Im having extremely horrible issues with my health and everytime I turn on my electromagnetic field detector it will give me abnormal high readings for a brief second and then turn.off and go back to normal, and some other people I know have been noticing the same strange anomalies, please check into this disturbing issue because I feel like im being radiated with news and im quite sure this is why my health issues have stared getting so much worse. It's to the point I can barely get out of my bed in the mornings, something has got to be done. Please help!!!

I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of a concerned member of the public who is also a parent, family member, and researcher. For the past fifteen years, these are some of the symptoms that have been experienced in my health: Sleeplessness; Restless leg syndrome; Shortness of breath; Tinnitis; Headaches; Dizzyness; Nausea; Brain fog; Concentration issues; Heart palpitations; Vibrations through my body as if I were jello; I believe being a condominium renter increases exposures that may be lessened in single family homes (unaffordable to me). Attempting to shield myself, I have put up metalic paper on my walls but, having little improvement. I wear a shielding fabric jumpsuit daily and headwear. I sleep between shielding fabric layers and a sleep cap. Effects have followed me through school studies, work choices, and more. There is nowhere to live or hide from this pervasive health nuisance.

I am such a person. In 1998 I was living in an apartment in Ramsey, NJ, where, due to underground and overhead electrical wiring the magnetic fields were elevated. Magnetic fields are the “magnetic” part of the term “electromagnetic fields.” Magnetic fields are commonly measured in milligauss (mG) or microtesla (𝝁T), using a tool called a gaussmeter. The utility company came in and found that the reading in my apartment was 100 mG in most places. They said this was a healthy level. The real healthy level is and was around 2.0 mG or less. Then I bought my own meters for EMFs and learned to use them. My symptoms included not being able to sleep. I had to sleep in my car. By 4:00 am, when not many people were using electricity, the levels in the apartment dropped to where I could go back to the apartment and fall asleep. But that’s not the final outcome. I got a few hours of sleep but at the end of it my head and brain felt “frozen.” It felt like a rock and that I was not “myself.” Luckily I had a job where my time was flexible and I could “wait it out” until the feeling subsided, which was by about 1:00 pm. I had to abandon my roommate, break my lease, and move to a safe place. I could never move where there are elevated radiofrequency levels in the vicinity of cell towers. I can’t own a Smart Phone. I can’t drive modern cars with all their electricity. I can’t fly on an airplane or ride in an electric train… both of which give me the “frozen” feeling. I found out the hard way that I can’t use electric devices like cars or trolleys. If it got bad enough when traveling I would have to ask for help because I’d have trouble “thinking.” One time I had a wonderful vacation and took a train home that switched from diesel to electric on the way. There went the good feeling from the vacation. My normal recovery time for an incident like that was four days. I have Wi-Fi but it is about 40 feet away from my computer. Ethernet cable would be better. In order to stay “normal” I follow the “degree, distance, duration” rules. DEGREE refers to the power level or strength of the EMF being emitted by a specific source. DISTANCE is your most powerful defense against EMFs because of the physics of how radiation travels. DURATION focuses on the amount of time you are actively exposed to an electromagnetic field. To this day I am paying $15 a month for the right not to have a Smart Meter installed on my house because the new Smart Meters give off high levels of radiofrequency EMFs. A Smart Meter is the meter that measures monthly electricity usage and communicates over the air with the utility company. For my meter the meter reader has to walk up to the meter to read it. It is called an Opt-out meter. Thankfully Duke Energy provides an electric meter with NO EMFs! I doubt whether you will ever prove one way or another if it is genetic or psychological or an indicator of some level of poor health that brings on symptoms from EMFs. Mineral deficiency could play a role. Even too much grief in life could play a role. Reacting to EMFs could even be a survival mechanism because the body is an electrical unit, and it must "notice" as a living unit that it is in a foreign space when EMFs are out of its healthy range. There is also dirty electricity that I keep a watch on. Dirty electricity is considered a part of the study of electromagnetic fields. You can ask Magda Havas about that and how it causes cancer in school children and teachers. I did find one honest doctor. He said that the best he had for me was that I should move to a mountain top! I read every book I could find that was written by scientists and other professionals. I would have gone to the Environmental Health Center, Dallas if I could have afforded it. I have watched big business crush the ideas about EMFs that president Trump is now looking at. They actually “think” that if the EMFs are not heating the body then what could the issue possibly be. Ask the trillion and trillions of cells in the body what they think of that. I'm doing okay now as long as I practice what they call "avoidance, avoidance, avoidance." Congratulations Mr. Kennedy on this assignment. I grew up in Falmouth Mass and back in the day my grandmother Clementina Santos worked as a maid for JFK. She ironed his clothes and there were times I rode with her to the compound to deliver them. As I grew up your family honored my brother Jeffrey Fontes and I with a benefit dance to raise money for our college education. I am 50 years targeted and need help here in Taunton Mass. I am tortured in my own home with directed energy weapons, been implanted which I recorded them doing under the pretense of a colonoscopy at St Anne hospital I Fall River Mass. Please help me resolve this torture I am 70 years old now. I have tons of evidence and hope you can assist me in my freedom. I am seriously impacted by wireless radiation exposure. My symptoms include insomnia, headaches, migraines, nausea, fatigue, anxiety, and depression. I have a quality EMF meter, and have found that my symptoms directly correlate with my level of EMF exposure. In my own home, I have no wi-fi (I use wired internet) and no "smart" appliances. When I leave my home, I am regularly exposed to levels of EMFs in excess of Russian civilian limitations. In some areas, I am exposed to TEN TIMES the Russian limits. The US limits are not science based and must be updated. If there were an area where I could go and be guaranteed that EMF levels would remain low, I would move. As it is, at any point, one of my neighbors could install a high-powered router, and I would no longer be safe in my own home. I have to limit travel outside my home due to the ubiquitous electromagnetic pollution. It is the federal government's job to set regulations to protect the public; it has failed to do so. Step up to the plate and do it now! The evidence of harm is clear.

