I am a single female living in West Battle Lake, MN. There has been persistent, nonstop electronic harassment and drone activity targeting myself, property, pets and finances every day for over 15 years. The ongoing frequencies and radiation has caused a severe deterioration to the environment and my health. I have reached out to several agencies without help. West Battle Lake is approximately 5,500 acres. A 4th cell/satellite tower was just installed over a protected lake. They use these towers for surveillance, tracking individuals and use the energy for electronic harassment. All this radiation has caused lake contamination, a significant decrease in wildlife and vegetation. It is devastating to the environment. This is also creating major health problems throughout all communities The people controlling this can pinpoint a persons body part. They will damage the human body to a point of surgery, failure and/or death. They have contaminated food sources and water sources. They spread parasites through both. This is out of control and needs immediate attention .

Ai in everyone's mind forming a global surveillance program run by the government... using synthetic telepathy to communicate with individuals which in turn is used to create disarray and disassociation amongst civilians is wrong.. needs to stop

#1, I was hit with pulses that knocked me out in the street .Hitting my lungs. Sliding down a car hood I sat down hard fell backwards and hit my head. Bump,, bleeding,, Heidi Pearson helped me up after 15-20 minutes struggling to regain consciousness and control.Chris was witness. This was done by Mike Lane for Judy Silva ,knight templer catholic church ,she believes holocaust was a good thing because the Jews killed Jesus. I had told her I was athiest to stop her proslytyzing . After that I was targeted by her,Judys MO is to act femme fatal to have others help in her defense of her false targeted accusations.I called officer Holloway 2 days later when I regained composure. The report was poorly written, I had no proof except my word. Heidi Pearsons and Chris as witnesses. I did not pass out ,I was pulsed out by frequencies. #2, I was entering my apt at the top of the stairs I was hit with a strong frequency, I fell to the floor totally unconcious.After 15 minutes I started coming around and sat up,I was hit again by these pulses I was right in front of Caroline Cennamis door. I know she was watching as she always does through her peep hole. I wondered how it was known I sat up and was hit again,knocking me down again for another 15 minutes. I then gained consciousness and crawled to my door. No one saw me through the window as I crawled. Later I checked timelines and Angela and Don who had stood outside her cars open doors immedietly left and both went home as I shut my door. How did Angela and Don know I had entered my apt? When to precisely leave.? The next morning Caroline and Angela had a 15 minute conversation out front crossed the street had another conversation Angela went home Caroline to laundry. I didnt call police afraid they would take me to hospital if I mentioned pulsed frequencies as happened a couple of years past. I told the shrink I was Havana Syndrome 8 days evaluation Don and Angela have Active Denial scalding device. He demanded at her urging I pay them rent to live here.I refused he asked for six months,I refused. I was s added each time ,Brock Thomas a handler gave given this device to Angela, the last snowstorm of early 2026 ,Angela was working,Brock was out shoveling snow in front of his apt. Don was in his apt. Downstairs alone. He did not know how to start the ADS scalding device..He left his apt. At night still snowing very cold. Don walked down to Brock spoke a few words came back entered his apt. Brock followed 2 minutes later. Brock left was on the front porch as Don started the ADS and started scalding me ,I started loudly moaning when Don finally stopped... The above incident in the hall has left me with accelerated cataracts and a hole through my left retina.My 2 docs refuses to state what I told them. I asked for copies from both only received one.Im sure my esophagus is deformed, as well as my stomach. Constant pulses in the morning is a common ailment of female targets causing urinary tract infections to impose meds on targets.I was told by medical urinary tract infections now are diagnosed as mentally unstable thought processes. Where to start? I've been bombarded with all types and frequencies of EMF. I identify at least 3 types for 12 years. EMF, Microvibration & Macrovibration. I've all the while tried to develop countermeasures, without any real success. I've won many times, but eventually, they always get by them. In fact, after many years of avoiding purchasing lead, I broke down and bought 5/16' lead plating sufficient to cover my bed at night, since that's when they attack for the obvious reason that people are sleep and immobile. Microvibration is the system they use to basically invade the human body, and really, they can do a lot of things with it. It's been involved with creating cancer in my body. I was hit with a massive, massive does of EMF on Nov 7th or 8th of 2017. I describe the pain level I felt on a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the highest. The pain was higher than a 9. Fortunately, the pain last less than 3 minutes, about 95%. Thank goodness. The surprising thing was and the reason I was sure it was EMF from a celltower is because the EMF left absolutely no evidence at all. My skin looked absolutely normal, so it wasn't a bullet, arrow or anything like a conventional weapon. Since then I've experienced EMF, Microvibration and Macrovibration almost every day since 2016 at least. I've been shot in the top of my head with EMF/Microvibration down to about 2 inches. I have 3 celltowers within 5 miles of my home. My working hypothesis is 4G 3-panel beaming forming arrays and 5G arrays can kill anybody! So, we're all sitting around waiting for the celltowers to go mainstream. Why do I think that? Because, had they shot me on Nov 7 or 8 in the head or heart, I would be dead today. YOU CAN COUNT ON IT! Richard Lighthouse holds an MS in Mech Engineering from Stanford has said the Threat Fusion Center on N Shepherd in Houston has a celltower that can kill anybody from 100 miles away. Two mornings ago I was sleeping in my new truck in Porter, TX waiting to sign checks for my bookkeeper. About 5 am I awoke with massive EMF to my chest and immediately recognized