Thank you for the opportunity to express some shocking facts that most people are unaware of. The Renowned Whistle blower Richard Lighthouse ( Targeted Justice ) can easily prove that every citizen in the United States of America is being tracked by GPS without their acknowledging it. This super computer at the Air Space Force in Colorado springs is what controls the satellites that controls the microwaves towers that track all US citizens. We know and have proof that this super computer can also send through the microwave towers, directed energy weapons with the capability to exert great pain and suffering to innocent people. This system takes an immense amount of highly trained personnel to sustain its infrastructure. Its indicative by inference, that we the innocent live in a land that is occupied by the enemy. I am an individual consumer and patient responding to Question 3.(a) The EMF sources that most affect me are Wi-Fi and wireless infrastructure. I also struggle with emissions from computer screens and certain lighting that create EMFs. Other sources that have harmed me include smartphones, a microwave, neighboring 5G satellite equipment, and SMART meters on nearby properties.(b) I first noticed effects of wireless technology about 13 years ago (around 2012). I had been sleeping with my smartphone under my pillow, Wi-Fi on, to listen to podcasts as I fell asleep, for at least a few months. We also had Wi-Fi in our home. Exposure later increased when Google arranged free downtown Wi-Fi in our town and then ran that Wi-Fi up the hill where we lived. After we moved, a neighbor beamed a 5G satellite dish over our property toward a distant 5G tower. Our local PUD later required SMART meters countywide; I kept one off my home, but neighbors have them. I still encounter Wi-Fi in stores, restaurants, and other public places.(c) Potential adverse health effects have included severe brain fog, confusion, ringing in the ears, short-term memory loss, insomnia and general cognitive decline. It felt as though all my cognitive functions were slowed down, or as if a heavy wet blanket had been thrown over them. These symptoms have relapsed whenever exposure increased.(d) Symptoms first appeared after months of sleeping with a Wi-Fi-enabled phone under my pillow and living with home Wi-Fi. They increased over several weeks and occurred only at home or in other Wi-Fi environments; outdoors I felt fine. Turning off home Wi-Fi and related sources brought drastic improvement at home. When municipal Wi-Fi was extended up our hill, I became sick again in my own home and we had to leave. A neighbor’s 5G satellite aimed over our property caused another relapse; moving the dish ended that exposure-related flare. Public Wi-Fi still affects me, though usually less than the original home exposure.(e) I sought help from naturopathic doctors. The first scoffed but humored me. A second doctor in 2012 firmly admitted knowing about the problem, said he had encountered it before, and loaned us an EMF detection meter. He did not give a diagnosis. Over the years other doctors have admitted this is a problem and tried to alleviate symptoms, but all have been reluctant to give an official diagnosis. I believe doctors were unequipped to deal with this in 2012.(f) To reduce exposure, we turned off the Wi-Fi feature on our router and phones, switched phones to airplane mode at night, borrowed an EMF meter, tested plugs and electronics, removed the highest emitters, and stopped using the microwave. I improved drastically at home but still struggled in Wi-Fi-equipped public places. Increasing town Wi-Fi forced us to leave. We spent the next three years living in an RV searching for a rural place away from cell towers, SMART meters, and neighboring Wi-Fi. We eventually found one after much research. After a neighbor’s 5G dish caused a relapse, they moved it so it no longer aimed over our property. I fought to keep a SMART meter off my home and have so far succeeded. I have completely removed wireless technology from my home. I have not had a microwave in years. Phones go to airplane mode at night. I use speakerphone, never carry a phone on my body, and use a shielded case. All home networking is wired. Maintaining my health has been a very expensive battle, including measures to manage sensitivity when I must go into EMF-dense environments.(g) We confirmed sources with an EMF meter borrowed from a naturopathic doctor. I have researched scientific journal articles, watched countless hours of lectures, written letters to city councils to keep cell towers away, to my local PUD about dangers, and to county commissioners and state representatives. I have spent countless hours trying to warn and educate others, with little official result, though awareness and injury from EMFs are growing among friends and people I have met. I now fight my teenage son every single day to keep his cell phone out of his pocket because of infertility risks; he does not listen because everyone else keeps phones in their pockets. I cannot begin to communicate my frustration over more than a decade of struggle with EMFs and wireless technology. As long as convenience continues, appropriate studies are not done, and industry regulatory capture is not rooted out, there will be more people like me—and worse—and we will see an increase in the fertility crisis among the next generation.

