Since understanding the influence of electrical/RFR devices and mitigating their use in my home, I am now more clear on the symptoms they cause when in other, non-mitigated, high radiation areas (like shops). Symptoms experienced: Numb face unpleasant tingling in finger tips if touching phone/laptop 'airplane ears' as though taking off/landing in a plane sore, sensitive/itchy ears chronic inability to cognitively function, esp find the right words chronic fatigue stiff, aching body palpitations innate stress/anxiety - physical feeling of having had too much coffee, stress even when there is nothing to be stressed about When 5GHz band was added to router I felt extreme tension, unpleasant ill-=at-ease feeling, heavy, disorientated head, dyspnoea, giddiness, pre-syncope low blood pressure - nearly fainted - better for being outside/off site symptoms dissipate quickly Since 5G added to mast nearby I have not been able to sleep properly since. even if I fall asleep I seem to bounce back up instead of resting or going into deep sleep. I was sleeping well before and could have restorative afternoon naps but even though i am tired and fall asleep, my naps are unsettled too and I wake up again within 10mins whereas before I could fall into deep sleep and catch up on sleep if needed. headaches and also a horrible sensation in my chest/heart area like dyspnoea very dry skin. I look and feel unwell

Department of Health and Human Services, As a healthcare professional, an RN with over 40 years of experience, I know the dangers and benefits of exposure to non-ionizing and ionizing radiation. I know the science behind radiography and the science behind microwave radiation. In the clinical setting, measures are taken to reduce exposure, however, in the general environment, there are no safety controls, nor is there any formal data collected on symptoms related to RF, or radiowave exposure. Wireless radiation from tech devices and the advent of the installation of Smart Meters has increased ambient EMFs, or electromagnetic fields. As a public health nurse, I am attentive to the effects such environmental changes have caused. One of the effects of exposure of EMFs on the body is a clustering or aggregation of red blood cells. There has been an increase in the incidence of strokes over the last decade since the Smart Meters replaced the Android meters for utility use monitoring. Strokes have been occurring more frequently among younger people. Exposure to EMFs can cause a rise in blood pressure. Knowing this, at the time the Smart meters became ubiquitous, I collected BP readings from many people in my community. I consistently saw higher blood pressures in elderly who were positioned near a wall with a Smart meter attached. I tried desperately to appeal to leaders and politicians to take notice of these deleterious health effects, but the subject of health effects from EMFs seemed to be completely off the agenda, out of their purview. Regardless of the data I could demonstrate, no official would respond to my concern. My care, expertise and preventive efforts were completely ignored. My authority as a public health professional was rendered inert. Over the years since the advent of Smart Meters and pervasive WiFi, I have continued to watch people become ill with chronic conditions. Non-ionizing radiation represents oxidative stress on the body, which is well-known in science and can cause a wearing down of the immune system, as well as many other cellular changes. For the Federal government to ignore, to refuse to study this issue is clearly a disservice to the American people. Many of us are happy that RFK Jr. has tackled the 'cover-up problem' when it comes to health. I'm so upset watching my people suffer, but glad that HHS is finally responding. I became electro hypersensitive after being over exposed to a mobile phone mast while on holiday back in 2017. Since then I have become steadily worse with regards to the symptoms I experience when exposed to anything emitting non ionizing radiation. I become dizzy with headaches, tinnitus, numbness in my face, a heavy weight on my body, extreme fatigue, chest pain and breathlessness. I cannot use a mobile phone for calls and just holding my old basic mobile (with no wifi) can cause shocks and numbness in my hands. Despite my internet router having wifi turned off and in a sliver bloc YFry bag I have to limit my time online. I also place silver bloc material over my laptop. I sleep in a silver bloc canopy which is grounded as my flat is surrounded by masts. One 4G monopole (80 meters from my flat) and two 5G monopole's one 100 meters the other 50 meters. My flat is in a line of sight. I had to get a financial loan to shield my living room with EMF shielding paint so I could use it. Every day I am affected as masts are everywhere. Even visiting friends with wifi or going into a cafe or library is difficult and at times impossible. I fear for my future and worry I will become worse the more this technology is rolled out. My home phone is now very difficult to use since I was forced onto digital voice. I can only use it on speaker in a YFry bag and only for around 10 minutes. I miss chatting with my family and friends. I live in Scotland and I have traveled a great deal in my country but there are few places if any to escape from this. The odd time I have found somewhere with no mobile phone signal or masts in sight my tinnitus has reduced significantly as well as my other symptoms.