they had given me an arrythmia, a very serious one. I began to pray aggressively. Within about 30 minutes the arrythmia had largely abated and I lived. This was the 3rd time they'd hit me with what it takes to cause an arrythmia. I had no symptoms other than a heartbeat that was clearly out of rythm to a massive degree. EMF. From 2018 to 2021 in July, I had a herd of 121 axis deer. During that time I only had 1 baby axis, which is impossible since axis does can have 3 babies in 2 years. The 1 baby lived and I sold it within 4 days for $500. Then in July, 2021 the Huntsville Exotic Auction called me, a woman I knew, and offered me $800 each for ever axis deer I owned. The Freeze of February, 2021 in Texas killed a lot of native and non-native deer. I should have owned more than 400 head of axis by then, and I didn't have any to sell, costing me well more than $320,000 (I've attached some photos) One attached photo show my #1 axis buck and 3 does I found one morning all dead together where I was able to touch all 4 from the same spot. We moved the axis buck out to take a few photos. He was originally in the middle of the 3 does. I took him very reluctantly to the Large Animal Clinic at Texas A&M University for a necropsy. I was very reluctant because of the trip and $400 for the necropsy. I asked them to spare no expense. 10 days later I got the necropsy back and it showed that they could not tell how the buck died, which is what I predicted and expected, so why take it? Believe it or not, I attributed the breaking of my reluctance to Jesus Christ. In one of those very few times things like that can be attributed to him. I felt he wanted me to do it. In 10 days I went again to College Station and asked to meet with the 3 tops veterinarians. We discussed the necropsy & their findings. I pulled out my photos & showed them the 3 other dead does. I showed them 3 dead deer I found one evening. I didn't have my camera, so I decided to come back the next day & document the scene. Two does heads almost touching, and a buck about 2' away. The following morning I found 5 dead deer, and 1 of the new ones was laid over the body of the buck that died the day before. People did that. In both cases, 1 buck and 3 does, and then 1 buck and 4 does, well, DEER DONOT DIE THAT WAY. There's many other examples just like them, but I have 527 letters left. So I'll say, I haven't even started on the teleportion, cloaking suit, clacking gun and a myriad of other events I've experienced in the last 12 years. I will say one last thing. After 18 months I've concluded there's is at least a partial hologram over the entire night sky, and drones and manmade UFOs are occupying the places many stars should occupy, like the Big Dig, which is 304 Light Years away or 611 Trillion miles. Personal Experience and Reported Physical Effects I am submitting this as an individual describing my personal experiences spanning more than four decades. I report that recurring experiences I associate with RF/EMF-related targeting became noticeable around 2013 in a milder form. I experienced what I personally characterize as a Havana Syndrome event in 2017, additional episodes in 2021 and 2022, and from 2022 onward I report that these experiences became a daily occurrence. I have struggled with leaving my home since December 1, 2009. Since December 17, 2024, when I left for emergency dental treatment, I have not left my home again. The physical effects I report include: • Vestibular problems affecting balance and equilibrium. • Multi-tone tinnitus resembling twanging rubber bands, with multiple tones and changing volume levels. • Progressive hearing loss. • Frequent headaches. • Brain fog that comes and goes. • Spotty memory. • Difficulty sleeping. • Nausea. • Episodes of blurred vision that later correct themselves. • Episodes where my heart feels noticeably weaker and then stronger. • Sensations throughout my body that I describe as cavitation. • Episodes of extreme internal heat followed by cooling, and episodes of feeling unusually cold that are difficult to warm up from. • Two separate episodes involving an intense, high-pitched vibration accompanied by searing heat and pain, followed by teeth shattering apart with significant force—one in 2019 and another in 2024. • An incident involving a forceful impact to the back of my head, after which I spit blood. • Unusual skin injuries that I photographed, including injuries on my nose, behind my right ear, and on the top of my foot, where I observed scabbing that appeared to follow the tendon area. I am submitting these as my firsthand account of the physical effects I experienced and as documentation of injuries I photographed over time. I’ve been a targeted individual for 10 years- it feels like a nightmare that will never end. The perpetrators use v2k ( microwave / radio frequency) I’m not sure how the words are transmitted but they talk with a type of physical force inside my head- always on the left side. I have stroke symptoms on the left side of my body and I’m certain that all of the head trauma from the v2k is responsible. The perpetrators deactivate my medications. They use AI that reads the faintest thoughts I have and it responds to my thoughts. I get sleep deprived and they have burned my eyes when I’m trying to sleep. The nights are particularly terrible-the AI talks in my head with an energy force from 10p-1a. They tell me that they are driving me to suicide and they encourage suicide.I need help. I have made reports to the FBI and no one ever responds. I’ve written letters to specific people at the FBI and no one ever responds. I’m helpless and suffering alone every moment of every day. Directed energy weapons were nonconsenually used against me by neighbors who Louisiana law enforcement sent. The new orleans police department weaponized LA-SAFE state fusion center against me to cover up an illegal raid on my residence. Advance active denial technology was weaponized against me like the microwave auditory effect, synthetic telepathy & remote neural monitoring(RNM). The Orleans Parish US attorneys are in reciept of my evidence. I am a survivor of non consensual human experimentation being run out of state fusion center to cover up egregious criminal misconduct perpetrated by the NOPD. Who protected was allowed carte blanche corruption & impunity under a DOJ consent decree. I am currently on exile due to illegal targeting with the use of DEW(weaponized radio frequency, electromagnetic frequency) & illegal surveillance.

