Dear HHS Team, I have been active in Australia fervently raising awareness of cumulative dirty energy, or electrosmog caused by a cacophony of frequencies that disturb our bioelectrical systems. We begin to wonder if not convinced that most of this irregularity of negative frequency may well be deliberate after the last 6 years of the covid bioweapon debacle. I will attach a letter I wrote my local councilors in regards to the lack of cumulative studies and quick permit approvals that are apparently outside jurisdiction of the councils that are meant to abide by Health and Well Being in their planning and by the Public Health and Wellbeing Act 2008 which is state law in Victoria. I am on the ANRES Australian National Register of Environmental Sensitivities. I do not lead a normal life and I am forced to live in relative solitude in tranquil surroundings to stay out of EMF as much as I possibly can. You will see the evidence for lack of jurisprudence in terms of public health that a Precautionary Principle ought to have been applied as many countries have done. Why in two of the most advanced western countries, Australia and US is this not applying. There are many alternatives to EMF tech that includes the fibre optic tech that would mean electricity running through wires not putting immense pressure on our bodies and especially harm to our brain via wireless neural linked tech. I have intentionally been targeted by a group of individuals that target me 24/7 with what I believe to be different forms of DEW’s which would include extremely high levels of EMF’s, RF & potentially other dangerous forms of directed energy which has drastically affected my health and life including, but not limited to bladder & groin injuries, rapid formation of atypical moles on my back and extreme pain, vibration and swelling. I have tried to get medical assistance at numerous hospitals to no avail. This group of people “crowd stalks” me wherever I go and, I believe, use cell phones & vehicles as delivery methods as well as setting up in apartments adjacent to mine to target me at home with what must be some form of military grade weaponry. I’ve seen a dramatic decrease in my overall health in addition to what I previously stated, lately including hair loss and loss of appetite. This must be stopped and I would be completely willing to have any and all testing done to confirm and address this horrific abuse. I’ve had all forms of communication hacked by these people and was ecstatic to finally have the opportunity to get help with this, assuming this post actually gets through to you. I’ve been followed by these people across several states and currently reside at 81 Broad St., Cumberland, RI, 1st Floor. I’m proving my current phone number with this submission; however, my incoming calls are often not received because the people responsible repeatedly hack my phones, which is why I decided to give my actual address. Some of this directed energy is visible with an IR Camera and I will submit several pictures which clearly displays it. In one picture my head is not visible due to the massive amounts of this energy obscuring it. In another photo, my entire body is fully obscured. In other photos the energy appears as large and bright multi shaped orbs of light. I have suffered with this for 3+ years now and I am praying to God that you get this comment and take it seriously and act accordingly. I have no doubt that what’s happened to my body will provide quite a bit of scientific evidence showing exactly what effects this type of energy does to a person, especially at the levels I’ve been subjected to. I'm a Targeted Individual under heavy DEW fire for 6 years now. American born and raised, no criminal history, retired white woman. They divert tower frequencies using a dark web phone app and torture me day and night. There are other covert weapons used on me too. From my experience with the heart attack inducing weapons - the most severe hits - I believe this could be a contributing cause to all the Died Suddenly deaths. Covid jab victims get blood clots and then weaponry is used on them. Having clots, many succumb to stroke or heart attack. Coroners have reported roughly half of Died Suddenly deaths were from large clots and the other half from electrical cause. So they (deep state operatives and those they hire under them) hit me with this severe weapon anywhere from 1 - 8 times a month. Maximum sleep deprivation, even with faraday fabrics trying to protect me they use multiple ways to wake me many x per night every night. I live in my van. For the first 2 years, I slept in the front drivers seat so as to be ready to leave the area at a moments notice if a heart attack inducing weapon is used on me. After I got swollen legs I resorted to sleeping in back. I use mumetal to block the bigger hits. I get head hits multiple times per day. They are microwaving my left leg in the calf area - I had cellulitis last year and it took many months to recover. They set up 'relays' or 'transmitters' idk exactly what it's called but the perps can be elsewhere and shoot thru it at that angle. I have spent many days standing or sitting behind a big tree at a park because it was the only way to avoid the constant bombardment of frequencies. This is inhumane treatment. I