The SAR (syndrome of acute radiation) caused by microwave radiation from telecommunication antennas, mobile phones, routers, computers, etc…, is the reason so many of us are sick, debilitated, confused, with memory loss, brain tumors, cardiac arrests, skin conditions, tinnitus, flu like symptoms, ADHD, Parkinson’s, dementia, to name a few. There exists a technology which grounds the microwave radiation, so it is not harmful to living beings and nature. Governments should start using this technology to help the population get better health. I personally am a hypersensitive person, affected by exposure to the wireless radiation emitted from antennas, mobile phones, computers, and routers, for example. My symptoms manifest as headaches, fogginess, tiredness, tingling in the face (specially the chin area), upset stomach, and eye strain. I’m very proud of Bobby Kennedy’s work in the Health Department. I hope he and his team keep digging for answers about the dangers of exposing humans and animals to microwave wireless radiation. I’m specially concerned for the children, as their skull’s thickness is less than an adults, thus the wireless radiation penetrates easily. The military operation of raising towers with antennas all over the world, needs to stop. Humanity is at risk. Children are at risk. Nature is at risk. Species are at risk. We are all at risk! We know better, we can do better! Let’s tackle the pink elephant in the room. If we do, Bobby Kennedy’s name will go down in history, for saving humanity from its finality. Medical people that do scans for health reasons must comply with radiation exposure standards. Why do we, as consumers, are not protected from radiations effects too. 4G, 5G, 6G and 10 G are proving to damage, insects, wildlife, and other environmental concerns, yet people are not protected. What is wrong with our government? We need protection, that can only happen when studies from 3rd party testing publish the true results and ALL companies need to comply with appropriate protections. I am submitting this comment as a consumer concerned about long-term exposure to wireless radiation from phones, Wi-Fi routers, cell towers, and other connected devices. I urge HHS to conduct a thorough, independent review of whether current exposure limits adequately protect public health. This review needs to consider those most heavily exposed and should examine potential effects beyond tissue heating, including evidence concerning cancer, reproductive health, and children’s development. Please prioritize research that reflects how people actually encounter wireless radiation: repeated exposure over many years, often from multiple sources and devices used close to the body. Assessments should consider signal strength, pulse patterns, duration, and combined exposure. Please consider Melnick and Moskowitz’s 2026 analysis of animal data, which argues that existing exposure limits may inadequately protect against cancer and reproductive harm (https://doi.org/10.1186/s12940-026-01288-6). I also ask HHS to evaluate Lai and Levitt’s review of exposure intensity, duration, and signal modulation (https://doi.org/10.1080/15368378.2022.2065683), and Scarato’s review of US regulatory gaps and proposed reforms (https://doi.org/10.3389/fpubh.2025.1677583). These papers warrant careful consideration alongside the broader evidence, including studies that have not found adverse effects. I ask HHS to: •Assess whether additional protections are needed for children, pregnant women, and other potentially vulnerable groups. •Support long-term research with safeguards against industry conflicts of interest. •Provide clear information about exposure and practical ways to reduce it, including wired alternatives in homes and schools. •Recommend updated standards wherever the evidence shows that existing limits are insufficient. Consumers should not have to navigate these questions alone. Please use this inquiry to advance transparent science, meaningful oversight, and public health protection.

I want to share here what recent modern radiation (5G, various microwave towers, radio frequency, WiFi, etc.) exposures have done to my health and the health of others I know and have worked with. The body has never in its entire evolution, experienced something so foreign as our modern day, electromagnetic fields and radio frequency radiation. Our bodies respond as if the incoming signal were an invader. The result can be a range of symptoms that can then result in myriad health problems, many of which can be quite devastating. There is clinical data that shows certain forms of radiation cause cancer in human humans and animals! Within seconds of EMF or radio frequency exposure, the body recognizes at a cellular level the need to protect itself from attack. Unfortunately, the protein coating on each cell in the human body cannot recognize these forms of radiation because our bodies did not evolve to recognize these unnatural signals. I have personally experienced many negative effects of exposure to modern cell towers, microwave towers, and other radio frequency and wireless radiation. I know many other people who have experienced these effects, including many of my clients in my private practice as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and Healing Arts Practitioner. These negative effects and symptoms include but are not limited to: nausea, headache, migraines, fatigue, dizziness, sleeplessness, and chronic insomnia, skin rashes, sore and or chronically dry eyes, vertigo, heart palpitations, and anxiety. As a health practitioner that cares deeply about my own health, as well as the health of others, I am deeply concerned about the ongoing implementation of stronger and stronger forms of radiation in and around our neighborhoods, schools, on public transportation, commercial and private aircraft, and various other places on our precious Earth! We have yet to even know the full ramifications of these types of radiation exposures to our animals, and all the creatures and plant life in the wilds of our world. We must stop the ongoing implementation of these dangerous forms of radiation!

