An experienced telecommunications worker distinguishes controlled high-exposure occupational locations fr…

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
Occupational RF Exposure Versus General-Public Exposure An essential distinction in evaluating the potential health effects of radiofrequency electromagnetic energy is the difference between occupational exposure in the immediate vicinity of transmitting antennas and the comparatively low-level exposure ordinarily experienced by the public. During my telecommunications career, I have participated in radiofrequency exposure compliance activities, antenna-site safety evaluations, transmitter power measurements, and FCC regulatory compliance involving both government and civilian communications systems. These activities require an understanding that transmitter output power alone does not establish the magnitude of human exposure. Actual exposure depends upon operating frequency, effective radiated power, antenna gain and radiation characteristics, proximity to the radiating elements, exposure duration, and other site-specific engineering factors. At certain high-power transmitting facilities, RF field strengths in close proximity to transmitting antennas may exceed established occupational or general-public exposure limits. Such conditions warrant appropriate engineering controls, restricted access, warning signage, and established safety procedures. However, the locations in which these elevated exposure levels occur are generally limited and are not representative of the exposure conditions experienced by individuals living or working in surrounding communities. In properly designed and operated transmitting facilities, elevated RF exposure areas are ordinarily identified through engineering evaluations and controlled through physical separation, access restrictions, operational procedures, or other appropriate safeguards. The existence of potentially hazardous exposure conditions immediately adjacent to transmitting antennas should not be extrapolated to suggest that ordinary environmental exposure from cellular networks, Wi-Fi access points, Bluetooth devices, or low-power Internet of Things equipment presents an equivalent risk. From an engineering perspective, this distinction is fundamental. RF exposure should be evaluated through scientifically established measurement methods and applicable exposure limits, rather than inferred from the presence of an antenna, the number of wireless devices in an area, or the nominal power rating of a transmitter. Public health policy should recognize the substantial differences between controlled occupational environments involving potentially elevated RF field strengths and the considerably lower exposure levels ordinarily encountered by the general population.

My child and I are being tortured by these horrible weapons or frequencies..We are experiencing almost all the symptoms literally…..Haven’t slept good in months…Extremely bad headaches ,,irritability issues, moodiness, facial structure/pigment slowly changing …loss of appetite, extreme burning sensations,,Sweating profusely especially overnight,,Loss of thought patterns,,Always have some type of weird pain,,tooth rapidly decaying,,Tiredness, restless, sleepy through out the day when not supposed to be and even more than this etc..We didn’t consent to be experimented on nor did we consent to endless torture like this..It has caused enormous amounts of stress and depression and has torn my little family that I built apart…This is inhumane and highly criminal and illegal

Calls for stronger wireless regulation, citing tower proximity, children, cumulative travel exposure and …

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
There needs to be strong regulations on wireless technology. Cell phone towers are at the top of the list. People living within close proximity are at risk for health issues. Especially the young. In addition, use of 5G with cell phones are putting people at risk with long term exposure. Symptoms include headaches, nervous system reactions, and possible brain tumors. This is especially important on trains, airplanes, and public transportation where people who travel a lot can be accumulating symptoms, which over time can be dangerous to their health.

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
since 2022 i have been hearing constant hissing and ringing in my ears which is better when wifi/bluetooth is off. when sitting close to the wifi i can feel surface tension pain on skin exposed and facing the router. i now sleep in an emf canopy at night to avoid waking up throughout the night. i had a high SAR phone when i realized the connection between bio signs and emf, i now use an older phone and keep it mostly on airplane mode. something must be done, this is already a disaster.

Describes a lemon tree’s decline near a replacement smart meter and improvement after relocation, attribu…

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
Hello As a US citizen I have noted something that occurred since smart meter had been installed about 3 years ago on our home. I live in NJ a d AC Electric as a matter of routine phased out our old meter and replaced it with a Smart meter. For the last 23 years I had always place my Meyer lemon tree in front of where meter is hung on our home. Every year I had multiple lemons and many flowers..but since the smart meter placement the lemon tree has not flowered . Leaves turned pale cramy yellow and bore no fruit. So last winter after removing the tree from winter storage in front if windows in our garage we placed the tree in a different area on the other side of garage doors about 16 feet from the meter..abd this summer although it the first summer after moving the failing tree, it had many new glossy dark green leaves and a few flowers..no lemons were produced but it sure had a healthy look overall in comparison to the last three years where it was failing over by the meter. It had the same sun exposure just mo ed 16 feet away from the meter. It led me to understand that some sort of frequency had been affected the tree & its fruit production. I am looking forward to many lemons next year as the small fruits winter over in garage and grow bigger when put outside in the sun in springtime. This is an observational comment but I attribute its failing to that meter 100%. I've had the tree for about 15 years...nothing in its care had changed except that dumb meter 3 years ago. Now what does that frequency to my family in the house ?? Thanks for the opportunity to speak my mind.

Requests long-term cumulative-exposure research, clear information, voluntary exposure and equipment labe…

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
Research should be conducted to measure long term consequences to exposure and its effects on the body. Cumulative data should be taken for the overwhelming exposure. Information should be very available and obvious for everyone. Exposure should be voluntary as much as possible. And ALL devices and equipment should carry labels.

Raises cellular-stress and ecological concerns and opposes exposure without further safety study.

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
It is possibly cardiogenic, can cause vibration of water in human cells, cellular stress, imbalance of free radicals. It is dangerous to humans and probably animals and plants. Until further study can prove it is safe. I vote NO, ABSOLUTELY NOT!!

Requests attention to tower siting near homes and children, citing headaches and lethargy.

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
We need to be conscious of where the towers are placed in relationship to homes, schools, parks, daycares. Radiation is very real and we have increased headaches and lethargy when near cell towers.
