Environmental effects

With the proliferation of cell phone towers, smart meters, smart home devices, data centers and wireless devices in our environment, additional research needs to be conducted on the harmful effects of wi-fi, RF and EMF. As a concerned family member and caregiver, I believe human health experiences and clinical observations need to be taken into account. Exposure standards need to be reevaluated to limit human and animal exposure to wireless radiation and electromagnetic fields. Exposure measurement needs to be reevaluated in real-world situations, as humans use their cell phones by directly touching them and are often exposed to multiple sources of wi-fi simultaneously. Sensitive populations exposed to wi-fi, RF and EMF need to be studied such as children, pregnant women, the elderly, those who wear hearing aids with wi-fi or blue-tooth, those with implanted or wearable devices, workers with elevated exposure and those with preexisting conditions. It is imperative that existing scientific evidence be examined and additional research be conducted to study the adverse health effects of wi-fi, RF and EMF on humans and our environment. When is it enough? Never for the free rein you've given towers and cell phone corporations. They are conducting business at the cost of our (we the people) health wildlife and environment. They've used the same old data and ways since the beginning. Bridle them in and make them currant with up to date science and better testing. It's really quite ridiculous to watch this happen over and over again with the wealthiest people of this country or the world making business happen on a free rein with not many rules....if they choosed to follow them. Make them accountable for their products today!

March 15th, 2019, our life changed overnight. I went from sleeping 8 to 9 hours a night to 4 or 5 at most. We thought there was some kind of attack--both my husband and I had headaches, extreme tinnitus, heart palpitations, brain fog and memory issues, irritability, aches and pains, and feelings of internal vibrations (jumpy legs, our teeth hurt, etc.). We didn't know what happened. As the days wore on, we found that when we were away from our house, we felt relief, and then all the symptoms and extreme discomfort would come back when we returned to our home. Eventually we came to realize that the cell tower on the water tower near us was the cause of this, and we researched emfs. We fit all the symptoms. We got an rf meter, tried a dozen other things, but it was too much for our bodies. We had to sell our beloved home and move, which impacted our finances in a negative way. We were fine in the new place for almost a year, until a cell tower about a mile away was 'upgraded' to 5G. (Remember all the commercials during the pandemic about Verizon 'upgrading' all their towers?) Since that time, we have doctored to no avail, people have thought we were crazy, the energy is sapped from us, the symptoms are worse when it's time for a phone update or when we are in a city or large crowd, and it is almost impossible now to get away from it, which we were able to do in 2019 and 2020. EMF radiation from cell towers have ruined our lives, our health, our home, and our joy. Recently I have been diagnosed with a mold infection (not by a western doctor, but by a functional medicine practitioner)--one of the symptoms is emf sensitivity. So it seems like there is some relationship between how emfs effect a person if there is mold. ( I did read that mold replicates 600 times faster when emfs are present). So two huge problems that seem to be getting worse. The RF world of cell phones and towers has never been effectively researched on the health impacts of not only humans, but all biological species. Something is seriously wrong with our environment when we have so many sick, medicated, unhappy people. Stop the give-away to the cell companies, make them accountable, regulate them with stiff penalties, do the research, protect the American people! I have read that there are frequencies that are more compatible with biological life, but cell companies would have to pay for them while the ones they use now are free. There are solutions to these problems. Don't let money and corporate greed get in the way of the health of people, animals, and plant life.

