I live 2 floors below multiple transmitter antenna's and hear a ringing in my head everyday multiple times a day. I don't have tinnitus and wonder if it comes from there.

Dear Mr. Kennedy, Thank you so much for the work that you are doing!!! I am part of 3% of the population that is electromagnetic hypersensitivity. Over the last 15 years I have been so sick from EMFs that it has impacted my ability to live and work in small towns to large cities. When I am triggered by EMFs I suffer daily migraines, emotional instability for no reason, extreme insomnia, buzzing sensations in my body, inability to focus, extreme burning pain in the right upper quadrant of my skull. The first time that I suffered from EMF hypersensitivity was 15 years ago from city to city electricity carrier lines. I was 3 or 4 blocks away and directly in the arc. I was in medical school, at the time, and nearly had to drop out. If it was not for the help of a Traditional Chinese Medicine herbalist and acupuncturist, I would have been another casualty. I moved out and was not able to return to my apartment for my things for a month. When I tried, all my symptoms would return. To this day, I cannot speak on my cel phone at all. If I speak on my cel phone even for less than a minute, I develop a burning, painful hotspot on the right side of my head. If I answer a text sometimes I can experience heat and pain in my head. I talk either on Google Voice or on my landline. When I moved to a town of 300 people in Eastern Oregon in 2018 I was fine until a year later when an enormous cel tower was placed in the middle of town. It was so powerful that I often had insomnia and hot spots on the right side of my skull. My best friend lived within a block and developed "rheumatoid arthritis" shortly after the tower went up. I saw her health deteriorate to the point where some days she can't get out of bed because she is in so much pain. When I moved to a city of 500,000 three years ago I was very afraid that I would not be able to find anywhere to live or work. I ended up buying a house a half hour outside the city, near a military base which does not allow a lot of cell towers nearby. I was able to tolerate living in the house until we put solar panels on the house. Immediately, I could not sleep and my symptoms started creeping back. I wish I had known that the inverters on the solar panels create a lot of dirty electricity which radiates out from the walls. I've done a lot of research on this and there is a lot of documentation on the cancer clusters created by electrical transformers especially near schools in Southern California. (See the book called Dirty Electricity.) Anyway, I had to sleep in our camper in the backyard all winter until we were able to put four dirty electricity filters from Satic Shield (each are $1500) on the electrical panel and I could move back into the house. I still cannot sleep in the master bedroom because the electrical panel is on that wall and all the electricity for the whole house runs through the room. Also, when I first moved to this city I got a job before I arrived. I had looked online extensively on antennasearch.com and thought that I was safe from the towers, but sadly I felt the tower after only a couple days working there. I found the tower hiding only about 50 feet from my office. I tried to hang in there because I loved the job for another three weeks. I had to quit, however, because I was experiencing daily migraines and extreme fatigue. Then began a six month search for an office that I could tolerate. I finally found one and moved in. I had not been there a year however, when a nail salon moved in on the same HVAC system. Chemical sensitivity is common with EMF hypersensitives. Again, migraines, fatigue, and my usual symptoms. I fought with the owners/managers for six months until they finally let me out of the lease. I was very ill at that point. Then I moved into another suite that unbeknownst to me, had government servers that emit extremely high levels of EMFs on both sides of me. Again, I tried to tolerate it for three weeks and was so sick afterwards I had to take a month off of working. I was able to use a friend's office in the meantime, but it took me six months total to find another office that was suitable for me to set up my wholistic medical practice. I am so grateful! My life is very complicated because of this health issue. Travel is very anxiety provoking because of all the EMFs in airports from people's cel phones. I never go to sporting events! I am careful to ground every day on a patch of grass I planted here in the desert. That is very helpful to me as well as eating the ancestral diet promoted by the Weston A. Price Foundation. Some books that have helped me not feel so alone are The Non-Tinfoil Guild to EMFs by Nicolas Pineault and Wifi Refugee by Shannon Rowan. I am currently writing a booklet in hopes of promoting awareness. Europe has EMF safe zone neighborhoods and much more consciousness around this. I hope that you are able to help curb the greed of the Telecommunications Industry that is sacrificing our health.

