I am submitting this response as an individual consumer. Question 3 In 2005, when I was about 11 years old, Wi-Fi was installed in my school in every classroom. Laptop computers with Wi-Fi became a frequent used part of the lessons. This became my first experience of illness symptoms from RF/EMF. Today, more than 20 years later, I can still experience same type of symptoms near RF/EMF sources like Wi-Fi routeres, cell towers and mobile phones downloading/uploading data. My primary symptom is a peculiar type of headache. It feels as though a small balloon is slowly being inflated inside my head. It is very different from a headache caused by a fever. It may be accompanied by sudden, intense but brief pain at a random, small spot inside my head. This feels like a small, sharp nail is being hammered into my skull. My other symptoms are slight dizziness and a feeling of exhaustion in the brain - different from when I am naturally sleepy in the evening. Symptoms can appear less than 10 minutes after exposure has begun. After exposure has end, some of the symptoms subside within as little as 2-3 minutes. They generally disappear completely within an hour. However, this may vary depending on the intensity and duration of exposure, etc. My doctor cannot help me with treatment for the condition. I do not suffer from any other medical conditions that could cause these symptoms. In addition, I generally have a very low stress level. My mother consider herself to be suffering from electro hyper sensitivity (EHS) in severe degree. During exposure from RF/EMF she experiences symptoms like mine, and, in addition, other symptoms. I believe she is affected about 5 times more severely than I am. Last year, an acquaintance of mine sent me a copy of a scientific article - “Elektrohypersensitivity as a Newly Identified and Characterized Neurologic Pathological Disorder: How to Diagnose, Treat and Prevent It” – by Dominique Belpomme and Philippe Irigaray, Published in International Journal of Molecular Sciences, 11 March 2020. The content of the article might explain my characteristic symptoms during exposure from RF/EMF. In section 5 – “Radiological identification of cerebral neurovascular abnormalities” – reduced blood flow in parts of the brain, observed in self-reporting EHS-patients, is described. Here are a few excerpts from it: “(…) In fact, as indicated in Table 7, by using transcranial Doppler ultrasound (TDU) in patients with EHS, we showed a decrease in the mean pulsatility index in one or both middle cerebral arteries, i.e., for one artery in 25% and 31% of the cases respectively for the right and left artery, and for both arteries in 50%. (...)” [page 8 of 20] “(…) Moreover, by using ultrasonic cerebral tomosphygmography (UCTS) applied to the temporal lobes [12], we showed there is a significant decrease in mean pulsometric index in the middle cerebral artery-dependent tissue areas of these lobes, especially in the capsulo-thalamic area, which corresponds to the limbic system and the thalamus [12]. (...)” [page 9 of 20] My hypothesis, as a layperson, could be that RF/EMF exposure leads to a further reduction in blood flow to parts of the brain at EHS-patients, and this causes the symptoms described above. I submit this comment as an independent researcher to recommend a mechanism-resolved federal research program investigating potential biological effects of radiofrequency electromagnetic fields (RF/EMF), with particular attention to neurovascular function, mechanotransduction, and interactions between electromagnetic and acoustic exposures. The central methodological problem is the frequent conflation of exposure, biological response, and causal mechanism. Demonstrating an exposure does not establish injury. Demonstrating a physiological response does not, by itself, identify the mechanism responsible. I recommend that federal research prioritize experiments designed to distinguish competing explanations rather than merely accumulate observations that cannot be compared across laboratories. Specifically, I propose a controlled, factorial experimental framework incorporating sham exposure, acoustic exposure alone, RF exposure alone, and combined acoustic/RF exposure, together with appropriate thermal, mechanical, and equipment-artifact controls. The combined-exposure condition is especially important. A possible interaction between physical stimuli cannot be established by studying either stimulus independently. Investigators should explicitly test whether combined effects differ from predictions under a prespecified additive model. Candidate biological endpoints include endothelial permeability, calcium signaling, barrier-associated protein localization, inflammatory signaling, and measures of neurovascular function. Mechanosensitive ion channels and integrin-associated signaling are among the pathways warranting investigation. These pathways are proposed research targets, not established explanations of RF-associated neurological injury. I further recommend standardized exposure reporting that preserves waveform characteristics, modulation, pulse timing, field strength, exposure geometry, temperature, acoustic conditions, and measurement uncertainty. Where relevant, temporal structure should be preserved rather than reduced to average intensity alone. Federal agencies should coordinate reproducible protocols, preregistered endpoints, blinded assessment, independent replication, and public reporting of negative findings. A shared reference dataset linking precisely characterized physical exposures to experimentally measured biological outcomes would improve scientific comparability and enable independent evaluation of competing mechanisms. The objective should not be to validate a predetermined conclusion about RF/EMF exposure. It should be to establish which effects are reproducible, under what conditions they occur, and which mechanisms survive rigorous experimental controls. My attached memorandum provides the proposed experimental framework, measurement priorities, research coordination recommendations, and falsifiability criteria in greater detail.

