Q10 — Sensitive populations Exposure assessment should treat children, pregnant women, and those with implants or unexplained symptoms as groups that may need extra caution while the science is incomplete — not as proof of a single disease. Schools and childcare should have the option of wired connections and phones stored off the body. Q11 — Evidence below current U.S. limits IARC classified RF electromagnetic fields as *possibly carcinogenic to humans* (Group 2B, 2011). The National Toxicology Program reported tumor findings in male rats after long-term RF exposure. The D.C. Circuit in *Environmental Health Trust v. FCC* (2021) found the FCC had not adequately explained its decision to retain 1996-era limits in light of subsequent evidence on children and long-term exposure. Those three items are enough to justify a current HHS evidence review. They are not, by themselves, a diagnosis of any person. Q15 — Research priorities Highest gaps: real-world *cumulative* exposure (phone + Wi-Fi + infrastructure), non-thermal biological endpoints, pediatric and in-utero cohorts, and independent replication of NTP-type work at current waveforms (including 5G). Coordination: NIH for biology, FDA for device emissions and labeling, CDC for school/community guidance. Practical recommendation While agencies update the science, HHS can publish the same three habits already used in many public-health pages: increase distance, take the phone off the body, turn household transmitters down or off at night. My dad ended up dying of brain cancer. He was left-handed and he got the brain tumor on the left side of his head near his ear where he held his cell phone and all of us are convinced that's why he got brain cancer. In many ways wireless radiation really ruined my life. I have MCS multiple chemical sensitivity and everybody like me has a lot of problems processing chemicals and a sensitivity to electromagnetism. Usually they display one of the two a little bit more than the other one, but both sensitivities are always both present and no one seams to knows why. I have to pick houses based on how far they are away from the cell towers. Trying to get at least 2 miles away is almost impossible now and I use this website called antennasearch.com to help me. I can't be in the room with wireless routers and I always plug in the ethernet of my computer to avoid Wi-Fi because it really hurts me. When I was younger, I didn't feel electromagnetism and slowly overtime It's become a huge problem in my life. I don't know if I just have heavy metal toxicity and it's resonating inside me or what happened. For all of human history humans were only exposed to background radiation and then we upped that by billions of times and expected that there was no consequence when there really was. The thermal threshold argument for wireless safety clearly doesn't apply to me because it ruined my life. In the future we can use quantum physics and entanglement to do all the things we're doing wirelessly but without the non-ionizing radiation that's hurting me so eventually we might grow out of this problem. I remember seeing people that were studying all of these worms underneath a giant leaf and how all 30 worms would curl and uncurl all together and the people studying it thought it was some mating ritual or some thing, but then they realized it was actually a radar tower and whenever it's spun around and was facing the worms from miles and miles away is when they all would curl up at the same time and then they would uncurl when the radar faced away from them as the radar dish turned around. Wireless technology creates a magical and convenient world, but unfortunately it comes with problems that nobody wants to acknowledge that eventually ruins your life like me or gives you brain cancer like my dad and kills you. Just because it's non-ionizing radiation doesn't mean that there isn't consequences from using it the way humans are and my life is proof of that. If we use quantum entanglement instead of non-ionizing radiation we can have infinite bandwidth at any distance and so the benefits of moving on from this technology to the next thing is really high. Just know that people with MCS multiple chemical sensitivity and electromagnetic sensitivity are not making this up in a psychosomatic way. In the real world people don't want to pretend that their life is ending. Their lifes are actually ending from the stimulus of chemicals and the stimulus of electromagnetism and society just pretends that they're making it up as if it's not true. We put cell towers on the sides of hospitals, churches, and schools, and this is a huge mistake. It's causing an invisible stress on the body and overtime it's destroying people at a massive scale. Society isn't going to give up the convenience and magic that comes with wireless technology so the answer is to just move to the next technology with quantum physics and entanglement. Using things like nitrogen vacancy nanodiamonds we can probably have room temperature quantum effects and changed the world forever starting in the next couple years. I strongly suggest that my son died from EMF exposure from using an early model cell phone. His brain cancer tumor (glioblastoma) was shaped like a cone with its originating tip adjacent to his right ear. This was an earlier cell phone used approximately 2015 - 2018, when the cell phone transmitter was located adjacent to the right ear. Who was a young man, very socially connected, who always had his cell phone up to his ear while talking to his friends.

