Hello, I'm glad that something is finally moving, although I am sure that nothing will be done. There is too much money to be made by the telecom industry, in connivance with Big Pharma, to stop microwaving the global population. I'm here to tell my story nonetheless, so maybe other people like me can learn from my experience. Everyone is whining about cell towers while happily scrolling to their graves on their smartphones. It's like advocating for the banning of tobacco with a cigarette hanging between one's lips. But this is not just about cell towers. I've been injured by synthetic RF radiation in my own home, from my own Wi-Fi, DECT phone, and smartphone. For more than a decade, I've suffered from a terrible dry eye syndrome so painful that it nearly drove me to suicide. I was even sensitive to sunlight, since that is electromagnetic radiation too. I could not even open the blinds during the day. I had to go out for groceries only after dusk. I was like a vampire, only living at night, although I did not feed on virgins' blood but on chocolate ice cream. I can't explain those sugar cravings, but many EHS people have confirmed that they, too, were addicted to chocolate or sugar in general. I also experienced a multitude of symptoms within a short time of installing my first Wi-Fi router and DECT phone at home. I suffered from severe insomnia, dizziness, nervousness, ringing in my ears, headaches, high blood pressure and heart arrhythmias, high blood sugar and cholesterol, articular pains, constant fatigue, urinary urgency, bladder stones, excess stomach acid, and GERD. Eventually, after more than a decade of torture, I discovered the root of all my problems: the EMFs in my home. I was diagnosed with EHS and MCS and was told there was no cure; only avoidance of wireless technology could bring me relief. So I started making drastic changes in my life. I switched off all wireless connections, hardwired any devices I could, and gave up those that did not have an Ethernet connection. I gave up my beloved smartphone and replaced it with a landline and social media on my wired PC. I've also fully shielded my home against RF radiation from outside cell towers and my neighbours' wireless crap. I've spent a small fortune on shielding. I've painted all my walls and ceilings with conductive paint. I used metallic mesh under my floorboards and on the windows. I've shielded even my front door. Within a few weeks, my health issues started fading away. Within one year, I was as good as new. I even lost 20 kg of body weight that I had put on earlier. No need for a diet. By eliminating EMFs, my sugar cravings were gone within 6–8 months. I'm as healthy now as I was in my twenties, despite being 60. Even the wrinkles on my face and age spots on my hands are gone. But my sensitivity to EMFs has got worse. It's like an alcoholic who has been sober for a few months and gets drunk after just one can of beer if they ever drink again. So now I must wear a full Faraday suit outdoors if I want to avoid dizziness, brain fog, and nausea. I am attaching images of myself to prove that I'm not joking. Anyway, my life is not what it used to be. Due to the ubiquitous presence of wireless devices and cell towers, I can't work anywhere, can't go out with friends, can't visit family, and can't go on vacation to the beach or anywhere else where there are people, because every single one of them carries their smartphone, iPod, smartwatch, etc. I can't travel, go to see a doctor or a dentist, and I'm terrified of having to be hospitalised one day. Everyone is sick from these microwaves. Nine people out of ten will say they have all or many of my past symptoms. Most of them have chronic fatigue and insomnia. Children have ADHD. Nature is suffering too. Just have a look at all the dying trees, and you'll know where the 5G antennas are located in the cities. In the parks, there are no bees or any insects left. No birds singing and no crickets chirping in the evening. Only a post-apocalyptic-like silence accompanies me during my walks. If I drive my car outside the city, the windscreen is clean when I return. No smashed insects that I need to wash off anymore. They keep blaming this on pesticides or climate change. Just get rid of wireless technology, and everything will go back to normal. I'm not a doctor, and I don't mean to give any medical advice. My only proof is my own miraculous healing after giving up wireless technology altogether. Try abstaining from wireless devices if everything else fails. I don't expect Mr Kennedy to succeed in this fight, but God bless him for trying... Thank you for listening to what we all have to say on the matter. I have seen first hand the impact of EMFs on loving things... everything from the sharp rise in cancer cases (brain cancers especially in relation to cell phone use) to plants dying once smart meters have been installed. It doesn't seem right that we should be able to be forced to live under such conditions... while some people might believe they are completely unaffected (although the most likely are at the cellular level), others suffer greatly from the ever increasing amount of EMFs in our world. If it's something you cannot opt out of, it should not be everywhere. There are also serious questions about the use of these more powerful antennas in conjunction with surveillance tools like flock cameras. Our constitutional rights are supposed to protect us from invasion of our privacy. It's time to say no to ever increasing power and technology in these areas.

