These are an eyesore! Why can’t there be regulations on how these towers look!

I would be against wireless radiation if I could find any scientific evidence that is harmful in any way other than the towers being eyesores. I do enjoy my cellphone and the internet. So there’s that.

Il faut juste que je quitte mon domicile et partir loin des ondes, mais cela est devenu qui impossible si on recherche la civilisation surtout en France c'est la folie....

I am writing regarding the FCC’s response to the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals’ remand concerning its decades-old radiofrequency (RF) radiation exposure guidelines. The Court directed the FCC to provide a reasoned explanation for its determination that its guidelines adequately protect humans against harmful effects of RF radiation unrelated to cancer. Specifically, the court required the FCC to address the impacts of RF radiation on children, the health implications of long-term exposure, the ubiquity of wireless devices and technological developments, impacts on the environment, and the adequacy of the FCC’s testing procedures for cell phones and other portable devices. The FCC should fully consider evidence and real-world experiences concerning the health and environmental impacts of wireless radiation, including non-cancer health effects, impacts on children, long-term and cumulative exposure, cancer, and impacts on wildlife and the environment. The FCC is not a health agency and does not have expertise in medicine, biology or public health. Yet, the agency continues to assert authority over RF exposure standards and is preparing to reach conclusions about whether its existing guidelines adequately protect the public. I urge the FCC to recognize the critical role of federal health agencies, including the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, and to rely on appropriate health and biological expertise when addressing the issues identified by the court. This issue matters to me personally because: While in the military I developed migraines and vertigo that were triggered by high EMF environments. Moreover, It is well know that HF radios in fighter jets cause cancer. Please reference any fighter jet systems manual. We use to call the cone of the antenna in front of the jet the cone of cancer. There are notes, warnings and cautions pertaining to this danger. While there are different frequency ranges to the many avionics in a fighter jet some of these frequency bands reserved for the military have been released for use by the tech industry within the civilian population(Why?). There is a clear safety issue with this current technology please also reference the military studies done on radar operators in the 60's and 70's showing health concerns. It's time to FOIA all government organizations to include the military for all experiments regarding technology using any type of frequency based power. Non ionizing radiation should be looked at differently than ionizing radiation. Ionizing radiation is more apt to cause damage via thermal heating. Non ionizing radiation is more likely to affect the calcium channels of the body therefore showing damage later in a persons life that is not expressed by thermal damage. Because of this it also tends to affect people in different ways depending on their individual exposures and body type. We know that different types of frequency's can affect a person with more fat differently than someone with less fat. We know a millimeter wave cannot penetrate the body as deep as a longer wave frequency. Therefore more fat could potentially equal more protection against a millimeter wave reaching an organ. This is especially important with children as most do not have the body fat of an adult allowing the millimeter wave to penetrate deeper into their developing bodies. Currently the FCC only looks at ionizing radiation effects, this is pure negligence on the FCC's side as it is common knowledge among anyone that works with avionics that there are other dangers to frequency then just ionizing radiation as I explained above. This issue is going to have the most damaging effects on our children. It's time to start caring about our future generations and immediately stop any further roll out of cell towers and wireless technologies, remove all antennas from schools, remove wifi from schools and cease the use of 3g/4g/5g towers within our cities until the FCC does its job and does a complete overhaul of its safety standards to reflect measuring all the dangers that can result from this use of technology. The FCC must also ensure the Tech companies are held to the strictest 3rd party study's to ensure what they are proposing is safe. Then the FCC must remove all employees with conflicts of interest ensuring no industry employees are allowed to ever work for the FCC or vice versa. Or at least have a 5 year no compete agreement in their contracts. The FCC should also be required to work with HSS. The HSS should study the health effects and then the FCC must be required to update its standards to ensure the dangers Identified by HSS are addressed in their safety standards. I urge the FCC to give meaningful consideration to the experiences and evidence before it and to fully address each of the issues identified by the court.

