I am the parent of an autistic adult who is fully dependent on my support. She was experiencing significant insomnia. Her heath care provider recommended she hard wire the house, turn off WIFI on the router, and eliminate WIFI and exposure to the cell phone in the bed room. This resulted in much improved sleep, including beginning to dream again. She was exposed beginning in ~2004, and had regular exposure to the cell phone as she did everything on it. The WIFI router was above her sleeping area. She experienced noticeable changes in her sleep which was much improved. It was recommended the house be remediated for EMF, so a building biologist was hired who identified ways to reduce the EMF load in the House. Smart meter was removed, dirty electricity remediation involved switching out fixtures, dimmers on lights were removed throughout the house, installing a sleep switch to turn on electricity in the sleeping areas, stopping electricity coming into the house on the water main, and other interventions. LED lights are NOT in allowed the house to avoid blue light. My doctor considers me EMF sensitive and will write letters to prevent me from unnecessary exposure to EMF. We do not let EMF emitting devices in the house and test the environment regularly with the Safe and Sound meter as new people come into house and new devices or appliances enter house. We relied on the building biologists many studies of harm from EMF exposure AND insomnia was a symptom that regularly was identified as a problem. The bedroom area and the house in general are not in the low EMF on the Safe and Sound meter. you should look at blood work before someone is on a cell phone and while someone is on a cell phone. As for me, our neighbors got solar and we've been gaining weight and it's been hard to sleep their house and their Transformer is about 10 ft away from our bedrooms. When my daughter was a baby she would wake up when anyone on our property would make a phone call. So no one could hear the call being made because someone was just pressing the green call Button on their phone. But she was sensitive and no matter how far away they were from her room or how quiet they were she would wake up every time they push that button if she was napping. So for us we've mostly just noticed how much it affects our sleep and the lack of REM sleep.

I started suffering severe headaches in the centre and left side of my head in March 2026. I then did some research and found this: Virgin Media O2 deployed a massive "5G+" standalone network transformation across Clackmannanshire villages and towns in March 2026. This is where I live! The headaches have not subsided and my Doctor has just signed me off work (again) for Headaches. The pain is so severe, my left eye feels like pins are being inserted into it. I have also gained a small lump in the centre of my forehead and I have a brain scan on 13th October 2026.

Dear HHS, I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of a friend, parent, healthcare professional, and self. A friend of mine is severely affected by wireless radiation, from several cell towers and antennas near her apartment. Her symptoms are headaches, body aches and severe sleep interruptions. I also witness symptoms in one of my grandsons after iPad screen time. He becomes agitated. For myself, I notice muscle tension when exposed to higher levels of RF. I have an RF meter, and I occasionally monitor levels in our home. We live due east from (like about 20 miles) an island that has military activity. Infrequently, perhaps, there may be some radar coming from there, where I get a very high reading on my meter. I believe this radiation from wireless radiation is affecting our health even without symptoms. Prominent orthopedic surgeon and inventor and author Dr. Robert O. Becker MD warned of negative health affects of electro-pollution, including RF in his 1990 groundbreaking book: "CrossCurrents" I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence. I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health. Hello I am not from america but new zealand Wellington porirua and I have been tormented for the past 3 years by some strange high pitch whistling sound that physically tortures me it blows up brain like a Ballon till it feels like it's going to pop also a crushing feeling and heavy weight that pushes on me it cause confusion and sometimes I can form the words I want to say,I get a vibrating feeling down my body very uncomfortable I get shocks and a metal smell also I get over heated and am forces images in my mind that I'm not thinking there is also a whole lot of other symptoms I get but these are the main ones mostly attacks on my brain.please help or give advice to nz government so protection will reach here,thank you

While I am not an American citizen, I was fortunate enough to live in your country during the 90s as I was given an O Visa. After 9/11, I chose to come back to Canada as I could see the world was changing rapidly. Soon after my arrival home and in a new job, I was gifted a brand new Mac laptop computer. Going by the name, I would often have it sat on my lap. This is until my thighs began to ache so much that I could hardly stand it. Looking into it more deeply, I came across a local group called Citizens for Safe Technology. They had so much more information than what little I remembered reading about electromagnetic frequencies back in the 1970s. Could this be what was going on with my legs? Then on August 22, 2012, a smart meter was forced on me & my home despite explicit, written refusal to grant consent. There was a tense exchange on my property. This event served as the core piece of evidence when CFST officially filed a class-action lawsuit, using my name, the following summer in July 2013. This case was a symbol of the broader provincial resistance and while we failed to have the case certified, the case woke many people up. I still occasionally get unpleasant sensations in my hand while holding a cell phone but perhaps like the proverbial boiled frog, the aching legs while using a laptop, has subsided. Wireless radiation has affected my life since they put in all the towers around my home sleep disruption hormone imbalance uncontrolled inflammation. We need to update the safety regulations from the FCC from 30 years ago to today's standards in 2026. We need to move all cell towers and their antennas away from people's homes off of water towers away from our hospitals and police and fire departments. Thousands of pages of facts on the dangers of this technology are being ignored and was told that this is a military weapon against our enemy which is going to be used against us the American people. 5G is killing our trees along with our insects and bees and along with our plants and vegetation. When is our government going to listen to We the People who never even had a chance to vote on whether we wanted cell towers in our area and now we don't even have the power to stop the data centers which are being put in even against public opposition I thought this constitution of ours says by the people with the people and for the people not by the big tech companies by the large corporations by the most extreme wealthiest individuals who are making decisions for us all. I sure hope that somebody in our government stands up against this evil and truly make America healthy again and not just talk about it.

You guys are making a mockery out of these very important programs and organizations that are meant to inform and keep people safe. I think you should stop cutting cancer research funding instead. That’s my opinion.