My comments to potential adverse health and environmental effects of RF radiation I live in Sweden and am posting this comment because I suffer from the disability known as electrohypersensitivity (EHS), which is well documented in the form of medical certificates, confirmed in a double-blind scientific test in Germany and, not least, through the constant ‘blind tests’ that occur in everyday life. My reactions to a wireless wifi router have been documented in a scientific double-blind stress test in which heart rhythm (HRV) was clearly disrupted at a level as low as one millionth (0.000001) of the Swedish limit value of 10,000,000 μW/m² established by the Swedish Radiation Safety Authority. Many of my friends here in Sweden, like me, feel very unwell and are struggling to escape the radiation from wireless technology. In 2015, the general public in Sweden were asked by the Public Health Agency of Sweden (Folkhälsomyndigheten) whether various environmental factors affect health. 5.2 per cent of respondents said that they were bothered by car exhaust fumes more than once a week. In large cities, 10–12.2 per cent reported being very or extremely disturbed by traffic noise. Questions about “electromagnetic fields from, for example, mobile phones and antennas” and “electromagnetic fields from, for example, electrical appliances and power lines” had also been asked. 4 However, the results were not published in the same way as those for noise and car exhaust fumes. Following a request, the results were provided to the Swedish Association for the Electrohypersensitive. 35.2 per cent of respondents said that their health is negatively affected and 10.6 per cent said that their health is significantly affected by mobile phones and masts. Overall, 45.8 per cent reported a negative or significantly negative impact.5 This shows that the problem of ill health caused by radiation from wireless technology needs to be taken seriously and is considerably greater than many other serious environment-related health problems. I am also deeply concerned about the growing number of research reports finding that the artificial radio waves used for wireless communication – which are extremely much stronger than natural background radiation – harm plants, insects and other animals. This fact in itself poses a serious threat to human survival on this wonderful planet. Is radiation from wireless technology harmful? I believe the question is misguided and should instead be phrased as follows: How is it possible that humans and other forms of biological life could tolerate these environmentally alien radio waves, which have never before existed in the course of evolution? After all, a prerequisite for the life and health of biological beings is that we function and communicate internally using electric fields that are so incredibly much weaker than those from wireless communication. Brain waves can be measured externally using an EEG. Naturally, the electromagnetic fields from wireless technology also penetrate the body, interfere with our own signals and cause disruption. I first became aware of the possible negative effect of radar on foraging bats when a student returning from nocturnal fieldwork who kept a bat detector wedged in his car window reported no bat activity as he passed Aberdeen airport radar. Together with Dr Barry Nicholls we then positioned bat detectors close to a series of airport radars which are often conveniently situated close to the airport perimeter. Significantly fewer bats were recorded in the vicinity of the radars compared with nearby control sites. We then purchsed a Furuno small boat radar and set it up close to a pond which was a well used bat foaraging site. When the radar was switched on a maximum of 40% fewer bats were recorded over the water. We were unable to change the parameters of the radar emissions and despite attempts to do so were unable to engage the collaboration of radar experts who could do so. Nicholls, B. & Racey, P. A. Oct.20.21 Toronto, Canada I am writing as a concerned citizen of planet earth. From May 2020 to the present, I