Hi. I am a 64years Old man in Good health with no inner Body damages. When they turn on the 5G towers in the evening i get a high pitched tone inside my head. It's constant! During the nigth they put on microwaves wich makes my head sweat. Only my head! In the morning i feel angry and grumpy. I Get headaches. I feel fatigued. Then the planes comes and sprayes the skies with sulfour dioxide wich poison all living creatures. It lingers in the sky up to a year! Then they turn on the frequencyes! Anxiety and nearvous behaviour. This is warfare! This is wrong! Who gave America promition to do this? DARPA, H.A.A.R.P., WHO, WEF, UN and Nato are all in on it! Why? Using the weather blaming climate change! Manmade climatechange! They can controle storms! And they do! They made the Earthquake in Christchurch NewZealand! This must stop! But greed, Corruption and envy will make it go on! Take out the Rotschilds! Stop the centralbanks! Stop BlackRock! Stop the zionist jews! There is a major problem with Israel! The Federal Communications Commission (FCC), which is responsible for regulating communications technology and spectrum, is devoid of expertise assessing the interaction between RF radiation and our health. HHS is the right agency to examine the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. I urge HHS to take an active role in evaluating the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected by RF radiation, as well as scientific evidence, and to establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding RF radiation and public health.

Men, women, and children are being tortured daily with EMFs in and out of our homes. Its absolutely horrible to live with and even worse to watch children suffer in the ways they do. Its the most helpless feeling as a parent and just as as adult in general to watch happen and there is nothing tjat can be done to help it. People are not safe and that includes handicapped and elderly as well. The fact that directed engery weapons are being used on society especially with no oversight us terrifying to say the least. This has been an on going issued that has been ignored for decades and it all starts with Americans being illegally placed on the terriost watchlist. Please help us and our children from being tortured and litterally destroyed

I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of myself, as RF affects my brain. I've purchase farday cages for my electronics and purchased an RF meter. I only to cord based speakers not bluetooth based due to the RF effect. Prior to preventing RF in my home my memory was less, my brain was not clear. I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation.

**Title:** Challenging the Consensus: Occupational EMF Exposure and Firefighter Wellness  Challenging widely accepted perspectives is never easy. In the mid-19th century, Dr. Ignaz Semmelweis discovered that childbed fever deaths plummeted from 18% to 1% simply by requiring doctors to wash their hands after autopsies. Yet, the medical community resisted his findings for decades, discrediting him until he died in an asylum. It took generations for Body Substance Isolation (BSI) to become universally accepted.  In 2026, challenging the consensus remains difficult. One critical topic is electromagnetic field (EMF) and radiofrequency (RF) radiation exposure and its detrimental health effects on firefighters and the general public. Because of the unique infrastructure of fire stations and the nature of the job, firefighters are chronically exposed to higher levels of EMFs from communication systems, station wiring, and nearby cell towers. Research suggests this long-term exposure may be linked to increased risks of mental health disorders, cardiovascular disease, and cancer.  The historical connection between electrification and health dates back to 1869, when Dr. George Miller Beard documented "Neurasthenia" (weak nerves), noting symptoms like fatigue, headaches, and heart palpitations. Beard observed that it primarily affected the educated classes—who, at the brink of the second industrial revolution, were the only ones with widespread access to electricity. In 1894, Sigmund Freud catalyzed a shift that reclassified these symptoms as psychological "anxiety neurosis," causing the medical community to treat it as an inherent human condition rather than an environmental issue. While Western psychiatry dropped the diagnosis, Asia and Eastern Europe never adopted Freud’s reclassification; neurasthenia remains frequently diagnosed there today as a sign of chronic environmental toxicity. Firefighters frequently experience these exact symptoms, often dismissing them as standard shift-work burnout.  Cancer is the third leading cause of death among firefighters. In 2009, Dr. Samuel Milham, author of *Dirty Electricity*, found that firefighters face elevated risks for various cancers, including leukemia, lymphoma, melanoma, and prostate cancer. Notably, respiratory cancers were not disproportionately elevated despite regular exposure to smoke. This discrepancy strongly points to alternative carcinogens, such as chronic EMF exposure from communication devices and station infrastructure.  Current human safety limits fail to protect first responders. There are two distinct categories of safety metrics: one for electronics and one for humans. Electronics standards are based on the principle of interference—recognizing that even a weak wireless signal can disrupt a device. Conversely, human standards set by the FCC and the International Commission on Non-Ionizing Radiation Protection (ICNIRP) are strictly thermal. They only protect against acute tissue heating. This completely ignores the reality that our bodies operate on complex bioelectrical cell communication, leaving us completely unprotected against non-thermal biological interference.  Change is urgently needed. In 2021, the Washington D.C. Court of Appeals ruled that the FCC's existing RF safety standards were "arbitrary and capricious," mandating the agency to provide scientific justification for its extraordinarily high limits. Years later, the FCC has failed to adequately address this mandate, while telecom infrastructure continues to expand near fire stations, schools, and neighborhoods.  Immediate, practical solutions can be implemented at fire stations to create healthier environments. The most critical area to protect is the common sleeping dorm. Placing cell phones in airplane mode when turning in for the night drastically minimizes cumulative radiation exposure. Moving Wi-Fi routers out of sleeping quarters, removing unnecessary Bluetooth devices, and utilizing distance as a shield are vital first steps. Ultimately, we must operate under the Precautionary Principle: if an action or policy carries a suspected risk of severe harm to human health, protective measures must be enforced even if some cause-and-effect relationships are still being evaluated by the scientific mainstream.

