I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of a patient. EMFs, RF and Electromagnetic Radiation (EMR) have dramatically affected me. Please note my list of symptoms below triggered by EMFs, RF and EMR that began after 2010, intensified until I was forced to stop working due to these symptoms in May 2014 and continue to this day. I was a partner in the largest CPA (certified public accounting) firm in our county, and was at the peak of my career. My dream home had to be sold to pay ongoing medical bills and eliminate our mortgage. My husband and I had to move to a mobile home to exist and have poured considerable money into the home to shield from EMFs, RF and EMR. I am completely overwhelmed with the medical symptoms triggered by and it is a day-to-day struggle to survive. Specific triggers of EMFs, RF and EMR for me include, but are not limited to exposure to: Cell phones, Cell towers, Smart meters, Computers, wireless phones, laptops, EV, Most vehicles built after mid 2000s, Cellular satellites, LED bulbs, LED light displays, smart watches, wireless hearing aids, and, hearing loops. My symptoms when exposed to EMFs, RF and EMR include: Vise-like painful grip circling head, Knife-like sharp pains in head, Migraine lasting min 6hr to max of 4 days, Vertigo, Disorientation, Heart arrythmia, Shortness of breath, Chest pressure, Slurred speech, Blurry eyesight, Visionary mirrors related to migraines, Hands shaking, and, Extreme exhaustion. My ongoing limitations include: Almost completely housebound leaving home only for emergencies or medical appointments. It takes days to recover from migraines and other symptoms noted above after leaving our shielded home; Prevented from traveling via airplanes, ships, modern vehicles, train; Prevented from staying in hotels, friends’ or relatives’ homes; Prevented from attending outdoor holiday lights displays, LED light shows, parades; Limited access to worship, theatre, live performances, sports events – anywhere that has sound systems under new FCC frequency guidelines that emit radiation; Cannot shop or run errands without severe side effects (e.g. grocery stores, malls, farmers’ markets); No access to banking, texting, emergency notifications from banks, utility companies, housing management via cell phones. In a power outage, no access to emails to compensate for this limitation; Cannot take walks outside of home, go to the beach or parks; Considerable expenses incurred due to my hypersensitivity to EMFs, RF and EMR: Shield home including upgrades as technology from 3G to 4G to 5G changes; Expense to re-wire existing appliances; Considerable expense & labor to search for wireless-free equipment, disable wifi features on electronic equipment if possible; Expense for watching tv without wireless, smart devices/screens/remotes/streaming devices (e.g. Roku); Expense and great inconvenience to move to a community without smart meters on or near home; Considerable out of pocket expense for medical devices and therapists not covered by insurance to reduce or attempt to control the pain. HHS should address the sources of EMFs, RF and EMR. Specifically, I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence. I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health. I am submitting my personal account of living with Electromagnetic Hypersensitivity (EHS) in response to the HHS Request for Information on electromagnetic fields and radiofrequency radiation exposure. I am 61 years old and live in Denmark. My symptoms have profoundly affected my health, my ability to work, and my participation in everyday life. I have been granted permanent disability pension due to my severely reduced functional capacity. My submission includes three documents: My personal account of EHS, including my symptoms, observations, measurements, and the impact on my daily life. A medical certificate dated May 1, 2025, documenting my physician's assessment and his direct observation of my deterioration during a consultation. A selection of scientific literature describing symptoms and conditions relevant to my experiences. I hope my testimony will contribute to a better understanding of people reporting EHS symptoms and encourage further independent research, particularly concerning children and other potentially vulnerable groups. I founded the "Collectif ehs-42", then the "Collectif 1815"; I was an administrator of the associations "Une Terre pour les EHS" and "Robin des Toits"; I attended the creation of "AZB" in 2014; I followed the training of consultant in electromagnetic environment from CRIIREM; I became a "patient-expert". I spent nearly 7 years confined, and wrote a book "Electro-Hyper Sensiblement Vôtre", published