Around twelve years ago I had a cell phone that I kept for emergencies still preferring wired technologies. My wired service went down and I used my cell phone for around an hour long conversation with a friend. Later that evening, I felt a gland in my neck, underneath my jaw on the right side, swell up and become painful. The next morning I was quite sick with a sore throat and other symptoms that lasted around a week. I had no doubt that the phone was responsible. I had also noticed a slightly painful and tingling sensation running from my right hand and up my forearm whenever I held the cell phone while using it. I've since completely avoided using cell phones but I no longer can. Recently, in Boise, Idaho where I live, CenturyLink has joined with Qwest and is discontinuing all wired telephone services. CELL PHONES THE CAUSE OF BELL'S PALSY PERHAPS? Following this injury I began to research the possibilities of harm due to cell phones being held against the body. A researcher in Norway had published a book (I can't recall the title or author) with each chapter consisting of reports of individuals who experienced physical harm due to cell phone use. I read a sample chapter online that described where a man was experiencing numbness and paralysis on the right side of his face next to his mouth. Over time the numbness began to spread along his cheek, down his throat and eventually down the right side of his body. The doctors who saw him were at a loss as to the cause. Eventually, he decided that his cell phone might be the cause and quit using it. It was and fortunately his condition then reversed itself and he healed. After this he never allowed wireless technologies in his car or home. Coincidentally, just after reading that chapter, I met a physician friend and a friend of his at a wine bar near where I lived. The two of them began talking about a health problem the doctor's friend was experiencing -- the very condition I had just read about. Only his facial numbness was just spreading from the right side of his mouth across his check and not down the right side of his body yet. He told the doctor, my friend, who had recommended the neurologist he was seeing, that the neurologist was considering putting him on antiseizure medications. I interrupted and asked him if he was a heavy cell phone user. He said yes. I asked him if he held the phone on the right side of his face. His eyes got very big as he considered that this was the cause of his facial numbness. I then told him what I had just read. I do not know the outcome having not spoken with him after that. Also, among many other sources, I read "Cellular Telephone Russian Roulette" by Robert C. Kane, a PhD electrical engineer, who developed the technology for Motorola Corporation. He was convinced of its safety and volunteered to be a user prior to mass production and marketing of the product to test its safety. He developed brain tumors and had no doubt that the cell phone was the cause of his tumors. Prior to his death due to the tumors, he heroically did everything he could to warn of the dangers and was entirely ignored, and worse, by the industry and regulatory agencies. For the industry and regulatory agencies to claim there was no valid research and findings (several reported of in Kane's book) of harm due to usage quite upsets me. For example; the book reported that rats demonstrated Alzheimer's disease symptoms in a laboratory environment when exposed to RF radiation comparable to typical human cell phone usage and exposure. I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of a mother and grandmother. I attend Weston A. Price meetings where doctors show studies outlining the adverse health effects to our constant exposure to EMF's. Also, in my cancer support group, we have practitioners talk about ways to cut back on our exposure. 5G has never been thoroughly tested and Israel, New Zealand and Australia are some of the countries that restrict how close cell towers are to schools. If the information provided with the purchase of a cell phone releases them from any liability, that says a lot.

The affects of EMF/RF Radiation has ruined not only my permanently injured my health but has also robbed my home from me! Five years ago, I purchased my dream home in Rockwall, Texas, which is loaded with towers and began feeling sick within weeks after purchasing it! Dizziness, major, heart, palpitations, headaches! I began to lose my eyesight and developed severe hip and lower back pain. My naturopathic Doctor Who owns the Health food store here asked where my smart meter was and much to my horror. It was on the other side of the wall from my head where I was sleeping. It just about gave me endometrial cancer!!! Two years later they moved up to 5G and blasted us and I lost that house and haven’t been able to pack it up because every time I go back there it makes me sick. I’ve had two realtors quit because they get sick being on that corner and around that part of the neighborhood.. as it turns out that Location is within 1 mile from up to 70 cell towers and antennas! Everyone talks about how they feel sick in our town. It’s beyond terrible and on top of that I feel a detachment from my life and deep depression that I’ve never felt before until they blasted us with 5G!!! Every day at 5 o’clock many of us have heart, palpitations, headaches, a feeling of haziness and blurred vision! Imagine what this will do to us long-term! I am now having hormone problems connected to breast health that I’ve never had before. This is causing my health to fail for sure, and it has ruined the quality of my life! Thank you so much for launching this investigation!!! Please stop these terrible towers or we are in trouble! Cellular radiation has absolutely ruined my life! I have never been sensitive to it until they moved up to 5G and started placing all of these towers everywhere and now I’m just dealing with a depression from it all because it just seems hopeless at this point! Because of the level of radiation that we are dealing with here, I am not able to live in my beautiful home and have to power through the health symptoms while I’m there packing it up! Needless to say it’s taking us forever to do so!!