I am a wife, a mom of 4, an RN, an avid volunteer, and now highly sensitive to EMF's. I have had zero health issues until in February of this year I was in a "Smart Neighborhood" after recovering from the flu and covid. My body felt recovered, but my immune system was still clearing it. I was there to visit a sick relative in the hospital. The first night there I began having chest pressure, a resting heartrate of 120, and tingling in my hands and feet. I went to the ER to see if I was having a heart attack. Once I was cleared at the hospital, the tingling continued to spread up my arms and legs. The tingling turned into burning like I was on fire. I cut my trip short and came home and immediately saw my Dr. After multiple scans, I was asked what kind of EMF's I had been exposed to. That was when we realized that the EMF's from the "Smart Neighborhood" and the hospital exposure combined with my recovering immune system has essentially poisoned my system. Since then, my genetics testing has shown that I have the MTHFR mutation. They say 40-60 percent of the population has this. It makes my system more susceptible to any type of toxin. To this day, 9 months later, I am unable to touch a live cell phone. I am unable to be near a live cell phone. I am hardly able to navigate in a wifi environment. It has crippled my ability to work, go to church, and volunteer as I did. I have spent thousands on supplements, red light therapies, iv infusions, acupuncture, chiropractic, massage therapy, etc. to try to help mitigate this. We have hard wired our home so that I can function here. But I will say that even living on 12 acres, I can pick up on up to 5 different wifi signals in my home from nearby farms. It's almost impossible to get away from it all. I know my situation is extreme sensitivity. But, I am clear that many are suffering milder effects and aren't correlating it to EMF's. Headaches, random nausea, exhaustion, brain fog, etc. Because we live in such a world that you can't hardly get away from it, it is hard to connect without the right Dr. When we try to go away for a trip, I have to drive because a plan is one of the worst. I can't hardly find a place that will allow me to turn off the wifi to stay. Restaurants are an issue. Grocery stores are an issue. Getting gas is an issue. I will continue to fight for my health, and also to educate people on something that I was very unaware of before this happened to me in February. I realize that technology isn't going anywhere, but whether we have the warning signals in our body or not, we are ALL getting damaged from EMF's. There has to be better regulations put into place to protect us. To protect the children. To protect the unborn.

If i stand under a wifi router my brain works slow. Before heavy metal clearing. My brain felt as if there were not space enough in the scull, when i drove on the high way in areas with high wireless exposure. In rooms with a lot of gadgets turned on with high wireless communication, i get tired feel sick, an get Quick heart pulsation in hours after. I get sick when drivning in el cars.

I have unfortunately developed a hypersensitivity to EMF radiation from various sources. I can feel in pain the difference between high radiation and low radiation. I have on and off been able to use a cell phone and work. I have suffered loss of income and various medical issues as a result of this. I get headaches, chest pains, and fever with high radiation. I would like to see significantly more serious research into this issue and demand regulation of radiation levels on devices and in general areas of high cell phone use. Extra concerning is the use of cell phone towers on buildings in residential areas where there is a potential for 16 hour or even 24 hour exposure to a cancerogenic technology.