believe emf frequencies are being used to make people sick and go to the doctor and get medicines. Look into ties to big pharma as well because when most people get chest pain or extreme fatigue they don't think 'oh I must have a weapon on me' no they just go to the doctor, get treated, doctors can't cure anything these days so it pretty much goes downhill from there. They are also DEW hitting my cats. Normally quiet, some of my cats will cry out for no apparent reason. Sometimes I was able to quickly pick them up and actually feel the wave of attack that was hitting them on my arm. I also believe ti's are being poisoned, but your question is harm from the towers. In all images you can see that it's not sun reflection, the sun is behind and to the right. Third image is cropped closer. Some heart attack inducing weapons also show a very bright light as bright as 3 LED headlights rolled into 1. My heart is in much pain at the same time. I do get hit from "up" or satellites too but mostly foot perps in vehicles that they switch out often so that following me is not as obvious. There's so many. This is unknown. Not all attacks are satellite and as I live in my van my experience is attacks hourly from horizontal hits that can be traced to specific vehicles. My thoughts are the vast number of operatives under deep state fbi cia infragard etc is wanting to be kept really secret so that nobody is aware there is a large army already. I have suffered much damage to my pets and some died. I have suffered extreme fatigue, memory loss, damage to my heart and organs and they've started hitting my eyes. There's v2k, thefts, slander, noise campaigns just about everything mentioned on the Targeted Justice website has or is happening to me. We had internet before 5G, and it's not faster now. Birds are dying. Witnesses see them acting normal and poof they just fall over in an instant. 6G is going to be full bore weapons mode. The most recent strike I had was just last week I was BLASTED right THROUGH my heart. This is a different weapon than the others, possibly 4 now, and possibly 6G but again I'm not certain. But with everything going on that I've witnessed first hand and heard or read about, I believe it is definitely time to take the towers DOWN. Purpose for Comment: I am a law abiding American citizen. The deterioration of my health is due to escalating daily subjection to lethal levels of RF/EMF Emissions and Exposure since June 2023 due to the US' TSDB handling code 3 nomination I was awarded. Symptoms onset time: Usually starts evenings about 6pm through 3am/ 4am at home. I have moved three times since the onset of symptoms, that has not been a solution - it has only have gotten worse. Symptoms: Sleep deprivation, excruciating joint pain - especially in hands and feet, throbbing and stabbing pain to entire spinal cord (feels like childbirth labor), brain fog, headaches, head swelling, cognitive confusion/unfocused, swollen and puffy eyes, blurred vision, vision and hair loss, brittle nails, nail ridges, extreme fatigue and malaise, muscle stiffness, muscle loss, weight gain, bloating, water retention, insulin and cortisol dysregulation, heart palpitations, increased heart rate and blood pressure, elevated body temperature and profuse perspiration while sleeping, memory loss, TMJ, around the clock teeth grinding which has caused teeth to wear and chip, loss of dental enamel. Skin: burning sensations on extremities which correlate with heart pain and palpitations, itching, tingling sensations, hyper pigmentation spots all over body, accelerated aging - most visible on face, deep wrinkles due to facial twitching, skin burning when showering. I also hear high and low pitched electrical humming in both ears at all times, and cricket like chirps sporadically. Unexplained viral symptoms that last 2-3 weeks, twice a year. The physical stress on my body has manifested in H. Zoster twice within two years. Diagnosis: I have been to the ER five times over the past 2 years for what felt like heart attacks. Only diagnoses have been "chest pain" and most recently "fear of condition not demonstrated". I stopped seeking medical attention because of this, so I educate myself on ways I can physically protect myself within my means. The medical community is simply not educated and not held to any standards in receiving any education on "modern medicine". These conditions and symptoms do exist. Impacts: My relationships, social life, enthusiasm, finances, and career have suffered greatly as a result of this program and RF/EMF exposure side effects. - I ask that there be investigations into Congress-funded direct energy weapons deployed on American citizens, on American soil. Every agency and private entity involved in these programs have not been given my consent to deteriorate my health and induce this unbearable physical pain. These agencies and their stakeholders are not regulated. I am submitting this comment in response to ET Docket No. 13‑84. I am writing to share my personal history with electromagnetic sensitivity and the profound impact radiofrequency (RF) exposure has had on my health, daily functioning, and ability to participate in normal life. I have always loved technology. For many years, my office was equipped with multiple wireless devices: DECT