I am a female U.S. citizen and USAF veteran and have suffered with tinnitus/sleep issues during and after my Air Force enlistment. Since February 2024 (living in an apartment complex near MacDill AFB), I now experience increased symptoms of severe tinnitus, insomnia, EMF/WIFI sensitivities, nausea, dizziness, balance issues, eye pressure, head pressure and headaches, erratic heart rate spikes waking me out of sleep. Along with other veterans who have commented on this forum, I agree there are serious issues that need to be investigated. Government employees are not the only people experiencing AHI/Havana syndrome symptoms. Civilians, U.S. veterans, and military members are also suffering from the same symptoms.

Dear Secretary of Health and Human Services, I urge you to make the potential health effects of electromagnetic fields (EMFs), radiofrequency radiation, and continuous wireless exposure a public health priority. Where is the comprehensive, independent, long-term research demonstrating that a lifetime of continuous wireless exposure is safe for human health at every stage of development? The absence of definitive evidence of harm is not the same as proof of safety. Our children and future generations deserve answers, not assumptions. Quantum physics reveals that matter and energy are deeply interconnected, and the human body depends on intricate electrical and biochemical processes. Why, then, would we dismiss legitimate questions about how chronic exposure to external electromagnetic fields might affect biological systems? We must follow the science wherever it leads, free from industry influence. We are already dealing with a healthcare system that too often prioritizes managing disease over investigating its root causes. Too many people feel trapped in a system that relies on costly, patented pharmaceuticals while underinvesting in prevention and broader approaches to health. When financial incentives reward treating illness, we must ask whether enough attention is being given to preventing it in the first place. When will human health matter more than a business model? When will transparency matter more than profit? People deserve a healthcare system that serves them—not one in which financial interests overshadow prevention, scientific integrity, and public well-being. I call on HHS to fund truly independent, long-term research into wireless radiation and human health; disclose uncertainties honestly; protect children and other potentially vulnerable populations; and ensure that public health policy is never dictated by corporate interests. Our bodies are not merely markets. Our health is not a commodity. And our children's well-being must never be an acceptable gamble. The American people deserve truth, accountability, prevention, and a healthcare system that puts human life before profit. When will we finally make that our priority? I first became aware of the possible negative effect of radar on foraging bats when a student returning from nocturnal fieldwork who kept a bat detector wedged in his car window reported no bat activity as he passed Aberdeen airport radar. Together with Dr Barry Nicholls we then positioned bat detectors close to a series of airport radars which are often conveniently situated close to the airport perimeter. Significantly fewer bats were recorded in the vicinity of the radars compared with nearby control sites. We then purchsed a Furuno small boat radar and set it up close to a pond which was a well used bat foaraging site. When the radar was switched on a maximum of 40% fewer bats were recorded over the water. We were unable to change the parameters of the radar emissions and despite attempts to do so were unable to engage the collaboration of radar experts who could do so. Nicholls, B. & Racey, P. A. I am submitting my personal account of living with Electromagnetic Hypersensitivity (EHS) in response to the HHS Request for Information on electromagnetic fields and radiofrequency radiation exposure. I am 61 years old and live in Denmark. My symptoms have profoundly affected my health, my ability to work, and my participation in everyday life. I have been granted permanent disability pension due to my severely reduced functional capacity. My submission includes three documents: My personal account of EHS, including my symptoms, observations, measurements, and the impact on my daily life. A medical certificate dated May 1, 2025, documenting my physician's assessment and his direct observation of my deterioration during a consultation. A selection of scientific literature describing symptoms and conditions relevant to my experiences. I hope my testimony will contribute to a better understanding of people reporting EHS symptoms and encourage further independent research, particularly concerning children and other potentially vulnerable groups. Thank you for reaching out to the public on this very important matter affecting all Americans. Given the technology that has evolved, the 1996 FCC standards for RF/EMF are barely relevant, woefully inadequate and antiquated. I hope that based on the information received, the HHS can provide recommendations to FCC to enact some urgent practical steps to help residential neighborhoods and schools minimize exposure, pending some of the more complicated research issues. FCC should defer to HHS's expertise and judgment on such matters, since FCC has demonstrated scant, if any, concern for public safety over the last 30 years.

