HHS must stop the proliferation of wireless radiation. My life was drastically impacted and my health shattered by RF exposures, beginning with smart meters, and continuing with cell towers, wi-fi and 5G/5GE sources, which keep getting closer - an 85 mile orbit at present- and which do not stop. I had a perfectly healthy heart. As a result of these RF emissions, I now have cardiac disease, insomnia, extreme headaches, microwave hearing and multiple symptoms. Many of my life activities have been stopped due to my needing to minimize wireless exposure. As a healthcare provider, I see many patients with symptoms of wireless injury. HHS must halt and retract the exposures that we citizens are exposed to daily and have no options for avoiding.

We the People have claimed for decades that we are being harmed by the deployment of radio and satellite communications systems that lack safety regulations, and we’ve been ignored - in favor of profits and shareholders. There has been no safety standards review since 1996. 
Meanwhile, We the People have endured a relentless 30 year escalation of tech - now well beyond gigahertz, and into the millimeter wave and terahertz levels. i am a longterm EHS (electro-hyper-sensitive) and HSP (highly sensitive person), and i have actively watched the proliferation of cell towers, satellites, and new technology deployments ever since 2010 - when i first noticed that being on the computer quickly zapped all my energy and gave me headaches, stomach aches, joint pains, palpitations, severe leg cramps, and increasing irritability. The headaches, palpitations, and body pains became constant for me as the grid grew.
i am not alone in this. 
Between 2010-2017, i discovered key places on the highway where i would repeatedly have to fight to stay awake. Then, there was the constant stress of being electrocuted - like live wires were running painful current through my body all the time. At times it was as if i was struck by lightning and unable to function normally for weeks at a time. The worst headaches imaginable became constant for me, and my brain has even been shocked to a stupor for months at a time. 
Then everything hurts, and i can’t move. My worst episodes seemed for years to correlate to large satellite deployments into space - my body acutely suffers when electromagnetic forces are amplified and accelerated, and i feel immense suffocating weight pressing into me, compressing my organs and taking my breath away. 
i’ve also suffered 6 eardrum ruptures since 2017.
i’ve moved numerous times to try to escape, but to no avail. Last year, in January 2025, when new cell towers popped up across the street from my home, i went down hard and fast. Severe racing heart; freezing cold and curled in a ball - unable to regulate temperature, muscle activity, breath, heart rate, even a single thought - and unable to speak coherently for several weeks. In my experience as a brain therapist, my symptoms and the recovery was a lot like post-stroke, and it took me 8 months last year to function at base level again. Now, the episodes are relentless: every time they add repeaters and densifiers and other assorted infrastructure to the towers and poles, i go down hard all over again.
i’ve lost much of this year to emf poisoning too. That’s 2 years of lost work, all directly connected to the towers and their expansion. 
i have now joined more than hundred million wi-fi refugees in being forced to leave my home and move to a rural place, where i won’t have to live under this deadly infrastructure any more. i have also done more research and written more articles on the dangers of these unregulated technologies than any holistic healer should have to - because people have to know - that what we can’t see, but can measure, is hurting us. The physical, emotional, and psychological costs are extreme - and reversible only up to a certain point, at which time neurodegenerative damage turns to decay and for many, even death. 

