Requests independent review of exposure limits, cumulative and nonthermal effects, reproductive and cance…

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
I am submitting this comment as a consumer concerned about long-term exposure to wireless radiation from phones, Wi-Fi routers, cell towers, and other connected devices. I urge HHS to conduct a thorough, independent review of whether current exposure limits adequately protect public health. This review needs to consider those most heavily exposed and should examine potential effects beyond tissue heating, including evidence concerning cancer, reproductive health, and children’s development. Please prioritize research that reflects how people actually encounter wireless radiation: repeated exposure over many years, often from multiple sources and devices used close to the body. Assessments should consider signal strength, pulse patterns, duration, and combined exposure. Please consider Melnick and Moskowitz’s 2026 analysis of animal data, which argues that existing exposure limits may inadequately protect against cancer and reproductive harm (https://doi.org/10.1186/s12940-026-01288-6). I also ask HHS to evaluate Lai and Levitt’s review of exposure intensity, duration, and signal modulation (https://doi.org/10.1080/15368378.2022.2065683), and Scarato’s review of US regulatory gaps and proposed reforms (https://doi.org/10.3389/fpubh.2025.1677583). These papers warrant careful consideration alongside the broader evidence, including studies that have not found adverse effects. I ask HHS to: •Assess whether additional protections are needed for children, pregnant women, and other potentially vulnerable groups. •Support long-term research with safeguards against industry conflicts of interest. •Provide clear information about exposure and practical ways to reduce it, including wired alternatives in homes and schools. •Recommend updated standards wherever the evidence shows that existing limits are insufficient. Consumers should not have to navigate these questions alone. Please use this inquiry to advance transparent science, meaningful oversight, and public health protection.

Requests independent research on cumulative wireless exposure, children and effects below existing limits…

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
I am submitting this comment because I believe we need to take a much closer look at the potential health effects of wireless radiation and the rapidly increasing amount of RF exposure in our daily lives. I am increasingly concerned about how much wireless technology surrounds us every day. Cell phones, Wi-Fi routers, Bluetooth devices, smart appliances, wireless infrastructure, and cell towers have become so common that it is difficult to avoid exposure, even in our homes and workplaces. As someone who works in the health and wellness field, I have become increasingly interested in the factors that may contribute to chronic health problems. I believe we should be willing to investigate environmental exposures, including RF radiation, rather than assuming that current exposure standards necessarily represent the full picture of human health. I am particularly concerned about children and long-term exposure. Children are exposed to wireless devices and infrastructure from a very young age, often for many hours a day. We need to understand the potential implications of decades of cumulative exposure, especially as wireless technology continues to expand. I am not claiming that RF radiation is responsible for any particular health condition. Rather, I am asking HHS to take the potential risks seriously and ensure that the research is comprehensive, independent, transparent, and based on the best available evidence. I believe Americans deserve clear information about potential health and environmental risks associated with RF radiation. This includes reviewing existing research, identifying gaps in our knowledge, examining biological effects that may occur below current regulatory limits, and considering the cumulative and long-term nature of exposure. I also believe that people who report experiencing symptoms or other health effects that they associate with RF exposure should be listened to and their experiences investigated rather than dismissed. I encourage HHS to prioritize independent research and to ensure that public health policy is informed by health scientists, medical professionals, and researchers with relevant expertise, not solely by agencies whose primary responsibility is regulating communications technology. We have an opportunity to better understand an increasingly important environmental exposure. I encourage HHS to thoroughly examine the evidence and take appropriate steps to protect public health while continuing to investigate questions that remain unanswered.