cordless phones, a wireless headset, a Wi‑Fi router on my desk, a cell phone with an ear device, and other equipment that produced continuous radiofrequency emissions. Prior to that, I worked for several years on the 18th floor of a building while employed by the District Attorney’s Office, where microwave dishes were mounted directly above my workspace. I cannot say whether that contributed to the onset of my condition, but it was part of my long-term exposure history. Over time, I became increasingly ill and did not understand why. I developed severe fatigue, pain, and debilitating symptoms that left me bedridden for nearly two years. Physicians told me it was fibromyalgia or chronic fatigue syndrome, but none of the treatments helped, and no one could explain the cause. I also developed persistent tinnitus, which I still live with today. Eventually, after extensive searching and consultation, I learned about electromagnetic sensitivity. A building biologist evaluated my home and found significant wireless radiation from my router, DECT phones, and high levels of dirty electricity surrounding my workspace and bedroom. Once these sources were removed or mitigated, my symptoms improved enough for me to function again. Today, my home is fully hardwired. I use Ethernet instead of Wi‑Fi, I have installed a kill switch to turn off electricity around my bedroom at night, and I am extremely careful with my cell phone use. Even with these precautions, I remain highly sensitive to radiofrequency exposure in public places. The ubiquity of wireless devices, cell towers, and Wi‑Fi networks makes it difficult for me to leave my home. I am effectively homebound because of the widespread RF emissions in the community around me. This is not just a personal challenge — it is a public health issue. Wireless infrastructure is proliferating at a pace that far exceeds any precautionary approach. Small cells, 5G and 6G systems, dense Wi‑Fi networks, and satellite‑based RF sources are being deployed without meaningful consideration of long-term, cumulative exposure or the needs of people who are already electrically sensitive. For individuals like me, there is increasingly no place left to go. Public spaces, medical facilities, transportation systems, workplaces, and even residential neighborhoods are saturated with continuous RF emissions. The lack of low‑EMF environments or accommodations effectively excludes people with electromagnetic sensitivity from participating in society. HHS asked specifically for input from individuals experiencing health effects related to RF exposure. My experience demonstrates that electromagnetic sensitivity can be disabling, life‑altering, and functionally limiting. It affects access to healthcare, mobility, employment, and basic daily activities. It also raises serious questions about health equity: people with this condition have no safe public spaces, no recognized accommodations, and no meaningful protection from environmental exposures that are now unavoidable. I respectfully urge HHS to recognize electromagnetic sensitivity as a legitimate health concern, to evaluate the public health implications of chronic RF exposure, and to consider precautionary measures that protect vulnerable populations. I was first attacked by RF while at an event at Ramtha's School of Enlightenment around 2013. I wrote to Senator McCain about it, he replied and thanked me. Unfortunately, he passed away. I moved back to Canada (BC) asxa result of the ongoing attacks. While milder, they continue to this day. I now think they are DEWs and "discombobulator" type of equipment. I've equated the attacks to Havana Syndrome.

Dear Mr. Kennedy, Thank you so much for the work that you are doing!!! I am part of 3% of the population that is electromagnetic hypersensitivity. Over the last 15 years I have been so sick from EMFs that it has impacted my ability to live and work in small towns to large cities. When I am triggered by EMFs I suffer daily migraines, emotional instability for no reason, extreme insomnia, buzzing sensations in my body, inability to focus, extreme burning pain in the right upper quadrant of my skull. The first time that I suffered from EMF hypersensitivity was 15 years ago from city to city electricity carrier lines. I was 3 or 4 blocks away and directly in the arc. I was in medical school, at the time, and nearly had to drop out. If it was not for the help of a Traditional Chinese Medicine herbalist and acupuncturist, I would have been another casualty. I moved out and was not able to return to my apartment for my things for a month. When I tried, all my symptoms would return. To this day, I cannot speak on my cel phone at all. If I speak on my cel phone even for less than a minute, I develop a burning, painful hotspot on the right side of my head. If I answer a text sometimes I can experience heat and pain in my head. I talk either on Google Voice or on my landline. When I moved to a town of 300 people in Eastern Oregon in 2018 I was fine until a year later when an enormous cel tower was placed in the middle of town. It was so powerful that I often had insomnia and hot spots on the right side of my skull. My best friend lived within a block and developed "rheumatoid arthritis" shortly after the tower went up. I saw her health