How I became EMF sensitive. I am 73 years old and I think, I was in my early 30's when my husband got us a new phone. He was so amazed, he could walk out of our apartment onto the sidewalk and still could talk and be heard on the other end. We keep this phone in our bedroom unfortunately. I learned many years later, the body repairs itself when we sleep. So, this phone was not letting us repair our bodies during the night. I remember, I had an one hour conversation on that phone and my head was hot and I was a bit disoriented. I made a note to myself, not to use that phone for long calls etc. I got a job working the front desk of a chiropractors office. For 13 years I sat in front of a computer, working 8 hours a day. At one point I got divorced and was walking through a Farmer's Market and this women had a cellphone. They used to have a big long antenna and she was moving her head up and down, left and right and I could feel the antenna energy, cutting through my head. You can immage, I was trying to distance myself from this lady. I eventually moved from Los Angeles to Norwalk California and moved into a mobile home. By this I was about 51 years old. Mobile homes are kind of close to each other and for some reason, I didn't like sleeping in the bed room. I preferred sleeping on the couch in the living room, against a wall, that had a switch, that turned of the energy from the electric socket. During this time, I was working out of my home and was on the computer a lot, plus I had a telephone and internet access through a satelite dish. During this time, I had a basal cell and saw a macrobiotic couselor who cured herself from a very heavy cancer. She recommended a few things to me: get rid of the satelite dish, spend less time on the compure and follow her macrobiotic diet. It took 1 year and 7 months but the basal cell was no longer cancerous. I also, looked out my bedroom window and I had 6 satelite dishes on the corner of each mobile home: my mobile home, my right neifhbor, across of him/ my right, the Mobile home directly across from me, the mobile home to my left kitty corner from me and the one to my left. That is WAY TO MUCH EXPOSURE. No wonder I didn't like sleeping in my bed room. So, I stop using Satelites for entertainment etc. At 61 I moved to Albuquerque New Mexico and they are one the top 7 states for cellphones towers. When I was 62 years I moved into a cooperative apartment complex. After 3 montjhs I started having symtoms: could only get 2 hours of sleep, I was having moments: I would loose consciousness for a few seconds, heart palpations, headaches that were very painful: like a knife was cutting through my head, tinnitus, skin rashes. Luckily I figured out what was happening to me and took steps to lower my exposure to EMF's. So, I went to a senior center and as I got closer to it, I noticed it had a cellphone tower directly across from the senior center. As I walked in, I over heard a conversation: Mary passed out at the senior center, they took her to the hospital and the doctors couldn't figure out why she passed out. I thought, I better not stay here to long, so I signed up for a class and left. As I walked out side, this cellphone tower was full of discs pointing in all directions and Up and down. I walked across the intersection, to stay away from the old cellphone tower and I was now on the sidewalk and the cellphone tower was across from me and I passed out. I must have looked my a drunk and fortunately I caught myself befroe I hit the grown. I thought, went I get home, I am going to do some research on EMF sensitivity. I learned that my symptoms were probably from EMF's and it recommended to move one's bed at least 5 feet away from the circuit breakers in my apartment. My bed was directly on the other side of were the curcuit breaker was. I 3 days, all my symstoms went a way except of the tinnitus. I was still getting occasional powerful headaches went I took a bus: which had wifi. I called comcast and asked them to turn off the wifi on the modum they gave me. 3 years later, I found out eventually that comcast not only turned the wifi back on each month when they rebooted their system but they also had a community wifi. So I was being double exposed. Not knowing this, I also never turned the comcast modem off and slept withing 5 feet of the modem. So, I was lucky, I caught it before permanent damage was done. This is how I live now: no refrigerator, not hot water tank, turned off all circuit breakers except for electric oven and kitchen electric sockets. I have no more symptoms. Thank you Secretary Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. and the staff of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services for at long last offering the general public as well as medical and scientific professionals the opportunity to inform you of the many adverse effects of RF/EMF infrastructure and devices. I am a U.S. citizen, writing as an individual consumer, who has been researching these adverse effects (with others who are equally knowledgeable and pro-active) for 7 years. I have written a number of Op-Ed submissions to my local newspaper, as well as made oral and written comments to my city council, RI General Assembly representatives, and to my federal Representative and Senators. Rather than summarize all of this work, I will attach them to this public comment. I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of a patient, a parent and concerned member of the public. 15 years ago I went through a period of difficulty sleeping and frequent illness. After trying many avenues to figure it out, I had a person come and test for EMFs. Thankfully I had heard about this because it turned out that my wireless router was positioned on the opposite side of the wall from my bed. We moved the router and immediately I could sleep again. Not long after that, one of our neighbors a few blocks away knocked on our door. She and her family had been very inexplicably sick and it wasn't until the leaves fell off the trees that she discovered that a cell tower had been put up very near to her home and visible right out of her window. There had been no notice to the residents and she and her whole family (with young children) were trying to find relief by submitting a petition to get the cell tower removed. But since telecommunications companies have been given free reign to trample on property rights, the cell tower remained and the family had to sell their home. My son recently moved into an apartment building that has a small cell tower right out front in full view of his living room window. When he tells me he has a headache and is tired, I don't know what to tell him - move? It is unreasonable and unconscionable that cell towers are being permitted in residential areas, next to schools, and in parks. Communities should be able to decide whether more wireless infrastructure is installed or not. Without that right, our government has decided it is a tool for industry rather than a protector of individuals and property rights. I never agreed to have my taxes pay for that! How many people suffer from headaches and insomnia that are actually caused by too much EMF in their home environment? Hundreds of thousands, if not millions, for sure. Sleep is the time that the body heals and restores itself. Without restful sleep, other illnesses, cancers, etc are inevitable. Since my experience 15 years ago, I have found myself to be electro-sensitive and have had to make adjustments in my life. City environments are far too heavily laden with EMF so I choose to live outside of the city and I do not use wireless in my home, I have setup my office with hardwired ethernet connections. It becomes more difficult everyday as cell phones are sending off more powerful signals, and bluetooth is becoming standard on so many devices (like printers and cars) and often the wireless bluetooth signal cannot be turned off. Thankfully I am able to live outside of the city and setup a low EMF environment, but many cannot. They should not have to suffer while the telecoms profit at their expense. My children should not have to worry about whether the environment they are in is safe and healthy. I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence. I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health. I whole hearted support what Secretary Kennedy is doing. Protect us and our children from poorly regulated EMF Radiation. Why are they putting up cell radiation towers next to our schools and neighborhoods? It is a place for learning, not distractions with cellphones and its radiation, which brings bring fog and health issues. My son had EMF sensitivity in high school I told the school and they gave me red tape. They did not care because it was not their son that was having health and anxiety issues. He went from being an A student to dropped out of high school, once he transitioned from middle to high school. The high school had a cellphone tower, middle school di not. May everyone see the truth and stop denying the fact that radiation is harmful and needs to be seriously regulated. Cellphones are a distraction in schools. Radiation is a health concern that should not be ignored.

