Our place of business, which is a daycare has a 5G tower very close to it. Since the tower was put up, we’ve noticed a change in the children’s behavior. This should have been investigated before being allowed close to the daycare center. I’ve also noticed that I suffer from tinnitus whenever I am close to a tower.

Valérie Larosière, membre actif de l’Association du Collectif des Personnes Ciblées et la Présidente de l’Association située à Draguignan en France, qui a 46 ans est une « personne ciblée » depuis 47 ans par le biais d’armes à énergies dirigées utilisés sur les civils et par le biais du logiciel tortureware et le Programme MK ULTRA. Ces armes ont des lanceurs d’ondes comme les frigos, les wifis, les luminaires, la télé, le portable le plus douloureux pour le cerveau. Elle subit le « Syndrome de la Havane » , un processus de nettoyage de son cerveau par le Programme MK ULTRA avec acouphènes persistants, FIBROMYALGIE déclenchée par l’exposition abusive et intensive, nausées, vomissements, vertiges, douleurs dans le corps, maux de têtes récurrents, augmentation de la tension et du pouls cardiaque, maladie chronique tel que les rhumatismes, l’asthme, impossibilité de diminuer les ondes car les PEERPS sont connectés 24H sur 24 et 7 jours sur 7 sur le cerveau de la personne. Depuis 17 ans Valérie subit par un pompier professionnel de la BMPM de Marseille un harcèlement électromagnétique conséquent qui lui a fait perdre sa vie intime, privée, dignité humaine jusqu’au lavage de cerveau pour s’obliger à se tuer... Je soutiens l'implication active du Département de la Santé et des Services sociaux (HHS) dans l'examen des effets potentiels des rayonnements sans fil sur la santé et l'environnement. Les questions relatives à la santé humaine devraient être traitées par les agences fédérales possédant l'expertise appropriée en médecine, biologie, épidémiologie et santé publique, et les témoignages des personnes et des familles qui se disent affectées devraient être pris en compte au même titre que les données scientifiques. J’exhorte le HHS à évaluer soigneusement ces expériences et les données scientifiques, à identifier les lacunes de la recherche actuelle, à accorder une attention particulière aux enfants et aux autres populations potentiellement vulnérables, et à établir des priorités de recherche fédérales appropriées concernant les rayonnements sans fil et la santé publique. Merci de donner aux individus et aux familles l'occasion de se faire entendre.

Independent experts concur that the 1996 RFR exposure limits remain ineffective because they were based on thermal heating of tissue, while ignoring lower frequencies. Studies based on thermal heating used a 200 lb male dummy and a water filled balloon for head exposure. Debilitating health effects occur at much lower frequency levels. Health impacts for pregnant women, babies, children and those working in fields with chronic exposures weren't considered. Fast forward thirty years, and the amount of RFR emitting devices and ambient RFR levels has skyrocketed. The proliferation of cell phones, cell towers, 5G, 6G, antennas, WiFi, smart meters, and other smart products is unprecedented. No federal agency has assessed/evaluated the impacts on human health and our environment by addressing these combined multiple exposures. Requesting public comment and subsequently amending exposure limits to ensure safety is urgently needed.Major areas of concern include: impacts on children, the environment, EHS individuals and the cumulative, involuntary exposure most people encounter every day.  As a grandmother, I'm extremely worried about the constant RFR exposure experienced by our children and its long term effects. Children are more susceptible to environmental harms as they are smaller physically and in the process of developing. Their skulls are thinner, allowing more radiation to penetrate. Many schools now default to wireless connectivity with no evidence of safety, subjecting our children to this invisible toxin daily. An increasing number of people experience Electromagnetic Hypersensitivity due to current excessive exposure levels. This involuntary exposure while navigating work and/or public spaces is impossible to avoid.  Many individuals through repeated exposure develop hypersensitivity and must actively avoid all exposures. Personally, I find airports intolerable. I experience headaches, vision problems and brain fog that lingers for hours. My home is hard-wired with ethernet cables and I keep my cell phone on airplane mode when not in use. Additionally, unless a state has enacted a no-fee opt-out, involuntary exposures include Smart Meters, which emit continuous pulsed radiation. The natural world is similarly affected. It is known that RFR radiation affects bees and migratory birds, disrupting their ability to navigate and forage effectively. Flora and fauna are known to experience die-offs in close proximity to cell towers. In 2021, Kent Chamberlin Chairman, Emeritus of Electrical & Computer Engineering, University of New Hampshire concluded one of the key recommendations of the New Hampshire Commission to Study The Environmental and Health Effects of Evolving 5G Technology is that cell towers be placed no nearer than 1,640 feet from places where people live, work or recreate. This 500 meter setback should become immediate public policy. Elle est domiciliée à Pautaines-Augeville où les personnes de sont village sont armées avec des armes à énergies dirigées et utilisent ces armes sur Andrée à des fins de crime contre l'humanité. Ces armes ont des lanceurs d’ondes comme les frigos, les wifis, les luminaires, la télé, le portable le plus douloureux pour le cerveau. Elle subit le « Syndrome de la Havane »  avec acouphènes persistants, membres lacérés par les ondes, nausées, vomissements, vertiges, douleurs dans le corps, embolie pulmonaire, cancer lymphome aucune façon de diminuer l’impact des ondes et chaque jour son quotidien est de pire en pire. Please ban dangerous technology. 5g is bad enough. 5g gives me headaches. Please ban 6g.. invest in innovation to find safe alternatives. Ban dangerous technology please.

