In 2021, Comcast installed a 'small' cell tower approximkately 39 feet from our front door in Conshohocken, PA. The community opposed the installation, and after several well-attended community meetings, persuaded the borough to block the installation. This was overruled by the state, which protected the company and disallowed any mention of health effects despite a wealth of research evidence to the contrary. After installation, my health deteriorated, and I experienced fatigue, severe headaches, insomnia, etc. We tried remediating our house, which we had recently renovated and planned to live in through retirement, but the radiation effects were too strong. Despite the considerable costs involved in moving and giving up our home, we were forced to move for health reasons. I took multiple readings on a Safe and Sound Pro montitor, documenting that the levels increased day by day. The voluminous research on health effects needs to be taken seriously.

These EMF's, Radiofrequency Radiation and Wiress Radiation Exposure, you know the FAKE 5G Towers. They are all over the place. By homes, schools, daycare and you can see them on the freeway too. They appear during the day, and nobody seems to care that they are built at night. My ears are ri ging all the time, people on the freeway especially on motorcycles go over 100 miles per hour, and there are never any state highway patrol or police officers on the freeway at all. And what is the government going to also do about the chem trails in the sky, my car is so dusty from all the stuff that is bring put in the sky. The seriousness of this can be summed up easily and we need to put a stop the massive infrastructure being built asap. Health>Money “The brain is an electromagnetic. A limit written only to prevent heating does not answer whether that field alters the electrical activity the brain depends on.” This comment is against cell towers, base stations, and small cells. The exposure they produce is involuntary, continuous, and aimed at homes, schools, and workplaces. A person can put a phone down. No one can opt out of a tower. Human beings are electrical. Nerve conduction, cardiac rhythm, and the voltage across cell membranes are measurable processes. A tower is an electromagnetic transmitter running all day, at a frequency and modulation the body does not produce. Federal limits address heating only. The tower studies looked past heating and found tumors. The study built as a base-station experiment is Falcioni et al., Environmental Research (2018), from the Ramazzini Institute. It exposed 2,448 rats from before birth until natural death to a 1.8 GHz GSM far-field signal at 5, 25, and 50 V/m, 19 hours a day, meant to resemble an antenna rather than a handset against the head. Male rats at 50 V/m had a statistically significant increase in malignant heart schwannomas. Schwann-cell hyperplasia rose in both sexes at that dose. The estimated whole-body absorption at 50 V/m was about 0.1 W/kg, far under the 1.6 W/kg phone limit, and the field strength sits under the FCC public limit of 10 W/m² in that band. The cancers appeared at exposures the current rules allow. The National Toxicology Program’s 2018 reports found the same tumor under near-field, phone-like modulation: clear evidence of malignant heart schwannomas in male rats, and some evidence of brain gliomas, plus DNA damage in brain tissue. Two designs, near-field and far-field, produced the same heart tumor. Mevissen et al., the World Health Organization systematic review of the animal cancer studies (Environment International, 2025), rated the evidence high certainty for an increase in heart schwannomas in male rats and high certainty for an increase in glioma. Those are the tumors the International Agency for Research on Cancer cited in 2011 when it classified radiofrequency electromagnetic fields as Group 2B, possibly carcinogenic to humans, on limited evidence of glioma and acoustic neuroma. Acoustic neuroma is a schwannoma of the vestibulocochlear nerve. People living near antennas show the same direction of effect, in smaller studies. Eger et al. (2004), in Naila, Germany, found new cancer cases about 3.4 times higher within 400 meters of a base station in the five years after it began operating, and patients diagnosed about 8.5 years younger. Wolf and Wolf (2004), in Netanya, Israel, reported cancer incidence about 4 times higher within 350 meters. Dode et al. (2011), in Belo Horizonte, found cancer mortality about 1.35 times higher within 100 meters of a base station, falling with distance. Balmori’s 2022 review of 38 studies of people living near base stations reported effects in 28 of them, including radiofrequency sickness, cancer, and biochemical changes. These are not large prospective cohorts. They are the human record that exists for towers, and it does not show safety. In 2021 the D.C. Circuit remanded the FCC’s decision to keep its 1996 limits (Environmental Health Trust v. FCC). The court held that the agency had not explained effects other than cancer, effects on children, long-term exposure, the spread of transmitters since the limits were written, or the environment. Towers are the environmental exposure. Children in schools and homes nearest the antennas have no say in it, and they will carry it for decades. HHS should tell the FCC, state health departments, and local governments the following. No new tower, macro site, or small cell, school, childcare center, or playground. Existing sites inside that distance should be disclosed, measured at the property line and in the nearest classrooms, and removed or powered down where a wired alternative exists. Cumulative exposure from every antenna on a structure counts, not one site at a time. Backhaul and school networks should be wired. Thermal compliance is not a health finding. The far-field experiment already produced the tumor at a level the rules permit. Refrences attached

