Personal Perspective and Health Experience I am submitting this comment as an individual consumer sharing my experience with potential health effects that I believe have been associated with radiofrequency (RF) exposure from wireless technology. I am also a Certified Building Biologist with specialized training as an Electromagnetic Radiation Specialist through the building biology platform. In 2012, I was diagnosed with Lyme disease and spent years pursuing n endless variety of treatments. Despite making progress, I continued to experience daily headaches, difficulty sleeping, fatigue, and brain fog. In 2020, a friend suggested having my home assessed by a building biologist. The findings were shocking. Although our electric and magnetic field readings were acceptable, RF readings were extremely high in several areas. Despite having no nearby cell towers, readings reached approximately 100,000 µW/m² at our stove and 19,000 µW/m² at our kitchen sink and island, attributed in the assessment report to an Orbi Wi-Fi extender. Our office readings reached 50,000–70,000 µW/m² near my computer, and testing my cell phone revealed intermittent spikes reaching approximately 1,000,000 µW/m². I had never imagined that everyday wireless devices could produce such high readings in the spaces where we cooked, worked, and spent time with our family. I became particularly concerned about cell phones and children's exposure, especially when phones are carried on their bodies. Reducing Exposure and Changes in My Health Following the assessment, we hardwired our home, eliminated wireless devices, discontinued Wi-Fi, replaced wireless computer peripherals and our printer with wired alternatives, and made our bedroom a sanctuary free of electronic devices. I also use airplane mode when appropriate to reduce wireless transmissions. My health improvements were gradual, not immediate. Over the following months, I noticed meaningful improvements in my sleep, headaches, fatigue, and mental clarity. After years of struggling despite numerous treatments, I gradually began feeling more like myself again. The combination of high initial readings, substantially reduced readings after changing our environment, and subsequent health improvements was a major turning point. I believe reducing my RF exposure was an important part of my recovery. This experience motivated me to become a Certified Building Biologist and Electromagnetic Radiation Specialist so I could help others evaluate potential environmental exposures. Through my work, I have met people struggling with persistent health problems who have also reported improvements after reducing environmental exposures. These accounts cannot independently prove causation, but I believe people's experiences deserve to be heard and investigated rather than dismissed. The public deserves accessible, balanced information about RF exposure and the current scientific evidence. Recommendations for Further Research 1.Long-term exposure: Real-world RF exposure in homes, workplaces, schools, and sleeping environments, including the placement of cell towers on or near school properties and potential implications for children. 2.Multiple exposure sources: Combined and repeated exposure from Wi-Fi routers and extenders, cell phones, Bluetooth, wearable devices, wireless peripherals, smart-home technology, and cellular infrastructure. 3.Individual differences: Whether age, underlying health conditions, immune status, or other factors may influence individual responses to RF exposure. 4.Potential health effects: Possible associations with headaches, sleep disturbances, fatigue, and difficulties with concentration or mental clarity, while considering alternative explanations. 5.Exposure reduction: Whether reducing RF exposure produces measurable improvements in symptoms or other health outcomes for some individuals. 6.Children and vulnerable populations: Developmental differences, exposure patterns, and whether additional research or precautionary measures may be warranted. 7.Wildlife and ecosystems: Potential effects of electromagnetic fields on birds, bees, and other wildlife. Bees rely on environmental cues for navigation, foraging, and returning to their hives. Given pollinators' essential role in ecosystems and food production, potential effects on their behavior and survival deserve careful scientific investigation. Closing Statement My experience taught me that our home and sleeping environments deserve greater attention when investigating persistent health concerns. After years of searching for answers, I discovered unexpectedly high RF readings, made substantial changes, documented significantly lower levels, and gradually experienced meaningful improvements in sleep, headaches, fatigue, and mental clarity. This is my second comment. If you'd like an intelligent and extremely knowledgeable witness to EMF exposure over the past 11 years, I'm the one. My experience with EMF et al, is part of the FBI's Terror Screening Database as a Code 3 or 4. It involves the US Air Force, Airline Transport Professionals out of Jax Beach, FL, every single peace officer in Texas that I've run across in the last 11 years, and multiple FBI contractors including one named Tim. It involves Infragard and the secrecy surrounding the Terror Screening Database (TSDB), which right now I'm looking for an attorney for to prosecute a civil case against the FBI et al. Simple question to a Federal Court, did the FBI's creation of the TSBM in about 2007 cause it to step into a problem in about 2021 when SCOTUS in a 9-0 Precedent, with Targeted Individuals like myself who simply want to know if they are a Code 3 or 4 in the TSDB. Because if so, I'd say the FBI etal have created a massive liability against the Federal budget. Most Codes 3 and 4 on TSDB are victims since a Federal IG has stated that 97% of the people under Codes 3 and 4 have no association with terrorism at all. Maybe I should tell you about the 121 head axis deer herd Federal contractors killed between 2018 and 2021. They killed all of them, in circumstances that clearly prove human involvement in their deaths. The deaths were by EMF from celltowers, and possibly satellites. By the 2021 freeze in Texas I should have had more than 400 axis deer. I had none, and in the prior 2 years I had one axis baby that lived. My axis does should have produced at least 4 babies in that more than 3 years period. In July, 2021, a respresentative of the local exotic deer et al auction, called me an offered me $800 each for every axis deer I owned. She'd transported 30 or 40 axis deer to my property. Or maybe the 1/8" hole drilled in the timing chain cover of one of my trucks that cost $5,300 to fix. Or the fact that the Kerr County, TX Sheriff is right now stalking me daily, along with the police chiefs of Ingram and Kerrville, TX. I've also been stalked by multiple other police forces and Texas sheriffs. Or their use of teleportation and cloaking technology, and the fact that a majority of cellphone towers can kill people. I know, from first hand experience. On Nov 7 or 8, 2017 I was shot in the outer right thigh with EMF. On a pain scale of 10 with 10 being the highest, I've said since then it was over a 9. Fortunately, it only last 2-3 minutes, and left no mark or bruise at all. On Labor Day 2025, I was in Washington DC to ask the FBI about my inclusion on the TSDB. I didn't know it was Labor Day, they were closed, but I spoke with an FBI Police Officer. I asked if he had a number to an organization to call to report 3 strategic threats to President Trump's life he probably did not know about, and which could so easily be used to coerce from him anything the operators want. The 3 threats are cloaking technology, teleportation, and cellphone towers that can kill anybody. They would enable them to kill the President, leaving almost no evidence at all. Later in the day I called the number, gave my name and then answered 4 or 5 questions the man asked. I then told him I was a Code 3 on the TSDB. He immediately hung up. Several minutes later I called again, gave my name, spoke with a woman that time, answered her 4 or 5 questions, and then said I was a Code 3 on the TSDB. She hung up immediately. Thereafter I went to my phone to copy down the phone number of the organization. I called the number twice. Both phone numbers had been erased from my IPhone. Even later I went to my Verizon account to access my phone records for Labor Day, 2025. What I found was, all Labor Day, 2025 calls were missing from my Verizon account. There's much more, and I don't care how you feel about my claims, I'm somebody you should speak with because the magnitude of what I've observed since 2015 indicate a massive internal insurgent force in our country working towards its overthrow, ALMOST CERTAINLY, run by the FBI, DHS, CIA, USAF, and probably NSA. Pulse magnetic energy, microwave radiation, directed energy, EMF and RF - all related. The extent of damage to the body has yet to be fully documented but exposure often produces non-kinetic traumatic brain injuries as shown in attached QEEG.