in 2019. Since then, the village where I lived, where EHS gathered and recharged, where we measured – 88 dbm (<0.001 V/m), has been colonized by new neighbors. Everyone knows that they live in a village far from relay antennas. It has become impossible to welcome other EHS, and suffering daily attacks from the wireless technologies of these neighbors, my health is gradually deteriorating. The authorities (State via prefects, mayors, and local authorities) do not act, despite our repeated requests; their will is to eliminate us, to silence us, so the torture is daily. Thus, 4 EHS from the Loire department have died. Justice is slow to act, it hides behind the absence of scientific consensus, and is slow to recognize the psycho-social impacts, and even the disability; here, in this village, we have accumulated for over 15 years all the evidence pointing to the failure of the State, the mayors, the local authorities. All participate in Agenda 2030, and its eugenic vision; "... there are waves everywhere now, that's how it is! Adapt!" I do not consent to being irradiated by waves defined by the majority of scientists as toxic, classified as possibly carcinogenic (2B by WHO). It is locally that we must act to help EHS, within the framework of the Laws! It is locally that the hunt against EHS is organized as demonstrated by the procedures against Philippe Tribaudeau and Danièle Bovin, presidents respectively of the Associations "Une Terre pour les EHS" and "les Citoyens éclairés", who are also hunted like animals; for the sole reason that they testify to this reality that everyone wants to hide, the waves put on the market kill, populations have become addicted victims of their ignorance, and EHS are persecuted. Palantir keeps all the digital traces necessary for establishing the Truth, civil or military courts will seize them. In France, more than a century ago, Arsène d’Arsonval and Georges Lakhovsky opened a quickly closed path, electrotherapy, or how to heal with waves. Nicolas Tesla, without a battery but with a "converter" powered an electric vehicle by capturing "the ether", that is to say the natural electromagnetic waves; on this same principle, he developed wireless communications. These studies must be taught again, and applied, and further developed based on ongoing research. This is how we will build a sustainable future; through the mastery of the electromagnetic spectrum because the entire "living" world is bio-electromagnetic, for better and for worse. And this is becoming increasingly urgent in the face of the exponential increase of the waves' grip on bodies and brains due to the massive poisoning of populations with heavy metals and nanotech, in an electromagnetically saturated environment. The latest declassifications and hearings from the United States regarding "non-human" technologies, combined with our knowledge, will soon allow us to shift from Agenda 2030 to a "New Golden Age", where the mastery of waves will order a just and balanced civilization, there is no doubt about that. But before that, we must establish responsibilities, degrees of complicity, and, above all, hear and repair the crimes and injustices inflicted on the victims of the waves, made ill by poisoning. This investigation will follow these conclusions, already known, that is certain. While waiting to reconnect the multi-secular link between Forez and the United States (in the footsteps of Lafayette), here, in the Loire and elsewhere, the "Collectif 1815" continues its work, confounding, day after day, its executioners. #1 Anonymous. #2 Patient: healthy 76 year old female; no current medical conditions, no pharmaceutical or drug usage; (MCS) Multiple Chemical Sensitivity diagnosis (2003) and practices avoidance; never used cell phones due to visual impairments, avoids all wireless devices and infrastructure. #3 In 2023, an omni-directional, 24/7/365 powered, 4G/LTE wireless small cell site was activated on the telephone pole directly supplying electricity to my home. Due to the immediate adverse neurological effects I suffered from the electromagnetic radiation it emitted, I was forced to abandon my property. I became virtually homeless for 6 months because, for a variety of reasons, most landlords, family, and friends felt unable to shut off the cell phones and WiFi in their houses for any length of time. They felt they were too essential. In addition, the number of houses for sale was severely limited at that time and safe EMF locations were nearly impossible to find. The best way I can describe the physical effect of accessing my home, post-activation, is to explain what I first began noticing around 2010 in public places such as libraries, which