I am submitting this comment as a mother, a resident of rural Alaska, and a person living with a brain tumor diagnosis. In January 2025, I was diagnosed with an IDH-mutant astrocytoma, WHO grade 2, in my left frontal lobe. I underwent an awake craniotomy and tumor resection in August 2025 and continue regular neurological and MRI surveillance. A new cellular communications tower is now nearing completion approximately 500–700 feet from my home in my small rural Alaska community. I am not claiming RF radiation caused my brain tumor or that this tower will cause recurrence. Instead, my diagnosis and the construction of this tower have led me to a question for which I have had difficulty finding adequate research: What do we know about long-term RF exposure in people who already have cancer? Much of the RF/cancer discussion focuses on whether RF exposure can initiate cancer. Cancer patients need another question investigated: whether chronic RF exposure has any measurable effect on existing tumor cells, tumor progression, recurrence, treatment response, neurological symptoms, or long-term outcomes. I urge HHS to specifically study RF exposure in people with existing cancer and cancer survivors, including patients with primary brain tumors. Research should examine tumor progression and recurrence, molecular and cellular effects, oxidative stress and inflammation, blood-brain barrier effects, tumor microenvironment, seizure activity, treatment response, and survival. If rigorous research demonstrates that typical environmental RF exposure has no meaningful effect on these outcomes, that information would itself be extremely valuable. Patients need reliable evidence either way. I also ask HHS to investigate whether medically vulnerable populations respond differently to chronic RF exposure and whether existing standards adequately protect people with cancer or neurological disease, children, and people experiencing decades of exposure. Children deserve particular attention because today’s children may experience wireless exposure throughout nearly their entire lives. HHS should investigate potential biological effects occurring below levels that cause significant tissue heating and determine whether any observed effects translate into clinically meaningful health consequences. Research should consider cumulative exposure from cellular towers, phones, Wi-Fi, small cells, connected devices, and future technologies. I also encourage HHS to examine infrastructure siting. When transmitting equipment is placed near homes, schools, childcare facilities, playgrounds, or healthcare facilities, communities should have independent, evidence-based health guidance, particularly when reasonable alternative locations exist. Small communities should also have access to independent RF expertise rather than relying primarily on information provided by telecommunications companies or citizens attempting to interpret highly technical research themselves. I strongly encourage meaningful post-installation RF monitoring. Distance from a tower alone does not determine exposure. Antenna height, orientation, frequencies, power, terrain, and other factors matter. Residents should have access to understandable measurements of actual RF exposure after equipment becomes operational. Finally, I ask HHS to clearly distinguish between evidence that an exposure is harmful, evidence that it is safe, and circumstances where sufficient evidence does not yet exist. For someone already diagnosed with a brain tumor, the question is not simply, “Can RF radiation cause cancer?” We also deserve an evidence-based answer to: “Does chronic RF exposure matter once cancer already exists?” I do not know the answer. That is precisely why I am asking our federal health agencies to investigate it. Wireless communication is important, particularly in rural communities like mine. Technological progress and public health do not have to be opposing goals. We can benefit from wireless technology while independently studying long-term exposure, identifying potentially susceptible populations, monitoring real-world exposure, and making thoughtful infrastructure decisions. As someone who may spend years living several hundred feet from a cellular tower while undergoing surveillance for progression or recurrence of a brain tumor, I want to know that this question has actually been studied rather than simply assumed. I respectfully ask HHS to make research involving cancer patients, brain-tumor patients, children, and other potentially vulnerable populations a priority. Thank you for considering my comment.

I am responding from the perspective of myself. My face gets hot when I hold my phone to my face. When I drive, I used to wear ear buds that plugged into my phone in order to keep the phone off my face. But my iPhone became outdated and the new updated iPhone I bought does not have the audio plug in for my earbuds. I do not want to use a bluetooth because it gives me headaches. This technology is dangerous and iPhone should provide an option on their phones to allow an audio port to allow for plug in headset or earpiece. I have friends who have cancer on their faces from using cell phones against their ears. I am a member of the public concerned with the unaddressed potential health and environmental risks of radiofrequency (RF) radiation from wireless infrastructure and devices. SUMMARY I am an ordinary citizen, wife, and mother, who was seriously injured by wireless radiation and who now suffers from a debilitating chronic medical condition called EMR Syndrome. ARGUMENT It was an innate survival instinct which helped me to pack up and leave everyone and everything I had ever known and relocate from the harmful suburbs north of New York City to the welcoming safety of the ‘Radio Quiet Zone’ in Green Bank, West Virginia. Due to the ceaseless, undisciplined proliferation of wireless technology, I had by 2009 developed a dizzying array of debilitating medical symptoms; which included burning skin sensations, headaches, enervation, tinnitus, numbness in my extremities, impaired focal concentration, as well as cardiac arrhythmia. EMR Syndrome is a lifelong functional impairment, and those of us who suffer with this condition still lack access to this basic human need. Due to the low- EMF environment in a 10 mile radius surrounding the Green Bank Telescope, we are currently the only remaining control group left for independent scientific studies. It is imperative that we protect this sacred space, which is constantly under threat, for future generations. Aloha, I am a dog trainer and pet sitter. When I was in California by camp Pendleton ,I noticed that two dogs and the owner passed away from cancer within 3 years of moving there, when they were right next to a repeater. Now I moved to Kauai and the same thing happened in Kalaheo. On papalina and Kai Ikena. Within 3 years of moving there both the Doberman and the young Bernese mountain dog got cancer as well as the owner who is about 65. Myself, I have been deeply affected by emfs with tinnitus since 2011. The only time it goes away is if I am away from any towers or frequencies. Thank you very much. These things are very dangerous and it should not be happening against our Express permission.