As you will read, I am not exclusive to pain and suffering derived from lethal exposures to EMF/RF from the use of FCC regulated products, networks, and services, along with their public and private partnerships. I am an American-born Non-Investigative Subject (NIS) commonly known as a “Targeted Individual” or “TI” since 2021. American NIS’ are subject to non-consensual psychological and physical torture and experimentation. I have been tortured by many different means over five years, but was never physically harmed. This has recently changed. Starting July of 2026, I began to experience overt physical attacks which are made possible through FCC regulated products, networks, and services. The direct firing of EMF/RF into my body are predominantly experienced at my home - making my home a torture chamber. The timing of the attacks vary, but are usually deployed in the evenings into early mornings. The greatest effect of these daily exposures has been disruption to my sleep. I either sleep 2-3 hours a day or sleep all day to recover. This has impacted my overall health, my personal life, finances, and productivity in society. Other side effects that I experience vary in combinations depending on the day: increased heart rate, high blood pressure, heart palpitations, chest pain, dizziness, brain fog, headaches, sinus pressure, eye pain, systematic swelling and water retention, directional tinnitus, vision loss and visual blurring, excruciating joint pain, profuse bouts of sweat, memory loss and lack of focus, burning sensations all over my body, debilitating fatigue, hair loss, changes in appearance of skin and nails, unprecedented body odor, premature aging, weight gain, nausea, kidney pain, skin lesions, vicious teeth grinding that has chipped my teeth, intense pain that radiates from my skull through my spine ending in my sacrum. Pressure and pain in my joints, head, and spine, brain fog, kidney pain, sleep deprivation as well as “tinnitus” which sounds like waves of electricity penetrating through my ears, are now part of my daily baseline. I have gotten accustomed to this “new normal”, but it is inhumane to be issued this physical state, deterioration in my own home just because I am on a “list”. I did not do anything to justify this. I was completely healthy prior to the start of these invisible physical attacks. This can be supported by medical records which are available to you upon request. Medical doctors attribute symptoms to general viruses, infections, or stress. These diagnoses were given without any testing and treated with antibiotics, and antivirals, which are the only solutions doctors are trained to prescribe. I am afraid to ask for any radiation testing as I am not delusional and more educated on the matter than these medical professionals. I have found ways within my means to minimize the pain and symptoms through shielding practices shared by veteran NIS peers. I have to strap ice packs to cover my 5 foot body the entire time I am home, even while sleeping. However, "shielding" does not end the pain, side effects, and possible organ damage from disparate radiation and frequencies. Willing or unknowingly, the FCC is complicit in this “operation” by providing support and permissions to partners and alliances access to networks, products, and infrastructures under their governance by permitting the use of discriminant and excessive EMF/RD emissions on Non-Investigative Subjects and civilians in proximity of them. I respectfully ask that there be an intensive investigation and audit of the FCC and their third-party partners with both public and private entities. Since this country is governed by law enforcement agencies, please consider introducing another regulatory authority that is responsible for governing, investigating, mitigating, and educating American citizens (importantly, the medical industry), about the illegal and lethal exposures of EMF/RF environments we live in. We have an EPA, why not a RPA (Radiation Protection Authority). Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I got a pituitary tumor,vision impairment,weird pressure in my head, nose bleed bleeds,insomnia,irritability, exteme fatigue, brain fog, increased blood pressure, heart palpitations, just for starters.The FCC recomedations are inaccurate!!! It also has major effects on the earth itself. One example is our trees,bee population and wildlife itself. This not only effects us but your families as well. I hope you make the right choice!

Causes anxiety and rapid heartbeat

I had been having palpitations for most of my life and in 2018 I saw Dr. Sheryl Garrett in Petaluma. She used the Ziopatch and l was instructed to put it onto my chest for about 1 week. This resulted in no noticeable effects or so I could discern. Now I am a 79 year old woman and when Dr. John Hunter put the Ziopatch onto me I was not concerned, but after 3 days I acquired a fibrillation which was very strong and ongoing for more that 4 hours. I went to the Emergency room as I had never had such strong and regular and ongoing palpitations in my life. This was on 3/20/24. But Dr. Ridgely Oliver Muller at Providence Hospital in Santa Rosa said that this was not to be concerned with and he had them too and they did not hurt him at all. They had given me a EKG which showed palpitations only. I was tired after a 3 hour wait and the fibrillation had subsided, thank goodness,,,,,,,, Since Dr. Hunter had retired I followed up with a Dr. Nathan Anderson. He informed me that I do not have fibrilliations at all but all I have a Palpitations and he could not treat me. I had written a complaint to the Providence hospital. My contention was that these were fibrillations and that the Ziopatch caused this disturbance in my heart. He did not agree and made me leave. Now I see no one for my fibrillations as they are only palpitations! I have spoken to others who have fibrillations and our experiences seem identical, but maybe I am too sensitive. However I will never us that Ziopatch again.
