When I noticed I had 3g I was in my bed wondering why my eardrum ruptured why my husband was complaining about his tinnitus getting louder why my daughter miscarried why the 3yo lost complete control of her bladder and why the cows where losing weight. When 4g came to my world both the 2yo and 5yo lost complete control of their bladders and so did one of my dogs, flare up of chrones UC and ibs became common. Memory loss the inability to concentrate hell my husband started begging me to kill him the ringing in his ears was too loud. The little one had days he couldn't walk we stopped taking them to the doctors they have no answers or treatments. Then my daughter was diagnosed with breast cancer at 33. Cattle started dieing in the field and infertility is a real issue with the herd now. My neighbor died with profound memory lose and my daughter cancer got the tower flagged red and it was turned down. This came with breathing issues memory issues gut issues that lasted about two weeks and thing have gotten better. My husband's decline has significantly decreased and has improved I would say. We no longer look like bloated belly skinny neck and legged creatures even the herd is improving although half of the breeders seem to be infertile and a young bull produced only girls. The children are doing better but the COVID kid has discipline issues but is improving slowly. I am disappointed that our government attacked us with this technology that they had band from being deployed in the US in 96. I know the plan for COVID came from WorldCom seized by the FBI in 2002. I know FEMA purposely spread the virus in 2019 using good people to kill millions. I know the big lie the government won't acknowledge about the towers shame shame shame I told them in 96 this was crimes against humanity but money always wins out I know the telecom has to merge to a safer technology by 3031. My opening Comment with answers to Questions 1-4: on 260923 I have practiced as a health enhancement (professional) coach for over 26 years. I grew up in a large family on California and became a Mom myself, hoping to someday be a GrandMom, but I have my doubts that I will, since my offspring are terribly confused, having trusted that EMFs "can't be bad, or they wouldn't be allowed" since reaching teenage years. The trusting view was backed by my Mom and Dad, my siblings, and most other family Elders and Youngers - all of whom are addicted to the perceived convenience of technology, with lots of evidence of EMF harms to over half of the family. Sadly, my warnings over the past 30 years, have only helped a few family members who noticed with me that they slept better by turning off wifi and cell phones at night (at least) and got better internet when switching BACK to ethernet cables. Those same few, like 26 years worth of clients, have acknowledged the extreme rise in brain tumors all around us (including members of my family), and the how about half of all people under 30 seek psychiatric services these days (another fact borne out in our large family). The cause of the worst brain tumor in our family was CLEARLY the excessive wireless home phone use, especially once DECT phones were installed in the late 1990s (since those bases are often as harmful as if there was a full-fledged cell tower in the home). Adding to that, the over-use of cell phones, especially inside cars where the radiation is magnified by bouncing many times within the metal cages that make up cars, PLUS so-called Smart Meters, PLUS proliferated cell towers, and now the excessive IOT (Internet of Things) use in most appliances: all these have wreaked havoc on everyone's nervous systems, ability to sleep, and other indirect health effects, in addition to all the direct health issues (like brain tumors) from holding deadly emf devices against ears. My mother developed a Pituitary tumor and took the advice to undergo surgery to remove the tumor, with NO mention by any medical staff that she could help herself by stopping the use of so many EMF devices, especially phones - whose fine print warnings INCLUDE the warning to NOT hold the device closer than 3/4” from the body. Most people glaze over when they see the evidence, and want to believe that the problem is "out there" somewhere... when my family is a typical example of terrible harm from all the forms of radiation adding up. Add to that the burned homes (also in my family) from faulty (or planned) fires originating in problems with Smart Meters, and this testimonial shows ample evidence I have seen professionally AND within my own family, that unbridled EMFs have and ARE causing excessive harm. I have taken MANY steps to clarify these dangers, AND I have acted on my “duty” as an Elder, to point out the harmful effects of corporate and government choices to flood our world with EMFs against all dutiful objections and orders to cease and desist. Q. 5: The Precautionary Principle is the most basic guideline for any government to uphold for us, their supposed employers. I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. My input is as a very concerned member of the public. I have had the habit of carrying my cell phone in my back pocket for years. My home is bathed in wifi radiation; sources include a router, cell phones, microwave, LED lights, Smart appliances, cell towers (5G and 6G?). As I have researched this topic, I was led to buy an RF meter to simply see if the warnings were real or not. I think it measures uw/m2. What I found was disturbing. My microwave was reading at hundreds of times the lmits that Europe on average have established, even while standing two rooms away! My router was reading several thousands higher, although it dropped substantially 20-30' away. The most concerning thing is that I believe the FCC has done NOTHING to study the RF effects beyond the actual physical heating effect to tissue. I am deeply concerned about this and ask the FCC to immediately limit our exposure to these radio frequencies. I will add that I am concerned about prostate test results we are monitoring for elevated indications of a problem (cancer?). We have not been sleeping well, suffer headaches (including migraines), muscle weakness and other issues. There is no indication that these are caused by RF exposure. Why? There are no apparent legitimate studies of this possible link in our country. Please take a primary role to investigate this potential hazard on behalf of your fellow citizens. Make us healthy again! America's average longevity should be the longest in the world given our technical expertise, yes? Public Comment to the Federal Communications Commission - I am Kim Konte, founder of Non-Toxic Neighborhoods, a national nonprofit working to protect children from environmental harm where they live, learn, and play. Children are not little adults. Their nervous systems are developing, and they face years of exposure to wireless technology: 4G and 5G networks in their communities, devices in their hands, and Wi‑Fi routers mounted overhead in many classrooms. The country is already planning for 6G, while the FCC continues to rely on radiofrequency exposure limits adopted in 1996. The International Agency for Research on Cancer classifies radiofrequency electromagnetic fields as possibly carcinogenic to humans. That classification does not prove that classroom Wi‑Fi causes cancer. It does mean the FCC should take unanswered questions seriously, reduce unnecessary exposure to children, and require independent research focused on their health. Children’s clinicians and independent scientists must have a meaningful voice in setting safety policy. An experimental study reported impaired insulin secretion and increased oxidative stress in the pancreatic cells of rats exposed to Wi‑Fi frequency radiation. It does not establish that Wi‑Fi causes type 2 diabetes in children. It raises a question the FCC should investigate: could long-term exposure affect children’s metabolic health? At a 2019 Senate hearing, Senator Richard Blumenthal asked wireless industry representatives to identify independent research on the biological effects of 5G. They said they were unaware of such studies. He concluded: “We’re kind of flying blind here, as far as health and safety is concerned.” The National Toxicology Program’s 2018 animal studies found “some evidence” of cancer in male rats exposed to 2G and 3G cell-phone signals. Those studies did not test 5G or the combination of wireless exposures children experience today. A federal appeals court later found that the FCC had failed to adequately explain its decision to retain its exposure limits, including its response to evidence about children and long-term exposure. The FCC must answer the court, require independent research focused on children, and stop treating wireless access as the only way to connect a classroom. Schools should use hardwired internet as the default and limit wireless exposure wherever practical. Children’s health must come before the next wireless rollout.