have personally experienced severe life-threatening health effects, Anomalous Health Incidents, severe sleep and pain issues, sudden onset and offset of severe headache, vertigo, nausea, heating of the skin, cognitive fog, digestive issues, cyst on the ovary, knee pain and difficulty walking, urinary tract and ear infections, vomitting, spitting up of toxic fluids, loss of appetite and swelling of the cheeks and mandible muscles preventing eating, dehydration, vertigo and dizziness, difficulty breathing, compression and pain in the spinal cord and neck, extreme muscle tension, pain and nausea while using cell phone, stroke-like symptoms causing incapacitation along with heat and pain to the head and body and much more. All Anomalous Health Incidents have been accompanied by a high pitched ringing sound. I have been hospitalized due to severe pain several times. Several Complimentary Healthcare Practitioners diagnosed a spinal scoliosis in my thoracic (upper) spine in Costa Rica in 2022, following several weeks of a circle of heat and pain on same part of my spinal cord. A brain aneurism was found on the lower left side of my brain in 2020 via MRI in Toronto Canada. I have observed similar phenomena in my friends and family. I have been diagnosed with Electrohypersensitivity by Dr. Rina Bray at Women's College Hospital in Toronto Canada 2020. I have been diagnosed with Severe Environmental Illness and Multiple Chemical Sensitivity by Dr. Dempster ND in Toronto Canada 2020. There are ultrasounds, Xrays, MRIs and pages and pages of medical reports from 2020 to the present. I have been seen by multiple Doctors and Complimentary Health Practitioners from 2020 to the present, both in Costa Rica and in Canada. I was in excellent physical, mental and emotional health in May 2020 (the happiest and healthiest I have ever been in my life), immediately preceding the sudden onset of extreme insomnia at the end of May 2020 (lasted for one week), followed by severe and unnatural pain, heating, sleep issues and more. I assume all the ill health effects are a result of EMF and non-ionizing radiation, pulsed radio frequencies and other frequencies and chemicals in the environment, from an infrastructure of cell phones, cell towers, sattelites and other frequency and radiation-emitting devices. I have observed similar (although not as severe) effects in friends and family in my community. Many bees have dropped dead in my apartment over the past few months. Over the past few years I have observed negative impacts on plants and animals around my during the time of such anomalous health incidents. I am extremely concerned about the health and life of humans, animals and plants in my community and on planet earth, now and into the future. We don’t know enough about the harm of our technology and we must be better informed as we roll out our digital future at a break neck pace. Certainly people should have the right to opt out for free from smart meters. We may live in a capitalistic society but after all this is supposed to be a democracy for the people who you serve as public servants- not corporations and billionaires and energy companies. Please do your due diligence in fully studying the impact on human health and environment from wifi, cell towers, cell signals, smart meters , data centers, etc. Thank you

In July 2023, I was admitted to ER and overnight to the hospital for heart issues. Then spent two days having Multiple tests were run with no conclusive evidence of any heart Trouble! I was sent home and had my two smart meters on my property removed and then a month later ended up wearing a heart monitor for three weeks journaled everything and recorded every time my heart acted up and what I was doing and discovered I could not spend more than 45 minutes at a time on my wireless laptop without giving me palpitations and creating arrhythmia and chest pain pains! It was quite an eye opener. Of course, the journal entries were highly edited and showed NO correlation!?! Three months later, I saw the top southern Oregon cardiologist. Except for some unusual EKGs and all the rest of the tests were inconclusive, the Doctor asked me, what I thought the issue was - so I shared, that I felt the cause of my cardiac issues was EMF exposure. His comment and I quote “I’m not ‘allowed’ to discuss that with patients.”