I have been experiencing electronic harassment and electronic rape since 2021. These weapons have destroyed my life and my child. I have been subjected to human trafficking via neuro weapons and have endured Directed energy attacks via satellites and other sources. I have been targeted not for anything crime but because I was considered an easy to break target. I do not hear voices however I have a constant hissing in both of my ears that are two different sounds at the same time. I almost lost my life in 2023 twice due to the use of these weapons. I have submitted to the FBI for a copy of my FOIA and am reaching out to anyone who can help me and my daughter. The pictures I posted are of vehicles that have been identified as DEWs and I am being stalked heavily. I go to work and come home and every car on the road is flashing their lights at me even during daylight hours. My story is very long and complicated and I need help. No one deserves to live this way. The constant attacks have isolated me from everything except work because we can’t eat and have a place to live if I don’t work.

Please sir look into the use of DEW being used illegally on private citizens. V2 skull is being used on my son for three years now. I am a targeted individual in Boise, Idaho. I know exactly who put me on the list. I am trafficked every day, I am tortured by directed energy weapons, I am cyber harassed, cyber bullied, cyber too. This shit is unexcusable. It’s inhumane. I am tortured to the point where I have sores. They make me have bad dreams and little sleep. I am harassed while I drive, I am tortured while I work. I have struggled to be around EMF's, RF, Hot spots/bluetooth/routers, dirty electricity, geopathic stress etc etc. I have some much trouble visiting my son in Baton Rouge (he lives near LSU) where their is a RIDICULOUS number of towers etc. I have trouble visiting my son in Dallas for same reasons. This industry is OUT OF CONTROL. I used to buy low S.A.R. rating phones but its very very difficult now. Samsung used to make them but they stopped caring I guess because they stopped. Even with a Safe Sleeve case, I cant talk on the phone for long with my boys when they call because i feel sicker as the call goes on. Europe has regulations to limit S.A.R. on cell phones. Their should be regulations that NOTHING can be put up within 1 to 1/2 miles of a residential zones. AND their should be limits. Just because they can invent the technology, doesn't mean its a good thing overall. MONEY is not everything!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But health and sanity is. i have heard and witnessed myself that plants keep dying when planted over some sort of stressor under the ground (geopathic stress). i have shrubs die along my house where the electric box and other wiring is. All the other shrubs were fine. AND the massive amount of Mechanical stress and RF/EMF's coming out of XBOXs (read about Ryan Sternagel, the father of a child diagnosed with neuroblastoma before he turned one- the rocking chair was by the xbox), smart Tv's, Smart Thermostats, smart refrigerators, smart security systems etc. Its very hard for me to go on vacation- hotels or Air b n b's. PLEASE do lots to help us. And their should be a lot of public service announcements (or however you get things out to the public) on dirty electricity. Electric vehicles increase this, electric vehicle charging stations in home garages increase this in a home, solar panels increase this. But every regular house has it as well. NO one should be using grounding mats/sheets in their house unless they have zero dirty electricity. I use Greenwave dirty electricity filters to mitigate the DE in my house. i bought a meter from them to determine which electrical outlets have a problem and then i check once the filter is on the outlet to see if it went down as much as i like to see if i need to add 2 filters to the outlet. my friend was sick for decades. she said it felt like her chest was buzzing. i helped her put DE filters in her house (which had very high DE- thats with no solar panels, etc) and it radically changed her life. Please at least do what Europe does, whatever that is. Will Satellite phones be better for us that are sensitive to the RF's etc from cell phones?

I have been extremely sensitive to all wireless wifi Bluetooth gps satellite for many years! I can barely be anywhere or do anything. It affects my entire life 24/7! Please get this stopped!
