I am responding from the perspective of a concerned member of the public. It is obvious that our government and/or private companies are misusing and abusing capabilities of 5G and Wi-Fi technologies to conduct unlawful, unwarranted, and non-consensual experimentations on carbon-based lifeforms; i.e., humans and animals. What I say here is informed by reputable sources and projects currently available to the public. There are Github projects that illustrate how wifi alone can be used to track the physical position of people in a room or building. It shows that wifi alone is enough. In violation of the Nuremburg code, these tools could be used to measure electricity and brainwaves in humans and animals. This page is no longer maintained". The Constitution of the United States tells us that personal sovereignty is a right protected in that guarantee to pursue "Life, Liberty, and Personal Happiness". The Constitution specifically guarantees personal sovereignty and neural privacy in the 1st, 4th, 5th, 9th, and 10th amendments. Third parties do not get to map a non-consenting American's brain for neural nets to be used in SI systems. The objectors often say "Oh, well, we cannot control the frequencies and EMF waves being blasted from the 5G towers across the country" That type of objection is faulty and technically incoherent. We set the rules with the FCC. The government has agencies that do signals. Congress just does not know which person to make an inquiry to. As a result, the government never does anything about it. No one in Congress (up on Capitol Hill) are technical enough to ask the right questions. Now companies are pushing 6G, 7G, and 8G. Even if the Congressmen (even young ones don't ask the right questions) did ask the right questions on Capitol Hill, the government would not give them the right answers. They either don't know enough or the wrong person is answering the inquiry. Inventors and others (people who develop intellectual property) should not have to put up with being blasted with 5G/emfs/Wifi (to scan their brains for neural nets to be used in SI projects) without their consent as a reward for their subject matter expertise and success in life. Neither the government, private companies, nor other individuals can map another person's mind without their consent. People walking in the public square should not have to be concerned that databrokers and 5G/Wifi/EMF nuremburg code violators are teaming up to scan and sell their thoughts and neural pathways. I am writing this because I believe we have passed the danger zone regarding EMFs, RF and wireless radiation exposure. The public has been misled for many years about these subjects and is not aware of the long-term exposure risk. Many years ago Dr George Carlo was hired by the cell phone industry to study the safety of RF and wireless radiation exposure. He did not deliver what they wanted and they canceled his study because he found over whelming evidence of detrimental effects of long-term exposures. To name a few of the effects, he found molecular, cellular, and genetic changes to our biology. There also was a 2018 toxology study that reported that nonionizing radiation is considered a class 2B carcinogen. EMFs now fill our environment with RF constantly due to all of the following: towers, satellites, antennas, radio, TV, military radar, smartphones, bluetooth, smartmeters, powerlines and motors. It is now impossible to live your life without being subjected to all of these RF producing devices. For those of us that have hypersensitivity to EMFs and RF there is no refuge. I have been unable to find any conventional medical doctor that has any knowledge on this subject and they have no idea how my sensitivity has affected my health. I have been suffering with this sensitivity for almost 4 years. I took a PUB Med Study (PMID 32289567) from the United States government website on hypersensitivity to 3 medical doctors. They had no knowledge of this information and denied my symptoms were caused by it. My husband has spent over $25,000 to protect my home environment (mostly on special shielding paint that blocks WiFi from entering our home) so that I can at least live somewhat comfortably in our home. I have also found an alternative doctor who understands my sensitivity and how it is affecting my health. With my sensitivity it is very painful to go outside my home, especially when I have to go to doctors' appointments since doctor's offices are now all high tech and everyone in the waiting room has their iphone on. It is a nightmare to find yourself in this position. I believe a lot more people will develop my sensitivity if we do not put the brakes on this expanding wireless exposure. They need to recognize hypersensitivity to RF as a disability so we can access public health treatments. Also, children are now saturated with RF from birth. The elderly, babies, children and the auto immune population are in the compromised and vulnerable group. I was auto immune before 1996 when the FCC planned to put this technology into our environment without long-term health risk studies.This grates me as my situation could have been averted had I known the long-term health risks because I would have made better choices and taken precautions when using cellphones and other devices that created RF. I cannot find the words to express how uncomfortable this is to make my story heard, as the dismissal and the cognitive disbelief is so prevalent by those who are not affected.