My name is Frederick P Sinclair Jr I am a retired Soil and Water Conservationist who for thirty five years tended to resource protection as leader of the Conservation District covering over 600,000 acres within Allegany County NY. I witnessed the establishment and implementation of of several environmental protection laws and was expert at the application of SEQR in performing evaluation of environmental impact. I served three terms as a Town Supervisor and one term as County Legislator and was on several community organization and regional boards. I am a current resident of the Town of Alfred and nearby to the Village of Alfred that hosts two higher institutions of learning Suny Alfred and Alfred University. When in the illage I am sensitive to the 11 nearby towers and antenna arreays servicing the area. Within a short exposure during school sessions I experience dizziness, arithmias, tinitus, and have to leave the areas of intense exposure. My home is located a mile from the village, however a tower has been retrofitted with 4GLTE and then 5G during my time in this the retirement home for myself and wife. The tower is 2,000 feet from my home and 3000 feet in elevation, servicing a broad area. I was on the Town Planning Board when they tower company (near my home) sought a permit for modification and our application of SEQR uncovered enough impacts, to the residential property values, to an organic dairy farm grazing animals within 100 yards, a large sugarbush producing maple syrup, and dangers to Mercy Flight emergency routes (altimeter impact) and the local municipal airport traffic. The Town justified and NYS DEC published that and environmental impact statement was requested by the Town. Legal threeats forced the Town to not push for the EIS. I have no wiFi in my home and have also opted out of Smart Metering. I have taken several measures to protect against EMR in my home but still experience Tinnitus and occasional arithmias and live in the shadow of exposure to microwave emissions. The question of allthese sources meeting FCC regulations is a bothersome claim when these regulations are 30 years old and the exposures have increased exponentially. The proof of need to examine and update has and is being submitted. The role of HHS and associated agencies is critical in assuring a livable environment in the future.