Technology can be wonderful, however we need to move forward in thoughtful ways because it can also be harmful, not just to people, to animals and plants too. There needs to be real limits on wireless radiation exposure; look at the differences between USA and Europe when it comes to various radiation and EMF exposure limits, theirs are much stricter; I think we can improve things in the USA and seriously take into account how people are actually using technology, don't just limit per device or hazard, there needs to be an overall exposure limit because most people will have multiple devices and hazards around them all the time. There are also various mitigating coatings, containers, or other things that can mitigate exposure from the devices and hazards themselves, these mitigations need to be more common place as we advance technologically speaking. It does no good to have the best computing power when everything around it suffers. In conjunction with this, with the rise of data centers and other technological infrastructure, we need to also use mitigating factors there too for not just wireless radiation exposure, also sound and vibrational overexposure. These buildings and complexes have a constant hum so-to-speak, this disturbs everything around it, from the people, plants, animals. We need to look out for all of us on this planet while we advance our civilization and keep the world beautiful for all of us.

I can no longer work because of the towers everywhere in Coeur dalene Idaho. They are everywhere. We see you are trying to kill us.

I have been negatively affected by wireless radiation. I had to leave my medical career due to not being able to work with all the wireless infrastructure surrounding me. Please take steps to lessen the toxic nnEMF in workplace environments, schools and neighborhoods. Thank you for taking the time to read my comment.

We used to have birds in our yard every morning and in early morning dawn chirping and singing. This has been no more since Cell towers and 5G. Also, at the beach there used to be Sandpiper birds everywhere, I barely see them any more. It's all been a concern. Thank you.

It is foolhardy and dangerous to continue to deploy and expand technologies that emit EMFs when we know it is one of many toxic exposures contributing to our society's surge in chronic illnesses. We need to start making decisions on the basis of societal and individual health and longevity, not short term conveniences and money. We should devote money into alternative, safer, lower-emitting technology. We should mandate that the infrastructure be set away from neighborhoods, schools, and places where people and animals congregate. We should encourage wired connections when possible. We should devote resource to informational campaigns that help people understand the health impacts and minimize exposure.

I don’t like how they can be hijacked and used to torture people. Cell comm towers being used for covert communication using a Miriad of techniques to single out any given civilian and beam sound into their head or hijacking it to also be able to see one’s thought (using Ai to decode) shouldn’t be possible from these yet somehow it is

I have suffered from Electromagnetic Radiation Syndrome for over 6 years. It was diagnosed by two clinicians. Our home is near a cell tower and we had to take significant measures to remediate our exposure not only to the cell towers, but also to our exposure to all the smart meters in our neighborhood. We have no WIFI in our house and painted the walls in our bedrooms to block the radiation coming through. It gave me headaches, insomnia and aggravated my Lyme disease. It's especially bad inside a newer car with all kinds of smart devices. I was made aware of more people who had the same issue and became an EMF Consultant. I have clients who suffered horribly from their exposure, and many didn't have the financial resources needed to mitigate the problem. This is a serious problem. Our government agencies must do their due diligence to protect the people from this ubiquitous environmental toxin.