I 100% believe RF/EMF's have a negative impact on all of us. I had a normal Mammogram in November of 2019. In the spring of 2020 I started a walking routine. I wore my Apple watch on my left wrist and tucked my phone in my shirt pocket. My bra was supported with an underwire. By June of 2020 I developed a lump in my left breast about the size of a dime. Diagnosed with breast cancer. ERPR+ / HER2-. 4 rounds of Chemo and 20 rounds of radiation. Aromatase inhibitors X 5 years and a total hysterectomy. I whole heartedly believe this was the cause. Hello I hope this helps but ever since I am have using a cellphone over the last 20 years I get nerve pain in my left hand when holding a cellphone. I also notice tingling and numbness when placing my cellphone next to my head or even in the proximity of holding the phone ten inches away. Even the insurance industry recognized the health risks, in 1999, underwriters at Lloyd's of London (specifically underwriting groups like Stirling) refused to insure mobile phone manufacturers against the risk of health damage lawsuits. Why Cover Was Denied Health Concerns: Insurers worried that cell phones would be linked to long-term health issues like cancer or Alzheimer's disease. Liability Fears: Underwriters did not want to cover the cost if manufacturers were sued over radiation or health risks. My name is Tammy LaSala. I live in Louisiana. There have been multiple cell towers built around where I live. I have definitely been feeling the effects of frequent headaches, insomnia, been fatigued, and I just battled Stage 3 cancer cancer that's gone right now.

I am electromagnetically sensitive. I bought a monitor to the Swedish standards in the early 80s which I could work on, but when my employer adopted computers in the late 80s there was no shielding. I had to leave. In the early 2000s I wired my house for ethernet cables and used shielded computers, but now there are cell towers encroaching on my house spreading cell signals RIGHT inside my home! I don`t use a cell phone but that does not protect me from everyone else`s cell towers. My daughter is far more electromagnetically sensitive than I am, We do not use a microwave and everything is ethernet or wired but she still got cancer from the cell towers encroaching more and more everywhere, including upon our home. There are no safe places anymore. I have severely disabled friends who have either died or are dying because of there being no safe places anywhere without cell towers where they can get food, water and sanitation. Now they are trying to take our landlines!!! They don`t want to maintain the wires for our phones! But we depend on wired phones! The captured regulators insist that the only harmful effects are thermal, which ignores decades of research and our lived experience. I consider anyone who uses a cell phone to be complicit in the murder of people I know and valued, included activists who were trying to educate the public. Like the tobacco firms before them, the tech firms are casting doubt on the real research, and regulators turn a blind eye to the harms because this industry brings in so much money and is so powerful a lobby. These people are marginalized and can not access work or incomes due to employers using wifi and cell phones and with towers on their buildings or across the street, so they have no way to save themselves anymore. EVERYTHING can be done with wired devices and it should be required that people do so. Convenience at the cost of killing off a % of the population that are the canaries is genocide and will eventually take down the rest of the population with them. And now the absolute insanity of tampering with the ionosphere and the earth`s natural electromagnetics could cause an extinction level event, including from satellites beaming destruction from above. Not to speak of blanketing the atmosphere with microwaves and not expecting that to cause fires and increase the warming of the planet -- and doing so from space of all things! The Roman Empire collapsed partly because it was using technologies that were convenient but which it didn`t understand fully -- like lead pipes in aquaducts. We are doing the same thing with electromagnetic radiation. You see convenience but you don`t want to see the poison that may well collapse our society.

I live near an inactive mine that carries rare earth minerals. I moved to this house 20 years ago and have been sick since. Everything from depression to hypothyroidism to fibromyalgia to Hashimoto to imbalances. I’ve experienced anxiety, nervousness, loss of hair, nails, skin irritations, migraines, brain fog, weight gain, etc. In 2010 the county took by imminent domain a radio tower and turned it into a 911 tower. It isn’t even in the county. When I began to speak out about it, they would turn the tower’s red light off at night and keep the bright day lights flashing in my houses windows. FAA wouldn’t get involved and after a couple of weeks and complaining, they turned them back to red. My iPhone 12 would heat up and lock itself down for to hot and must cool down. I’ve had the IPhone 12 since 2020 and it’s been a constant hot problem and worse while charging. I bought a Starlink for the home and began noticing in 2024 it would heat up and I’d have to unplug it. It was worse in the middle of the night. In 2024 I began feeling radiation burning in the middle of the night and outside during the day. I began taking photos of the burns on my face. 2025 was worse. In July 2025 I began to be constantly exhausted and burned even in the winter. My highly sensitive dog began having seizures in July 2025. Every time he would have a seizure, my heart began having rapid pulsations and feeling like it’s flip flopping. I started swelling daily. Concentration was hard and I began cancelling life. Staying home to survive and take care of my poor dog that is still having seizures. I removed the wifi in June 2026 and the towers are still pushing out frequencies and burning me. In the past five years surrounding me in my country neighborhood, suicides and cancer deaths have been a normal thing. I purchased a EMF reader and all of my electric sockets would read dangerously high. The electrician who installed a whole house surge protector called it “Dirty Electric”. I could feel electrical surges in my fingers. I personally feel I am targeted but I also am experiencing everything in my house and outside of my house is slowly killing me and my dog. I have called elected officials and I have tried to get help to look at my electric and I get ignored. Recently I found my house and land listed in projects on USGS.