This unseen epidemic of electromagnetic poisoning must stop. It is long past time to pause, review the standards, and find ways to communicate that don’t cost people, animals, plants, and insects their lives. I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of a patient. When I was in college in 2020 I was able to live independently in an apartment. Over the course of 6 months I began to decline. Eventually I was in unbearable pain every day, muscle aches and weakness, migraines, brain fog. I couldn’t function, take care of myself, study for school. Living in a city with multiple new 5G towers near my home and school and in an apartment building with several smart meters nearby as well as several different Wi-Fi connections coming from every apartment destroyed me. I was forced to abandon the life I was building and move outside a small town with my parents. Now because 5G towers have become even more common and other new technologies have become more prevalent, making my family and I very sick, we have to flee our home again. We’re forced to live somewhere remote, away from cities, amenities, and community. I can’t be around Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, cell tower, radio towers, antennas without suffering ill effects for days. The migraines come back, extreme muscle pain and tightness, muscle weakness to the point where I’m struggling to walk, brain fog, fatigue, nerve pain, struggle breathing, heart palpitations, nausea and diarrhea. I have none of these symptoms in an emf-free environment. I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence. I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health. Ever since i was a teenager I was receiving these sharp painful "zaps" to primarily my L side chest (w/ heart palpatation) This led to a chronic painful condition. This was never diagnosed-wasn't until Havana Syndrome and discussions on DEW's -Direct Energy Weapons. This is now over 40 years of thise painful condition. I have written many politition and the Havana Syndrom taskforce. Also have many books on the Havana Synd. Targeted Ind- ividual program. It's still not officially "Diagnosed" When I saw the White House BioEthics committee in 2011 & 12 Civilians complaining about the same symptoms as I Had. (Even after seeing the White House videos on Bioethics of Civilians admitted going thru the same symptoms as the u.s. diplomats with Havana Syndrome. ( Those videos were made a few years before Havana Symptoms in Havana Cuba even happened-those people were calling themselves Targeted Individuals, people who believe they were/are being experimented on with new techno;ogy (very much like MK-Ultra had before) to Now brain chip technology.Before it was on the news I have written a few times the OHRP-office of Human Reseach Protection. wanting to talk about those electric "zaps" tinnitis (ringing in ears). I have prayed hoped that this-and to help us victims of elecromagnetic radiations/shielding copper mesh, tin foil etc. hopeful for a cure. President Clinton apologized for this intentional radiation in 1995 (even children-oatmeal radiation) In me for 40 yrs is a subcutaneous (just under skin) foreign feeling numbness (painful) blocks emotional feeling, with broken capilaries on the outide half circle of it. Much like the Cuban diplomats, this AHI (Havana Syndromr) technology whether strips their emotional sense of self and depletes yr motivation because a subcutaneous electric biosensor (?) seems to block the normal emotions used or daily motivation- These identical concerns were also voiced in the White House 2011 &12 BioEthics. I went to a Havana Syndrome Rally in Portland, Oregon and all the follow up News reports-I'm glad to finally have answers and also the Patents to the technology. I never heard of Dew's. I finaly, after 4 visits was told I was part of a Federal program, so they couldn't do anything (and another said the same 5 months later.-couldn't do much it was a federal program ) This was after 30 years that the Havana Syndrome rally, books on experimented "target- ed Individuals (patents to technology) All I know is I was never asked, or informed, I know I never want to be part of any research project, or a "scape-goat' for emerging technologies or nano technology. Again, no Brain mapping, mind reading, I don't want anyone-anyone to use anything OR make copies of anything mine to use now or in the future, no companies, governments, or militaries- I certainly do not want anypart of me or copies of me to be a slave to any one or any ones technology. Thank you for this opportunity to share how horrendous this technology has been for my well-being and health – and everyone else I have talked to that suffer from this. (I am a health consultant) Gradually over the years, and ESPECIALLY after the lockdowns in 2020, I have become more and more sensitive to this unrelenting energy coming through our bodies. Specifics: Tinnitus, constant headaches, CONSTANTLY feeling shaky and as though I am plugged into an electric socket – unless I go out and ground in Nature, and then I can feel a little relief; heart palpitations, heart pain, exhaustion. Having spent several decades in office type environments or running my own business with the required computers, printers, cell phones etc., I need to now limit my time to only one hour here and there, so it makes it extremely difficult running a business. Proven specifics: 1) I had to spend 5 days down in Virginia Beach at a conference end of May 2026 and felt very frazzled most of the time down there. Four days after my return, I ended up in ER with my blood pressure being around 210/115, with heart pain and palpitations, when I had never ever had any heart issues and all prior tests had shown I had a strong heart. The same thing repeated itself a week later, by waking up in the middle of the night 2:30am, with more intense symptoms requiring a rescue squad trip to the ER again. For the past 6 years, every time I drive to Virginia Beach for business reason, the intensity of all the 5G towers and surveillance cameras on every lamp post, etc., has given me chest pains, palpitations and feeling very fragile. 2) We have a lovely sunny porch look-out onto a park. The RF (measured with a TriField meter) used to be around 00019 -.014 mW/m2 outside, and now around that amount inside our home - .014 - .018 (this being BEHIND the metal mesh screens). But now outside on the porch – as they installed a 5G tower visible at a high level across the park about a mile away – the level fluctuates between 7.8 – 11.5 mW/m2 so now makes it totally impossible to sit outside on the porch ever without feeling zapped. I could give many other examples, but these two stand out. The ONLY way I can now survive this onslaught in general life - whilst still experiencing the symptoms above all the time - is to have a SafeSleeve rf PROTECTION cover around my iPhone, an Aires pendant around my neck, several other products that have cost too much money to try out, and now trying RF material inlays in clothing. This is not a way to live, and not everyone can escape to the woods to survive or purchase these products. I TRULY APPRECIATE WHATEVER YOU CAN DO TO CONSIDERABLY REDUCE THE CURRENT FREQUENCY LEVELS, AND DEFINITELY NOT INCREASE TO 6G - IT IS NOT NECESSARY. Thank you sincerely.