Reports persistent symptoms after smart-meter installation and pervasive involuntary exposure, describes …

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
The FCC's human exposure limits have not been updated since 1996 when people were using flip phones and many people like me didn't even have a cell phone yet. Cell phones today are like giant computers packed into a tiny powerful handheld devices and we have 5G cell towers, Smart meters, Smart appliances, watches and wearables, Ipods, etc This situation alone should be enough for HHS to dig into the decades of research on biological harm going all the way back to the 1970s from our own US military. We have never had an agency with any type of health expertise regulating this industry, Here is my story: In 2017, I was acutely injured by a Smart meter that was attached to my home without my knowledge or consent. One day I was a perfectly normal healthy person, and the next day I had all these strange and serious symptoms like headaches, dizziness, heart palpitations, inability to sleep, constant fatigue, increased gut and joint pain, terrible tinnitus, and overwhelming anxiety for no reason at all. I felt like I was being physically and mentally tortured whenever I was in my own house. The acute symptoms subsided when I was able to opt-out and get the Smart meter removed from my home, but the chronic symptoms persist to this day and I deal with most of these (tinnitus, dizziness, terrible fatigue, poor sleep, daily gut and joint pain, and high blood sugar readings despite daily exercise and my low carb, low sugar Paleo diet) every day and they increased even more when the highspeed fiberoptics were laid under the streets and the 5G cell towers erected above ground in my neighborhood during Covid. I have 185 cell towers and antennas within a 3 mile radius of my home and surrounded on all sides in my neighborhood by close range 4G/5G cell towers 1/3 mile away from my house. Even though I had my Smart meter removed when I was injured in 2017, the Smart meters on all my neighbor's homes on the 1/4 acre lots surrounding me are all emitting pulsing radiation 24/7. Even though I am hardwired through my cable lines and connections and the ethernet cords and adaptors throughout my house, I am still exposed to all the wireless radiation coming from my neighbor's Wi-Fi routers. Even though I had an electrician install three switches connected to my electric box so I could turn off all the electricity to my bedroom at night, I am still being adversely affected by the EMFs coming from the high voltage power lines going right through the center of my village two blocks from my house. You see because of the ubiquitous nature of wireless radiation today, I am being forced to live in a toxic soup of microwave radiation 24/7 that is causing oxidative stress to every cell of my body and causing all kinds of harmful health effects that destroy my quality of life, increase my risk of cancer, and reduce my life expectancy. These are all involuntary exposures with NO informed consent for me or my family members who are also being adversely affected even though they don't feel the harm like I do. In addition, every time I go into public places like my schools, my church, retail stores, restaurants, movie theaters, my local coffee shop, and especially airports when I have to fly, I am being blasted by both public WiFi and cell phone radiation coming from all the people scrolling and searching on their cell phones all around me (not to mention all the cell towers surrounding the buildings).. It's very hard for me to even stand in line at the store these days with people on either side of me and how powerful the new cell phones are. I am urging you to please consider the ubiquitous nature of all of these sources of wireless radiation (cell towers, Smart meters, cell phones, WiFi routers, Smart TVs and appliances, watches and wearables, Air pods and Smart devices, electric vehicles and charging stations, solar panels, and now monstrous AI Data Centers) and how they are exposing us to a toxic soup of microwave radiation 24/7 that we can't escape from anywhere anymore. Please use my personal experience and the thousands more you will receive along with the 10,000 pages of scientific studies of evidence of biological harm to humans and the environment to update the FCC's RF radiation exposure limits. This is the biggest environmental toxin we are facing in America right now and contributes to all of the chronic diseases that are destroying our children and bankrupting our nation (diabetes and obesity, infertility, dementia and Alzheimers, Autoimmune disease, Autism Allergies and ADD, Cancer). This is also national security threat and must be halted until new, real safety controls and updated human and environmental exposure limits are enacted and put in place. Thank you for urgent attention and action on this long overdue threat to American health, happiness, and liberty. I'm grateful RFK Jr is in charge of Health for all Americans and all our children because I know he cares and things are finally going to change!!