I am responding from the perspective of myself. I am a truck driver and have had repeated cancer on the right side of my face since 2015. I am right handed and had always held my cell phone to my right ear. When I learned of bluetooth earpieces I bought one and wore it on my right ear. As a driver as well as a dispatcher for 7 other drivers I spent the greater portion of my day on the phone routing drivers. Due to the repeated cancer treatments that included my cheek, around my ear I moved the bluetooth to my left ear. This month I went in to my eye doctor because my vision driving at night has become blurry and headlights, especially blue ones give me headaches. My doctor reported that my left eye is perfectly fine but that my right eye has a cateract that should be removed soon as it affects my ability to drive my truck at night. Hello, On June 22, 2025 I chose to get sober. I had made other decisions to give up idols in Texas, but I was trying to pursue God and live a righteous life. I co-founded a company where the original founder offered me 25% ($2.5/$10M at the time, supposed to sell to Cisco for $300-400M once grown) if I would enter a "lifetime partnership" with him which he explained was one part girlfriend & one part business partner. I declined. I shouldn't have to sleep with somebody especially not my boss to get the equity any other male cofounder would have gotten. From there, my boss paid off people in AA to stalk and harass me including Tommy Vanderbeek who bragged to Alden DeLamar who came and told me that Tommy had shown me on his phone, laughed, and said "haha her boss if paying me to stalk her". From there I continued to be harassed and stalked. My mother needed help so she told me to go with her to Duke ER. I was lied to and told to sign commitment paperwork because they said that's the only way I could stay in hospital (Which was a lie I went back and asked and you can stay in ER for 2 weeks or go upstairs to Williams Ward) they took me to Duke Regional where I was drugged for 2.5 days so I couldn't ask to leave. Eventually, I was not being treated for a physical medical issue multiple times and I called the patient advocate and my paperwork magically showed up and I was discharged. Since then I have experienced tinnitus (ears ringing), exterior gynelogical pain, brain pain on sides of head, fatigue, brain fog, etc. I have a safe haven and then eventually these problems happen. My sister Allison Nicole Jetton worked for DHS and took .08% equity ($80k) to ghost me for a restraining order trial as my boss was also cyberstalking me on my gmail and facebook. She used that as a down payment for a house. She also supposedly worked for CIA and used DHS as a cover. My uncles Thomas Starnes and Daniel "Dan" Starnes have been orchestrating this program. My grandfather Joseph Daniel Starnes worked for the FBI and I believe started experimenting with "direct energy weapons" (DEWs) on citizens. He was a sociopath and pedophile of several children. I also believe my father Roger Aaron Jetton Junior is involved. I am reasonably smart but I am not trained in this area. I earned a 3.4 GPA at UVA and graduated with a double major in psychology (A in Abnormal Psych which studies personality disorders including sociopathy) & sociology. Wrote a thesis using Quantitative Survey of 420+ people and SPSS (statistical program), Qualitative Study of 9 persons and won the 2011 Award for Best Distinguished Majors Sociology Thesis. Then many things happened. My sister wanted me to "get a good government job" but I was in tech and loved start-ups and the private sector. I think some bad things happened to me sure through my own doings but some through the direction of my Paternal and Maternal Family's direction. I believe I have anomalous health incidents and havana syndrome because I wouldn't sleep with my boss and then needed to get discredited by being committed to a psych ward in 2017-2018. In 2019, I went to NC State MBA program and graduated with a 3.9/4.0 GPA. Unfortunately, I was hit on by 3 men during Covid and during when my ex's family was making fun of me and it didn't go as well as I wanted but I did graduate with a 3.9/4.0 GPA. I made straight A's my senior year and planned a wedding. My ex Jeff Iannicelli is a narcissist, had emotional affair with his personal trainer at the gym (who was known to do this with married men, and is a porn addict). I wonder if his family was involved as well. I really don't know. It's hard to know if a mean person was targeting me because I wouldn't sleep with my boss or if I had just been so bruised and bleeding that I got fooled when somebody treated me with kindness only to trap me in a marriage. I also fell for a romance scam and crypto scam that I believe was targeting. I wasted 30-37 year old with my ex and now am single and won't have kids, but I'm committed to being single for as long as God would like for me to be including for life. It is generally through not nice men that attack me. :-( I just wish I wasn't tortured in my apartment and car or where ever I go by direct energy weapons. I'm already discredited in multiple ways so I don't understand why they are still torturing me with direct energy weapons except they are all narcs and sociopaths and are punitive (punish me extremely) etc. Sorry this is all over the place. My church also was paid off $60k to play videos that were spliced by overarching head preacher James MacDonald (gambling addict preacher and abusive to congregation) to be submissive. Well they told me to read my Bible "like a good Christian" and I read of Daniel and the Lion's Den who said "No to stop praying" to Dictator and Esther who spoke up for her people so I know I am supposed to follow laws but follow God and laws inspired by Judeo-Christian principals.
