One night in 2006 after 1 year of constant exposure I was woken up at approx. 3 AM with a debilitating headache, my brain on fire causing massive sweating to the point that my pillow could hardly be picked up as the thermal effects had cooked my head profusely. I soon discovered that each time I entered my home the head aches started. I then was NOT able to sleep, watch TV, eat at my dining room or spend any time in my home office without suffering major pains and more debilitating headaches. In trying to sleep in my bed I was allowed apprx. A few hours before the pain and headaches would begin again. I soon could NOT spend much time if any in my home without suffering badly from microwave poisoning. I was forced to abandon my home and seek refuge in any area that was not heavily bombarded with transmissions from cell towers which was just about impossible in the Kihei area. I subsequently suffered from heavy memory loss to the point that I could not work or barely function in my life. I had problems remembering my own phone number and was totally unable to do any of my contracting business which require lots of calculating. I was disabled by this condition for more than a year. I had found that spending time away from home and soaking my head in cold water frequently would help some. I began to research my condition and found that it is well know that the effects of microwaves cause many many people like me to suffer many painful symptoms. The thought by many medical professionals and scientist is that this condition is called EHS Electro Hyper sensitivity. It is reported around the world that many others are suffering from this exposure to microwaves and that there are tons of scientist that have proof that there is extreme dangers to the human body from microwave radiation. I have been battling this condition since 2006. I have read and studied all I can in an attempt to mitigate the symptoms as much as possible. I was not able to leave my home as my income was drastically reduced due to my inability to function. I was unable to pay my mortgage and subsequently filed for bankruptcy. I have been forced to stay in this home since then as I had no extra money or even credit to move or purchase another home. My home is still in litigation at this time. As I was able to somehow cope with my condition and start generating some money I began to purchase all kinds of equipment to test for safe areas and also buy protective clothing or shielding to make my home more livable. The towers near me were increasing in numbers and strength to illegal limits. I contacted FCC but they said they had no agents in Hawaii and that they allow the cell companies to police themselves. In other words they would do nothing to protect humans suffering and gave free reign to the telecommunications people in FULL. Page 3 Ron Schranz Microwave poisoning continued With the proliferation of solar systems in Hawaii now and even though the PUC has NOT given the local electric company permission to change out home owners electric meters to Smart meters/Digital meters the electric company has used the excuse of solar systems installed on home to swap out analog meters with now Digital meters. I now have 8 digital meters on homes surrounding me and I am being FRIED to death in my own home. This is CRIMINAL TRESPASSING at it’s worst. I walk into my home and instantly feel dizzy along with major eye pains gripping within moments of entering. The eye pains are excruciating and now have gotten to the point of causing major damage to my eyes. My right eye has a swollen macular blurring out any vision in that eye. My left eye has a hole in the retina and is in just as much pain. My entire property is now radiated 24/7. I can not even work the yard or wash my car without felling all these painful symptoms. As HHS I implore you to take action and STOP all this destruction of all our families especially children. See attached file(s) My name is Lene Hannisdahl Haug, and this document serves to summarize the severe and life-threatening impact that electromagnetic radiation, particularly 5G, is having on my health, my family, and my daily existence. • Acute Physical Suffering: Since the 5G radiation was directed at my home, I have developed severe health failures. I suffer from a constant, infernal, and throbbing headache that lasts day and night. The pain is so intense that it makes me nauseous, and it causes severe cognitive impairment to the point where I can barely move, think, or even hold my head up to write. I experience this continuous exposure as pure physical torture, and my body reacts as though I am constantly being beaten. • Loss of Freedom and Total Confinement: My life has been drastically restricted to protect myself from radiation. Due to my sensitivity to smart meters (AMS), I have lived like a prisoner in my own home since the fall of 2018. However, the upgrade to 5G has turned this confinement into unbearable torture. I cannot even step outside my house to enjoy the weather, leaving me with less freedom than a prison inmate who is at least allowed daily outdoor time. • Forced Displacement and Isolation: The pain became so unendurable that I had to flee my own home to survive. To escape the 5G pulses and frequencies, I lived in complete isolation at a remote cabin far away from civilization. While this allowed me to recover my health physically, it forced me into heartbreaking isolation, separated entirely from my husband and children. • Devastating Impact on Family Life: The radiation exposure prevents me from participating in the most important moments of my family's life.Most tragically, the radiation environment and the physical pain completely prevented me from attending my own mother's funeral in the church. • Documented Cause and Effect: There is an undeniable and documented pattern regarding my illness. Throughout 2024 and 2025, my health completely collapsed during periods of 5G exposure, yet I partly recovered and became healthy during the periods when the environment was restricted to 4G. • A Fight for Survival: I am living in an acute, ongoing emergency. The situation is so desperate that I feel like I am drowning. With telecom operators planning to activate even more 5G transmitters pointing directly at my house in the direct line of sight, I am terrified for my life and am pleading with authorities for immediate protection.