. I asked him why, and he would not explain the censorship. (I was shocked!) Although he did say that “ I would never use my cell phone next to my brain because I don’t want brain cancer.” AND he does not carry it in his hip pocket next to “his boys” because he doesn’t want prostate cancer! So obviously, he believes that EMF is causing cancers, but he’s not allowed to talk about cardiac problems!?! Prior to my experience, my husband has had cardiac problems ever since smart meters were attached to our home. Once they were removed here in Oregon he no longer has cardiac issues! September 20, 2026 I travel to Oroville, California and was in town less than 24 hours before I had to leave because I started having cardiac issues; palpitations, arrhythmia, shortness of breath and chest pains, so once again EMF is the culprit because I was in a large city with lots of EMF and undoubtedly 5G. Once out away from the city symptoms reduced enough for me to travel home! LIVESTOCK AND PETS All our farm animals have also been exposed to long-term EMF. Once the smart meters were installed in 2015 the 80 lb mixed breed dog developed systemic lupus, and inflammation all over her body so she could barely walk and she was only two years old. The older second 45 lb dog, became aggressive and developed fatty tumors on her body. Now in Oregon two puppies we adopted, both have severe allergies and something is accentuating unknown congenital disorders. The 17 year-old Horse developed melanoma cancer all over his body. Tumors are so large it’s impeding his movements. The 13-year-old wild Mustang developed diabetes and is developing tumors. None of this is not normal nor is it coincidental. The water has been tested at both residential locations. Their feed has been tested and of course, none of them eat the same thing, so it’s not the feed or water. I believe it’s long-term exposure to the EMF. Our cattle also have congenital health issues here. The bull died of unexplained issues and he was a little over two years old. Since removing the smart meter that was attached to their Barn, we have no longer had detectable health issues. THE INSIDE CAT - weight 10 lbs Would have tremors all day long before we remove the smart meters. ONE DAY I WATCHED A TREMOR COMPLETELY, KNOCK HER OFF THE COUCH AND SHE HIT THE FLOOR WITH A HUGE CRY OF SHOCK AND PAIN! Once the first meter was removed, WITHIN 48 HOURS, THE TREMORS BEGAN TO REDUCE DAILY IN SEVERITY AND NUMBER!! TWO WEEKS AFTER BOTH METERS WERE REMOVED SHE NO LONGER HAD TREMORS!!! I know this is all observational and empirical data, but all the biological symptoms, whether it was human or animal, have reduced or completely dissipated with the removal of the smart meters and our constant management of wireless devices; being turned off when not in use or kept away from all of us. Not being able to travel to large towns or cities to visit family and friends because of the impacts has gotten ridiculous. The effects are real. I had a journal that documents it. I had tests that show the periods. My prayer is that the FCC will finally listen to the American people and understand the effects are real, and you’re supposed to protect AMERICANS from this industry you’re regulating. The broadband infrastructure that was supposed to connect us to the rest of the US, never made it to our neighborhood thus, I’m stuck using wireless technology. I beg you, please give meaningful consideration to the experiences and evidence that the public is providing and fully address each issues identified by the court. We cannot continue to live this way. There is so much new research that has been done around the world, documenting what’s happening. I hope that you will finally look at the new data, especially “Bio initiative 2012” and “Updated research summaries from May 2022” Thank you for this opportunity to comment.