Reports disabling symptoms attributed to towers, meters and devices, improvement with avoidance, and inco…

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
I am an individual consumer who started experiencing debilitating symptoms after the installation of a phone tower at about 250 meters from my home in 2021. Early symptoms (2021) were brain fog, tinnitus, thyroid inflammation, extremely low blood pressure, instability, (2022) episodes of severe vertigo, sleep disturbances, visual disturbances, fatigue, memory loss, mental exhaustion. (3) With time and observation I have been able to pair tinnitus, head buzz, visual disturbances and imbalance to the phone tower proximity. Now, if I leave the house for a few days or more the head buzz, vertigo and instability go away, and the other symptoms ameliorate as well. As soon as I come back symptoms worsen. GPS technology from the water smart meter was causing me vertigo and dizziness when I was close to it. After it was removed I didn't have any more episodes of that kind. Bluetooth signal inside a car affects me the same way: extreme vertigo, dizziness, and also nervousness and irritability. Once the signal is deactivated the symptoms go away. Near light bulbs or other sources of strong EMI I experience severe dizziness; I can’t tolerate noise or lights—not even the vibration created by my own voice—and I have to lie down in a dark silent room for at least an hour for the symptoms to subside partially. Near electrical sources I experience more severe tinnitus and sudden momentary hearing loss, and instability. Near Wi-Fi and cordless phones (less than 10 meters): tightness in the head and pain in the forehead, agitation and inability to concentrate, tightness in the eyes and neck. Smart watches in the proximity cause me extreme low blood pressure, vision disturbances, agitation, headache, I have to lie down to avoid fainting. Around electricity higher than 100 V/m or wifi: shakiness, tremors, uncontrollable nervousness, anxiety. For more than a year I was not able to use or even look at my smart phone. If I was on a phone call I would feel a strong buzz in my head. Looking at the screen would make me dizzy. If there’s a phone tower at less then 300 meters, Wi-Fi or electricity exceeding 10 V/m, I cannot fall asleep. Before I understood that my problem was an EMF injury, I was always tired, always sleepy; I struggled to open my eyes in the morning and keep them open throughout the day. My brain felt like it was on fire; it could never “shut down.” When using a laptop or smart phone I had trouble reading screens, at the beginning I even had trouble reading paper, I had difficulty seeing in general. My vision was blurry, and I had trouble understanding what was written. I experienced weight loss as I was too tired to eat. I was often bed ridden. I saw improvements after I started avoiding phones and computers and used a dirty electricity filter. It took me more than a year to start using my phone again for a few seconds at a time. Phone radiation would make me dizzy and make tinnitus louder. Now, almost 3 years after the onset of the symptoms, I always keep my phone on airplane mode with all the antennas turned off. I can only use it for a few minutes at a time, or I get dizzy and experience stronger tinnitus and momentary hearing loss. The proximity of the phone and radio towers still affect me greatly with constant tinnitus, hearing disturbances, fatigue, cognitive issues, sleep disturbances, blood pressure, occasional vertigo and disequilibrium and thyroid issues. At the beginning I experienced severe cognitive decline and memory loss, to the point of being unable to even think about cooking or do any complex activity that involved thinking. Now it is better, but I am not like myself anymore. I experienced and still experience fatigue and weakness and tinnitus as I live close to two phone towers that were installed in the last 4 years, and radio antennas. Medical evaluations were always inconclusive. No doctor had the ability or knowledge or tools to assess my condition, although neurologists reported that my symptoms are increasingly common. (5) Building Biology exposure limits guidelines and people adverse experiences should be taken into consideration when evaluating safety standards. (9) Exposure related information should always and clearly be exposed to consumers, residents, workers, schools,  Healthcare Providers and local governments regarding any type of radiation that people might be exposed to through products, devices, technology, infrastructures etc. This should be done consistently through mass media, and education. (11) Any and all population should be informed and protected against exposure risks and everybody should have a right to be healthy and avoid radiation especially if sensitive. Citizens should have the ability to easily and effectively oppose the installation of smart meters, and phone and radio towers in the proximity of their homes, work places, schools and hospitals. Argues that pulsed digital modulation and induced currents deserve more attention than power alone, and c…

