I have created and pulled together many sources of information from my own experiences, the experience of others, scientists, doctors, researchers, patients, victims, advocates, friends, community members, etc. The information I have obtained has been from my own experience as a victim and through my own medical files from many highly advanced doctors and medical specialists. I believe my approach to using so many doctors and such advanced medical testing gives me the advantage of a highly complex and comprehensive medical file. I have discovered that many patients are often segregated and usually experience a very narrow category of diagnostic testing and treatment. I am approaching these injuries of RF/EMF from a wholistic perspective meaning I want to leave no stone unturned when it comes to both diagnostic testing and treatment. Any diagnostic testing that can be given that remotely has to do with RF/EMF exposures to nonionizing radiation should be taken by a patient like me. I have put together approximately 500 to 1,000 pages of medical records by highly advanced expert subject matter witness doctors across various specialties. I have also put together photos of burns, meter readings, frequencies, clinical observations, advanced patient histories, historical timelines, etc. I have discovered approximately 75 to over 100 neurological symptoms associated with excessive exposure to RF/EMF nonionizing radiation. I was able to discover approximately 35 to 50 different diagnoses related to RF/EMF exposure. I was specifically able to find approximately 20 to 30 points of leverage where RF/EMF nonionizing radiation can be leveraged by taking the so-called safe exposure limit of the FCC and magnifying, amplifying, and increasing the potential damage of those RF/EMF transmissions exponentially. I also want to advise that my use of terminology in this last sentence is intended for colloquial English. Google will specifically deny some of my information as being accurate if the precise term is not used scientifically. These leverage points extend far beyond exposure limits which many victims speak about which is accurate, but the nefarious nature of RF/EMF extends way beyond exposure limits which involves these 20 to 30 highly advanced mechanisms of leverage. These leverage points also are intended to "fly under the radar" of most doctors, scientists, institutions, and government officials as well as various agencies and society itself. It is important to know that RF/EMF exposure is related to polonium and hafnium exposure as well as to mold, diabetes, Lyme Disease, Bartonella, and other sever chronic diseases and infections like Systemic Inflammatory Response Syndrome (SIRS - a grave, short, emergency, life threatening infection), and Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome (CIRS - an ongoing, acute, daily infection/inflammation related to mold). RF/EMF is also related to heavy metals. RF/EMF is also related to various burn patterns at a scar tissue and cellular level. Certain burns come as associated with certain wattages and frequencies. I have these related to my meters. RF/EMF is related to burn dynamics, meaning certain methods of burning/feelings/symptoms/and order of burning are related to certain types of burns, certain wattage coupled with certain frequencies. The physical injection of polonium and hafnium into the body for purpose of target acquisition, tracing and tracking can be used. Polonium and hafnium can be created or transferred into the body through ingestion. Yes, this is nefarious, but it is also scientifically plausible and provable. Polonium and hafnium can be ingested through breathing, and through any opening in the body. In vague general nonscientific terms polonium and hafnium and I am sure other elements can be "created" or "appear" or "transferred" through a plasma process. Conductive metals directly reflect and scatter radiofrequency (RF) and electromagnetic fields (EMF), which can alter the local power density of a signal by creating reflections, standing waves, and multi-path interference. There is a process called entrainment where RF/EMF nonionizing radiation can be purposely pulsated to fly under the radar of safe FCC limits while causing more advanced physical trauma which causes the body to conduct more EMF while the process also causes the software of the brain to be hijacked or altered causing Functional Neurological Disorder of FND.

I am submitting this comment in response to HHS's Request for Information on EMF, RF, and wireless radiation exposure. I am responding from the perspective of an educator of 30 years and concerned member of the community as well as someone who personally struggles with the negative effects. Wireless radiation has affected me personally. I had to have my smart meter removed as it left me feeling lethargic, gave me headaches, impeded my breathing, and highjacked my nervous system. As a result, I had to avoid the backyard and two rooms of my house. My dog experienced similar issues, always avoiding the backyard. The minute the meter was removed, I felt my whole being relax and felt comfortable for the first time ever in this house/yard. My dog, who would not have known the difference, also no longer had problems with being in the backyard for extended periods of time. I have these same symptoms when in my car or some place with lots of electronics, such as a school. One school library was so bad, I couldn't even enter the room much less stay in it for any length of time. I know this wireless technology is affecting our kids as a result of the constant exposure in the school building day after day. Over 30 years, I have watched students struggle more and more just to function during their school day, and this technology is one of the reasons for their struggle. I absolutely support HSS taking an active role in examining the protentional health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, as well as the experience of individuals and families who report being affected. All should be considered alongside current scientific data that is mindful of today's level of radiation exposure. I believe we need to make major adjustments to what is considered an acceptable level of exposure in this country as others countries have done. As an update addendum to my earlier response, I just discovered not only does the light switch by my bed emit RF but the outlet does too. I tried shutting my circuit breakers off and it still emits the RF. I have read that the smart meters cause the house wiring to resonate with and transmit the signal. And I confirmed what was reported, which is that the meter constantly emits RF, contrary to the industry claims that they only emit infrequently. This is easily verified with a TriField meter. This very much looks like my entire house is a giant RF antennae and I am unable to shut it off. There is an opt-out program from PG&E to get the meter replaced with a manual one (it costs more but I'd be glad to do it). I will take advantage of that immediately, I wish I'd done it years ago. One major concern is what if a hostile government or AI hacked such devices and weaponized them, using the Havana syndrome frequencies/pulsing method? Could Starlink, or cell towers, or our own cell phones cause our demise? What would a world where everyone has severe Havana syndrome look like? And what if we already have a much milder syndrome, caused by EMR that we don't realize makes us less functional and less happy than we would otherwise be? Has testing been done to compare people living in RF saturated environments with those not so to check for neurofunctionality, neuroinflammation, cognitive performance etc?