HHS RFI Response: Public Experiences and Reported Potential Adverse Health Effects (Question 3) Respondent Perspective: Individual Consumer and Affected Patient. Response to Question 3: a. Type(s) of Wireless Technology / RF/EMF Source Involved: The source was a malfunctioning utility-grade infrastructure component, specifically a defective Radio Frequency (RF) Capacitor controller within a localized power distribution capacitor bank operated by regional provider DTE Energy. b. Nature, Duration, Frequency, and Approximate Timing of Exposure: The exposure occurred daily like clockwork, initiating with an intense, localized peak surge at approximately 7:00 AM every morning. This daily cyclic exposure persisted for over a consecutive month, beginning shortly prior to October 18, 2024, and continuing until temporary structural decommissioning on November 23, 2024. When the seasonal daylight-saving time change occurred, the environmental behavior shifted in a manner that was helpful to show the same shift with the mG timeline and plotting. This shift provided critical diagnostic evidence that allowed the utility company to definitively isolate the source. c. Potential Adverse Health Effects Experienced: Upon the immediate onset of the daily utility cycle, I experienced severe physical distress consisting of acute, localized cardiovascular pressure, respiratory inhibition (“feeling of lung implosion”), near-syncope (extreme dizziness and blacking out), and a severe, temporary loss of cognitive function consistent with cerebral oxygen deprivation. d. Onset and Coincidence of Symptoms Relative to Exposure: The physiological symptoms perfectly mirrored environmental readings. Independent monitoring using calibrated equipment verified that acute cardiovascular and respiratory distress coincided exactly with real-time milligauss (mG) spikes in the local magnetic flux density. e. Medical Evaluation and Treatment Sought: Due to the immediate, life-threatening severity of the daily cardiac and respiratory insults, immediate evacuation from the localized zone was required to avoid total syncopal episodes. Because full physiological recovery occurred only upon leaving the exposure in the home, medical intervention focused heavily on environmental avoidance and oxygen usage for cerebral hypoxia recovery. f. Mitigation Steps Taken and Subsequent Changes in Health Effects: Total geographic avoidance was mandatory. I was displaced from my home for over a month, forced to pack essentials daily and sleep inside my vehicle in cold weather conditions to avoid the automated morning activation window. Upon the utility company completely turning off the defective RF controller on November 23, 2024, the mG field permanently stabilized, and my respiratory distress, cardiovascular spikes, and cognitive impairments instantly ceased. g. Supporting Documentation and Metrics: Independent daily field testing logged severe mG data surges every 30 to 60 minutes. The technical timeline, data points, and correlation were formally validated by the utility provider’s engineering team, who confirmed that a defective radio controller on their capacitor bank was creating the exact environmental anomalies logged. Hello from Finland! I'm writing about my own experience of reacting to wireless devices and networks. When 4G was launched in Finland, "a net stick" was installed on my laptop, through which I could access the internet. At the same time, I bought an iPhone. My face was always red and hot after using Internet via laptop and after a few months my left hand and my right hand index finger started to hurt and tingle after using the iPhone as well. Then, the operator offered a tablett that has internet connection and would also work as a server for my laptop. That tablett screen was so electrical, that it stack in my fingers almost like there was some kind of glue on it. I discussed many times with the operator about this strange fenomen, but nobody knew, what was the problem. Well, after receiving my EMF meter, the picture got crystal clear! I haven't used that tablett since. At that time I went on business trips to different cities in Finland and at the same time there could be up to 5 mobile phones in the car, several of which were in use at the same time. On such trips, I suffered from really severe fatigue, nausea and headaches, and the confused feeling could continue even days after such a trip. I connected the nausea to the mobile phone being on, as I once turned on the phone in the car and immediately a wave of nausea attacked me. The difference between the real car sickness and EMF sickness is clear; car sickness makes you vomit, EMF sickness gets better, once you exit the vehicle and the