Since October 2015, I have experienced persistent auditory symptoms or nonconsensual neural auditory harassment and abuse, including hearing voices and sounds, along with sleep disruption and other symptoms. In 2017 I commissioned a private electromagnetic field and radiofrequency survey called H-SCADA. It recorded low-level magnetic field readings and radiofrequency signals in the 2.5 GHz range. These investigators doing these radio frequency scans using JM-20 PRO or similar detect anomalous frequencies around specific areas of the scanned individual. Researchers can then use frequencies identified during radio frequency scans to search the Federal Communications Commission FCC Universal Licensing System for names and phone numbers and attorneys associated with registrations linked to affected individuals. Multiple scanning reports with these RF frequencies have been admitted as expert evidence of US courts of competent jurisdiction. An attorney I had a consultation with based in California stated that ULS traces in his clients’ cases led to Elon Musk’s private companies, the Department of War, Palantir Technologies and AI development programs sponsored directly or indirectly through a puppet private partnership by the US government, from which his clients are settling out of court. I am also a mother. One of my twin daughters was born May 2014 with auditory neuropathy and wears bilateral hearing aids. I do not know the cause, and I am not aware of research examining whether electromagnetic exposure during pregnancy or early life could play a role in conditions like hers. A 2018 University of Miami study of 25 affected embassy personnel found balance abnormalities and concluded the exposure responsible was unknown. Later NIH studies found no brain-imaging differences, which shows how much remains unresolved. Similar to the diplomats my daughter also suffered with balance and vestibular issues as well. I respectfully ask HHS to consider the following: 1. Establish a task force. Convene a time-limited task force or working group, led by HHS with FDA, NIH, CDC and FCC participation and independent clinicians, researchers and public members, to investigate civilian reports of unexplained auditory and neurological symptoms in people who believe they have been affected by radiofrequency or electromagnetic exposure. Its tasks should be to: • investigate the reports using standardized medical evaluation and exposure measurement; • hear from affected individuals and clinicians; • report findings publicly, including what could not be explained; and • recommend next steps, including research priorities and clinical guidance. 2. Fund independent research on auditory and nervous-system effects of low-level RF and ELF exposure. 3. Create a reporting pathway. Establish a way for the public and clinicians to document suspected exposure-related health effects, with clear coordination among agencies. 4. Clinical guidance and coding. Develop guidance for clinicians who see patients reporting unexplained auditory phenomena, including a standardized evaluation protocol and a working case definition. Support a request to the ICD-10 Coordination and Maintenance Committee (CDC National Center for Health Statistics and CMS) to evaluate whether a diagnosis code for anomalous health incidents (AHI) or Havanna Syndrome is warranted, so that affected patients, civilian and government, can receive documented care and coverage. 5. Coordination. Clarify which agencies (HHS, FDA, NIH or NIEHS, FCC) are responsible for evaluating these concerns, and how a member of the public can bring one forward. Where to start?....I have been struggling with my health for the last 25 years due to the increase in EMF's in our environment. Right after I bought my home, a police station was erected adjacent to my property. The Radar was pointed straight at the front of my house and my bedroom. Then an antenna was added. Next a cell tower was erected next to the police station, about 300 feet from my home. Then an antenna went up on the other corner near my home. Next another cell tower was erected next to the first one I just described. Then they were both doubled, with one on top and one on the bottom. Next a first responders tower was added to the back of the police station, a mere 100 feet from my back door. All of this over the course of 10 years time. I was the proverbial frog in hot water that was turning slowly up to a boiling point. Needless to say my symptoms were off the charts, to the point where I had to quit my job because of inability to function. My Autonomic Nervous System was so kicked, I could not wind down, ever. Horrible insomnia. My Parasympathetic Nervous System was non existent. Massive fatigue, brain fog, memory problems, migraines, inflamation, balance problems, nose bleeds, numb feet that made me trip and fall often, full body hair loss, heart pain, anxiety, depression and panic attacks. 5G is responsible for all the sudden eye problems everyone is experiencing. 5G cooks the eyes like eggs. The burning and dryness and redness is at historic levels. ( and Similisan, a homeopathic eye drop was convienently taken off the shelves) ..I was dying a slow death. An opportunity to move came about and I felt like I was on another planet in my new home! All the symptoms subsided. I began to regain my health. Even my body hair began to grow back! I am slowly feeling that 'pot' heating up again in my new home as the 5G towers populate my area. My neighbors have massive EMF technology that I am feeling as well as the increase in satellites in our upper ionosphere. I had a cell phone for a short time before it began burning my hands and face and sending sharp pains through my ears, to a point where I could not use it anymore. And the radiation was scrambling my brain. Needless to say, I have Zero Wi Fi in my home. I have not had a cell phone in many years now. My home computer is hardwired with an ethernet and I use a land line. I can not tolerate these EMF"s that are continually increasing by the day! I cannot check out at Home Depot because everything is self check out with a surveillance screen in a row of about 15 check out stations all emitting massive Wi Fi. I learned quickly after I used it one time and it burned my face for about 8 hours. Same for CVS. Even the dollar store now has a surveillance screen when you walk in the door. Paying for a meal at a restaurant is all done electronically thru cell phones. I am feeling slowly closed out of participating in society because I cannot tolerate the EMF exposures. I am the canary in the mine field. Just because others cannot feel what I feel does not mean they are not being affected. I am concerned with the health of all humanity! With all the frequencies available, why are the ones chosen not compatible with humans??? These frequencies disrupt our own body electrics, especially the heart, and second the brain. Studies show these EMF's damage human DNA! These toxic frequencies clump and dehydrate our red blood cells, causing hypoxia. Covid was conveniently labeled as the cause for all the lung issues during the massive roll out of 5G while we were all locked down. Red blood cells are responsible for transporting oxygen to all the cells of the body. My biggest concern are the non stop Chem trails emitting huge amounts of toxic heavy metals in the sky, weaponizing the sky by electrifying it, enabling the transmission of EMF's creating weather modification droughts and deluge as well as contributing to Havana Syndrome. The fact is that the entire planet is now contaminated with measurable amounts of Aluminum, Barium, Strontium, Graphene oxide, plastic particulate nano particles, surfectants, etc. These heavy metals are creating a humid heat dome that is threatening our planet! Toxic Mold is proliferating at an exponential rate. I have witnessed it in my neighborhood and was knocked out with toxic black mold just a few months ago that destroyed me like nothing I have ever experienced. Dear HHS/ Robert F Kennedy, I have been a victim of Government Weaponization and a Targeted Individual since 2018. I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of a family member. Back in 2015 my son was injured by vaccines upon entering into the military. He suffered all the symptoms of what they call Hamada syndrome. Fast forward he was again coerced to take the Covid vaccines. He again suffered Havana like syndrome. Ie pressure on top oh head, migraines, tinnitus, memory loss, fear, anxiety, disorientation & catatonia. Most recently he went into a full blown coma for 10 days after this latest attack. I was informed thru Dr Jane Ruby & Mike Adam’s that we all are showing self assembling nanotech in our bodies vaxxed & unvaxxed. This nano tech was created by our own government.
