I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of a concerned member of the public I know several people who have been adversely effected by EMF's. Especially from smart meters. This technology needs to be better tested for potential harm it does to the human body. Even subtle disturbance should be taken under consideration. Who knows the long term effects of those subtle frequencies and how it can add up to the cause of this cronically ill nation. I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence. I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health. I am responding from the perspective of a concerned member of the public. Wireless radiation has affected me because I have been forced to allow smart meters be installed at my home. The electric meter was placed on the outside of my kitchen. I was told to allow them to install it or police would be called. My local health group sent many documents to the Kansas Corporation Commission and they have not helped to protect our health or property. One friend is sensitive to wireless radiation and avoids groups do to phone and other radiation. In 1970 my Father felt ill while working for KG&E the Electric Company at their substation. He died from a cardiac arrest before his buddy could get him to the hospital leaving my Mother to raise four young children on her on. I support people affected by wireless radiation because their health is important to me and I believe HHS should address this issue because the Kansas Corporation Commission has not protected Kansans. I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of both a researcher and American civilian. I have had many negative experiences personally with wireless radiation over the past couple decades, as well as my own research, both academically and theoretical, on the negative effects of non-ionizing radiation. The most significant experience is the week 5G went online, and fully energized, in San Juan, Puerto Rico where I had been residing in December 2019, just before the pandemic. I immediately developed migraines for the first time. And have dealt with specifically since then in metropolitan areas, including upon my return to Los Angeles. I now have to live rural, and avoid cities, to maintain some aspect of a productive lifestyle. High levels of cell phone radiation first trigger fatigue, confusion, and reduced cognitive function in myself, followed my headaches, and at worst, migraines. As such, I do not, have not, and will not, own a 5G phone. I have studied electrical engineering, theoretical physics, and cosmology for the past 20 years. To say non-ionizing radiation has no biological effects, let alone the tolerance levels currently accepted as safe, are in part criminal at this point in time from research that does exist on the topic, and has since been whitewashed as with other highly politicized industries on health and wellness.

I am highly concerned about wireless radiation affecting my children and grandchildren. The research on the affects that it has on people and children needs to be reevaluated and up to date. I am alarmed at the effects to my grandchildren’s brain and body and on all of the children’s bodies. This needs to be controlled. They will never have good health at the rate it’s going. It will affect their lives and health negatively to say the least. How can we ever “Make America Healthy Again (MAHA)” if this matter is not addressed and controls implemented to protect people and children! Please use wisdom in consideration of this urgent matter.

I beg you to take action to stand up for the health of the public. We are victims of technology that is built next to our homes 5 G 6 G towers… sub stations etc smart meters! Affecting our sleep and our nervous systems. Causing cancer… no one will be spared. Study , regulate and demand protective measures in neighborhoods

The blatant disregard for public safety with regards to EMF exposure borders on crimes against humanity. These 5g, 6g technologies are military frequency technology. I learned about scaler technology 30+ years ago from a "Popular Mechanics"magazine. https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC11618680/#main-content Very simply, everyone that was involved in the legislation, implementation, production, sales without proper disclosure are culpable, accountable and prosecutable. Steam Rolling every obstacle to 5g,6g & microwave technology just for profit is egregiously wrong. Using frequency, scaler technologies in militarized fashion should be against the Geneva convention. And I don't even have enough time to get into the use of frequency mind control for nefarious reasons by many different "entities" both government and corporate... probably even private markets also. Please check yourselves... You are knowingly Complicit

I do not believe enough thought goes into the impacts on health with EMF. for instance AirPods. They are t tested properly and go into one’s ears. That should be mandatory. We know frequency impacts human cells. We are electric magnetic beings after all. If I’m in a Tesla for long periods I always get a headache and feel nauseous. These effects must be looked into. There is big money involved and when that’s the case safety falls to the very bottom. Like. We need more studies. Prior to 5G being deployed there were very concerning studies brought to attention but sadly it went ignored. I also think when there is an opportunity for public comment there should be commercials alerting the public to this opportunity. Please do the studies and let the science lead were it may. If it’s not safe we shouldn’t use it.

I support HHS in taking an active role in investigating the effects of EMFs, Radiofrequency and wireless radiation. I have read many people's stories and have friends who report severe affects such as loss of sleep, depression, anxiety, etc. For most of us, it is difficult to definitevely know how we are affected. As a cancer survivor, I will never know what "caused" the cancer to develop. When i read stories of people living near power lives and cell towers who develop cancer, whole communities who develop cancer, I wonder about my own exposure. I hope you will HHS to hire scientists and doctors and researchers who have no vested interest in the outcome to help develop proper guidelines so we all live healthy and long lives. Thank you.