I have been experiencing electronic harassment and electronic rape since 2021. These weapons have destroyed my life and my child. I have been subjected to human trafficking via neuro weapons and have endured Directed energy attacks via satellites and other sources. I have been targeted not for anything crime but because I was considered an easy to break target. I do not hear voices however I have a constant hissing in both of my ears that are two different sounds at the same time. I almost lost my life in 2023 twice due to the use of these weapons. I have submitted to the FBI for a copy of my FOIA and am reaching out to anyone who can help me and my daughter. The pictures I posted are of vehicles that have been identified as DEWs and I am being stalked heavily. I go to work and come home and every car on the road is flashing their lights at me even during daylight hours. My story is very long and complicated and I need help. No one deserves to live this way. The constant attacks have isolated me from everything except work because we can’t eat and have a place to live if I don’t work.

Please sir look into the use of DEW being used illegally on private citizens. V2 skull is being used on my son for three years now. I l7ve in a small home with him and I have witnessed the torture imposed on him, have witnessed the satellites over our home, and watched him deteriorate healthwise physical and mentally and it is real I believe. Please we need your help asap. Our home reads high EMF levels which has also affected my heart rhythms as well. Radio waves cause the V2 skull voices 24/7 in my son's head causes days of sleep deprivation. Three years ago this started over night. He now never leaves our home rarely because it gets so bad when he is outside of his Faraday staged bedroom. My son is 40 and has been unable to work for three years since this started. I am in close proximity since our home is a small two bedroom home. He does not do drugs, this is different than mental health illness it is being attacked mentally and physically, burn by DEW, and tortured by V2Skull everyday. I dont know how much longer he can fight it. Please help us! Everything he told me was happening to him when started three years ago, now is being reported by people all over the US. They are trying to kill him slowly and I am watching happen everyday. Please help us I know you are a great man and my son and I both need your help to stop this somehow. There was a scientist named Marcel Vogel. He invented more than 200 parts of the IBM computer. He was my master teacher, and I am educated in vibrational therapies. When I moved into the over 65 apartment, I thought nothing of the location. When 4 years ago the tower which is less that 200yards from the apartment building, appeared to be emitting vibrations which would wake me up at 11:30 pm and then as it turns off at 4 am, I could go back to sleep. This horrible pattern lasted 4 years...and I finally left the building, breaking my lease it was so abhorrent. I wear a 5G protection device and had EMF protection for 45 sq ft of my home. NOTHING worked to keep it from interrupting my sleep. I read that one was turned off in California because it disturbed students in school This should be for all to be expired. I know it was not 5 or 6G coming out of that tower, because I have been aware of any vibrational field which causes me distress. It could also be the reason the whole building is embedded with mold.

I am so thankful that this issue is being addressed. I am personally sensitive to the WiFi in our home. I cannot stay asleep if we do not unplug the router. Knowing this made me fight the smart meter that was going to be installed on my bedroom wall. I had to pay a large fee to keep my existing meter and $25 a month for an ongoing fee. I wish there was some way to stop these meters as well as helping family with the constant 5G everywhere. Thanks you for all you’re doing!

I worked in a major FAANG company hardware lab that tested a popular device you speak to and developed severe EMF sensitivity working in this lab. My coworkers one had multiple Brian tumors and another one in his 30’s suddenly died. Many employees on this team developed health issues during their time working on these projects and didn’t attribute the high levels of RF and EMF exposure to be a contributing factor. I still suffer when around electronic devices over 12 years later and it’s a very hard health condition to not only manage but even describe to the public or health professionals because they will literally label you as a nut case or tinfoil hat wearing person rather than understand the gaps in our knowledge with EMF’s and biology and worse it’s incredibly hurtful and dismissive to someone who is suffering and laying in bed instead being with their family and a productive member of society. It’s very isolating without having reliable science that links exposure to harm. Our FCC guidelines are a joke compared to countries that take RF exposure seriously. The fact they haven’t been re evaluated in decades shows that the FCC controls policy and public safety isn’t take seriously. If you discount any EMF study that isn’t industry funded then you find over 72% of them find biological harm. And even more importantly we have no studies that replicate real life situations like a class room full of phones with a strong WiFi access point over the students heads and no understanding of the impacts on children. Thank you for taking the lead to shine a light and hopefully provide better science and understanding around this very serious issue.