I live in Kochi City, Kochi Prefecture, Japan (33.5569398°N 133.5457296°E). The Kochi Prefectural Police and a cult-like religious group are subjecting me to electromagnetic wave attacks. Whenever I go out, the Kochi Prefectural Police deploy drones or UAVs—aerial objects that emit loud, jet-like roaring sounds (there are multiple such craft, including some that produce quieter, yet still intense, noise). These objects lack visible identification lights and do not emit any light; it is unclear whether they are manned or unmanned. They constantly generate electromagnetic waves, exposing me to their harmful effects. Recently, these aerial objects appear every time I leave my home; they follow me as I move, hovering overhead and producing loud, roaring noises. Although the craft themselves remain invisible, their presence and the fact that they track my movements are evident—bystanders, unaware of what is happening, often look up toward the source of the noise, searching for the craft that cannot be seen (33°32'59.7"N 133°33'09.6"E). They are left bewildered, hearing the sounds but seeing nothing. I want this "gang stalking" by a state institution to stop. Similar electromagnetic wave attacks are also carried out using police helicopters. Specifically, police helicopters engage in abnormally low-altitude flights, targeting me with electromagnetic waves and the shockwaves generated by their rotating rotors. (On one occasion, an object even hovered at an altitude lower than the 68.70-meter height of the Kochi City Culture Plaza "Cul-Port"—a building near where I live—and remained there, confronting me.) The Kochi Prefectural Police have been conducting GPS-based surveillance, continuously funneling this location data via a smartphone app to a cult-like religious group. This group then targets the places I visit with electromagnetic radiation (often by collectively pointing devices—ostensibly smartphones—toward me). I am also subjected to electromagnetic wave-generating equipment, as well as low-frequency or intermittent, deep, heavy-bass sounds. (These are directed toward my apartment unit; I hear faint, rhythmic "thud-thud" sounds. It is unclear whether these are the startup noises of machinery or intentionally generated low-frequency/intermittent deep-bass sounds, but I notice them whenever I wake up—suggesting that my sleep is being deliberately disrupted.) Furthermore, I received a letter from "Shikoku Electric Power Transmission & Distribution"—a subsidiary of "Shikoku Electric Power"—regarding the installation of a "smart meter" equipped with communication capabilities. I am deeply frustrated by the Agency for Natural Resources and Energy (a Japanese government body) and its disregard for the public; it appears to prioritize the interests of gas and electricity utility companies while completely ignoring the concerns of individuals like myself who suffer from "electromagnetic hypersensitivity." Since the installation of this smart meter, I have experienced a recurring, abnormal phenomenon: I wake up approximately every 30 minutes. (This is directly linked to the smart meter’s practice of transmitting power consumption data every 30 minutes.) This interferes with fundamental human physiological needs and poses a serious danger. Notably, this issue is not mentioned in any documentation provided by the Agency for Natural Resources and Energy, including materials regarding "opt-out" procedures. I am being subjected to an outrageous and egregious ordeal: a forced, unilateral demand for payment of ¥44,000. The conduct of the Agency for Natural Resources and Energy and Shikoku Electric Power—actions that trample upon human dignity—cannot be overlooked. My sleep has been disrupted, and I am being coerced into paying money; such acts, which border on crimes against humanity, are being carried out brazenly in Japan by both corporations and state institutions. While Shikoku Electric Power’s website features a Q&A section, it shows a complete lack of consideration for those who have been victimized. It is clear that Japan’s Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications is operating with a focus on profit rather than understanding the reality of the situation. I demand an immediate end to the use of smart meters. In Japan, state institutions and the police fail to function as they should; instead, they sacrifice the public to serve their own vested interests, stealing taxpayer money to line their own pockets. The police are the ringleaders of this evil. They commit wrongdoing themselves, yet they are never held accountable. I demand that they be purged immediately.