Hi- I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of a concerned member of the public. Why wouldn’t we want research on wireless radiation when our children and families are exposed to it daily? I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence. I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health. Hello. My name is Nancy Tolsma. 3116 Maui Drive, Mitchell SD. Until April, 2025 , Jay, my husband, and I lived at 800 W. 16th Avenue, Mitchell SD. At 800 W. 16th Avenue, we had a cell tower near our house. In September of 2020 I started having a strange feeling in my right lower arm. My right side of my torso. As the months went by, I became very tired. My legs had the strangest feeling of being strangled when I played down. I felt like there was a hand on the lower left back side of my head all the time. My memory got worse and worse each passing month. I was told I had neuropathy probably, because my feet cramped and tangled so bad. I got tinnitus in my ears, that got louder and louder as months went on. By April of 2021, I was ready to tell my husband I should quit driving because I couldn't remember where I was going when backing out of the driveway or what was the best way to get to my destinations. He is a CPA, so I didn't want to tell him during tax season, as he was already very busy. I went to my Dr. and had him check me, he said everything was good. The reason I was so tired was from cell towers. CELL TOWERS???? WHAT ARE THOSE???? I told my husband after tax season and he said a couple just started coming to our church that had moved from Minneapolis area to Mitchell because of all the cell towers there making the wife extremely sick. When I had blood work done, I said I wanted a panel done for EMF on me. The Dr. told me there was no such panel but said I was hypersensitive to EMF. Both my husband and I had serious health issues from living by the cell tower, that now after a year and a half have majorly gone away. The tinnitus has gone from a 10 to a 1. The feet are so much better and no neuropathy...just EMF damage All the other symptoms have left. The legs are backk to normal. The pressure of the hand on the back of the head is gone. The arm is normal again, as is the stomach tightness. The memory is better, but am taking supplements to help, knowing that was very serious. Please stop all CELL towers from going up. My husband talked to Larry Thomson, who flies to DC all the time to testify about round up and the technology. He told Jay the only reason we have cell towers is to be like China, and track people. It makes no speed difference on people's cell phone service. I don't want to be like China. I had to move in order to be able to live, because of cell towers. I know 2 dozen others who testified to City council on the damages on their lives because of cell towers. Please bring them down. Thank you.

There is so much corruption in healthcare, the people are aware and becoming more aware every day. Why not actually take a stand and come out on the good side of history by doing something good for the people instead of continuing to permit harm. There's enough evidence showing the harmful effects of EMFs. And people are tired of being tracked by their cell phones. The younger generation is already leaning towards discontinuing use because they don't want to be tracked like animals.