I am responding from the perspective of a patient's wife. My husband who has led a healthy lifestyle - not overweight, no smoking or drinking, dances twice a week, very active, got a malignant tumor at the top of his stomach about to enter the esophagus, so he just had his stomach removed, the protocol for this cancer. Why we suspect EMF...A year ago in July we had the wifi increased in our backhouse where my husband offices. He went to the doctor in August for his regular check up. All was well. THEN, 6 months later he has a tumor! A friend has a device that measures EMF and in front of his computer it registered off the charts. We moved some items to a more distant outlet and unplugged his computer and the device measured much lower. We cannot fathom another cause for this "out of the blue" tumor. He has now lost 20 pounds and can only eat small meals throughout the day. I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence. I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health. I purchased my first cell phone in 2004 -- a little Motorola flip phone. Not realizing its dangers, I kept it in my left-hand pants pocket. I learned quickly enough, as a small cluster of tumors appeared on my left thigh where my pocket was. I've not carried a cell phone on my person since, keeping it in my computer bag instead, and keeping it either off or on airplane mode when I'm carrying the bag. I replaced the flip phone with a smart phone that allows me to talk hands-free. At home and at work, when it's fully enabled, I leave my phone on a desk or shelf across the room from me unless I'm actually using it, in which case I have the speaker enabled. I never put it up to my ear. After developing headaches from having it on in the car, I consistently turned it completely off while driving, and continue to do so. Three of those tumors remain to this day as scar tissue on my left thigh.

I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding as a parent, individual consumer, and concerned resident of the North Houston, Texas, area. I do not have one specific diagnosed health event to report. My concern is the rapidly increasing, involuntary, and continuous nature of RF/EMF exposure in our communities—and the possibility of negative health effects developing over years of cumulative exposure. Our area has recently experienced the installation of thousands of new utility poles, along with additional cell extenders, small-cell equipment, and towers. Families are being surrounded by wireless infrastructure without meaningful notice, informed consent, health monitoring, or practical ways to avoid or reduce their exposure. I am especially troubled that cell towers have been placed at local fire stations. Firefighters already face significant occupational exposures from smoke, combustion byproducts, contaminated protective equipment, diesel exhaust, disrupted sleep, and chronic stress. They should not be subjected to another continuous environmental exposure where they work, eat, sleep, and recover. However, my concern is not limited to towers at fire stations. I want the cell towers, cell extenders, and small-cell equipment throughout our North Houston communities removed—not simply relocated from fire stations to another neighborhood. Moving this infrastructure closer to another family, school, childcare facility, workplace, or public space does not resolve the underlying concern. Reliable communication service is important, but I do not want perfect wireless coverage when it may come at the expense of our health. Faster speeds and uninterrupted connectivity should not automatically take priority over the well-being of children, families, first responders, and communities. Children are of particular concern because they are exposed from very young ages and may experience this exposure throughout their lives. Wireless signals now come from many sources simultaneously, including towers, small cells, Wi-Fi routers, phones, tablets, wearable devices, smart meters, appliances, vehicles, schools, and neighboring homes. Our bodies and nervous systems are given little meaningful break from this constant background exposure. I urge HHS to investigate potential negative health effects associated with long-term and cumulative RF/EMF exposure, including possible effects on sleep, neurological and autonomic nervous-system function, cognition, behavior, headaches, reproductive health, immune function, development, and cancer risk. The absence of an immediate or easily identifiable symptom should not be treated as proof that continuous lifetime exposure is harmless. Research and safety evaluations must reflect real-world conditions—not one device or frequency tested in isolation. Studies should examine continuous lifetime exposure, simultaneous exposure from multiple sources, pulsed and modulated signals, potential non-thermal biological effects, exposure during pregnancy and childhood, occupational exposure among firefighters, antenna density, and cumulative neighborhood exposure. This research should be conducted by independent experts in medicine, neurology, biology, epidemiology, pediatrics, reproductive health, occupational health, and public health, with strong safeguards against industry conflicts of interest. I am asking federal, state, and local authorities to stop further expansion of wireless towers and small-cell infrastructure in our communities and establish a process for removing the equipment already installed. Communities deserve clear disclosure, exposure measurements, meaningful authority over infrastructure placement, and access to safer wired alternatives. Technology should serve people without requiring constant and unavoidable exposure. We should not have to choose between participating in modern society and protecting our families’ health. Please place long-term human health ahead of convenience and ever-increasing wireless coverage.