I have a close relative who 25 years ago, became severely debilitated as a result of electromagnetic exposure. She has struggled for the past 25 years to get well with no success. She is extremely hypersensitive to all types of electromagnetic energy including cell phones, cell towers, wi-fi, and other radio frequency source and lives an extremely restricted life. She has been treated by more than 200 practitioners representing allopathic, complementary, and alternative medicine, but no solutions have been obtained. Besides the human tragedy, we know personally eleven other people who also have electro hypersensitivity and their lives have also been ruined. We have talked with Dr. Martin Pall, Dr. Magda Havas, and many other prominent researchers in the electromagnetic exposure world and have learned a great deal about the perils of radio frequency exposure including cancer, neuro degenerative disease, autism, Alzheimer’s, autoimmune disorders and many more. We have carefully reviewed all of the literature over the past 25 years including both American and European sources, and have collected abundant evidence of the adverse biological effects of radio frequency exposure. The fact that this evidence exists and has not been widely available to the unsuspecting public is a travesty. We personally know of several people who have died at an early age as a result of radio frequency induced carcinogenesis. These are people who for many years carried a cell phone on particular anatomical locations which later manifested as cancer in the organ adjacent to the location. Electro hypersensitivity causes a debilitating disability in the context of the contemporary technologically oriented world. This is because it is becoming virtually impossible to escape the harmful effects of radio frequency exposure as the proliferation of cell towers, satellites, wi-fi, and other sources continues to increase exponentially. This corresponds to the largely reported rise in conditions like certain cancers, type II Diabetes, autoimmunity and autism. While there are likely multiple causative factors of these conditions, it is safe to assume that radio frequency exposure is a major contributing factor. Pease see an excellent, well documented book that supports this conclusion titled The Invisible Rainbow by Arthur Firstenberg. Elon Musk’s recent announcement of Starlink direct to cell/mobile transmissions of cell coverage via satellite has terrorized people with this condition because of the massive and ubiquitous radio frequency exposure it will entail. With conventional cell towers, people can choose to live far away from them, but blanket satellite transmissions will likely result in catastrophic outcomes. The human organism, like all other living organisms, has no evolutionary experience by which to adapt to the preponderance of radio frequency pollution that now exists. With the exception of solar radiation and the effect of the Schumann resonance, there has not been any means by which gradual adaptation to increasing radio frequency levels has been possible. The result is going to be catastrophic and may even reach genocidal proportions. I am hoping that this welcomed opportunity by government officials to provide a cautionary perspective will result in meaningful change. There are formidable obstacles that prohibit that change including powerful economic, political and regulatory incentives to maintain the status quo. First, it was asbestos, then it was lead paint, then it was cigarette smoking, and now it is radio frequency pollution. Only after many years were the extremely harmful effects of these exposures fully realized. Sadly, these realizations are only retrospective. It is usually only after great damage has been done and millions of people have died that the population and the government wake up. This outcome for the emerging current public health crisis caused by radio frequency pollution can be avoided but it will require great courage. The individuals receiving feedback like this will hopefully have the motivation and ability to change the trajectory of what may likely be the greatest self-imposed tragedy in human history. A powerful radio frequency device addiction has now captivated the vast majority of the world’s population. Exposure levels are now exponentially greater than even several years ago. Public education and radio frequency regulation, more in line with European standards, combined with empirically sound and unbiased research is urgently needed. An under informed citizenry is likely why there’s been such a low response to this Request for Information. I am Naturopath 3 a) My initial reaction started 2000 after a traumatic life event, coupled with exposure to a wireless burglar alarm and DECT cordless phones. b) In 2005, I was living in a town centre on a level with the masts on the telephone exchange roof. When I went out, I improved. Upon