I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of a very concerned member of the public, and as a family member. I am 81 years of age, a retired organic farmer, currently leasing a WSDA licensed food processing facility where I make and sell an entire brand line of local, organic, ready-to-eat nutrient-dense foods to make America healthy again. It has been 30 years since I purchased ultra-processed foods for myself, also having dedicated the past 30 years to preserving farmland and protecting our food supply. My licensed, leased kitchen is on a 200-acre sheep farm in rural Yelm, Washington. After a lengthy community effort opposing the cell tower, Thurston, County issued a permit for a 4-G Cell Tower to be placed on this farm and in view of my kitchen (>>>>>>>>>). When faced with the prospect of the 4-G Cell Tower going live I gave serious consideration to moving my commercial kitchen but decided to stay when I realized finding a cell-tower-free location was becoming increasingly difficult to find. Now with the FCC on a fast track to install as many cell towers as possible, those fears and concerns have come true. Now I am experiencing health issues from proximity to this cell tower: frequent atypical headaches, heart arrythmia and depression. I have sought medical attention, but no definitive action has been taken. To make matters worse, there are 3 or 4 more cell towers approved or in process of being approved in our rural neighborhood which will also amplify the cell tower on my kitchen property. To make matters even worse, the cell tower recently approved on Penn Rd. is 1 mile from my daughter and her husband’s organic farm, plus 2 or 3 more potential cell tower sites in our rural neighborhood. The FCC is endeavoring to fast track multiple cell towers in our rural neighborhood we chose to live in to get away from cell towers. The prospect of her and her husband being exposed 24/7 to EMF Radiation is deeply concerning, actually really concerning that my entire community will be bombarded 24/7 with RF/EMF. I do not own or use a cell phone even while endeavoring to run a business. I have a landline for my phone, and I am hard-wired with ethernet to connect to my PC. Sounds good, except I have a Cell Tower in my back yard, and as mentioned, with symptoms of radiation exposure/sickness. As stated before, the tables need to be turned: the FCC needs to be required to prove RF/EMF are safe, NOT the other way around. As also stated before, it is beyond wrong the FCC will not allow health claims to even be considered as a factor in the decision-making process. First, I don’t know how you back-track cell towers, but they should have NEVER been approved until proven safe just like prescription medications. This is my first point. The FCC should be required to prove that EMF Radiation from cell towers is safe and at what levels, not the other way around. There was something categorically wrong with whatever agency thought this was okay, and with the public, me included, who allowed them to get away with this. Absurd and patently wrong. It’s beyond absurd that somehow citing health issue concerns became not acceptable to oppose cell towers. Doubly absurd an agency that has no expertise in public health, the FCC is in a position to make public health decisions. I am thrilled Health and Human Services has issued this RFI. My first request is for you to place public health decisions back in the hands of a public health agency, HHS.