MY NEIGHBORS AND ANIMALS ARE DYING I am SICK. My family members have been SICK SINCE more than a hundred UNREGULATED TOWERS WENT LIVE over our community. This has been a challenge for me to get anyone to help in my community. I wanted to share my story in hopes of helping others. My story is one of many in Terrebonne Parish. After multiple (9) 300-foot 5G towers were put over our homes, four 300-foot 5G towers were put over my home and animal sanctuary, and four 300-foot towers were put over my office. At the same time, smart meters were put on my home, along with those of every other Entergy customer. I began getting sick, very sick. It began in my petting area with heart palpitations, headaches, vomiting, ringing in my ears, confusion, bleeding gums, insomnia, nightmares, dizziness, anxiety, ears buzzing 24 hours a day, severe fatigue, muscle weakness, and more. I have now been diagnosed with radiation syndrome / EHS (electromagnetic hypersensitivity syndrome) caused by extreme exposure to radiation. Many residents are experiencing similar symptoms. Countless children are now suffering. Being a very healthy person my whole life, this has been a life-changing situation. I am usually the one helping others; now I need your help. I never thought this could happen until I was forced to face it by becoming sick. I'm not sure where this illness will take me. However, I must do all I can to protect my family and my community. Seven neighbors on my street and friends have died after the towers went live over their homes. Many other residents are also sick. My community is surrounded by towers that have no regulatory testing information, nor does our planning department ask for it, citing the FCC's outdated RF radiation guidelines. I became certified in RF radiation testing. I now test the towers and smart meters. I can confirm that the EMF (electromagnetic frequency) / RF (radio frequency) radiation being emitted is extreme for every single product, tower, and smart device I have tested. It has been a fight to protect my family, my community, and myself, with EVERYONE CITING THE FCC'S OUTDATED RF RADIATION GUIDELINES. I had to learn all I could about this to protect my health and theirs. I've had to turn my home, where I have lived for 28 years, into an EMF-safe house (until I sell it), as well as my barn, which is surrounded by EMF material and protection. My bed is covered with EMF protection as well due to the radiation levels in my home. I now have to wear protective clothing all day. Leaving my safe area means becoming exposed due to the unbridled towers around me. I am a very private person. This is not easy to share, but if I do not ask for help now, many more innocent people will be sick, or they will die like my neighbors, my friends, and my animals. Since the towers went live, six of my horses have died instantly under the towers. All of my little animals have died. My 200-pound tortoises started going blind. I'm not sure where the daily radiation exposure will take me, so I thought now is the best time to ask for your help in making a change. Questions 2, 3, 8, 9, 10, 14, 15, 16 and 18 I submit this as a resident concerned about persistent noise, perceived vibrations, health effects, and possible RF/EMF exposure near my home. My family has lived for years in an all-electric home near Whitewater Hill in the Palm Springs area, beside an aging wind farm, with a freeway below and numerous communications and radio towers nearby. In November 2024, I awoke to a loud, high-pitched, sustained sound apparently coming from outside toward the wind farm. Similar sounds and perceived vibrations have continued almost daily and nightly, changing throughout the day and often becoming particularly disruptive late at night or early in the morning. I am concerned about a nearby 5G tower that appears directed toward my home. Its involvement has not been established by testing. The disturbance has caused prolonged loss of sleep, severe headaches, exhaustion and two early-morning hospital visits. I was evaluated for tinnitus and told it did not explain my experience. My hearing specialist added a white-noise setting to my hearing aids. I have reverse-slope hearing loss. I have spent nearly two years and considerable money investigating and trying to obtain relief: Southern California Edison came three times, including at 10 p.m. My solar company inspected its equipment several times. Tesla replaced both costly home batteries multiple times; a senior representative also inspected the equipment. I shut off electricity to the entire house twice for 24 hours. The sound and vibrations continued unchanged. One shutdown damaged a pool pump, costing $2,300. I painted an entire room, walls and ceiling, with RF shielding paint. I purchased and installed special RF shielding curtains. I replaced all household ducting. I reinsulated the attic. I installed a new attic fan. I kept a log of disturbance dates and times. I installed a metal fence intended as shielding. I tried to measure the sustained sound on my phone, but the display only thickened and did not yield useful measurements. I filed a written FCC complaint. I contacted Palm Springs code officials, who referred me to the county. I paid a San Diego company $3,500 to measure frequencies. It tested only during the day and reportedly found a solar-equipment issue; the nighttime disturbance remains unexplained. I contacted the wind farm operator. After I reported noise around 10 p.m., its representative arrived about an hour later, after the sound had stopped. I wrote to a college seeking help through a research project. I sought a tinnitus evaluation; my hearing aids were adjusted for white noise. I purchased white-noise machines. I purchased four EMF hats, two EMF blankets, an EMF nightgown, noise-canceling earmuffs, and marketed EMF-blocking stickers for household electrical equipment. The shutdowns showed that switching off household electricity did not stop the disturbance, but they do not prove that a 5G tower or any other external installation caused it. My purchases do not prove that shielding products are effective. My property formerly had substantial bee activity and was once a bee farm, yet I have observed no bees over the past year. I cannot identify the reason; habitat, weather, pesticides, disease and other factors may matter. I ask HHS to support independent, multi-day and overnight investigation of complaints like mine; coordinated measurements of RF/EMF, audible and low-frequency sound, vibration and electrical interference; public access to relevant tower operating and compliance information; evaluation of cumulative conditions near homes, towers, wind farms and freeways; and better coordination among health agencies, the FCC, utilities and local authorities. Research should examine sleep disruption, headaches and possible environmental effects, including pollinators, without presuming causation. After repeated service calls, private testing, home alterations, government complaints and medical consultations, I still have no explanation. Residents need a practical route to independent testing at the times disturbances actually occur. Please consider this experience when setting research and public-health priorities.

