Dear Mr. Kennedy, Dear United States Department of Health, My name is Katja Roeske, born on 16.04.1970, in Mannheim, Germany. I live in Germany and in France. I have been a victim of Havana Syndrome since 2016. The so-called Havana Syndrome is generated by mobile technology (3G,4G,5G,6G) which is used as a weapon against the civilian population worldwide. Mobile radio transmission masts worldwide are used to send different frequencies in different intensities directly to people and their bodies. I speak here from my personal experience. My body works like a kind of antenna and receiver for the radiation sent, similar to a mobile phone. A two-way communication is established between a human body and a third person or an artificial intelligence. This is possible with the help of nanotechnology. My brain and my whole body have been hacked with this technology, against my will and without my consent! I am bombarded 24/7 with electromagnetic radiation and suffer the most extreme torture and incredible torments. My youngest son and my mother and many loved ones around me were tortured to death using this technology. Most of the patents for these Directed Energy Weapons are U.S. Patents. Technology to read and manipulate the human brain and mind and the human central nervous system (for example Voice-to-Skull-Technology). I ask you to inform the world public about the existence of directed energy weapons and the abuse of mobile technology as a weapon against people. I am very grateful that this is being addressed. Thank you for paying attention. This is extremely important my daughter has felt direct physical effect of living in very close proximity to a cell tower. We need to reduce exposure to environment and animals and humans.

There is a 5g tower right outside by the driveway. I never noticed this until recently. I always thought the FCC put these further out, but maybe they needed to place it here for a reason. Also, I have seven questions that the FCC needs to answer but won't The 10 questions below I have submitted to the FCC without a response: 1. When will the FCC take responsibility for clear communication of risk? 2.When will the FCC educate the public on how to avoid potential harm? 3.Why is the precautionary principle not being included within FCC policies regarding all wireless technologies, including 5G? 4. The 5G narrative leads to several issues and related questions, why has the FCC still not answered them? 5. Why does the FCC authorize criminal trespassing for wireless installations to pulse into my home that make me sick to the point of disabling me? 6. Highly experienced organizations, scientists and doctors have been speaking out for 30 years, now into the 5G narrative, claiming adequate evidence for risk of harm. They have organized into independent science-based advocacy groups, why has the FCC not recognized the evidence-based concerns? 7.Why is the FCC allowe to downplay the results of scientists who claim that harm exists including testimonies of countless people with symptoms consistent with microwave sickness from exposures to. Honestly, I think the FCC is just the DOJ's little bitch