I ask DHS and/or Secretary Robert F. Kennedy to document all types of EMF radiation across the nation by source and by strength and by frequency and by location. IThere was a map of I believe Microwave radiation showing the largest towers in the USA that displayed it was polarized backward during the night during hours that most people slept for the last couple years starting at the East Coast and running. It was red, blue, and purple. Measurements of actual EMF should be made, It seems people are just blanking out too much and can't remember even the subject that was just being discussed, and it may be more older folks but its happening to younger people in their 50s and 60s as well as 70s and 80s. It is as if everything is forgotten and can't pull up or retrieve any memory whatsoever. These EMFs have a magnetic quality to them. I have 3 keys to my ignition on my car. Two of them don't work. One had to be reprogrammed. How does it happen the keys work and then they don't work to start the car, and then the car has to have the ignition reprogrammed to start the car, and that was the entire problem. These keys work off magnetism or electricity, and exposing them to magnets might cause them to not start the car, I've been told. I don't know how my keys might have been exposed to magnets, but I'm thinking about a video showing that the largest towers in the Continental US were sending out strong microwaves that was being recorded during hours of darkness across more than half of the US as a huge pulse traveling westward with reversed polarity it was said. Why would this occur? Has the federal government investigated this? Is the federal government the cause of this? I suspect it links to memory failures that are becoming widespread in people of all ages, but more so in those over age 50. Those memory failures are sometimes described as somebody just going totally blank, unable to think of anything visually, auditory, thermal, textural, smell, taste, or in any words or language. It may be a huge brain-fog but this is not merely a foggy brain with memories appearing to be accessible through brain fog, but rather more of an absence of any thought retrieval at all.

Hi! I am EMF sensitive! This is not something in my head or some crazy hypchodriac type of situation. I feel TERRIBLE when I get behind a computer or use a cell phone too long. I'm at the point I turn off all the attennas on my phone and I hardwired the house. I don't use bluetooth if I can help it. There are no smart devices in my home. There is a smart guard on our smart meter. Unfortunatley my wife doesn't get it and is totally addicted to Facebook Google Big Tech and the internet. She can't go 5 minutes with the internet not working without getting in the car and driving to where she can get good cell service. I wish they would stop lying to us about the dangers of EMF radiation. I have done alot of research on it and it's extremely obvious there is a HUGE cover up going on about it. DO SOMETHING!!!

Thank you, HHS Leadership, for the opportunity to share my personal perspective regarding Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I believe that I experience significant adverse effects from these technologies. My symptoms include headaches, skin and body pain as shooting, tingling, and burning sensations, and low level general anxiety that feels unnatural to me. Identifying the specific source is sometimes difficult, as exposure may come from the smartphone, smartwatch, laptop, tablet, Wi-Fi router, smart meter, cell tower, or other wireless infrastructure. At times it is obvious, like when I send an email from the phone and a burning sensation occurs in the hand holding the phone after I hit "send". These experiences are difficult to discuss with medical professionals, friends, and family because the prevailing assumption is that wireless technologies are harmless. I ask HHS to take seriously the distress people report, even when the causes remain uncertain. My home's smart meter, located outside the kitchen, is a great concern. While in that area I sometimes experience what feels like painful pulses or beams emanating from its vicinity. I also observe distressing patterns of emotional tension occurring in this location, more than normal for a family kitchen. I recognize that these observations do not establish causation, but I believe they warrant objective investigation rather than dismissal. I am undergoing medically supervised chelation for heavy metals in an attempt to find relief, at considerable expense and without a clear solution. The financial burden is unsustainable. I need accessible, evidence-based medical guidance that investigates potential causes rather than a mystery. During recent travel, I used an eSIM that restricted my phone to 4G connectivity. I experienced no anxiety for two weeks, until I returned to the mesh networks of the United States. This observation does not prove that 5G or any particular frequency caused my symptoms, but it raises a question I believe deserves investigation: Could different wireless technologies, exposure patterns, or environmental conditions affect some individuals differently? I believe we must reconsider the widespread implementation of technology which results in Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I think it might be a greater threat to our world than previously understood. I worry for my global neighbors and all our children as many cannot feel the disturbing emanations from their tech devices. I realize we are very far down this Tech road and pivoting away is, sadly yet probably, impossible. However, Consumers should have meaningful options to select lower-exposure technologies, including access to 4G-only connectivity when technically possible. Public installations across cities should be shielded to protect the citizens and nature. Scientific research warrants continued investigation. These findings do not prove that wireless exposures cause the symptoms I experience, but they underscore the need for rigorous, independent research. I respectfully request that HHS engage several areas of actions immediately: 1. Support independent research into EMF/RF exposure and reported health effects, including symptoms in people who report sensitivity. 