Question 2. While I have a background in Neuroscience (PhD) and Government Administration in Health Care, I am retired and these comments are submitted as a member of the Public who is sensitive to EMF. Question 3 a. Mobile phone, Wi-Fi, wireless infrastructure b. Daily- worse at night c. Dizziness, vertigo, inner ear balance issues, earaches, acute episodes of tinnitus, sinus, fatigue, stiffness muscles and joints, headaches, sleep disturbances, breathlessness, dry cough, palpitations, tachycardia, chest pain, dry eyes, blurred vision, skin rashes, burning pain, memory issues, difficulty thinking- brain fog, pressure on head. d. Symptoms began in Spring of 2020. e. - f. I no longer use a cell phone, turn Wi-Fi off at night, wear EMF protection clothing (e.g. HAVN). I purchased a 5G meter and tracked fields back to a local cell tower. House plants began dying, so I used meter to map out areas with lower field readings to change seating arrangements at home and stop plants from dying. Fields seem to accelerate mold growth and food spoilage. I got rid of newer, made in China, lamps and fans which had electric fields too high to measure. Everything has improved, health is slowly recovering, but symptoms are not completely eliminated. Question 5 o. Electronic products, especially foreign-made in China, should be tested for EMF output before sold to consumers. Question 10 c. Dying foliage around power lines and/or cell towers may be an indicator of levels that are too high. See attached photo. Question 18 Would like to see studies on effect of EMF on cellular communication, mitochondria. Establishment of EMF free zones for sensitive people. It has been suggested that EMF causes mold to increase growth and mycotoxin production. My observation of food and/or plants molding overnight supports the idea of an effect on food spoilage.

I'm a Targeted Individual under heavy DEW fire for 6 years now. American born and raised, no criminal history, retired white woman. They divert tower frequencies using a dark web phone app and torture me day and night. There are other covert weapons used on me too. From my experience with the heart attack inducing weapons - the most severe hits - I believe this could be a contributing cause to all the Died Suddenly deaths. Covid jab victims get blood clots and then weaponry is used on them. Having clots, many succumb to stroke or heart attack. Coroners have reported roughly half of Died Suddenly deaths were from large clots and the other half from electrical cause. So they (deep state operatives and those they hire under them) hit me with this severe weapon anywhere from 1 - 8 times a month. Maximum sleep deprivation, even with faraday fabrics trying to protect me they use multiple ways to wake me many x per night every night. I live in my van. For the first 2 years, I slept in the front drivers seat so as to be ready to leave the area at a moments notice if a heart attack inducing weapon is used on me. After I got swollen legs I resorted to sleeping in back. I use mumetal to block the bigger hits. I get head hits multiple times per day. They are microwaving my left leg in the calf area - I had cellulitis last year and it took many months to recover. They set up 'relays' or 'transmitters' idk exactly what it's called but the perps can be elsewhere and shoot thru it at that angle. I have spent many days standing or sitting behind a big tree at a park because it was the only way to avoid the constant bombardment of frequencies. This is inhumane treatment. I believe emf frequencies are being used to make people sick and go to the doctor and get medicines. Look into ties to big pharma as well because when most people get chest pain or extreme fatigue they don't think 'oh I must have a weapon on me' no they just go to the doctor, get treated, doctors can't cure anything these days so it pretty much goes downhill from there. They are also DEW hitting my cats. Normally quiet, some of my cats will cry out for no apparent reason. Sometimes I was able to quickly pick them up and actually feel the wave of attack that was hitting them on my arm. I also believe ti's are being poisoned, but your question is harm from the towers. In all images you can see that it's not sun reflection, the sun is behind and to the right. Third image is cropped closer. Some heart attack inducing weapons also show a very bright light as bright as 3 LED headlights rolled into 1. My heart is in much pain at the same time. I do get hit from "up" or satellites too but mostly foot perps in vehicles that they switch out often so that following me is not as obvious. There's so many. This is unknown. Not all attacks are satellite and as I live in my van my experience is attacks hourly from horizontal hits that can be traced to specific vehicles. My thoughts are the vast number of operatives under deep state fbi cia infragard etc is wanting to be kept really secret so that nobody is aware there is a large army already. I have suffered much damage to my pets and some died. I have suffered extreme fatigue, memory loss, damage to my heart and organs and they've started hitting my eyes. There's v2k, thefts, slander, noise campaigns just about everything mentioned on the Targeted Justice website has or is happening to me. We had internet before 5G, and it's not faster now. Birds are dying. Witnesses see them acting normal and poof they just fall over in an instant. 6G is going to be full bore weapons mode. The most recent strike I had was just last week I was BLASTED right THROUGH my heart. This is a different weapon than the others, possibly 4 now, and possibly 6G but again I'm not certain. But with everything going on that I've witnessed first hand and heard or read about, I believe it is definitely time to take the towers DOWN. I am a citizen advocate involved in pressing for setting and keeping RF exposure standards appropriate since the 1996 Telecom Act was first enacted and cell telephony rolled out. Congress's express mandate in the Telecom Act of 1996 on the FCC was that the FCC must set and keep exposure standards based upon current science. The FCC, apparently subject to industry lobbying pressure, has failed, for decades, to do this. The most convincing study of the biological effects of cell radiation exposure are the Balmori White Stork study (attached). Please also see my paper (attached) explaining the influence of this industry on Congress on this issue, and how the industry has successfully gagged Americans from demanding safer siting for cell antennas -- for a better understanding of why Congress and the FCC are motivated to do nothing to protect Americans from harmful RF exposure. Aloha, I am a dog trainer and pet sitter. When I was in California by camp Pendleton ,I noticed that two dogs and the owner passed away from cancer within 3 years of moving there, when they were right next to a repeater. Now I moved to Kauai and the same thing happened in Kalaheo. On papalina and Kai Ikena. Within 3 years of moving there both the Doberman and the young Bernese mountain dog got cancer as well as the owner who is about 65. Myself, I have been deeply affected by emfs with tinnitus since 2011. The only time it goes away is if I am away from any towers or frequencies. Thank you very much.