I am a retired RN Emergency room nurse for over 45 years. I was a photographer for many years and began full time after I retired. In order to processes my prints, I used lightroom classic on my home computer. Medically I have had intermittent vertigo spells for over 20 years which I have kept managed with physical therapy and other. In 2024 I was struggling to processes my prints on my computer with a new processing system I had obtained. Due to spending hours working on my prints, I had noticed every time I worked on my computer, I became dizzy, agitated with profound nausea and vertigo episodes. I discussed this with my neurologist why this might be happening to me? The reason was uncertain, but I was told to take many breaks away from the computer screen and return later to finish. At a later date we had computer problems and hired a computer expert to come and fix our system. The Tech noted that we had our Wi-Fi router sitting right behind our computer screen, he told us to move this to possibly help my symptoms. We then paid over 2000 dollars, to have our house hard wired to decrease our exposure to RF radiation after hours of research. I immediately felt improvement and was able to use the computer for hours with absolutely no dizziness, vertigo agitation or nausea. Since then, we had purchased a TriField EMF meter, model TF2 to analyze our exposure in our home, very low exposure was noted. We then went out and took readings of local cell towers and were horrified at the RF radiation that was emitting from these cell sites and surrounding homes. Many of these towers were located near or on school property, daycares and neighborhoods. Minden for safe tech was started with locals, and we hired a lawyer and RF specialist to fight Verizon from placing a tower 210 feet from our largest and voted best daycare in Minden. (85 out of 105 parents signed a petition to stop this) Minden for safe tech has spent thousands of dollars of our own money to stop cell towers placement in sensitive areas in Minden. TO DATE there has NEVER been any safety testing done to see if RF exposure harms children. The FCC was sued in 2021 for basically having a 30-year-old outdated inadequate study on humans and to this date they are still not producing any studies of human exposure to RF radiation. Verizon is being sued in California for 7.7 million dollars for NOT maintaining and controlling cell sites for HAZARDOUS WASTE. As a nurse for over 45 years, I am completely flabbergasted that the citizens of America are being exposed to dangerous levels of RF radiation without current studies or regulations to keep these cell towers at a safe distance from sensitive areas. In 2021 11,000 pages of studies from around the world were entered in the 2021 federal court hearing, stating RF exposure did cause harm, and cancer rates increased along with many other health concerns. WHY HAS THIS NOT BEEN ADDRESSED?? Cell phones are emitting RF radiation along with our Wi-fi units but we can personally mitigate all these exposures ourselves like my husband and I did, but a cell tower emits continuous RF radiation 24/7 to all that live close to a tower and nothing they do can mitigate the RF radiation coming from those towers. This is hideous that the FCC does this and has no concern for the public. The FCC can sue local government if they do not allow cell towers to be installed in their community. I am sorry how would you like it if nurses did not look out for your best interest and safety??? This is completely inconceivable to me again as a nurse to have had patient safety pounded into my head to protect you the public and yet the FCC can pillage over the public without any safe guidelines for the RF radiation exposure we all receive. THEIR SAFETY STUDIES ARE 30 YEARS OUTDATED please do something about this! The FCC is running amok across the United States erecting these dangerous cell towers with no one supervising their installation for safety and environmental hazards. The FCC regulations are outdated and unsafe, yet they communicate to our local governments that they follow safe FCC guidelines. How come we cannot deny a local cell tower location due to health or environmental issues then? The FCC was given a pass on this! I find this completely unreasonable, unsafe and preferential treatment for the FCC and an enormous disparity for the public and our children. I challenge the FCC to do a complete safety study on people living under 2000 feet near a cell tower and see that the cases of Cancer can increase up to 17% as studies in Iseral and Germany had documented along with other health concerns ignored by the FCC. Disgraceful! Please regulate cell tower distance from sensitive areas and REQUIRE the FCC to do current safety testing on humans. The FCC cannot run amok! There is so much evidence out there that RF exposure causes harm from around the world please look into it. Thank-you for this chance voice our concerns.

RF, EMF in electronic devices is not safe if left uncontrolled and needs to be monitored intensely by the FCC and other US Government control agencies for the safety of all Americans. Please do not underestimate the need for adequate control and safety measures

Affects my sleep

HHS I fully support the petition by the Children's Health Defense organization to the HHS to further research and investigate the effects on electromagnetic radiation exposure (EMF) on the human body, particularly young children. It has been many decades since serious research has been done on this subject. I strongly urge the HHS to respond to the CHD petition! I am a Targeted Individual which started in July 2021. They use Directed Energy Weapons on me. It started with Voice to Skull. I would here all day long what sounded like drums playing off in the distance. All day long this went on for months. Then it was on and off for years at the same time I was being targeted with Sursetzung. Break ins to my house. I was poisoned a couple times with my food, breakins to my car. I was being followed everywhere I went. Drugged when I was out with friends.. Then on October 4, 2025 they started hitting me with Directed Energy Weapons. Microwave r Radiation Attacks to different parts of my body. Every night for the past year. They attack my heart, my lungs. When I wake up in the morning, I can't breathe, right. I feel weak dizzy. My body feels like it can't put itself back together and function properly. It is like it has been depleted of everything. All vitamins and everything I need to keep myself healthy. They attack my heart. My heart will be racing i will have palpitations. The worst is you cannot control it you can not slow your heart down. They attack my head, I will be dizzy with brain fog. My eyesight will be blurry. It is very hard to accomplish normal activity. They attack my wrists, hands, hips, feet, ankles. I believe they are trying to shatter certain parts of my body so I will be incapacitated. This way I cannot protect myself from the radiation. And the question is, if I have to have an operation because of this. They will still attack me and I will never heal! Infection pneumonia sepsis. I think that is the plan for my death by them. This is horrible you lay there n bed while there attacking you destroying your tissue, bone, lungs, heart, brain. Your waiting to shatter into a million pieces. Or waiting for that cancer diagnoses. You lay there knowing there is nothing you can do to stop them. There killing you and know one believes you. You can't say anything because then your crazy and committed to a phsyc ward.