My surgeon implanted a new pacemaker inside me in August 2025. Before the surgery, I had asked him if the pacer generated any radiation. He said no. Afterwards I learned that my new pacer contains a Bluetooth device that generates EMF throughout the day for warning signals. It also generates EMF for my pacer interrogations every 3 months. I was very concerned about this because I've read numerous medical articles that report a connection with EMF and cancer. I asked for the Bluetooth to be turned off. A representative from Medtronic, the manufacturer, said he could turn off all the Bluetooth warning signals but not the Bluetooth EMF emissions for the periodic interrogations. In addition, the EMF would last for 30 minutes AFTER each interrogation, or for 2 hours every year. I've read that EMF changes DNA in a cumulative way, so that suggests that the EMF, embedded in my tissue and above my left breast, could be increasing my risk for breast cancer. As a result, I have stopped my pacer interrogations as well as the warning signals. The surgeon told me that no research is intended for the Bluetooth device in new pacemakers. I thought this intention might suggest that the manufacturer was concerned that there could be a cancer link with the Bluetooth in its pacemakers.

Between 2019-2020 I would lay down with my twins while they took a nap on my bed. I would rest my phone on my right breast and play games while they napped for approximately 1-1.5 hours per day. In 2022 I was diagnosed with triple negative breast cancer at 34 years old. My tumor was in the exact same spot I would rest my phone while using 5g. I firmly believe that EMF caused cell damage which developed into cancer.

Electromagnetic interference and damage at the residence. As early as March 4, 2013, I submitted a formal complaint to local authorities against unknown parties regarding electromagnetic disturbances occurring at irregular intervals in my home—apparently within my own living space. Along with the complaint, I provided two medical certificates attesting to my good physical and mental health. Following this, on March 14, 2013, ARPA Reggio Emilia conducted an environmental site inspection— to which, incidentally, my parents initially objected (though not to the plants that withered rapidly in conjunction with anomalous ticking sounds) —an inspection that was utterly inadequate, lasting only 20 minutes (and not even continuously) and covering only specific types of fields. Given that the phenomena occur at extremely irregular intervals and vary in duration and intensity (especially at night), and because the results showed nothing amiss, the case was closed, leaving me with the same unresolved problems for years to come! In the meantime, I have also encountered various malfunctions: among others—in addition to the electrical system in the rooms surrounding my bedroom (which has since been repaired)—there have been frequent issues such as internet connection problems and interference affecting television, radio, and both landline and mobile phone services. My former cat (who was also mentioned in the 2013 formal complaint) also suffered health problems—beyond just vomiting—particularly during periods spent in specific areas of the house; these included rather unusual symptoms, such as the frequent loss of whiskers (she subsequently passed away on February 6, 2019, from a very aggressive, rare form of connective tissue tumor, the kind typically associated with certain types of radiation). P.S.: My previous electromagnetic field meter (which has since disappeared) would often shut down; evidently, the ambient levels in my living space would at times exceed the device's maximum measurement range—a situation that had been occurring for years. + Problems with my internet connection and desktop PC, as well as unauthorized access to my Facebook account, continue to occur at irregular intervals; yet, the Postal Police in Reggio Emilia are taking no action. + In addition to the withered plants and garden, I have also observed various structural damages to the house: crumbling reinforced concrete, cracks and peeling paint on the walls, and damage within my bedroom and bathroom, including to the bathroom fixtures. By August 2026, the electromagnetic disturbances had worsened. At irregular intervals—in addition to the symptoms already described in 2013—I suffered from severe headaches characterized by sharp stabbing pains and a burning sensation lasting for days, as well as dizziness; my scalp and skull bones actually ached, and my head felt burning hot (though I had no fever). My insomnia worsened, and I experienced a loss of balance and memory, leaving me debilitated. Consequently, on September 3, 2026, I filed a second, documented formal complaint with the Public Prosecutor's Office in Reggio Emilia, acting also on the advice of the Reggio Emilia branch of Legambiente. However, the Reggio Emilia Prosecutor's Office was reluctant to accept my petition, turning instead to psychiatric services—which deny the existence of such electromagnetic-related issues and attribute the symptoms to other causes (thereby disregarding the principle of mandatory prosecution, which remains in force in Italy). Even though I am feeling better now, my new electromagnetic meter continues to detect average electric field levels of 500–600 V/m—with peaks exceeding 800 V/m (far above the legal limit of 15 V/m)—at my desktop PC station in the living room; average electric field levels of around 30 V/m affect me and my rooms, with radiation readings around 25. I have a cell tower approximately 1000yrds from my house. After it wrnt up I developed seizures. One every 9 months or so. Dr said I did not have epilepsy. Robert Kennedy Jr said that srizues can accur. Not common but can. I also have had breast cancer twice since it went up. As well as my husband and 2 neighbors . I also developed insomnia. Kennedy also said that some people are more sensitive than others. That'd be me. I would be rich if I could bet every time a tower IS ABOUT to come into sight. I feel them. I bought harmonizers from. EMFSOLUTIONS.COM. I got the one for the smart meter, my arm and the better ZZZs for my bed. Since then my syptoms are a lot better. When I leave the house I cant wait to get back because I feel the effects outside my house.

