I am a Board Certified physician in practice for over 43 years. I have personally experienced and have many patients that have experienced detrimental effects with EMF radiation exposure. Headaches, brain fog, agitation, heart palpitations and insomnia are the most common complaints. It is extremely difficult to minimize and impossible to fully shield from the ever increasing amounts and intensities of wireless radiation that we are being exposed to without informed consent. I was threatened with being jailed many years ago by APS when I refused to let them install 4 "smart" meters 5 feet away from where I conduct my medical practice. Just recently, I had to take my newish car to several places at great cost to disable the multiple electronic signals being broadcast within inches of my head. It is becoming an increasingly difficult world to navigate for those of us aware of our EMF sensitivity. Sadly, so many many more are not aware of these signals being a causative or contributing factor to their medical issues. Independent studies must be done and citizens must be informed and given options on saying no to wireless radiation including cell towers, "smart" devices, wifi etc.

Living with EMS Is Like Being In An Invisible Cage (found in pdf attached) In essence, I am a prisoner in America, held in place by an unseen grid that is proliferating. Some say the data centers are being built in order to hold everyone in an invisible cage. I can testify from experience that no one wants this. If they are not for mass surveillance, then tell us what the data centers are for and why so many are being built across the country. No one asked for all of the wireless technological "advances" that have been forced upon us and presented as commerce. No one in government has protected us from the harmful effects of radio frequency radiation, either. Please read my story and experience of EMS or Electromagnetic Syndrome as I wrote it to hopefully save those who will listen. I am a canary.

I became ill in 2017 after purchasing my first smart phone Iphone 8. After about a week of usage, It heated up my head and ears while I was sleeping. I woke covered in sweat and beat red in the face and neck. The same happened again the next night and after that every time I tried to use the phone I would get shooting pains in my head, hot in the face and ears, brain fog, difficulty with speach, fatigue,equilibrium problems, and severe headache that would bring you to your knees. I figured out it was coming from the phone and I could feel the emf tingling through my body. I later discovered I have a condition called Electryhypersensitivity. Many more symptoms would follow and continue today. I was part of a class action lawsuit against Apple due to the extreme high levels of radiation (exceeding guidelines) coming from the phone. I am still dealing with the symptoms and have to be excluded from many activities to avoid symptoms and being ill. I now get body jerks and muscle spasms along with the other symptoms when exposed. I have spent so much money on blocking materials to keep my home at a low level of emf in order to live my life without being sick. It is extremely challenging with all the smart gadgets everywhere. I am disabled and unable to get disability because our government will not recognize my condition and that puts me in a difficult position since I am unable to work. It is a very isolating condition and difficult to manage.

Hello. My name is Nancy Tolsma. 3116 Maui Drive, Mitchell SD. Until April, 2025 , Jay, my husband, and I lived at 800 W. 16th Avenue, Mitchell SD. At 800 W. 16th Avenue, we had a cell tower near our house. In September of 2020 I started having a strange feeling in my right lower arm. My right side of my torso. As the months went by, I became very tired. My legs had the strangest feeling of being strangled when I played down. I felt like there was a hand on the lower left back side of my head all the time. My memory got worse and worse each passing month. I was told I had neuropathy probably, because my feet cramped and tangled so bad. I got tinnitus in my ears, that got louder and louder as months went on. By April of 2021, I was ready to tell my husband I should quit driving because I couldn't remember where I was going when backing out of the driveway or what was the best way to get to my destinations. He is a CPA, so I didn't want to tell him during tax season, as he was already very busy. I went to my Dr. and had him check me, he said everything was good. The reason I was so tired was from cell towers. CELL TOWERS???? WHAT ARE THOSE???? I told my husband after tax season and he said a couple just started coming to our church that had moved from Minneapolis area to Mitchell because of all the cell towers there making the wife extremely sick. When I had blood work done, I said I wanted a panel done for EMF on me. The Dr. told me there was no such panel but said I was hypersensitive to EMF. Both my husband and I had serious health issues from living by the cell tower, that now after a year and a half have majorly gone away. The tinnitus has gone from a 10 to a 1. The feet are so much better and no neuropathy...just EMF damage All the other symptoms have left. The legs are backk to normal. The pressure of the hand on the back of the head is gone. The arm is normal again, as is the stomach tightness. The memory is better, but am taking supplements to help, knowing that was very serious. Please stop all CELL towers from going up. My husband talked to Larry Thomson, who flies to DC all the time to testify about round up and the technology. He told Jay the only reason we have cell towers is to be like China, and track people. It makes no speed difference on people's cell phone service. I don't want to be like China. I had to move in order to be able to live, because of cell towers. I know 2 dozen others who testified to City council on the damages on their lives because of cell towers. Please bring them down. Thank you.