2. Investigate possible environmental effects on wildlife, pollinators, plants, biodiversity, and ecosystems. 3. Review existing exposure standards in light of emerging evidence, long-term exposure, vulnerable populations, and new technologies. 4. Promote transparent exposure information, accessible medical evaluation, and practical exposure-reduction options for concerned individuals. 5. Ensure that research is methodologically rigorous, publicly accessible, and free from inappropriate commercial influence. I also ask that my experience and that of others be investigated fairly, that scientific uncertainties be addressed openly, and that the public have meaningful choices while research continues. The Chem Trails and 5G Radiation have caused a tremendous challenge and physical issue for my husband and me. We are Warren G. and Melinda R. Taylor living in Prescott, Arizona since 2016. We moved to Prescott, because, upon research, we found their air quality and Environment were classified as in the range of “best.” For four years we believed their assessment, but then 2020, during the so called COVID Pandemic, many 5G towers and Antennae were put up. We have 43 – 5G Towers and 300+ Antennae in a 3-MILE RADIUS. Did that create a challenge for us? Oh, my, YES! My husband, Warren, was 6ft. 5in. He is now 5ft. 10in. using a walker and having other issues. I am in a wheelchair with constant pain, swelling, numbness, difficulty focusing, etc. The doctors say it’s ‘age’—nice copout. They know nothing and truly don’t care to learn. I developed a rash on my arms, hands, and shoulders in the summer of 2023. The first doctor I saw was afraid to come near me. She couldn’t tell me what is was or how to get rid of it. So, my next stop was a Wellness Center. The young gentleman looked at it—touched it—he seemed totally fascinated by it. I asked, “Aren’t you afraid you may catch it?” He said that he couldn’t catch it, because it was A Biotic Environmental Stress and Sensitivity! He had seen several cases. He warned me NOT to use any Steroid-related products, because they would only exacerbate the problem. He even said that he doesn’t like to resort to antibiotics. But in this case, they were needed. The antibiotic was called CEPHALEXIN 500mg. However, he said that it would take several days before I would see or feel a change, but do not stop taking it—complete the course. I was so thrilled to get a diagnosis that I forgot to ask, “What can I do in the meantime?” He was absolutely correct about not seeing a change, so in desperation, I went to the VA ER. They wanted to give me steroids. I explained what antibiotic I was taking and that I wanted to know what type of cream I could use. Again, they wanted to give me a steroid cream. Finally, it was suggested that they would take pictures of it and send it to a lab in San Francisco, CA who dealt only with rashes. 100+ pictures were taken with the lens sitting on the worst sores. Their findings came back the following week: A Biotic Environmental Stress and Sensitivity. The antibiotic was perfect and remember to finish it. If the sores and itching persisted, I should use an OTC cream like Cetaphil. I went to our local Natural Grocer and purchased Ceramedx, which helped to calm the rash along with the antibiotic. However, the beat of the 5G towers started causing my joints to swell with a vengeance. It started in my Sacrum. I had difficulty supporting my body due to the extreme pain. The swelling continued in all my joints and my hands are numb. I can tell when the radiation from the 43 5G Towers are turned up higher. I find it difficult to comprehend why the corrections aren’t made. Apparently, the powers to be don’t care about whether humanity lives or dies. Please tear down the TOWERS! Thank you!

To Who It May Concern, I am hopeful that this information is being requested, as well as hoping this isn't for show. As you can imagine, there are a number of patents on electromagnetic energy devices. I will try and include some in attachment. Okay with that said, I have been dealing with supposed attention deficit for much of my life that I can remember. Maybe about 15 years ago I noticed I was feeling quite dizzy especially when laying on a mat to stretch after a workout. Went to the Ent and nothing really came of it. I was told I had crystals in my head. Time went on and noticing fatigue so off I went to the Endocrinologist. I actually got put on Levothyroxine with my urging. Thought it would help. There was a brain Mri in there at some point. Basically it seemed like testing all areas, because I knew something was happening to me. I've had Mri's of brain at least 2 copies in possession. I've had knee mri's, both, shoulder, both. Then came the day that I could feel a pronounced vibration say in private areas. That was extremely distressing. I could feel it on my head, on my knees, in my eyes , on my feet . These attacks have been extremely distressing and eye opening . I still have my job, however have felt quite alone through much of this. Hands down the hardest situation of my life. I have been in recovery most of my life. I was in trouble as a younger person in life, however was transformed. I willtry and attach notes from a VNG, and a EEG. Obviously I have hard copies of everything. Everyday is a battle to keep healthy enough through what is being done to me. 24 /7 being hit with electromagnetic at my head, private areas, knees, mostly when sleeping. I feel a pop when I move leg/ knee. It's like lactic acid..I've been told there are holes in my knee cap. My attention span is awful. My me memory is bad, my processing struggles too. I have a brain mri from 2025. I am extremely sleep deprived and usually exhausted. I am awakened out of a sound sleep for no apparent reason often, nightly. I'm sure the right bloodwork and testing could reveal happenings. So ye as I said Directed Energy Weapons are real and being used on public now. I'm sure you heard about Mk Ultra and Ana Paulina Luna. Hopefully I made sense and got point across about effects of EMF etc. ; emotional,mental, physical and more. I am dealing with Cognitive challenges through this. Okay my atten span is fading., and exhaustion is predominant. Oh yeah , something else Regularity is affected.