10-12-2026 To The U.S. Department of Health & Human Services Comments Concerning Adverse Health Impacts From A Cell Tower That Was Activated 600 Feet From My House.in 2020: From Anonymous, Berkeley California On Dec. 16, 2020, a 4G AT&T cell tower was activated 600 feet from my home in Berkeley, California. A neighbor who was in contact with an AT&T representative alerted me that the cell tower, which was installed in late October 2020, had been activated. This cell tower consists of a shrouded metal cylinder installed on top of a utility pole, with an array of metal boxes and wires leading up to it. Almost immediately, my hands felt like they were on fire. A dermatologist has since diagnosed me as having developed Radiation Dermatitis. I quickly developed migraine headaches, which have been recurring regularly to this day. I began getting persistent ear aches, and I began hearing high pitched sounds in my ears, especially in my right ear. I began experiencing vertigo. Existing auto-immune diseases that I have long had -Rheumatoid Arthritis, Fibromyalgia and Epstein Barr, were made much worse since this cell tower was activated. I also began experiencing severe joint and muscle pain. As bad as all this was, all my symptoms got much worse in early 2022 when AT&T converted this cell tower 600 feet from my home to 5G. And all these symptoms have gotten worse over time, and have never gone away. Since this cell tower near my home was converted to 5G, I have at least twice experienced a sudden rubbery feeling in my legs, and I abruptly fell down. One time was in front of my house where I fell on a concrete sidewalk - bloodying my mouth, loosening teeth, and fracturing a left rib. For the last six years, my housemate and I have been experiencing continuous and obnoxious buzzing in our ears. And for the last six years, my housemate and I have experienced constant itching. Since the cell tower was activated, my housemate and I have also experienced chronic dry eyes. Around 30 years ago, I had had ovarian surgery. Twice in recent months the scar tissue from this surgery suddenly began bleeding. This had never happened before the cell tower near my house was activated. My housemate and I have both experienced chronic fatigue since this cell tower was first activated. I have to take long naps before I can cook or do other basic chores. I have also have experienced frequent insomnia since this cell tower was activated. I have difficulty getting to sleep and suffer from a lack of quality sleep. I am often jolted awake in the early morning when neighbors are going on their cell phone or going on-line. I have suffered from increasing depression since this cell tower was first activated, as my quality of life has greatly deteriorated. Please take this testimony seriously, and please take seriously the testimony of others who have come forward. Bonjour Au printemps 2020, lors de l'installation des antennes 4/5 G, j'ai ressentit dans des picotements partout dans le corps. Nous habitons à 800 m des antennes. Les picotements sont devenus incessants et intolérables et de nouveaux symptômes sont apparus. J'ai découvert que cela était lié à l’électrosensibilité quand j'ai commencé à en parler autour de moi. Une amie m'a dit que peut être cela pouvait être dû aux ondes. J'ai refusé cette éventualité pendant 1an et demi jusqu'au jour où l’été 2023, les enfants jouaient sur les tablettes avec le Wifi. J'ai eu la sensation d’un étouffement. Même si je respirai à grande bouffée, j'avais la sensation que l'oxygène ne rentrait plus dans mes poumons. Je me suis rendue dans la cave, car je savais qu’en bas, avec le thermo-reflecteur le téléphone ne captait pas. Et ma respiration est revenue. Je suis remontée, j’ai éteins la Wifi, et les étouffements ont cessé. C'est à partir de ce moment que j'ai réalisé que cela venait des ondes. Liste des symptômes ressentis sur une échelle de 1 à 10: – Picotements dans tout le corps par vague : 10 – « black-out » du cerveau : 3 – défaillance de la mémoire, perte des mots. : 5 – Larsen bourdonnement (comme si j'avais la tête dans un micro-onde) : 8 – Vertiges, perte d'équilibre : 5 – tremblement, crampes : 5 – sensation d'étouffement : 2 – Palpitations cardiaque: 4 – Trouble de la vision, flash lumineux : 5 – cystites, difficulté à uriner : 8 – raideur de la nuque : 7 – insomnies : 10 Les sources qui déclenchent les symptômes : – ONDES WIFI et téléphonie mobile, ondes 4/5 G, BLUETOOTH – Lampes à led Détection : J'ai investit dans un appareil mesureur d'ondes basique qui calcule le champ électromagnétique des appareils dans la maison. Aujourd'hui : les sorties sont difficiles, même pour aller voir le médecin. Je ne peux plus me rendre en ville, dans les commerces, dans des endroits publics. Mon travail est lourdement impacté ainsi que ma vie au quotidien. Je passe plusieurs heures par jour dans la cave. J'ai eu RDV avec un neurologue qui m'a dit : " Ca ne m'intéresse pas." Nous pensons à un déménagement dans une zone blanche. Mon médecin m'a conseillé de consulter également un psychologue, afin d'établir un bilan psychologique, m'a donné des comprimés anti dépresseurs, alors que j'ai juste besoin que ça soit reconnu. Je suis soutenue par mon entourage familial proche, même si au départ, la compréhension fût difficile. Les enfants jouent maintenant sur internet par le câble ethernet. Nos téléphones sont en mode avion. Mon état de santé psychologique est assez troublé, dû à l'incompréhension de certaines personnes. (moquerie, colère, désintérêt...). Aujourd'hui je travaille à l'acceptation de mon état et tente de rétablir un équilibre, afin de faire perdurer une vie quotidienne, sociale et professionnelle plus épanouie. J'ai pour ambition de monter un collectif pour rassembler des témoignages et permettre aux personnes de comprendre les dangers liés aux ondes. J'ai rencontré plusieurs personnes ayant une similitude dans les symptômes autour de moi. Je demande à l'ARS Bretagne, de faire remonter au service de santé public national mon témoignage. Ainsi, le but de mon témoignage est l'encouragement à la construction de structures médicales spécialisées en France et à la formation des médecins sur les troubles liés à l'éléctro-sensibilité, de prévoir des installations d'habitations en Zones Blanches, et la réduction des émissions des antennes de téléphonies mobiles / internet dans les villes et les villages. J'envisage de rejoindre une liste de plaignant afin de mener une action en justice commune contre les opérateurs en téléphonie mobile et réseau internet. Smart meter installed and my 19 year old was having Chest pains. He even called an ambulance. Once smart meter removed he was fine. This was not just one incident. Also the smart meter was causing itching skin for my husband & I. We thought it was bugs but your skin microbiome is affected! Once smart meter gone, stopped this. We turn Wi-Fi off at night. Was causing my 17 year old nose bleeds when he slept. Also Wi-Fi was causing irregular menstrual bleeding during menopause. Where i avoided a hysterectomy just by turning Wi-Fi off. When i am nearb 5G towers i bleed .