began offering WiFi. It took me some time to make the connection, because, at first, I didn't believe it was possible. Depending upon the signal strength, I feel as if I'm a lightning rod or radio antenna. I can't tolerate the bio-electrical sensation that is something akin to standing in front of a heat lamp but without feeling the heat, just the intensity. I begin to feel exhausted and within 8-10 minutes, my thinking becomes confused (i.e. I know something is wrong, but I can't quite figure out what it is. I have to work really hard to concentrate in order to power through whatever I was planning to do, but, inevitably, I'm forced to admit that what's happening is real and that I'm beginning to become agitated. Then, a kind of panic sets in, and I just need to get away). When I'm removed from the source and I have something to eat or drink, it takes me about 15-20 minutes to recover fully. When I originally contacted my town building officials about the imminent placement and danger the small cell posed to me as an ADA qualifying individual, they had no knowledge that towers were being sited in our town. They had no authority over the Right of Way, let alone their location or construction. When I sought help from my town government, the Town Council members refused to allow testimony about my situation in a public meeting until an anonymous audience member coerced the committee to "Let them speak." Once again, my local government denied having any authority, and in this case, they demonstrated an unwillingness to acknowledge the electromagnetic radiation issue publicly. When I contacted state agencies including the Department of Health and the Public Utilities Commission for help, they all responded, "It's not in our purview." When I contacted my U.S. Congressional delegates along with every one of my State General Assembly members, I received three responses; two promising to investigate (without followup) and one touting the advantages of wireless technology with no mention of my personal dilemma. Accessing public spaces has become nearly impossible for me due to the proliferation of community-wide wireless infrastructure and devices. THE MOST DANGEROUS PROBLEM FOR ME IS NOT BEING ABLE TO ACCESS HEALTH CARE. Medical points of contact: buildings, hospitals, devices, personnel, and protocols are so completely and complexly wireless, that they pose a significant risk, and even newly-certified medical professionals have never heard of the ADA-qualifying conditions, MCS and EMR-S (Electromagnetic Radiation-Syndrome).>

I have to avoid travelling after dusk because the cars with blinding lights make the roads dangerous. If I come across one in the evening I have to virtually stop dead because I'm blinded, and can't see which way the road goes. Why were these lights ever allowed?

In July 2023, I was admitted to ER and overnight to the hospital for heart issues. Then spent two days having Multiple tests were run with no conclusive evidence of any heart Trouble! I was sent home and had my two smart meters on my property removed and then a month later ended up wearing a heart monitor for three weeks journaled everything and recorded every time my heart acted up and what I was doing and discovered I could not spend more than 45 minutes at a time on my wireless laptop without giving me palpitations and creating arrhythmia and chest pain pains! It was quite an eye opener. Of course, the journal entries were highly edited and showed NO correlation!?! Three months later, I saw the top southern Oregon cardiologist. Except for some unusual EKGs and all the rest of the tests were inconclusive, the Doctor asked me, what I thought the issue was - so I shared, that I felt the cause of my cardiac issues was EMF exposure. His comment and I quote “I’m not ‘allowed’ to discuss that with patients.”. I asked him why, and he would not explain the censorship. (I was shocked!) Although he did say that “ I would never use my cell phone next to my brain because I don’t want brain cancer.” AND he does not carry it in his hip pocket next to “his boys” because he doesn’t want prostate cancer! So obviously, he believes that EMF is causing cancers, but he’s not allowed to talk about cardiac problems!?! Prior to my experience, my husband has had cardiac problems ever since smart meters were attached to our home. Once they were removed here in Oregon he no longer has cardiac issues! September 20, 2026 I travel to Oroville, California and was in town less than 24 hours before I had to leave because I started having cardiac issues; palpitations, arrhythmia, shortness of breath and chest pains, so once again EMF is the culprit because I was in a large city with lots of EMF