HHS-OASH-2026-0397 RFI Questions 2, 5, 6, 7, 8, 11, 12, 14, 15, 16 and 18 People should be able to rely on health protections without having to become scientists. When published research reports malignant tumours in exposed animals or damage to reproductive cells, the public has good reason to want those findings examined carefully. Understanding their implications matters to people who cannot assess the science for themselves. I offer the attached review, Health protection deserves clear answers, to help bring that evidence within reach. Important findings are scattered across technical journals and government reports. Their significance can be difficult to follow, especially for someone already worried about their own health or that of their family. This review gives concerned readers an accessible way into the original work, with the detail needed for scientific examination alongside it. A strong starting point is the cancer evidence, records RF-001 and RF-002. The US National Toxicology Program classified malignant heart tumours in male rats after prolonged whole-body radiofrequency exposure as "clear evidence" of cancer-causing activity. A separate lifetime experiment at the Ramazzini Institute reported a significant increase in the same rare tumour type at its highest exposure. These are disease outcomes in experimental animals. Their meaning for human protection deserves close attention, while recognising that these experiments alone cannot calculate the risk from everyday phone use. The reproductive findings, RF-006 to RF-008, are another important starting point. Experiments with isolated human sperm and whole-body-exposed mice reported impaired sperm function and DNA damage. Sperm movement and genetic integrity are directly relevant to reproduction. The findings warrant attention on their own terms; they do not establish infertility in people. The report explains the exposure conditions, identifies the related research groups and records what the experiments did and did not show. Other experiments examine whether radiofrequency exposure can influence tumour development in mice also given a cancer-causing chemical. They raise a distinct question about combined exposures and biological susceptibility. The review also covers brain-tissue observations, objective responses in blinded human experiments, and ecological findings. One prolonged-exposure experiment reported fewer bees returning home. These different outcomes each need to be understood under the conditions in which they were observed. The report is deliberately selective. It brings together published adverse findings, exposure-associated symptoms and biological responses potentially relevant to harm. It does not attempt to settle the overall balance of the literature. Animal disease, cellular damage and a measurable biological response carry different meanings; the review keeps those distinctions visible. Relevant nonconfirming follow-ups, corrections and publication notices are included. Abstract-level records and unfinished retrieval leads are clearly marked. Please begin with the short opening chapters and the coloured "Why this matters" panels. There is no need to master the technical detail before understanding why a study deserves attention. Clickable contents, bookmarks and indexes lead from those introductions to the study records and original sources. The attachment is intended to be useful to interested members of the public as well as to readers equipped to examine the science closely. My hope is that this contribution helps these findings receive serious consideration alongside the other evidence submitted, and informs the work of the public bodies on which people rely for protection. Cancer prevention and reproductive health give these questions an importance beyond specialist debate. Clear explanations of what the evidence means for protection would matter to many people.