Hello, I am writing the HHS concerning the impact that wireless technology has had on me. I am extremely sensitive to electromagnetic radiation. I am what was referred to 30 years ago as having “microwave sickness”. I stared experiencing symptoms such as; headaches, brain fog, dizziness, and horrible pressure in my head in late 2017. These episodes were so severe that I could no longer work outside the home. I tried to work from home, but I was so sick I could only work for a few hours a day. One day it seemed like everything was magnified. This was the day a smart meter was installed on our house. I spent a couple weeks arguing with the electric cooperative to get it removed. I was charged a removal fee and an additional monthly fee due to someone having to physically read my meter. The symptoms calmed down for a while. I was also mitigating what radiation I could. Then there was more towers and antennas installed within a 3 mile radius of our home. This made it impossible for me to function. I was unable to take care of myself. We then decided we needed to move. We moved to a rural area in Tennessee away from the suburb of Nashville we called home. Since we moved I have regained some of my life. However, it is becoming harder for me to enter cities where there’s more wireless technology. This limits me and my abilities. I’m currently unable to work. I am unable to drive to areas with lots of radiation without someone with me. I am unable to go shopping without someone with me. I have had to change doctors because I can no longer go to the cities where they are located. I have a hard time going to any healthcare provider because of the wireless technology used in their offices. I am unable to get a haircut due to the wireless technology in the salons. I’m unable to go to any type of entertainment; such as dinners out, concerts, plays, movies due to wireless technology. I can’t go to church or attend weddings or funerals because of the wireless technology. We’re no longer able to travel due to wireless technologies in places of lodging. There are so many smart devices that even when we try to do something in nature like hiking, seeing a waterfall, going to the beach, or site seeing, we can’t. Everyone around you has a smart phone, smart watch or wireless earbuds. Wireless technology has hindered me and my ability to thrive in life. Wireless technology has rendered me practically a hermit. We’ve spent thousands of dollars moving, mitigating wireless technology, apply protocols just for me to survive the environment we live in. Wireless technology has had a harmful impact on my health and quality of life.