return, I was breathless, fatigued, needed support to stand, could not sing lullabies, had a swollen tongue, weight loss. c) I had a Near Death Experience, waking in the night with no heartbeat because I’d stopped breathing - after 8 months of living 30m from the primary boom of the nearest of six 3G masts, with 4 antennae each. I spent 2 years bed-bound, being fed, and carried to the toilet. d) The direct correlation between exposure and onset of symptoms was established retrospectively in 2010 when it was observed that symptoms got worse when I used a computer with a wireless internet booster. e) The GP was unable to diagnose EHS because the NHS do not recognise it as a medical disorder. In 2022, Dr Damien Downing, Harley Street, London confirmed the diagnosis of EHS. f) Removal of Wi-Fi and DECT gave immediate relief – I was able to walk up and down stairs again. Subsequent exposures, including unknown ones, confirmed the pattern, eliminating the nocebo effect. I could feel signals due to the severe Pain on the side of my head nearest the emitter, splitting headache, hot head, dizziness, utter fatigue, which would last for weeks/months. Reduced exposure in the home allowed slow improvement. Relapses worsened symptoms, and added new ones every time, making recovery ever more challenging. g) EXPOSURE CALCULATIONS 2.3 GHz radiates at 160 Wm2 so 3G radiates at 146 Wm2 16 antennae at 146 Wm2 = 2,336 Wm2 4 antennae at 146 Wm2 = 584 Wm2 Calculating 10% less is 526 Wm2 Exposure was 2,336 + 526 = 2,862 Wm2 ICNIRP maximum exposure for the public is 10 Wm2 for an average man 2,862 Wm2 ÷ 10 = 286.2 Occupational exposure is 50 Wm2 with a time limit of 6 minutes 1440 minutes per day, 1440 ÷ 6 = 240 I was exposed to 240 times the recommended occupational radiation exposure duration 24/7 for 8/12 before becoming seriously ill. The SAR limit 4 W/kg is based on an average man 175 cm tall, 70.46 kg I weighed 8st 5lb / 53 kg. 53 x 4 = 212W, my safe exposure limit. But, I was exposed was 3,212 Watts. 2,862 Wm2 ÷ 212 = 13.5 I was exposed to 13.5 times higher levels of radiation than I could physiologically tolerate without permanent damage (which I did) according to government, ICNIRP, & SAR limits. The safe exposure limit for an Average man: 70.46 × 4 = 281.8 = 282 My SAR limit as a percentage 212 ÷ 282 x 100 = 75% & can tolerate 25% less radiation 2,862 ÷ 7.5 = 381.6 => 382 I was exposed to EMR 382 times higher than physiologically safe levels according to government guidelines and now suffer EMR-Syndrome/Electro-hypersensitivity. 4 h-k) I observe similar symptoms in others, esp. sensitives who have had life trauma, e.g., headaches, anxiety, depression, insomnia, fatigue, not able to cope. All relieved by reducing exposure. l) Applied Kinesiology tests using homeopathic samples or the device are always conclusive. m) Studies should not use “simulated” signals, but actual devices in relation to the human Biofield, to detect actual physiological responses. 5 n-p) I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation rather than leaving it to the Big Tech firms to prove safety. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health. The experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence and non-peer reviewed studies. A classification system would be most useful. The Russians have done the most research, and they have the lowest exposure limits. 1996 ICNIRP Guidelines should be updated to be safety levels for the smallest and most vulnerable in society, not a 70kg man. 6 – 8) Please see attached 9) Greece and Japan have active information campaigns to raise awareness. UK and US governments need to recognise EMR-S/EHS, and regulate EMR so tech companies have to provide non-biologically active signals. 10 – 15) Please see attached 16 - 17) The highest priority research gaps are in non-thermal effects, and genetic damage. 18) WE ARE THE EVIDENCE: “Canaries in the mine”, being excluded from society. I am worried that I will not be able to work, do banking, order groceries, contact family, or call in an emergency. The planet cannot wait another year. Please Recognise EMR-Syndrome, and Act Swiftly!

I am extremely sensitive to cellular, wireless, and bluetooth frequencies. I basically cannot be around them as I suffer from terrible headaches when I am exposed. It has made life very challenging as I can't be "out in the world" without feeling ill or around people. Very few people can relate to this and it seems to offend people if I ask them to turn their phones off around me. I dread the future as these wavelengths are more and more prevalent. Luckily, for now, I live in a place where I can have a wired phone and internet connection and we don't have cellular coverage. I am a canary ... this stuff is dangerous. I do want to provide my name, as I don't want to receive any backlash from making a public comment about something so controversial.

