The FCC's human exposure limits have not been updated since 1996 when people were using flip phones and many people like me didn't even have a cell phone yet. Cell phones today are like giant computers packed into a tiny powerful handheld devices and we have 5G cell towers, Smart meters, Smart appliances, watches and wearables, Ipods, etc This situation alone should be enough for HHS to dig into the decades of research on biological harm going all the way back to the 1970s from our own US military. We have never had an agency with any type of health expertise regulating this industry, Here is my story: In 2017, I was acutely injured by a Smart meter that was attached to my home without my knowledge or consent. One day I was a perfectly normal healthy person, and the next day I had all these strange and serious symptoms like headaches, dizziness, heart palpitations, inability to sleep, constant fatigue, increased gut and joint pain, terrible tinnitus, and overwhelming anxiety for no reason at all. I felt like I was being physically and mentally tortured whenever I was in my own house. The acute symptoms subsided when I was able to opt-out and get the Smart meter removed from my home, but the chronic symptoms persist to this day and I deal with most of these (tinnitus, dizziness, terrible fatigue, poor sleep, daily gut and joint pain, and high blood sugar readings despite daily exercise and my low carb, low sugar Paleo diet) every day and they increased even more when the highspeed fiberoptics were laid under the streets and the 5G cell towers erected above ground in my neighborhood during Covid. I have 185 cell towers and antennas within a 3 mile radius of my home and surrounded on all sides in my neighborhood by close range 4G/5G cell towers 1/3 mile away from my house. Even though I had my Smart meter removed when I was injured in 2017, the Smart meters on all my neighbor's homes on the 1/4 acre lots surrounding me are all emitting pulsing radiation 24/7. Even though I am hardwired through my cable lines and connections and the ethernet cords and adaptors throughout my house, I am still exposed to all the wireless radiation coming from my neighbor's Wi-Fi routers. Even though I had an electrician install three switches connected to my electric box so I could turn off all the electricity to my bedroom at night, I am still being adversely affected by the EMFs coming from the high voltage power lines going right through the center of my village two blocks from my house. You see because of the ubiquitous nature of wireless radiation today, I am being forced to live in a toxic soup of microwave radiation 24/7 that is causing oxidative stress to every cell of my body and causing all kinds of harmful health effects that destroy my quality of life, increase my risk of cancer, and reduce my life expectancy. These are all involuntary exposures with NO informed consent for me or my family members who are also being adversely affected even though they don't feel the harm like I do. In addition, every time I go into public places like my schools, my church, retail stores, restaurants, movie theaters, my local coffee shop, and especially airports when I have to fly, I am being blasted by both public WiFi and cell phone radiation coming from all the people scrolling and searching on their cell phones all around me (not to mention all the cell towers surrounding the buildings).. It's very hard for me to even stand in line at the store these days with people on either side of me and how powerful the new cell phones are. I am urging you to please consider the ubiquitous nature of all of these sources of wireless radiation (cell towers, Smart meters, cell phones, WiFi routers, Smart TVs and appliances, watches and wearables, Air pods and Smart devices, electric vehicles and charging stations, solar panels, and now monstrous AI Data Centers) and how they are exposing us to a toxic soup of microwave radiation 24/7 that we can't escape from anywhere anymore. Please use my personal experience and the thousands more you will receive along with the 10,000 pages of scientific studies of evidence of biological harm to humans and the environment to update the FCC's RF radiation exposure limits. This is the biggest environmental toxin we are facing in America right now and contributes to all of the chronic diseases that are destroying our children and bankrupting our nation (diabetes and obesity, infertility, dementia and Alzheimers, Autoimmune disease, Autism Allergies and ADD, Cancer). This is also national security threat and must be halted until new, real safety controls and updated human and environmental exposure limits are enacted and put in place. Thank you for urgent attention and action on this long overdue threat to American health, happiness, and liberty. I want to share here what recent modern radiation (5G, various microwave towers, radio frequency, WiFi, etc.) exposures have done to my health and the health of others I know and have worked with. The body has never in its entire evolution, experienced something so foreign as our modern day, electromagnetic fields and radio frequency radiation. Our bodies respond as if the incoming signal were an invader. The result can be a range of symptoms that can then result in myriad health problems, many of which can be quite devastating. There is clinical data that shows certain forms of radiation cause cancer in human humans and animals! Within seconds of EMF or radio frequency exposure, the body recognizes at a cellular level the need to protect itself from attack. Unfortunately, the protein coating on each cell in the human body cannot recognize these forms of radiation because our bodies did not evolve to recognize these unnatural signals. I have personally experienced many negative effects of exposure to modern cell towers, microwave towers, and other radio frequency and wireless radiation. I know many other people who have experienced these effects, including many of my clients in my private practice as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and Healing Arts Practitioner. These negative effects and symptoms include but are not limited to: nausea, headache, migraines, fatigue, dizziness, sleeplessness, and chronic insomnia, skin rashes, sore and or chronically dry eyes, vertigo, heart palpitations, and anxiety. As a health practitioner that cares deeply about my own health, as well as the health of others, I am deeply concerned about the ongoing implementation of stronger and stronger forms of radiation in and around our neighborhoods, schools, on public transportation, commercial and private aircraft, and various other places on our precious Earth! We have yet to even know the full ramifications of these types of radiation exposures to our animals, and all the creatures and plant life in the wilds of our world. We must stop the ongoing implementation of these dangerous forms of radiation!