To the best of my knowledge there is public letter signed by thousands of scientists asking for investigations and research into what effects these 5G towers have on the natural environment, animals and human beings. These are not just average people, they are scientists who are trying to sound the alarm about serious possible dangers to our health and that of animals amd therefore are demanding for independent studies. Importantly also, there was NEVER ANY voting on this matter, no one was asked if they are okay with these 5G towers. WHY? How can such important matters not be voted on and pushed through without asking for consent? And now, these powerful companies amd corporations are already pushing for 6G towers without a single independent, official nationwide study on its effects to the human body. Our natural world is already under great distress and we just continue to forge ahead as if these decisions don't have consequences. I strongly and vehemently call for Federal Regulations before any more of these towers continue to be placed and for thorough research into the effects these towers and its radiation exposure cause to the human body and the animal kingdom.

I think it's great that HHS is looking into how electromagnetic fields could affect people's health, especially children and other vulnerable groups. With how much we rely on technology like cell phones, Wi-Fi, and other wireless devices every day, I think it is important to understand any possible long-term effects. Technology is constantly changing, so I think it makes sense to continue researching whether current safety guidelines are enough to protect people. I also like that HHS is asking for input from both professionals and the general public. I think hearing different perspectives could help them better understand people's concerns and identify areas that need more research. Even though there may not be clear answers to every question right now, I think collecting more information is a good start. It will be interesting to see what they find and whether this leads to changes in safety regulations or recommendations in the future.

It is imperative that further research be engaged, and an immediate postponement of further wireless installations until we know, without a doubt, the health implications of wireless technology and EMFs. Enough evidence exists to consider EMF as an environmental toxin, and nothing is been doing to stem the furthering of its coverage. As a matter of privacy, and as a matter of health, we need to know more before we continue to allow this without restrictions into our schools, homes, and places of employment.

I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of a patient, parent, family member, caregiver and concerned member of the public. Since 5G became a part of our lives, I frequently get severe headaches that last over 24 hours at a time. I used to be able to multi task but I have a hard time even organizing my thoughts and concentrating on more than one thing at a time. I have developed auto immune disorders and skin rashes . As a parent...my daughter is also having horrible headaches and rashes that she never had before. As a caregiver..I watched my mom experience extreme migraine headaches,, mysterious skin rashes, cancer and severe cognitive failure. I know many people that are having the same problems from wireless radiation. Quality of life has drastically reduced to being constantly ill and suffering . Now they want to bring in 6G? That is insane. We are just lab rats they experiment on. HHS needs to immediately take an active role in examining the health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should have been addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should have been considered alongside the scientific evidence. Many people are suffering unnecessarily. Something needs to be done NOW to protect lives . I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health. Thank you for providing individuals and families with an opportunity to be heard.

Thank you for opening this RFI. As a parent and regular person living in a world full of wireless devices, I’m glad HHS is finally taking a closer look at RF/EMF exposure and health—especially for kids. The science isn’t black and white. Most large studies and reviews (including recent WHO ones) don’t show clear harm from everyday exposures under current limits. But there are still real gaps: the NTP animal studies raised questions, kids absorb more radiation than adults, and we don’t have enough long-term data on constant low-level exposure from phones, Wi-Fi, 5G, and everything else we’re surrounded by. I’d like to see more independent research focused on children, better exposure measurement in real homes and schools, and simple practical advice families can actually use while the science catches up. Current limits are old. It would help to compare them honestly with other countries and decide whether they still make sense. Please keep the process transparent and put kids first.