This submission is from the perspective of an Independent Environmental Health Researcher, and focuses on evidence in support of the use of acoustic monitoring as a complementary approach for characterising and better understanding the electromagnetic radiation (EMR) environment, as part of new research and regulatory compliance efforts. A short note which highlights some data from recent field research, undertaken as part of the International Acoustics Research Organisation’s Acoustical Characterisation of Human Environments research initiative (iaro.org.nz) is attached, with a slidedeck from a recent presentation given at a research workshop on sensory aspects of the energy transition. The examples provide evidence that electromagnetic pollution and natural phenomena can also be observed acoustically, and suggest that there is significant potential for advancing exposure science through taking an integrated approach. I have also attached Prof Dennis Henshaw’s recent paper with Alasdair Philips ‘A mechanistic understanding of human magnetoreception validates the phenomenon of electromagnetic hypersensitivity (EHS)’ as key evidence that should be used to inform future research. I believe that it is important that a sensory approach is incorporated into assessment, and besides physiological measures, this should be informed by existing and new research on High Sensory Perception and Environmental Sensitivity. Finally, I have also attached a summary of Prof Gerry Pollack’s recent book ‘Charged: The Unexpected Role of Electricity in the Workings of Nature’ as key evidence/reading for informing future electromagnetic radiation health research. [Part 1] Subject: Field reality and health emergency Members of the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), I have great admiration for your work and for everything you undertake for our well-being. • Original background: I was previously an audiovisual professional in Paris, and also an importer and distributor of connected devices with a small number of resellers. • Onset: I was forced to abandon Paris after developing a violent intolerance to electromagnetic radiation, both in low and high frequencies. I found myself having to sleep in my car, in the forest, and then in a barn without electricity that was lent to me for 10 months. • Direct cause of the condition: This condition was triggered by extreme and continuous personal exposure: an internet router installed directly in my bedroom and, starting out in financial trading, a smartphone turned on permanently in my hand (on filming sets, at home, and during all my round trips). • Professional retraining and market cleanup: Faced with this ordeal, I redirected my activity toward diagnosis and protection against radiofrequencies (RF) and electromagnetic radiation (EMR). I did it first for myself, because I wanted to regain an almost normal life. Then I realized that people needed it. I created a specialized platform to eliminate fraudulent devices that saturate the market and to offer only genuine mitigation and shielding solutions, rigorously validated by testing and now years of practical feedback. There are many scams in the field of RF / EMF protection. People buy things that do not work. That is why they continue to feel the radiofrequencies and do not improve. Every person I equip and follow improves and recovers their health. • Profiles supported and medical censorship: Today, I support and protect a very large number of profiles: teachers, lawyers, as well as healthcare professionals. The latter are forced to protect themselves in the most absolute secrecy, terrified by the risk of disciplinary action or permanent disbarment from the Medical Board if they dare to address the health impact of waves with their patients. • Concrete results on people's lives: Thanks to the physical shielding and adaptations that I design, individuals, including healthcare professionals, can continue to practice safely. For others, it is a matter of pure survival: people who depended entirely on relatives for supplies can finally go out on their own to buy their food. Also people who were in burnout. I was able to adapt their living spaces so that they regained exceptional health. Some were able to start working again thanks to adaptations made in their workplace. When electromagnetic pollution is removed from the workplace, they can finally work again. • Critical condition of the population and children: I have supported hundreds of people. Some affected individuals are in lamentable physical conditions and states of distress because of radiofrequencies. Children today are subjected to totally unacceptable power levels. Within less than five years (and warning signs are already exploding), a massive segment of the population will find itself incapacitated and in need of heavy medical care. • Field observations in children: During my on-site assessments, the contrast is undeniable: children kept away from radiofrequencies are almost always in perfect health, whereas exposed children develop behavioral disorders or develop developmental delays. We know that waves induce a depressive state. What are we going to do with these tens of millions of adolescents injured by radiation? • Observations on prenatal exposure: Women who kept an active mobile phone less than 10 cm from their fetus during pregnancy almost systematically give birth to children suffering from behavioral disorders, developmental delays, or autism spectrum disorders. • Call for absolute emergency: If we persist with such radiation powers, we are heading straight toward disaster. Frankness is required: it is almost already too late for present generations, and for future generations. The HHS must act without delay, massively, and with the utmost firmness. 3 a. Wireless router, Mobile phone, magnetic, smart meter, Electric field. 3 b. I began exposing myself heavily in 2012. To all the objects mentioned above. Exposed almost permanently. Since we have our mobile phones during the day, and at night, we have internet routers close to us.

