There is a cell phone tower a couple hundred yards from my mom’s home where she has lived for 35 years. The cell phone tower has been there maybe 15-20 years I would say. I lived there a duration of 15 years while it was there . We have both been diagnosed with papillary thyroid cancer with metastatic disease to the lymph nodes. Within 5 years of each other.

As a public health scientist in the School of Public Health, University of California, Berkeley, I have researched the health effects of electromagnetic fields (EMF), especially radiofrequency electromagnetic fields (RF-EMF), since 2009. I co-founded and serve as a Commissioner on the International Commission on the Biological Effects of Electromagnetic Fields (ICBE-EMF), serve as an advisor to the International EMF Scientist Appeal, and serve as a scientific advisor to Physicians for Safe Technology. I support the statements submitted to USDHHS on behalf of these organizations. My Electromagnetic Radiation Safety website addresses key scientific and policy developments concerning the health risks from exposure to electromagnetic radiation (EMR) and non-ionizing electromagnetic fields (EMF). The website has recorded six million pageviews since 2013. Since 2016, I have circulated monthly abstracts of newly published scientific papers on RF-EMF and non-ionizing fields to several hundred EMF scientists globally. The complete collection currently contains almost 3,000 abstracts with links to published papers. Around 25 years ago my Uncle Gary Lynn Cochran of Little Rock Arkansas told me during Christmas that he had found a way to control his in-laws who both had autism. He said he was going to use a man by the name of Jamel Norton Mayflower Arkansas that he had found through the Pentecostal Church. He stated they were going to squeeze their heads and that they use ham radio to do this. Not knowing if he knew that I was friends with Jamel Norton stepson Wesley Nichols who would also stated that his stepdad was one of those brain Cooks who torture people via ham radio. Around 10 years after this I was informed that uncles in laws had both passed away at the same time. Also remember a time when I was 16 years old cruising the local strip when a friend of mine said something referring to kiss of death and that it was like someone putting a biological wire on you. This is what they've done to me. Regardless of how crazy it sounds I'm not one to shut up. I have photographs of the damage they've done to my skull which is extremely apparent. They've been doing this to me now for around 15 years. This thing is always been related to the trucking industry where prostitution goes hand in hand. They've also done this to my fiance forcing her into prostitution telling her that they're going to kill me. They've broken into my home time and time again since they know when I'm there when I'm not there. I've been absolutely tortured by these people and like I said I know this because it's my family. I've been told more about it but I don't know if that's going to help you now however you can contact me anytime. I have contacted the local FBI and tried to explain some of this to them. There was also an incident that I think was name the 2.4 billion dollar baby Facebook legal settlement which I think later was referred to as baby boy scam and that was by the last senator over the fraud committee. I am writing to document my individual Directed Energy experience in the summer of 1985. An individual in the Denver Colorado State Department and Colorado Bureau of Investigation along with my older brother Don Conner and a CBI Unit he ran with doing drug busts. It’s really pretty bad. He was busting friends that he grew up with in the North Denver Mob. He was gang stalking them way beyond the law. He would tell me that rape, murder, shooting them in the back, we’re talking about friends and family that they were actually chasing. I wouldn’t shut up, I ended up with a Directed Energy laser shot to the left side of my head. The State Department told me later that I fought Don and he wanted me dead. I was on my way home around noon coming from the store in my truck, turning right at a large intersection, seeing across the intersection several girls, one with a gun on top of their car making a Right turn suddenly seeing a bright white laser light shooting across the street directly burning into my left ear, melting my inner ear, horrible pain, then the girl screamed angerily that I was GPS’d forever, as they took off the opposite direction. The very beginning of a very painful life. I was not allowed a Doctor. I went to my minster after my mom died, no help. Therapist, no help, 1986 I lost my whole family. During Covid 2020 I went to Florida trying to get an appointment to see Dr. Michael E. Hoffer, his office closed just as I got down there. To Who It May Concern: The widespread use of incresaingly powerful wireless technology continues unabated without any scrutiny of its’ effeects on humans, chikdren and animals. Attached is testimony recounting my experience suffering serious adverse health effects, due to prolonged, intensified, and excessive exposure to cell phone towers over the apartment where I lived for 30 years in Washington DC (and was hence forced to evacuate). I am documenting concerns regarding my CenturyLink C4000BZ modem/router, manufactured by Zyxel Communications Corporation, FCC ID I88C4000LZ. This dual-band Wi-Fi device operates at 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz. Additionally I also show readings from a NETGEAR Nighthawk X6 AC3200 Model R8000 a tri-band router/extender with one 2.4 GHz band and two 5 GHz bands. NETGEAR describes it as providing combined Wi-Fi speeds of up to 3.2 Gbps I personally experience extreme agitation and anxiety when my Wi-Fi is turned on and I spend periods of time online at the computer. As a result, I keep my Wi-Fi router unplugged unless I am actively using it to access the Internet. I am concerned about potential electromagnetic exposure in my home and the environment shared with my animals, & with my students highly sensitive dogs while in class. I recorded a video of readings displayed with the GQ EMF-390 detector and am submitting this footage for consideration. I cannot establish that the equipment causes my symptoms, but my experiences warrant documenting and investigating my concerns. Maybe only a few people are sensitive, regardless these things should be safe for EVERYONE and our Animals cannot understand these technologies or choose whether to remain in environments where wireless equipment operates. First part of the video the router was not completely online and once it was the RFs went up to 977 mW/m². The other device, NETGEAR Nighthawk we checked and even though the emf's combined was 4.8, the EF was 18v/m and the RFs were up to 962mW/m². These numbers very concerning. Many believe the flower of Life symbol can protect but in the two pictures as you can see the overall EMF went down but the RFs actually jumped higher with the dime-sized metal flower of life symbol placed on the top of the router. I would love to understand this better myself. I respectfully request greater transparency, independent research, and further evaluation of potential EMF/RF/SMART-METER exposure and its implications for human and animal health.