I am responding from the perspective of a concerned citizen. I am concerned that the regulation of the safety of radio frequencies has not been updated since 1996. Since then, many new forms of wireless radiation, from cell phone towers to smart electronics have become ubiquitous in our lives. Personally, I have suffered from intense tinnitus for about 20 years. My husband has had heart arhythmias and tinnitus for a similar period of time. Otherwise, we are generally healthy. There is no way to know whether radio frequencies are causing these, yet I am suspicious that they are. Therefore I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health. I am a canine energetic behaviorist specializing in rehabilitating highly sensitive reactive dogs. I am concerned about the potential effects of electromagnetic exposure on animals and the environments in which they live and learn. Unlike humans, animals cannot understand these technologies, voice informed concerns, or choose to leave their environments. Many pet owners and animal professionals may not be aware of these potential concerns. I am submitting my observations to advocate for greater transparency, independent research, and the protection of animals who depend on us for their welfare. And for my own sensitivities. El Paso Electric installed an Itron smart meter on my building in Las Cruces, New Mexico. Before its removal, I documented readings using a GQ EMF-390 radiation detector from GQ Electronics LLC in Seattle, Washington. In two separate videos, the displayed readings spike to 84mW/m² and 781, respectively, with the spikes occurring approximately every three seconds before dissipating. According to the 390 detector's manufacturer's guidelines suggested RF readings are: Less than 10mW/m² considered safe, Above 10mW/m² warrant regular checking, readings above 1000mW/m² are not recommended for prolonged stays, and readings above 10,000 mW/m² warrant avoiding prolonged stays. As seen in video the EMF, & (AC)EF readings are also shown. I cannot establish whether the meter affected the dog's behavior during the few classes that we had while the meter was installed. I believe dogs can be relatively compared to children. Reactivity has many potential contributing factors, including diet, environmental conditions, and the emotional state of their handlers. I have personally experienced sensitivity when my Wi-Fi router is operating, which is part of my concern about electromagnetic exposure. After repeatedly requesting three or four independent research studies demonstrating the safety of the installation from CEO Kelly Tomblin, I've received no response, I submitted a written addendum raising the possibility of legal action if the meter was not removed. The meter was subsequently removed. I am also concerned that public awareness of this request for comments has been inadequate, leaving many people unaware of the opportunity to participate. Personal experience has been everybody I have spoken to had no idea you were requesting input. I believe this issue deserved much wider public notice, including outreach through schools. I respectfully hope greater transparency, independent research, and meaningful public participation in evaluating potential health risks associated with electromagnetic exposures. I have been a targeted individual for over 20 years wherein I have suffered through microwaving of my head and being hit three times with direct energy weapons, among other things. Perps tried taking control of my hands, making it difficult to type and write. Many other things have been done as well, for 12 years while in Kansas. I returned to Western New York. Three times I have been hit with an invisible force while here. On January 22, 2025, I was knocked to the floor three times with the same thing (I live very near one of those towers, by the way). I was unable to get up and lay on the floor for two or three days before I could drag myself to a pull cord in my apartment. I was helped to bed by a neighbor, then later went into the bathroom and had a sudden sharp pain in my upper abdomen. Was later diagnosed with diverticulitis, which was odd since I experienced no pain for all the time I was on the floor. I was given a huge hernia during surgery and have had several surgeries since, including a repair which still makes me look pregnant. I am 69. It is Oct. 20, 2026, and last week I was suddenly overcome with incredible pain behind both knees which brought incredible weakness, pain in my neck and jaw, and the feeling of having a heart attack. I barely made it to my bed and collapsed where I still had massive chest pain. I coughed repeatedly until the pain decreased. I believe there may be implants in my body that had been activated and used to torture me. I only take BP meds and have had no issues there, so I believe the perp who lives here may have done this to me. Whatever frequencies or other things are being used to torture people like this should be dealt with. I don't know enough about the towers that emit the frequencies or whatever, but I do know the effects they seem to be having on my health. I also had a strange attack here four years ago. I was attacked with some sort of rigors, if that makes sense. I woke up shivering and shaking, my teeth chattering. I was so cold I had to get to a hot shower, but after that I barely made it to my bedroom and collapsed naked beside the bed wear I lay for 11 hours. I could not get up to answer the door or the phone or anything else. Not sure if these are the comments you are looking for, but whoever is behind all of this needs to be stopped for being allowed to torture innocent people like this.