Let's shut it down before it's too late. This technology is past being abused. This is human trafficking in the highest and most heinous form. Public Comment to HHS on RF/Wireless Radiation To the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), My name is Lisa Hildwine, and I am submitting this public comment to urge HHS to urgently and independently evaluate the potential adverse health and environmental effects of radiofrequency (RF) radiation, commonly referred to as wireless radiation. I appreciate HHS opening this comment period and taking a leadership role in an issue that directly affects public health. For too long, the health questions surrounding RF exposure have been treated primarily as a communications issue. In my view, this is not only about technology and spectrum management—it is about medicine, biology, neurology, cardiology, and public health, and it requires HHS-level attention. Family health impacts and why I am concerned I am writing as a family member who has witnessed severe and escalating medical and neurological events that I believe warrant urgent investigation for possible links to RF/wireless exposure. Beginning in 2017, my son experienced serious health and neurological changes across multiple settings including home, jail, and hospital. These concerns worsened significantly in 2026. In 2026, my son had ER visits and inpatient diagnostics at two hospitals (September 2026). During this period, there were events consistent with severe neurological compromise, including stroke-like symptoms and behavior that was profoundly out of character for him. There were also concerns for a possible cardiac event. Additionally, a traumatic brain injury (TBI) was documented on MRI, without any known external physical incident that would explain the injury. I understand that a personal experience does not prove causation. However, I also know that public health agencies have a duty to investigate credible reports and patterns—especially when exposures are widespread, increasing, and often unavoidable. Targeting, harassment, and the need to evaluate real-world exposure conditions I also have documented concerns about harassment and targeting beginning in 2016. I am asking HHS to recognize that “real-world exposure” is not always a simple consumer-choice scenario. Some individuals may face conditions that involve coercion, abuse, surveillance technologies, and an inability to escape exposure, particularly when they are in controlled environments. High-risk populations: incarcerated people and trafficked individuals I am especially concerned about populations who have little to no ability to reduce RF exposure or leave the environment, including: Incarcerated people Trafficked individuals and others under coercive control These groups may face higher exposure, limited medical advocacy, barriers to documentation, and reduced access to independent evaluation. If RF/wireless exposure can contribute to neurological or cardiovascular events, then these populations may be disproportionately harmed and least able to be protected. Additional note: congressional request for documentation I also note that Congresswoman Anna Paulina Luna (Florida’s 13th District) has requested that I submit documentation regarding these concerns. I am including this statement here to underscore that these issues are being raised not only by individual families, but also through constituent communications with elected officials. Since commenting on the technologies that have caused my Radiation Poisoning Sickness over a four decade period, my targeting has been off the charts with microwave assaults and sleep deprivation frequencies. I am providing just a couple of the studies and a documentary. Additionally I am providing a 6/23/26 MRI of my left hip; an injury caused by months of directed energy radiation causing "a tear" leaving me unable to walk. As soon as I had the MRI on 6/23/26 the radiation assault stopped and I was able to walk again.

Retired lineman local 9 IBEW 46 years There is an emf field being projected all over Prescott Az. This thing starts vibrating my head at times. I actually have Havana syndrome stuff I believe. Brain fog etc. I have talked to my ear Dr and going to see a neurologist next. I have dealt with emf during my career. This is something else. I emailed Mark Finchem the local representative and Eli Crane about this. I also called the tribe who owns the mall across RT 69. I dont want to sound nuts here but I had some stuff said in my head during mass. With the hills in Prescott these line of sight transmitters are literally pumping straight in peoples heads. The signal at times becomes a tap tap. There is people in town associated with Jeffery Epstein. Will Green etc. I am beginning to think there is some kind of agitation being done to people. The emf cranks up during commute hours. also on Sundays when people are going to church. There seems to be a lot of overstimulated people lately. Mike Green had said years ago Will was going to be a dj back in their Epstein island days...I lived down the street. . Mass surveillance by law enforcement? I get real strong signals from the cameras on the highway taking 17 to phoenix. those you just past thru. At my home the signal is constant. My question is who is the actual enforcement on this? Is this Elon Musk and satellite? 5g seem to come awful fast. In research on this subject I have seen glimpses of certain parties using this type of agitation in warfare.

Hello! I am sharing my story regarding the potential health effects of EMFs. My daughter was born in 2014 with a finger deformity — her thumb was split into two malformed parts, meaning she had six fingers on her left hand. At home, I kept the Wi-Fi router under the computer desk next to the sofa, and my usual spot was on the sofa right beside the router. I wasn't aware of the harmful effects of EMFs back then, but looking back now, I am quite certain that this was the cause of the deformity because I often sat right there on the sofa next to the router, reading books or watching TV. Otherwise, my daughter is a healthy and capable child; she plays sports and does well in school. I am also sharing a photo of her hand. In my opinion, there are far more malformation of digits among younger generations than there used to be. I have seen deformed fingers on several acquaintances. Personally, it seems to me that the incidence of these deformities has risen significantly, as they are increasingly visible in public settings, such as playgrounds, shops, and kindergartens.
