and he asked me if I had a smart meter on the building and I said what is that? I’ve never heard of one and I had no idea what it was and he explained and he said go back there and take a look and see if you have one in sure enough I did. I bought a tri meter to test the radiation and I have the videos of it and times out can’t even measure the radiation level. It’s so high. Every meter. Then I came inside to check the dirty energy coming out of the sockets and the radiation is blaring out of them too. Now I’ve got the refrigerator. That’s a smart. I have to have all these boards the circuit boards removed from my appliances because you’re all a bunch of criminals and you’re violating our constitutional rights and we don’t want any part of this nonsense and you’re trying to shove it down our throats. What we’re gonna shove it right back down your throat so that you can choke just as we’re choking. So then they put a smart meter in my house my water authority in my township without my permission and I have opt out for a traditional analog. They’re refusing to give me one and instead they’re threatening to call outreach and social services to do a fully evaluation and intervention so they’d rather lock me up then address the fact that the smart meter they placed in my house now a year and a half ago is caused permanent damage to my hands. I have CRPS the most painful disease known to medicine no cure no treatment so they’ve caused permanent disability in these hands now with that meter and they’ve committed a bias crime because they were in receipt of my doctors letters from 23 when I moved in along with all the medical documentation of the harms that come to people when they’re exposed to this radiation and that there’s never been long-term safety studies of 10 to 15 years because or lousy government, all of you three letter agencies, you know what you’re doing and by refusing to do a long-term safety study, which was demanded of you in 2012 which of course you ignored and then you just threw them on all the houses and businesses just sick and everybody because you knew if you did the long-term safety studies it would prove that they were highly unsafe and that they were causing heart attack strokes, cancer‘s birth defects, auto immunity, which is not the body attacking itself. That’s another lie. The medical community got wrong and so anyway it’s the same thing as cannabis you got away with saying there was no medical benefit yeah because you didn’t do the studies so that wasn’t a lie was it? But you harmed a lot of people by keeping it and illegal drug in the same class with heroin when nobody’s ever died or been harmed from cannabis and you also took out patterns in the 60s in the 70s on different properties within the cannabis plant now why would you have done that if there was no medical benefit? That’s fraud corruption. But you put veterans in jail for being picked up in the possession of one joint. One cannabis joint and a brave man that fought for this country the wars you got us into intentionally so you could make money you sacrifice our good decent men and women and then you verify them when they come home you won’t give them support you won’t give me even a small little tiny house and you give them the lousiest medical care that there is on the planet. Thank you veterans for doing the job that nobody else would do and now we’re gonna disrespect you on your way back home. These things are not safe and I’m living the proof because my blood pressure from this smart meter they put in my house a little over a year ago is spiking my BP up to 150/110 and like BP along with the permanent damage to my hands through the nervous system, which all this dirty energy is known to constantly irritate and that’s why I can’t have them in her on my house and so my township is in violation of my rights, the law, a whole bunch of laws, HUD and more so where is my free lawyer paid for my tax money. I’m sick of suffering because if you’re a corruption. Everybody’s sick from these meters that’s your answer. The majority of people want these off their houses that’s your answer. Just look at the medical documentation of what this stuff does you don’t need to be taking surveys you’re supposed to be doing your job and these things never should’ve been!