and undoubtedly 5G. Once out away from the city symptoms reduced enough for me to travel home! LIVESTOCK AND PETS All our farm animals have also been exposed to long-term EMF. Once the smart meters were installed in 2015 the 80 lb mixed breed dog developed systemic lupus, and inflammation all over her body so she could barely walk and she was only two years old. The older second 45 lb dog, became aggressive and developed fatty tumors on her body. Now in Oregon two puppies we adopted, both have severe allergies and something is accentuating unknown congenital disorders. The 17 year-old Horse developed melanoma cancer all over his body. Tumors are so large it’s impeding his movements. The 13-year-old wild Mustang developed diabetes and is developing tumors. None of this is not normal nor is it coincidental. The water has been tested at both residential locations. Their feed has been tested and of course, none of them eat the same thing, so it’s not the feed or water. I believe it’s long-term exposure to the EMF. Our cattle also have congenital health issues here. The bull died of unexplained issues and he was a little over two years old. Since removing the smart meter that was attached to their Barn, we have no longer had detectable health issues. THE INSIDE CAT - weight 10 lbs Would have tremors all day long before we remove the smart meters. ONE DAY I WATCHED A TREMOR COMPLETELY, KNOCK HER OFF THE COUCH AND SHE HIT THE FLOOR WITH A HUGE CRY OF SHOCK AND PAIN! Once the first meter was removed, WITHIN 48 HOURS, THE TREMORS BEGAN TO REDUCE DAILY IN SEVERITY AND NUMBER!! TWO WEEKS AFTER BOTH METERS WERE REMOVED SHE NO LONGER HAD TREMORS!!! I know this is all observational and empirical data, but all the biological symptoms, whether it was human or animal, have reduced or completely dissipated with the removal of the smart meters and our constant management of wireless devices; being turned off when not in use or kept away from all of us. Not being able to travel to large towns or cities to visit family and friends because of the impacts has gotten ridiculous. The effects are real. I had a journal that documents it. I had tests that show the periods. My prayer is that the FCC will finally listen to the American people and understand the effects are real, and you’re supposed to protect AMERICANS from this industry you’re regulating. The broadband infrastructure that was supposed to connect us to the rest of the US, never made it to our neighborhood thus, I’m stuck using wireless technology. I beg you, please give meaningful consideration to the experiences and evidence that the public is providing and fully address each issues identified by the court. We cannot continue to live this way. There is so much new research that has been done around the world, documenting what’s happening. I hope that you will finally look at the new data, especially “Bio initiative 2012” and “Updated research summaries from May 2022” Thank you for this opportunity to comment.

thank you for this open consultation to all and I would be happy if my testimony could help disabled people like me. My profession was computer science and I became disabled (recognized by the MDPH, a French organization for the recognition of disabilities) following a permanent exposure to excessive radiation: I lived 35 m from a relay antenna (2g, 3g, 4g+) and the office WI-FI box was placed on my work table. I was also surrounded by all kinds of electronic and computer equipment. I spent a lot of time on the phone as part of my duties. I suffered a lot in my body for 2 years without understanding why until a doctor understood that my neurological, cardiac and hormonal problems were induced by the radiation around me. As soon as I went into a white zone, I was better after a while. Time from first exposure to first appearance of adverse health effects; and did a change in exposure coincide with the onset of adverse effects:Adverse affects with each exposure to close proximety to cell tower. Then wi-fi, cell phones, cordless phones, computers and routers. Basically anything with radio frequency. The effects are immefiate sometimes. Other times, the effects are cumulative and symptoms increase gradually over time, such as over two hours. 3e. Was medical evaluation or treatment sought? (Optionally:) Was there a diagnosis?I did seek medical treatment with the cell tower exposure, but at the time I did not know it was the cell tower causing severe symptoms. Doctor just "trialed" thyroid medication due to fatigue. However the blood tests did not show thyroid dysfunction. 3f. Were steps taken to reduce or eliminate exposure, and were there subsequent changes in the effects?Yes and symptoms resolved. 