U.S. Navy Unit. Magnetic exposure, especially prolonged 50Hz to 220KHz, cause headache symptoms, difficulties to focus, low pressure, and lower vision range during the exposure times. Unfortunately, during development of Magnos, the doctorate unit behind the research, suffered this kind of first symptoms. The magnetic generators, that still consume a bit of energy due to their power measurement and production, were not shielded or guarded, and the exposure to them were from a few centimeters (in the range of 30 to 60 centimeters of exposure). These initial exposures, and symptoms, lowered through the first minutes, to the next few hours and days. The research, however, focused in military grade components, delivering extremely high resonance, using military-grade inductors and transistors. Not everything is a blackout, or a negative value, the main researcher, had what is seemengly evolving cancer even before the exposure to the magnetic fields. It is, however to notice, that a significant reduction of malignous cancer cells was experienced along, especially at lower 50Hz frequencies. Ultra-high frequency, associated with voltages around 4 to 12 thousand volts, those that produced plasma, made the skin cancer ulcers to, surprisingly, bleed, instead of remain sealed due to the bacterial takeover. Which was the first discovery about health that the research unit became aware of, later on reducing the scope to what the bacteria reacted to, which are lower 50Hz frequencies. Over 600 doctors in Sweden have reviewed the case, the post-doctorate unit, submitted all the protocols, measurements and data to the relevant parties, along with the universities, the immunotherapy helped, however, not cured, Cancer. What made the severe infections to stop, and the ulcerations to remain in an unevolved status, was an RF radiation of lower frequency, that whose radiation made the nuclei of the bacteria (presumingly V. Vulnificus), to weaken, later samples did not display any aquatic biology on the microscope. The ulcerations, very much later, from the left leg sample, healed completely, the right leg remains still open, though, recovering slowly and promisingly. Long exposure: - Lower Frequencies: Beneficial if routed properly via digital wearable protoskins, and only recommended to targetted bacteria or dermal problems. - High/Ultra High Frequencies: Extremely hazardous, can cause bleeding and potentially death. Ranges 50 - 60Hz are safe, might cause a small headache if exposed to the non-shielded magnetic fields for hours or more. Ranges 150KHz to 200KHz, can create plasma and potential hazards.