I started experiencing the debilitating effects of Frequencies after I was tricked into getting an EEG by a family member after a seizure in 2017. The EEG was not ordered by a doctor but I trusted my family member who has a PHD. After the EEG there was no follow up appointment. In 2020 I started hearing weird sounds that nobody else could hear- tapping, clicking, digging sounds, plastic bags rustling together, and whispers. I also kept feeling what felt like cigarette burns on my skin. Then I woke up one day hearing voices having full on conversations and responding to my thoughts. I told the family member that took me to the EEG that I was sure it was related, and they denied ever taking me for the EEG and said I imagined it. The voices haven’t stopped at all. Every second that im awake, I hear people talking about me, my family members, my life, and they respond to and mock my thoughts. They speak as if they are watching me but are lying about what they see and what I’m thinking about, as if they are trying to convince other people that they are justified in stalking me. My eyesight is seriously affected- the walls move forward and backwards sometimes, and my sight is getting blurry. When I close my eyes, I see dark shadows that make very deliberate movement. I have severe stomach pain and nausea a couple times per week. They target my sexual organs which feels like sexual assault. I have what looks like burns and blisters that appear out of nowhere on my legs and they itch severely. I have the most intense anxiety a lot of the time and have lost my ability to work because of the constant mental torment I’m experiencing. This is purely torture. I think EEG/Sleep study clinics are using EEG for nefarious reasons. I have included screenshots which show the findings that MindNexus has on the scan they did of a Targeted Individual. They found which entities are using the frequencies that the target was being hit with which they then posted to Twitter.

My name is Tina Johnson, live in. Evanston Wyoming. In our small city, we have many cell phone towers surrounding our city. 1 next to our water plant, 1 next to our high school, 1 next to our river, and several others. It seems to me that some days the towers speak to each other and when this occurs, the clouds made from air planes seem to vibrate. It appears to mirror the wifi symbol. Many in our communities are sick. So many on a state waiver program. Tons of dementia, alzheimers, people on oxygen. Almost every adult is on at least 1 prescription drug. Recently I had to update my cell phone and when getting the new model, Samsung 26, I went into full fledged thyroid storm. I had my thyroid out due to goiter and suspected cancer 13 years ago. I have been on the same medication for 2 years. But all of a sudden, my TSH jumps to 30 and should be under 4. I was not perfect in taking 1 hour before coffee, but that hasn't been any different for the last 13 years. The phone and the 6g is the only new development.

Nature suffers as a resultt after all. when you use a microwave oven at home. you heat up food -.-you don't produce ice. CONCLUSION Accordingly. I strongly urge the Commission to. under the weight of the scientific evidence, find that the current RF exposure limits are insufficient to protect public health and the environment.