3g. Any supporting documentation? This includes Scientific Reports, exposure measurements, or other relevant information:I have Scientic Reports that also support the ill health affects of RF. I have dozens of reports from specialists. Additional Details you would like to share about your experiences of adverse health effects you believe to be associated with exposure to wireless radiation or EMF's:My life has been profoundly negatively affected by radio frequency radiation (RF). I have been disabled by it. I can no longer comfortably stay in hotels, travel, or stay with friends who will not turn off wi-fi or cell phones. B1a. Sources you experience as causing you Adverse Effects:Wi-fi, cell phones/towers, smart meters, anything "smart" or TV's, tv antaennas. I notice combining several devices cause symptoms to be worse. B1b. Sources you can sense, but don't seem to harm you:Dirty electricity (DE) more than RF, but it does harm me the same as RF radiation. However, this is easier to mitigate with a Stetzer filter that brings significant relief. B1c. Sources you can use without sensing or being harmed:Landline phones, all electric devices that use simple electricity and are not "electronics". These include things like mixers, toasters made before "energy efficiency". B1d. Sources that seem to provide benefit (i.e., electrotherapy):Stetzer filters for DE, unplugging devices. An area of investigation is "How poor underground electric power grid lines can affect sensitivity to radio frequency radiation". I was exposed to improperly grounded and under-sized power lines and bad transformers. This increased symptoms to RF. After the power lines and transformers were replaced and grounded, my RF symptoms were dramatically reduced. Not gone, but 80% better!!! LiFE CHANGING!! Bad power lines produce massive RF and/or dirty electricity. B2a. Dear Department of Health and Human Services: Thank you for listening to the concerns people have about wireless technology. I began suffering from EMR (electromagnetic radiation) Syndrome about 25 years ago. The chronic symptoms I have struggled with over the years include tinnitus, head and facial pain, head fogginess/dizziness, eye and vision problems, nosebleeds. My doctor and I spent years trying to determine the cause of my symptoms. I saw various specialists including an ENT doctor and at least three different neurologists. I had a CT scan and two brain MRIs. I had no success with any of the prescribed treatments, and none of my health care providers could figure out what was going on. Finally, about 10 years ago, I stopped using a cordless phone and took other steps to reduce my RFR (radiofrequency radiation) exposure. In doing so, I experienced a dramatic reduction in my symptoms. The general public needs to be aware that wireless radiation is harmful to human health. I have lost three jobs in the last nine years because my employers refused to provide a safe working environment. In the most recent incident, a WiFi router was located near my desk and I asked for permission to move the router at least 15 feet away. My boss refused to accommodate my request. When I told her that my doctor had advised me not to sit in such close proximity to the router, she terminated my employment. In the United States, we, the public, are not adequately protected by our safety standards. Thousands of peer-reviewed scientific studies, accumulated over decades, report biological effects from exposure to non-thermal, non-ionizing electromagnetic radiation (the kind emitted by cell towers, smart meters, WiFi routers, cell phones, Bluetooth devices, etc.). Our safety regulations do not to consider the bioeffects of wireless radiation at non-thermal levels. Nor do they consider the cumulative effects of long-term exposure over a period of years. The regulations consider only short-term exposure from a single source. They fail to consider exposure from multiple simultaneous sources, such as occurs when you, for example, use a cell phone or tablet near a smart meter in a location covered by multiple WiFi networks. One thing we know about wireless radiation is that, among the many effects seen, a very serious one is the deterioration of the genome (genotoxicity).  Such an effect, if seen in a food item under development or in a potential pharmaceutical drug, would immediately completely ban the product from future marketing and sale. The wireless revolution began more than 25 years ago, and the damage done so far is incalculable. The scientific and medical evidence is clear. Our government agencies need to protect the public from wireless harm, and they need to act now. Please take the time to consider the study conducted by James C.