My sister-in-law has suffered from EMS since her school installed a super wi-fi system to power tablets for all students. As a result, she had to take disability since she could no longer work in the school environment without suffering severe symptoms. This was over 12 years ago and despite everything she has done to mitigate her exposure to wi-fi, cell services, radar, and more, her entire life has never been the same. Since reading more articles about the adverse effects of 5G and other radiation fields, we no longer allow our grandchildren to use wireless services or cell phones. The impact on our health needs to be better studied as it has been in Europe and elsewhere.

I am Daniel Vasku, a Dutch citizen, trained in media and image technology, with a lifelong love for technology. After moving to New Zealand I helped organise festivals and events, doing everything from my smartphone, with me 24-7. While setting up wireless networks and video systems for these festivals, I built a mesh network at a rural venue out of consumer Linksys routers. One day, after hours configuring a stack of four active routers, I felt a strange spastic tingling in my right arm, the one nearest the stack. Over the following summer I developed persistent nose congestion, brain fog, painful joints and fatigue. I assumed it was hay fever, but it made no sense that the symptoms lasted for months while we travelled to completely different places. The turning point came in Golden Bay NZ, at the home of a friend who had deliberately restricted his Wi-Fi. While he explained this, I realised that every time I switched my phone on, I felt a brief stabbing pain in my brain. Minutes later the sting returned, and my girlfriend had just powered her phone on. That confirmation made me take the possibility seriously. For the next two or three years I stayed skeptical, but the pattern held: whenever my phone and Wi-Fi were off and I avoided close exposure, I felt much better. In a shared home where Wi-Fi was kept off except when needed, I repeatedly told housemates it was on when they were sure it wasn't, and I was always right. I learned to trust the specific head pressure that came with wireless signals. A few years ago I visited family in Europe, and my condition worsened dramatically: relentless headaches, growing joint pain, visible decline. Eventually I could no longer function, and a friend urged me back to New Zealand. In a small, reception-free valley in Auckland I recovered almost immediately. So I bought my first meter, a Cornet. In a room where everything was powered down, it revealed a pulsing signal coming from my Apple Pencil, whose Bluetooth pulses around the clock. After boxing it up outside the room, I slept that night, for the first time in ages, without the head pressure that so often became a full migraine. With renewed energy I started a sauerkraut business at a Sunday market. It went well, but every market day was followed by a migraine, and recovery grew from one day to two, three, then a full week of pain. When the owner of a new venue told me a cell tower was going on the roof with strong indoor repeaters, I realised I had to quit. When savings ran out, I moved to a rural community in the Coromandel. There, with almost no cell reception, my health picked up tremendously. But my sensitivity kept increasing. One or two hours in town cost me severe headaches the next day. I tried shielding: first a silver-coated veil, which helped, then a full radiation suit from China made of stainless steel and cotton, which let me shop without next-day migraines, at the cost of looking odd, overheating badly in sunlight, and sensitivity to AC electric fields. Even that was not enough. People using a phone in a neighbouring room triggered headaches before I even saw the device, and I was always right. I began carrying my meter constantly as an alarm system, because by the time I felt pain it was already too late. About five years ago my condition worsened again despite shielding. My meter showed levels higher than before, and the timing coincided with the switch-on of 5G in the town. I found a new community in Golden Bay in the South Island, verified it with more sensitive equipment like the Safe & Sound ProII, which registers the far lower levels at which I now react, and moved there. Today I can function outdoors with a clear head and no pain. But I can visit town only briefly once a week, still paying one or two days of migraine even with the suit, and I live in near-total social isolation, a hard adjustment for a social person. And with all pervasive wireless radiation, it's difficult to access healthcare. I am de facto an EMF refugee. An example: a friend came for tea and swore he had left his phone in the car. Within minutes I became nauseous and started stuttering. My meter found active AirPods in his pocket emitting about 16,000 microwatts per square metre. In ten minutes, from two metres away, they cost me my train of thought. I am desperately looking for an EMF sanctuary where I can function as a human being among people who keep wireless off. In the meantime I have helped many others with similar symptoms, using calibrated meters to find and eliminate sources, and it is clear that this problem is growing. I am deeply troubled by what this means for children, and for humans, animals, plants and insects. We are gambling with the future of humanity in what may be the most irresponsible open-air experiment ever undertaken. The more people learn about Electromagnetic Radiation Syndrome, the more will recognise their own unexplained suffering in it.