Not a scientist and don't have any studies to tout, but as an opinion of a health-conscious American woman, I take precautions against extra EMF, RF and wireless radiation. We chose our house location because it is not located by a cell tower, we chose a manual electric meter instead of wireless, we have hardwired our home for wireless Internet and so on. I think with time and money, future studies will show these frequencies do more harm than good. I also think aesthetically, cell towers are polluting our beautiful landscape-there has to be another way to regulate towers and to transmit service. Thank you.

I am an individual who uses the internet, and I have a lot of concerns about electromagnetic fields, radiofrequency radiation, and wireless radiation exposure. I live near a tower, over which I have no control. It's time to really take a look at what these things are doing to individual people, the harms that cannot be reversed, and a plan set up to protect "we, the people" of this country.

Dear HHS I am writing you that you conduct a full review of Cellular Tower Radiation. My plea includes the visible spectrum as well. It cannot be understated that such a study be undertaken. The Telecommunucations Act is preposterous in excluding health and environmental concerns in consideration of Cellular Communication Facilities. In fact the tolerance level for total radiation is the highest in the world. This is unacceptable; there has now been much study around the world in which human health issues (cancer rates etc) are markedly higher in vicinity of cellular facilities. India, of all places for instance has even provided maps over their dense population centers showing this correlation. There have also been studies indicating disruption to wildlife in multiple ways. I fear that even we are affected living in a good neighborhood because 5G (so called ‘low radiation’) radiation towers have been placed in a grid, while our house is not adjacent to one, I have been told there is nothing you can do if one is. As a Senior. I am not so worried as toward the end of my life my total life exposure may not total enough to be a factor in my decline but now with the cellular proliferation children today are the ones at risk for long term exposure. Is that not obvious when you see cellular transmission shields on top of apt buildings (next to children sleeping in bedrooms) in dense urban areas? It is a shame that our approval-guidelines for so many things are only based on immediate effect but long term exposure is not, so if something doesn’t kill you or effect you immediately it must be harmless. How could Glyphosate have been deemed harmless and approved if the effects of exposure were revealed? Likewise with Teflon, or PFases. I also take exception to the Strobing lights required on cell towers which exceed 200’. All are such eyesores to our landscape and our night skies which we need for peace and serenity instead of this growing phobia. Many of our most notable scenic landmarks and even mountaintops have been literally destroyed by such towers with 24/7 flashing lights. The worse is Sandia peak, Albuquerque NM with many others as well. Do we have any respect for anything anymore? I feel HHS should examine the detrimental effects on mental health by this. In addition the effects on wildlife esp in respect to migration patterns is needed. And there are now even congressional bills proposed to increase the density of cell towers nationwide and would give the FCC total dictatorial control over their placement. Yes there is an answer to much of this and that does not mean a million satellites marring the rest of our night skies and as well for the entire world. And toward the benefit of Americas first minted trillionaire! Fiber optic cable is the best choice. It is cheap, already widespread and can be cheaply installed underground everywhere. Local WiFis can easily be set up everywhere. And today why should cell towers need these offensive strobe lights, cannot airplanes be alerted to towers through nonvisible means?