deteriorate to the point where some days she can't get out of bed because she is in so much pain. When I moved to a city of 500,000 three years ago I was very afraid that I would not be able to find anywhere to live or work. I ended up buying a house a half hour outside the city, near a military base which does not allow a lot of cell towers nearby. I was able to tolerate living in the house until we put solar panels on the house. Immediately, I could not sleep and my symptoms started creeping back. I wish I had known that the inverters on the solar panels create a lot of dirty electricity which radiates out from the walls. I've done a lot of research on this and there is a lot of documentation on the cancer clusters created by electrical transformers especially near schools in Southern California. (See the book called Dirty Electricity.) Anyway, I had to sleep in our camper in the backyard all winter until we were able to put four dirty electricity filters from Satic Shield (each are $1500) on the electrical panel and I could move back into the house. I still cannot sleep in the master bedroom because the electrical panel is on that wall and all the electricity for the whole house runs through the room. Also, when I first moved to this city I got a job before I arrived. I had looked online extensively on antennasearch.com and thought that I was safe from the towers, but sadly I felt the tower after only a couple days working there. I found the tower hiding only about 50 feet from my office. I tried to hang in there because I loved the job for another three weeks. I had to quit, however, because I was experiencing daily migraines and extreme fatigue. Then began a six month search for an office that I could tolerate. I finally found one and moved in. I had not been there a year however, when a nail salon moved in on the same HVAC system. Chemical sensitivity is common with EMF hypersensitives. Again, migraines, fatigue, and my usual symptoms. I fought with the owners/managers for six months until they finally let me out of the lease. I was very ill at that point. Then I moved into another suite that unbeknownst to me, had government servers that emit extremely high levels of EMFs on both sides of me. Again, I tried to tolerate it for three weeks and was so sick afterwards I had to take a month off of working. I was able to use a friend's office in the meantime, but it took me six months total to find another office that was suitable for me to set up my wholistic medical practice. I am so grateful! My life is very complicated because of this health issue. Travel is very anxiety provoking because of all the EMFs in airports from people's cel phones. I never go to sporting events! I am careful to ground every day on a patch of grass I planted here in the desert. That is very helpful to me as well as eating the ancestral diet promoted by the Weston A. Price Foundation. Some books that have helped me not feel so alone are The Non-Tinfoil Guild to EMFs by Nicolas Pineault and Wifi Refugee by Shannon Rowan. I am currently writing a booklet in hopes of promoting awareness. Europe has EMF safe zone neighborhoods and much more consciousness around this. I am a member of the public concerned with the unaddressed potential health and environmental risks of radiofrequency (RF) radiation from wireless infrastructure and devices. SUMMARY I am an ordinary citizen, wife, and mother, who was seriously injured by wireless radiation and who now suffers from a debilitating chronic medical condition called EMR Syndrome. ARGUMENT It was an innate survival instinct which helped me to pack up and leave everyone and everything I had ever known and relocate from the harmful suburbs north of New York City to the welcoming safety of the ‘Radio Quiet Zone’ in Green Bank, West Virginia. Due to the ceaseless, undisciplined proliferation of wireless technology, I had by 2009 developed a dizzying array of debilitating medical symptoms; which included burning skin sensations, headaches, enervation, tinnitus, numbness in my extremities, impaired focal concentration, as well as cardiac arrhythmia. Due to the low- EMF environment in a 10 mile radius surrounding the Green Bank Telescope, we are currently the only remaining control group left for independent scientific studies. It is imperative that we protect this sacred space, which is constantly under threat, for future generations. It is not only injurious to us to be always surrounded by Wi-Fi and radiation, but please think about your children and grandchildren. It is not practical for us to be living in our own personal faraday cage because we have become so sensitive that we cannot function in our wired society.

I have learned that in order to sleep I need to turn off the Wifi at night. This means that when we travel I cannot stay in a hotel. I must choose a rental that will allow me to turn off the Wifi. I have tested this many times, which means many sleepless nights! Please take this issue seriously and study the true health and environmental effects of EMFs, RF, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. It is ridiculous to assume that these huge changes to our environment do not affect us, our children, and the animal kingdom in profound ways. This issue screams for rigorous scientific study!
