I have been dealing with EMS hypersensitive for the last several years after a mold problem in my house. I live in a small town with only 2 towers over it so I am OK at home. I had to hard wire my computer, ground lights and get rid of the smart power meter to be able to sleep. When in a smart town I experience brain fog, fatigue and abdominal pain after a few hours. I also get head pain if I hold my cell phone to my head. I did not understand the connection to exposure till the power company installed a smart meter on my home and I stopped being able to sleep. This is real sickness caused by frequencies our bodies were not designed to deal with. How many people have these kind of symptoms and have no idea what is causing them? I don't think the medical system has a way to diagnose this. I figured it out by myself. I have learned how to lower exposure to protect myself but when I travel it is very difficult. So again my exposure symptoms include brain fog, extreme fatigue, insomnia, abdominal pain, digestive problems, chest pressure, head pain. This really needs to be studied.

There must be sober and honest research independent of industry. Clearly som frequencies are more useful and we need to know the details.

I not only have had problems with being around Wi-Fi signals, I live in a house with high voltage that are 30 feet from my front porch. The put out EMF of a level of 7 mGuass. It causes numbness in my feet and hands. I have dealt with Entergy and they claim that the EMF level is within tolerance. I don’t agree. I have taken the same meter and have been under a high voltage line that run down Hwy 59/I69 in the Kingwood Texas area and I can’t get the meter to read anything but zero. The company that supplies that area is Centerpoint Energy.

I have experienced physical assault by electromagnetic radio frequency weapons used by the Tulsa Police and Bay county police departments. They used this weapon to cause me breast lumps on my left breast. They then used the same weapon to attack me while I was a remote student at Full Sail University and Clary Sage College. The weapon causes my body to be intolerant to certain foods such as breads/grains and lactose. The police are so insecure about the weapon, they have disabled me from family planning since possibly 2016 after my former husband and I decided to get birth control for us because he had applied for Oklahoma unemployment after losing his job at Harley Davidson. I have several different documents that may support these EMF/RF symptoms including Florida-Bay county Pancare medical documentation (mammogram) IHS medical documentation, Oklahoma unemployment phone call interview/witness recording, victim of crime documents and more. I feel and believe the wireless weapon used to stalk me has caused symptoms I have not educated to ask about at the doctor.

EMF and RF and wireless radiation is unregulated near homes schools or places people can become negatively affected . Switzerland has far more stringent requirements and the United States is allowing far more radiation to its citizens. In addition HAARP NOAA release harmful amount of energy that negativly affect citizens. Meters that measure this energy should be present in homes schools and places people gather. HAARP and NoAA should be dismantled.

It is beyond reckless and dangerous to continue to roll out this wireless infrastructure knowing that is deeply dangerous to the health of not only humans but all life on the plant and especially insects. The entire food web collapses without insects and especially bees. Destroying all life on the planet with this dangerous technology is nothing short of a Holocaust of epic proportions! Comment for the HHS RFI (docket HHS-OASH-2026-0397): I am submitting this personal account in response to HHS’s request for information on potential health effects associated with electromagnetic fields (EMFs), radiofrequency (RF) radiation, and wireless exposure.I experience the following symptoms that I attribute to exposure from wireless sources, infrastructure, and electric vehicles: Cramping in the hands and stomach Sharp pain in the body and muscles Nausea specifically when riding in an electric vehicle Persistent low energy, fatigue, and tiredness Brain fog Anxiety Low heart rate Dissociation Tinnitus These symptoms appear or intensify in environments with higher wireless activity (Wi-Fi, cellular signals, smart meters, 5G infrastructure) and during or after time spent in electric vehicles. Reducing time near these sources or using mitigation strategies sometimes lessens the intensity. I request that HHS carefully evaluate reports of this nature alongside the existing scientific literature. Many individuals describe similar non-specific symptoms that they link to RF/EMF exposure.