I had a professional career specialising in creating benign living environments without harmful modern interventions. Choice of technology became key to avoiding adverse stimulus for the occupants in the interest of the least overall toxic load within habitable indoor spaces. These long term career interests suddenly and unexpectedly experienced a further stage of amplification when a family member developed severe electromagnetic radiation syndrome (EMR-S) over 14 years ago. This was formally diagnosed by a registered specialist medical doctor. My household had to learn how to manage and mitigate the adverse effects and symptoms arising from exposure to ubiquitous ambient emissions from pervasive anthropogenic environmental toxin known diversely as high wireless frequency microwave radiation or non-thermal, non-ionising radiation. This required cold, hard scrutiny and non-stop research and cross-referencing of evidence which was not captured agency generated, or industry aligned. Thus began a knowledge specialisation which has continued to this day, with ongoing further development, to include a full study of the German Building Biology Institute’s course. For more than a decade I have carried out RFR surveying, on a voluntary basis, assisting those affected by this same syndrome. Interestingly, approximately 90% of respondents are female; being perceptively aware, open-minded and well-grounded individuals. When not subjected to prolonged or concentrated RFR exposure causing symptoms which turn a fight /flight response into an inability to think straight, these same people are cogent, analytical thinkers. I have met all manner of people whose lives have been fundamentally destabilised by becoming EMR-S, whether being forced to lose their jobs, livelihood, savings and homes as a result of needing to search for a less EMR stimulating environmental. This has, in turn caused estrangement from friends, family and support networks as they become outcasts because their judgement, sanity or credibility is placed under ‘consensus view’ dismissal. This story leads inevitably to a hermit-like existence for the most EMR-S. Sadly, those most severely affected even contemplate ending their lives, if they can find no relief from the complex and ubiquitous overlay of multi-source RFR in our modern ambient environment. I have known two people to end their lives by hanging as a result of this level of despair. I have encountered all of the most common symptoms listed in the independent, non-industry compromised research studies, papers and volumes already produced on the subject of RFR and EMR-S. I have encountered less common symptoms and biological effects, to include streaming sinus reactions proximal to an on-call smart phone. I have even experienced, in real time, the ability of certain pharmaceutical blood pressure medications, which works by acting as calcium channel blockers to the blood / brain barrier actually reducing EMR-S symptoms in the person taking those same medications. None of the people I try to help have known each other yet all of their EMR-S related stories and adverse issues share common themes to the extent of overlapping heavily, or being almost the same in every detail, to include triggers, symptom delay, duration, power density, frequency combination or stimulus. The mast cell activation / inflammation pathway presentation from EMR stimulus is often evident. None of the people I try to help have anything to gain by amplification or distortion of the facts as they are presented: their lives are far too deeply impacted in existential ways for that to be a risk. There is now overwhelming evidence of the harm and potential for harm to all if you know how to connect the dots, interrogate and see through the narratives. One of the most respected researchers co-authored a paper which I post here. Hi! I am EMF sensitive! This is not something in my head or some crazy hypchodriac type of situation. I feel TERRIBLE when I get behind a computer or use a cell phone too long. I'm at the point I turn off all the attennas on my phone and I hardwired the house. I don't use bluetooth if I can help it. There are no smart devices in my home. There is a smart guard on our smart meter. Unfortunatley my wife doesn't get it and is totally addicted to Facebook Google Big Tech and the internet. She can't go 5 minutes with the internet not working without getting in the car and driving to where she can get good cell service. I wish they would stop lying to us about the dangers of EMF radiation. I have done alot of research on it and it's extremely obvious there is a HUGE cover up going on about it. DO SOMETHING!!!