Put an emf screen on my smart meter after birds disappeared from bird feeder approximately 8 feet away. The birds came back like turning on a light switch. I put my cell phone in a faraday pouch when not in use which helps. It's the huge cell tower put up at the interstate that is the worst for my health. When I leave this area, I feel good again. It drains me of every vital life giving source and leaves me with severe depression and pain. 3g. Any supporting documentation? Planes that disperse chemical trails do so by connecting to the cell towers. They do this to control the weather. I am older than this technology so I remember how the weather used to be. I have seen completely still days instantly turn to 60 mph winds watching the planes connecting the cell tower emf/emr. They cause catastrophic storms and floods, heat domes that causes drought, tornadoes not too mention the death of flora and fauna chemical fallouts. I volunteer at a state park. It used to be full of life until a cell tower went up just outside it's borders. Birds and insects instantly disappeared. That was about 8 years ago. What used to be a loud symphony of birdsong has left it silent. The wildlife has tricked down to some sickly few. Many many losses of trees especially fruit and nut. It is greatly noticed by myself because I knew how it was. But for a newcomer, not. It leaves me with great sadness seeing the death of Creation. B1a. 5G towers should not be by residential areas, schools, hospitals, stadiums or anywhere ppl are going to be. This technology is a weapon and it's sickening how many I see along freeways. We had fast internet BEFORE these towers went up! Why do we even need these things? Also, there's a problem with WIFI in the home and companies like COMCAST making it very strong so it becomes a network hotspot for cars driving by. This creates a dangerous level of EMF in the home and can accelerate toxic mold growth. Furthermore, people should be ENCOURAGED to not wear "wearables", to turn their phone on airplane mode as much as possible, talk with a speaker, wire their internet with ethernet, get rid of smart meters, install landlines (and make REAL landlines common and affordable again!) . At the very least, households should be encouraged to TURN OFF their internet routers at night to give their bodies a break from the constant electromagnetic pollution.

Both had the Itron Centron AMR CL-200 Smart Meter, placed on their homes around 2022 by Lewis County Public Utility District (PUD) against their will (mandate or shut off electricity). Alice "Anuttama" Budd filed a lawsuit against Lewis County PUD in 2024 in Lewis County Superior Court. The case got dismissed. But the case filings exist. 3c. Adverse health effect(s) experienced:Alice "Anuttama" Budd had a roommate who developed pancreatic cancer and died. Alice "Anuttama" Budd developed breast cancer and died December 2025. Bob in Chehalis - his wife developed cancer below the belt in late 2025. His wife had to have her intestines REMOVED and she wears a bag. 3d. (Optionally:) Was there a diagnosis?I am giving you second-hand information based on conversations with Alice "Anuttama" Budd who is now dead. Anuttama told me in 2024 that she had breast cancer, that she didn't trust doctors, and she did not seek treatment after diagnosis. Bob in Chehalis, WA, his wife did seek medical treatment. He called it "cancer below the belt." He told me that his wife underwent several surgeries, including surgery to remove her intestines. Now, she wears a bag. 3f. Were steps taken to reduce or eliminate exposure, and were there subsequent changes in the effects?Alice "Anuttama" Budd fought long and hard in Superior Court to have the Smart Meter removed to no avail. She sent me a video of an EMF monitor measuring the radiation coming off the meter. I have the video, which I can provide by email. Nearly all of the bugs disappeared on my rural property on acreage for about two years. That's not a joke. In the spring of 2026, the bugs slowly started to reaapear. Aires response to HHS RFI HHS-OASH-2026-0397 For more than three decades, the Aires research program has pursued one enduring objective: to engineer electromagnetic environments that support biological function. Its documented history extends to 1992, connecting early patterned materials and optical filters with successive silicon resonators and biological investigations. The attached response presents this connected research lineage. The primary record identifies more than 50 named authors and researchers, 15 academic, medical and research institutions represented through testing sites or author affiliations, and contributions from Russia, Lithuania and Canada. The archive review encompassed 97 research-related records, including translations, related versions and background materials. The response organizes its research and contextual sources into 44 reference entries; related publications of one experiment are identified as a research family. The breadth is central to our contribution: human EEG, ECG and heart-rate variability; human erythrocytes tested outside the body for osmotic response using laser diffraction; chromosome abnormalities in rat bone-marrow cells; rat behavior, learning, memory and blood parameters; honeybee feeding, memory and brain hsp70 gene expression; and goldfish movement. Water conductivity and infrared investigations, liquid crystals, thin films, patterned silicon, direct RF measurements and electromagnetic models supply the complementary physical research. To evaluate an intervention, researchers also investigated the exposure response itself. Mobile-phone and Wi-Fi protocols therefore contribute evidence about biological responses under specified exposures and about what changes when an Aires device is introduced. Repeated rat bone-marrow investigations reported increased chromosome abnormalities with router exposure and reductions with resonators. Other studies examine physiological regulation, susceptibility, recovery, behavior and molecular response in their respective biological settings. We ask HHS to include engineered electromagnetic environments and field-modulation technologies in its research priorities, including evaluation in personal device use, occupied spaces and equipment integration. Birds are confused. Mental Health is a scourge. Brain cancer and migraine rates are soaring. Coincidence? I think not.