I spent nearly 7 years confined, and wrote a book "Electro-Hyper Sensiblement Vôtre", published in 2019. Since then, the village where I lived, where EHS gathered and recharged, where we measured – 88 dbm (<0.001 V/m), has been colonized by new neighbors. Everyone knows that they live in a village far from relay antennas. It has become impossible to welcome other EHS, and suffering daily attacks from the wireless technologies of these neighbors, my health is gradually deteriorating. The authorities (State via prefects, mayors, and local authorities) do not act, despite our repeated requests; their will is to eliminate us, to silence us, so the torture is daily. Thus, 4 EHS from the Loire department have died. Justice is slow to act, it hides behind the absence of scientific consensus, and is slow to recognize the psycho-social impacts, and even the disability; here, in this village, we have accumulated for over 15 years all the evidence pointing to the failure of the State, the mayors, the local authorities. All participate in Agenda 2030, and its eugenic vision; "... there are waves everywhere now, that's how it is! Adapt!" I do not consent to being irradiated by waves defined by the majority of scientists as toxic, classified as possibly carcinogenic (2B by WHO). It is locally that we must act to help EHS, within the framework of the Laws! It is locally that the hunt against EHS is organized as demonstrated by the procedures against Philippe Tribaudeau and Danièle Bovin, presidents respectively of the Associations "Une Terre pour les EHS" and "les Citoyens éclairés", who are also hunted like animals; for the sole reason that they testify to this reality that everyone wants to hide, the waves put on the market kill, populations have become addicted victims of their ignorance, and EHS are persecuted. Palantir keeps all the digital traces necessary for establishing the Truth, civil or military courts will seize them. In France, more than a century ago, Arsène d’Arsonval and Georges Lakhovsky opened a quickly closed path, electrotherapy, or how to heal with waves. Nicolas Tesla, without a battery but with a "converter" powered an electric vehicle by capturing "the ether", that is to say the natural electromagnetic waves; on this same principle, he developed wireless communications. These studies must be taught again, and applied, and further developed based on ongoing research. This is how we will build a sustainable future; through the mastery of the electromagnetic spectrum because the entire "living" world is bio-electromagnetic, for better and for worse. And this is becoming increasingly urgent in the face of the exponential increase of the waves' grip on bodies and brains due to the massive poisoning of populations with heavy metals and nanotech, in an electromagnetically saturated environment. The latest declassifications and hearings from the United States regarding "non-human" technologies, combined with our knowledge, will soon allow us to shift from Agenda 2030 to a "New Golden Age", where the mastery of waves will order a just and balanced civilization, there is no doubt about that. But before that, we must establish responsibilities, degrees of complicity, and, above all, hear and repair the crimes and injustices inflicted on the victims of the waves, made ill by poisoning. This investigation will follow these conclusions, already known, that is certain. While waiting to reconnect the multi-secular link between Forez and the United States (in the footsteps of Lafayette), here, in the Loire and elsewhere, the "Collectif 1815" continues its work, confounding, day after day, its executioners. Oct.20.21 Toronto, Canada I am writing as a concerned citizen of planet earth. From May 2020 to the present, I have personally experienced severe life-threatening health effects, Anomalous Health Incidents, severe sleep and pain issues, sudden onset and offset of severe headache, vertigo, nausea, heating of the skin, cognitive fog, digestive issues, cyst on the ovary, knee pain and difficulty walking, urinary tract and ear infections, vomitting, spitting up of toxic fluids, loss of appetite and swelling of the cheeks and mandible muscles preventing eating, dehydration, vertigo and dizziness, difficulty breathing, compression and pain in the spinal cord and neck, extreme muscle tension, pain and nausea while using cell phone, stroke-like symptoms causing incapacitation along with heat and pain to the head and body and much more. All Anomalous Health Incidents have been accompanied by a high pitched ringing sound. I have been hospitalized due to severe pain several times. Several Complimentary Healthcare Practitioners diagnosed a spinal scoliosis in my thoracic (upper) spine in Costa Rica in 2022, following several weeks of a circle of heat and pain on same part of my spinal cord. A brain aneurism was found on the lower left side of my brain in 2020 via MRI in Toronto Canada. I have observed similar phenomena in my friends and family. I have been diagnosed with Electrohypersensitivity by Dr. Rina Bray at Women's College Hospital in Toronto Canada 2020. I have been diagnosed with Severe Environmental Illness and Multiple Chemical Sensitivity by Dr. Dempster ND in Toronto Canada 2020. There are ultrasounds, Xrays, MRIs and pages and pages of medical reports from 2020 to the present. I have been seen by multiple Doctors and Complimentary Health Practitioners from 2020 to the present, both in Costa Rica and in Canada. I was in excellent physical, mental and emotional health in May 2020 (the happiest and healthiest I have ever been in my life), immediately preceding the sudden onset of extreme insomnia at the end of May 2020 (lasted for one week), followed by severe and unnatural pain, heating, sleep issues and more. I assume all the ill health effects are a result of EMF and non-ionizing radiation, pulsed radio frequencies and other frequencies and chemicals in the environment, from an infrastructure of cell phones, cell towers, sattelites and other frequency and radiation-emitting devices. I have observed similar (although not as severe) effects in friends and family in my community. Many bees have dropped dead in my apartment over the past few months. Over the past few years I have observed negative impacts on plants and animals around my during the time of such anomalous health incidents. I am extremely concerned about the health and life of humans, animals and plants in my community and on planet earth, now and into the future. I have negative neurological health symptoms when I use my cell phone. I recently used my cell phone a lot more during 6 weeks of travel. (my ethernet wired laptop was home). A PubMed article dated July 15, 2020, titled “Health risks from radiofrequency radiation, including 5G, should be assessed by experts with no conflicts of interest” discusses obvious conflicts of interest on this subject.
