To whom it may concern. I am a senior citizen and a grandfather. For many years (about 40 years) I have suffered from Havana Syndrome (Anomolous Health Incidents) symptoms. Some of the symptoms I experience are extreme ringing, screeching in my ears (tinitus) Headaches Sudden vertigo Ear pain and pressure Sleep disturbances Memory problems Etc. I have already submitted my comment . Need to add the following Url for the microwave auditory effect . This is valid science and if the cell towers have emitters speed > 2.4 Ghz and SAR ( specific absorption rate > 1.6 kW/kg A person who is exposed with such an emission condition that is this high speed WIFI signal may experience auditory effect. Targeted Individual or Havana effect people who experience such violations should look into this matter as well. ( Just blaming the weapon systems won't work ) They may be ignoring the obvious cell towers with high speed energy range as another cause for their syndrome. Oct.20.21 Toronto, Canada I am writing as a concerned citizen of planet earth. From May 2020 to the present, I have personally experienced severe life-threatening health effects, Anomalous Health Incidents, severe sleep and pain issues, sudden onset and offset of severe headache, vertigo, nausea, heating of the skin, cognitive fog, digestive issues, cyst on the ovary, knee pain and difficulty walking, urinary tract and ear infections, vomitting, spitting up of toxic fluids, loss of appetite and swelling of the cheeks and mandible muscles preventing eating, dehydration, vertigo and dizziness, difficulty breathing, compression and pain in the spinal cord and neck, extreme muscle tension, pain and nausea while using cell phone, stroke-like symptoms causing incapacitation along with heat and pain to the head and body and much more. All Anomalous Health Incidents have been accompanied by a high pitched ringing sound. I have been hospitalized due to severe pain several times. Several Complimentary Healthcare Practitioners diagnosed a spinal scoliosis in my thoracic (upper) spine in Costa Rica in 2022, following several weeks of a circle of heat and pain on same part of my spinal cord. A brain aneurism was found on the lower left side of my brain in 2020 via MRI in Toronto Canada. I have observed similar phenomena in my friends and family. I have been diagnosed with Electrohypersensitivity by Dr. Rina Bray at Women's College Hospital in Toronto Canada 2020. I have been diagnosed with Severe Environmental Illness and Multiple Chemical Sensitivity by Dr. Dempster ND in Toronto Canada 2020. There are ultrasounds, Xrays, MRIs and pages and pages of medical reports from 2020 to the present. I have been seen by multiple Doctors and Complimentary Health Practitioners from 2020 to the present, both in Costa Rica and in Canada. I was in excellent physical, mental and emotional health in May 2020 (the happiest and healthiest I have ever been in my life), immediately preceding the sudden onset of extreme insomnia at the end of May 2020 (lasted for one week), followed by severe and unnatural pain, heating, sleep issues and more. I assume all the ill health effects are a result of EMF and non-ionizing radiation, pulsed radio frequencies and other frequencies and chemicals in the environment, from an infrastructure of cell phones, cell towers, sattelites and other frequency and radiation-emitting devices. I have observed similar (although not as severe) effects in friends and family in my community. Many bees have dropped dead in my apartment over the past few months. Over the past few years I have observed negative impacts on plants and animals around my during the time of such anomalous health incidents. I am extremely concerned about the health and life of humans, animals and plants in my community and on planet earth, now and into the future. I've been hit with these microwave directed energy weapons assaults since May of 2006. It causes lack of concentration, forgetfulness, physical fatigue, mental fatigue, rashes, skin irritations, irregularities to internal organs, balancing problems and much more. I think suffering from these covert attacks could reach epidemic proportions if not stopped right away. Dear Secretary Kennedy, Hi, my name is Rachel Cervone. I am a VERY targeted individual. I have been harassed, stalked, tortured etc. for 6 years daily. I feel this is the last place to get any of my tortured life vindicated. I have been hurt every day by criminals who have taken my life and I have nothing left. I did a research brief on the things that are important to know about the laser weapons being used by the government to torture ppl who they deem to be on a “terrorist watch no fly list”. Note: that is the is an aggressive attack on my body every day shooting electrical currents through my feet into my body and after several hours my heart stopped and I flatlined in the hospital. Raising him as a single mom was the best time in my life. I can’t take my own life so I remember thinking that this was the very best thing that could happen and I will now be with my Savior. My son has basically disowned me. I haven’t had our close relationship in years. I miss him. I believe I am experiencing symptoms of Havana Syndrome, which has been connected to directed energy exposure. When I went to my nearest medical facility for help, they acted like they had no idea what it was and basically told me they were not equipped to help me. I suffer with these very painful symptoms and experiences DAILY.... extreme pressure in the head, feelings of choking, clogged ears, pressure behind my eyes and vision issues, unexplianed bands of heat around my neck and under my breastline. During one incident my spine felt like it was on fire. In the last MONTH, most of the joints in my body have begun experiencing sudden clicking, from my spine, to my neck, to my knees, to my wrists. During another incident I experienced what I can only describe as the feeling of coolent flowing through my entire body like liquid through a tube. I have also had many degrading experiences with my genitals as well. I have full body muscle weakness, brain fog. One incident included severe abdominal burning, which is now causing extreme shortness of breath DAILY. Let's not forget the nightly sleep depreivation. A lot of the damage happens while I'm trying to sleep. I wake up feeling like I'm burning, so I jump out of my bed and move to the couch. I burn there and I attempt to sleep sitting at the dining room table. I burn there and I literally lay down in the hallway. I burn there and I move and lay down in the entryway. I have even moved outside and attempted to sleep on our porch swing. I get very little sleep in a night, as you can imagine. Please help me and all the members of this tortured community.

I live in a suburban area less than 1 mile from a 5g wireless tower. I am concerned about radiation exposure from EMFs, RF radiation, and Wireless radiation exposure. I consider myself sensitive to the radiation in my area and bought a EMF-390 device to measure. I have attached some random exposure pictures over a few days. Sometimes I can get low to 0 readings, other times I get high radiation exposure numbers. When the numbers are indicating high exposure levels I suffer from headaches, body aches/joint pain, fatigue, insomnia, as well as hot/cold flashes. I would also refer to Len Ber's comments regarding diagnosed civilian Havana Syndrome/Anomalous Health Incidents (AHI) victims have no federal case definition, reporting pathway, or case definition. I ask that you recognize AHI1 as a novel clinical phenotype and to set safety standards for exposure limits and parameters associated with this condition. Hello my name Keith Berry im being and have been targeted individual for nearly 10 years by a unknown group/ that are using Emf/Rf (MAE) microwave auditory effect to induce sounds and Emf/rf force practice and entrainment test with with frequency attacks (Ahi) with auditory sound produce with rf modulation with nonstop frequency attacks that loop complex physiological torture to brainwashing torture and rf illness constantly relooping phrase doing complete minuplation constantly step by step done nonstop 24/7 ive had been tortured and retortured! These people doing this make it 100% clear about what there doing and keep telling me "not one gonna believe you" "we are gonna keep doing this!" This type of behavior is sick and disturbing and really should be looked into heavily there gotta be safeguards with the growing tech and uses such as this type of criminal behavior.