Yes it has caused me to have frequent headaches when I've never had them in my life. To the point of pulsating migraines. I can feel when I'm being heated up with a DEW and it destroying my organs such as my heart. I'm only 23 and suffer abnormal incontinence from this. I'm aware it's related because my ex husband confessed yet could not be held criminally responsible because it's unheard of and violence is not something americans tend to control. This tech is being used on millions of women covertly in domestic violence. Then, when they seek help... Their symptoms are dismissed as mental health issues but the evidence is usually silenced or gaslighted. I think it's the cause for the significant rise in cancer. We need to know what these criminals are doing to our body and get us the help we need to heal and safe guard from future events.

Directed energy weapons being used on US soil on American citizens. It needs to stop. Agree to provide Targeted Justice's federal action the required prayer for relief. That is to provide the protocol for diagonosing citizens with the same diagonos protocol provided to member of the military. Stop using the sound and energy weapons on American citizens who are whistleblowers of the government's crimes or political opponents.

I woke up this morning like most mornings being hit with covert directed energy weapons attacks to mostly my nerves and upper thigh area and a piercing audible sound. This needs to stop forever. It is a result of the target surveillance system formerly called MKUltra. It creates the signs and symptoms of the 'Havana Syndrome'. Most people don't know when or if they're being hit with these covert atrocious directed weapons. We need to put a stop to the use of these weapons on American soil!