metal box filled with EMFR and you don't vomit. The feeling however starts in the back of your scull for both conditions. Later on, I even unknowingly tested the effect of the phone and noticed that, for example the arrival of a text message while driving causes a rapid, stabbing headache, and the ringing of the phone causes nausea and a dizzy sensation in the head even before the phone makes a sound. One time, my friend had, according to my wish, switched off mobile data, but she got a normal call during the drive and she just turned the voice down, but let the phone ring for a long time, because she didn't understand, that I really suffer because of it. I was about to throw up and faint for the rest of the journey. I had to roll the window down to keep us on the road. When we got home, she noticed, that the phone had rang almost 15 minutes in a row. I was absolutely wrecked for two days afterwards. After that episode, phones are allowed in my car only in aeroplane mode. I can feel, when I am driving in the middle of two cell towers, because I get nausea and my eyes start to wander on the road ahead. Usually I also feel sudden weakness in my shoulders and arms and I need to open the window. Also some cold sweat may appear. That is scary. GPS is a BIG "NO NO" for me. I get really dizzy if somebody wants to check our location while driving. In public spaces with Wifi or WLAN, I feel a strange nervousness in my body and I find it difficult to concentrate on what I read in the library, for example. I feel almost like before a migraine, when at least I have the feeling that my head does not "belong to the body", but is somehow separate. It's difficult to explain. In places like this, even in schools where I have worked as a substitute, it is difficult to find words and I feel awkward, not relaxed. At home, we don't have wireless networks and I've been able to reduce exposure. When I sleep, my phone is in another room and mobile data turned off. I've tried to talk to my children about the disadvantages of mobile phones and instructed them to keep their phone's mobile data turned off if they have it in their pockets. My children didn't get their phones until they were 11 and 12 years old, but both of them are already hooked on their phones after 3-4 years, and this is very worrying. I have manually chosen 4G in my phone and I get symptoms if only 5G phones are in the same room with me. Sometimes after such a day I get fatigue and even heart palpitations. I'm aftaid, that 6G will finally break my health. Besides my EMF sensitivity I have been absolutely healthy all my life and have no medication. I have, however experienced problems with mold in my work place some 20 years ago and I have understood, that many people sensitive for EMF have similar background. I'm 53 years old. Please, make this idiotic "progress" just STOP!!! You are killing people with your so called "safety limits" , that are from the last century and have nothing to do with safety of living creatures! People in Finland and all around the world are frying because of your lousy "science". EMF harms human body in many ways, the heating effect is not the only one. This should be clear by now!!! This morning 10/21/26 @5 am PST I was pulsed microwaved awake suffering with extreme body temperature, increased heart rate, loud ringing in the ears ongoing at 9:35 am. HAARP is also being run causing additional symptoms from deadly exposure to HAARP Extremely Low Frequencies. PG&E is pumping in high levels of dirty electricity at 150+Hz according to my Stetzerizer Microsurge Meter. This happens every time HAARP is plummeting Americans with its harmful frequencies. My dog has had loose stools, is lethargic and has not eaten. This happens every year and is most severe the years of elections. My domestic terrorist perpetrators have radiated my left hip and leg again causing a second tear injury. Forced to get a new phone last October after my phone was blown up beyond repair in retaliation for sharing a post of a lawsuit in California against utility companies for the harm caused by SmartMeters, I was forced to get a 5G. I believe this 5G phone has caused the recurring injury to my left hip and shoulder due to holding the phone against my left thigh. My vaccine-injured autistic son stops communicating during these HAARP operations. DARPA must be dismantled immediately! I am beyond angry because nothing has been done to stop these crimes against humanity in spite of us Whistleblowers reporting these crimes for years!

I am being police stalked for more than 10 years now and part of the persecution is using my phone radiation to cause rapid palpitations and foggy brain using radiation from my handheld device.
