Reports recurring headaches, cognitive problems, chest discomfort, skin sensations and fatigue associated…

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
U.S. Department of Health and Human Services 200 Independence Avenue, S.W. Washington, D.C. 20201 United States From: Taipei, Taiwan Email: Shineginv@pm.me Subject: Report of Recurring Health Symptoms Associated with Strong Environmental Exposure The Honorable Robert F. Kennedy Jr. Good day! I am forever grateful for what you have done for USA! And this world!! https://geoengineeringwatch.org/us-presidential-candidate-robert-f-kennedy-jr-and-dane-wigington-is-climate-engineering-real/ I am writing to report a pattern of health symptoms that I experience repeatedly when I am in environments with strong exposure, particularly strong electromagnetic fields. These symptoms are serious enough to affect my daily life and work. I hope your department can provide guidance, relevant research, or direct me to the appropriate agency. When I am in such environments, I experience the following symptoms: • Severe headaches and migraines, which sometimes last for more than a full day. • Chest discomfort and shortness of breath, including a feeling that I cannot breathe properly. • Cognitive difficulties, including trouble concentrating, brain fog, and noticeably worse memory. • Skin and facial sensations, including heat, tingling, burning, redness, and a numb or "electric shock"-like feeling. • Emotional changes, including anxiety, irritability, and depressive tendencies. • Physical weakness and fatigue, with a marked increase in overall tiredness and a feeling of weakness throughout my whole body. These symptoms tend to appear or worsen during exposure and can persist for a long time afterward. They have affected my mood, my ability to concentrate at work, and my general quality of life. I respectfully request that your department: 1. Share any current research, guidelines, or official positions on health effects associated with strong electromagnetic or other environmental exposure. 2. Advise whether there are recognized medical evaluations or specialists for people who experience symptoms like mine. 3. Refer my letter to the appropriate agency or office if this matter falls under another department's responsibility. I would be grateful for any information or guidance you can provide. Thank you for your time and attention. Sincerely, Taipei, Taiwan Shineginv@pm.me

A former electrical technician identifies a proposed regulatory gap for 2–150 kHz noise conducted on hous…

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
I am a former instrumentation and electrical technician (2004–2021, oil & gas and pharmaceutical). The attached comment responds to Questions 3, 5, 7, 8, 9, 13, 16, 17 and 18. It documents an unregulated residential exposure within the RFI’s scope: high-frequency noise voltage conducted on household wiring in the 2–150 kHz band, from switch-mode power supplies and electronic utility meters. Federal conducted-emission limits (47 CFR 15.107) begin at 150 kHz, and ANSI C12.1-2022 exempts the most common residential meter form from harmonic testing. I include laboratory and personal field measurements, a balanced summary of the health evidence, my own documented case, and six specific recommendations. I ask HHS to define this exposure, fund a validated measurement method with NIST and NIOSH, and coordinate with the FCC to close the 2–150 kHz gap.

Alleges prolonged targeting with weapons, describes the experience as torture and domestic terrorism, and…

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
I can't imagine why this form of terrorism is allowed to go on [predominantly in small towns] but it is a form of domestic terrorism and those responsible need to be held accountable. I have been targeted directly with these weapons for well over half a year now and have realized that I have been targeted a lot longer then I would know. I won't stand for this torture and all victims deserve to start there mornings and finish there nights without worry.

Reports hearing loss, tinnitus, vertigo and a mastoid bone tumor after flip-phone use, recounts a surgeon…