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
See attached file(s) I know exactly why the digital waves are dangerous. I know exactly why the digital waves are dangerous. I know the link and I Have the proof. ANSES is the French agency that gives a simple opinion to the government (to which it is subordinate) on the dangerousness of environmental pollution, including that of digital waves. Our association is on the dialogue committee with this agency. Why do certain waves affect us and not others? First of all, because it is related to the nature of the pulsed multiplexed modulation of digital waves. The power indicator (SAR, absorbed energy...) serves to determine whether a person is exposed or not. This power indicator is also an indicator of harmfulness, but it has become a diversion, a deception because it is confusing compared to other indicators that are much more harmful, never measured. The main indicator of harmfulness is related to the pulsed effect of the pulsed multiplexed modulation multiplied by the type of digital coding QAM. The more data transfers you have, the more the wave will be pulsed modulated and therefore dangerous. A digital wave that does not transfer data, its carrier is analog and therefore non-digital (hence the biases of protocols led by researchers while omitting the essential, the pulsed effect). One must set aside the power and access its understanding on the inductions that enter into a completely different domain (even if the conditioned reflex of most people is to relate everything to power). Digital modulation is based on 0 and 1 (nothing or everything) which generates BRUTAL variations of significant electromagnetic flux, amplified with multiplexing and certain digital codifications. Note: it is not the cumulative effect of the energies of the subcarriers of the waves with enormous peaks of intensity, but the BRUTAL variations of electromagnetic flux intensity (notably the magnetic part that interests us). (the slope of the curve translated by the integral of the derivatives or by the peak crest x peak crest (PAPR) or more simply in relation to the flow of the number of bytes transmitted). Indeed, even if a magnet is of high power, if its flux does not vary, then nothing happens in a coil that is nearby. But if we have a sudden displacement of the magnet and thus of its magnetic flux in relation to the coil, then an induced current is created in the coil (by the laws of Faraday and Maxwell, universally recognized and therefore no need to provide proof) which will itself create a magnetic field to oppose the variation of flux that initiated it. (action – reaction). We find this brutality of variations of the field with the digital waves that are pulsed and multiplexed. The modulation of the wave is low frequency and thus the equivalent of the energy of the modulation will penetrate deeply into the body, and as it is pulsed, it will create inductions: induced currents and ion sequestrations (very sensitive to electromagnetic fields). As our body manages external aggressions through bioelectrochemical equilibrium reactions (homeostasis), it must not be disturbed by wandering induced currents or by ion sequestrations due to the fields. Examples: - The voltage-dependent channels of cells like synapses that allow ions to enter the cell or not depending on the voltage between the two environments on either side of the cell wall. They would be totally disturbed by these induced currents creating cellular mortality. - If the ions are sequestered by the variations of fields and thus not available, the equilibrium reactions cannot take place, leading to oxidation, migraines, etc., degradation of health. The ANSES has just published a report on waves and cancer in November 2025 with a pre study that was accessible to us. When we look into the development of the report, we see many studies that present health issues. I examined the waves and cancer report to classify all the studies presented from the WHO, etc., into two categories of studies: those with pulsed modulation (digital) and those with continuous waves (analog). So simply, we can read (and everyone can read): That half of the studies conclude that there are carcinogenic or dangerous consequences. That half of the studies use digital waves in their protocol and the other half use analog waves. That 100% of the studies using pulsed digital waves report a danger. That 100% of the studies using analog waves report "no" danger. That all these analog studies have no place in this report. That is why only the studies using pulsed digital waves remain, which conclude with a danger. That all the analog studies (thus non-pulsed), by declaring "no" danger, support the conclusion of the harmful effect of the pulsed nature of digital waves by creating inductions due to the abrupt variations in fields of the multiplexed modulation of digital waves.