I suffer from a physiological response to wireless technologies. This happens when I am in a strong wifi environment and if I stay too long near electromagnetic frequencies from standard electrical pulsations. I didn’t want to believe that my symptoms and suffering would be so clearly caused by such ubiquitous daily technologies but the facts have remained- I feel the intensity of pulsed electromagnetic waves. My symptoms are: insomnia, headache, increased and heightened tinnitus (ringing becomes more shrill), and an overall increase in anxiety. To alleviate my reactions/illness, I have learned to prepare for a specific environment. For example, when I enter a restaurant, I use an EMF meter to find the areas of least radiation. My house is hard-wired with ethernet cables providing my internet connections and I use a landline to communicate. I do own a cell phone but it is kept in airplane mode or off most of the time. My friends and family know about my condition and they do not keep their phones on around me. I can’t attend stadium concerts, games and events where I know all phones will be pulsing their signals so, I don’t go. Luckily, I own my home and I am not subject to others’ wifi signals that would occur were I living in an apartment building. What about those who can’t afford a home and are forced to live in an unsafe environment? Sadly, I have come to believe that our government does not care about people like me. They care about the profits made by Telecom and they continue to deny that my sub-group has validity. Despite the studies that show harm, the FCC has just continued to allow more transmitters at higher frequencies to be developed. These higher frequencies (4G, 5G, 6G, 10G) are currently causing damage to plants and wildlife while the Federal government just looks the other way. I urge HHS to take me and the thousands of us (could be millions, with symptoms blamed on the wrong cause), seriously. We are disabled and are often unable to participate in general society. Today, it is hard to find a safe place where there are no EMFs. This is why many escape into a forest, living off grid and on the edge. The small cell antennas now being deployed in every conceivable location- schools, office buildings, churches (shouldn’t they be sacred and safe places?), and on people’s homes make life impossible for those suffering from EMR-S (Electro Magnetic Syndrome). I am a retired biomedical scientist. 14 years ago, a mobile mast was erected on the top of the apartment block next to where I live. It was 10 metres from my study. I started to get nosebleeds and headaches which diffused when I left the apartment and walked barefoot on the beach nearby. I also became aware of sensitivity to WiFi. This sensitivity has got worse and worse and now my life is very limited. I cannot do most of the things that a retiree should be able to look forward to. My health has deteriorated. I am very susceptible to infections and all in all I am a greatly diminished person as result of this. I resent the unwillingness of authorities to address the health implications. The evidence is out there. Time to call out the Telecoms industry

I have burns all over my body, they have acoustic noise on my ears, a tool to put gravity on my breathing, and trying to pop my eyes out my head, tries to make me blind, open up my penis trying to take it off and make me gay with MKULTRA, and raped me and burned my private gentiles parts! These weapons are hitting my head so it disturbs with my moods, and makes me hear screaming and forget! Burned my face! The gang stalkers are a covert gang all over the world that uses back pack devices and phones pedestrians that use their alarms, loud cars, coughing, sneezing, laughing, have my Ai and sirens to try to make me death… these noises ping off the towers to hit me. They are burning me daily. I have to keep the water running in the bathroom to ease the microwave radiation on me at night. I have a tracker from neural link from Elon Musk satellites on my head and Lockheed Martin from these military grade WiFi weapons that in the public to protect the United States citizens are hurting innocent civilian's! My doctor in Oregon knows about 702 FISA AND HOW I was getting hit with Direct energy weapons from commercial airplanes and private. The doctors won’t see me and diagnose me because they are in on the Genocide. They don’t want to admit there’s silent weapons being used. They want to say we have mental health or autism so they can keep hitting me. They trying to take off my penis. My investigators is Amy Holem and Dew Weapons police can tell you exactly who’s using these weapons because its their weapons and the FCC won’t comply. I have my evidence and will submit with my mother’s documentation. But for now these people is trying to kill me with my Artificial Intelligence Profile that they sold world wide and it’s genocide! They have monetized off my name from Chatel modern day slavery. And because I have the dna I have ye CIA and the Church Committee want me dead! These WiFi cell towers needs to be out of the public. This isn’t a base. I can see the radiation in the air. I can’t work, I’ve been homeless for 2 years and 6 months and finally got into a hotel for safety but the cars hit me when I go out and I can’t breathe help us get to safety please! WIFI is horrific for my health. It gives me a pounding headache with 5 minutes of being exposed to it. FPL put a Smart Meter on my house - the wall is on my bedroom. I could not sleep - I would be woken every time I got to sleep. I finally figured out it was the smart meter - I had it removed ( I am charged $13 a month now) and now sleep great as I always have. It is not just me - a friend had a baby. The baby cried all the time when it was in her room. She would take it to the doctor and by the time they got there the baby was happy and fine. Get home, it starts crying. The Palm Beach Post did a story about it - she figured out the smart meters for the building were on the wall outside her room - that was what made the baby cry - and who knows how much damage it did. I recently went into an Olive Garden restaurant that had just opened in my area. I left in 10 minutes with a headache - they had wifi. I have no doubt wifi affects everyone - it is just some people feel the effects right away. Keep exposing yourself to it and dementia will soon follow.