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
I am responding as an individual consumer and parent. In December of 2006, I was using a flip phone and always held it to my right ear. I experienced hearing loss in my right ear, along with tinnitus. The attached jpeg, 1.21.2007_Tinnitus-Decreased HearingRightEar.jpg, shows the doctors' and radiologist's report. I also experienced vertigo in February 2007. The attached jpeg labeled 7.27.2007_Surgeon'sPathologyReport.jpg, shows the final diagnosis (a Mastoid Bone Tumor) and surgery was required. The surgeon said it was from radiation and sent me information about Radiation Induced Hearing Loss. Please see the attached file labeled 7.27.2007_Radiation Induced-Hearing Loss.jpg for that information. I still suffer from the worsening tinnitus as well as even more hearing loss in my right ear. I have EPPV (a form of vertigo) mostly on my right side. My house has a 'Smart' meter for electricity from ComEd. In my opinion, enough with the 4, 5, and 6G! It is destroying our health. The phones should be tested properly since the technology has gone far beyond the last testing for consumer usage. I'm so thrilled that HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. is asking for this information! (My life is NOT better from the radiation exposure I experienced.) Thank you for your attention to this matter. Debra Kocis

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
1. & 2. I am responding as: an individual 3a. Type of wireless or RF/EMF sources involved (e.g., mobile phones, Wi-Fi, smart meters…)Wi-Fi 3b. Nature, duration, frequency, and approximate timing (e.g., years):6-7 years, anytime I am in a highly WiFi area or with in close proximity 3c. Adverse health effect(s) experienced:Face rash like a burn, skin feels like it is tingling/burning, feel like a weight is pressing against my body, increased irritability and fatigue. It lifts immediately when WiFi is turned off on my computer or when I distance myself from the source. 3d. Time from first exposure to first appearance of adverse health effects; and did a change in exposure coincide with the onset of adverse effects:When I turn Wi-Fi on for my laptop, I feel the adverse health effects immediately. On days working in an office where I cannot control how many devices are near me or the signal I am exposed to, I have noticable symptoms. 3e. Was medical evaluation or treatment sought? (Optionally:) Was there a diagnosis?I have spoken with my primary practitioner about the symptoms and she has said this could be a cause, but there is not an official diagnosis. 3f. Were steps taken to reduce or eliminate exposure, and were there subsequent changes in the effects?I have no WiFi active in my house. I would through a wired connection whenever possible. I turn off WiFi on the phone and vehicle. In this type of environment or when I am outdoors on vacation in the mountains, the symptoms all disappear. 3g. Any supporting documentation? This includes Scientific Reports, exposure measurements, or other relevant information:I have used a meter to measure exposure. Additional Details you would like to share about your experiences of adverse health effects you believe to be associated with exposure to wireless radiation or EMF's:The fatigue I feel from a day of constant close proximity exposure is noticeable. I have pictures of the rash that develops on my face and neck. B1a. Sources you experience as causing you Adverse Effects:iPhone, lap top computer, vehicle with WiFi and blue tooth turned on B1b. Sources you can sense, but don't seem to harm you:In addition to WiFi in my new vehicle, I also have turned off the Bluetooth as I can feel it. B1c. Sources you can use without sensing or being harmed:So far I have been able to use Bluetooth keyboards and mice. B1d. Sources that seem to provide benefit (i.e., electrotherapy):Red light therapy, infrared sauna, PEMF mat, EMF block blankets and clothing, and time outdoors away from the city B2a. Health conditions you think may contribute to your sensitivity to EMFs including wireless: B2b. Health conditions you don't necessarily associate with your sensitivity to EMFs including wireless, but might be relevant:Gluten and dairy sensitivity, B3. For each subquestion please list up to 5 drugs or therapies or home remedies (if any) B3a. That you recommend, as they helped you tolerate or recover from EMF exposure:Red light therapy, infrared sauna, PEMF mat, EMF blocking blankets and clothing B3b. That you recommend, but you’re not positive that they help: B3c. That helped you but you don’t recommend. (e.g., the benefit did not last long or the side effects were too harmful): B3d. Treatments that had no effect: B3e. Treatments that made your sensitivity worse:45-54 B4. What is your age range?45-54 B5. What year did you become aware of your sensitivity to wireless radiation or electromagnetic fields?2019 B6. What country, state, province, or major city were you living in when you first noticed your sensitivity to wireless or electromagnetic fields?Sioux Falls, SD
