I was inducted into the "targeted individual" program when I moved to I moved to Red Bluff, California in 2015. From that year onward, drones and helicopters followed me constantly, and there were instances of obviously staged street theater, where strangers would "randomly" harass me, and then never be seen again. Since around 2023, these instances of street theater and drone stalking have decreased in frequency and intensity, while unexplained police scrutiny has stopped entirely (at least, as far as I can tell). However, from 2023 onward, Direct Energy Weapons (DEWs) have been used to induce extreme insomnia, far beyond any sleep troubles or disruptions I had ever suffered prior to 2023, and I've been subject to noise campaigns from strategically-placed "neighbors" who always move into the same building shortly after I do, and are always moved into the apartment directly upstairs from my own, on the next floor up. These tenants/actors are often described as relatives of the apartment manager - and each manager, each time, gives me the same explanation for the noise: that the noise campaign is really said "neighbor" yelling at his video game all night long. Because this happens everywhere I move, social workers, therapists and police are able to dismiss my claim of being targeted as the unserious ramblings of a delusional, paranoid individual or habitual liar (exactly as planned). But I believe these neighbors function as a second layer of deception, an alternate cover-up story for the use of Direct Energy Weapons to prevent me from sleeping at night. Here's how the double-bluff works: Everyone around me is made to believe that the disturbance isn't real and I'm simply insane or a liar; meanwhile, I am made to believe that these assailing neighbors are the root cause of the disruptions (as opposed to the DEWs). In addition, I've discovered evidence that Red Bluff, California may altogether be a "Potemkin Village" of sorts, a covert hub for criminal activity of a particularly heinous character. There is a widespread and long-standing allegation that the city is a hotbed for the trafficking of minors; this was acknowledged in 1987 by the Los Angeles Times, which described the town as "a modern-day Sodom and Gomorrah." Further, the book "The New Satanists" by nonfiction writer Linda Osborne Blood (published 1994) shed light on the 1989 case of Cynthia Angell, a Red Bluff attorney who was kidnapped and threatened by a Satanist hit-squad when she began investigating Michael Aquino, a now-deceased military officer and founder of the Satanist "Temple of Set," after Red Bluff children identified him as their rapist (one of many such allegations toward Aquino around the country). Meanwhile, it was alleged by Ted Gunderson, a now-deceased senior special agent of the FBI, that historic "Chinese" tunnels in downtown Red Bluff are being used for child trafficking. (These tunnels are so-called due to a local rumor, which claims they were once used by a Chinese-American immigrant lodge for moving/using opium, or to flee the ethnic-cleansing campaign by Red Bluff's white-supremacist "Anti-Coolie League" in 1886.) Red Bluff, California is widely reported to be one of the most violent, crime-laden cities in the state, and it is notorious in the North State for an unusual frequency of women and girls going missing, or dying under dubious circumstances. Californians living in neighboring counties, Butte and Shasta, have commented via Reddit that they are afraid to go near this town, or speak to anyone who lives here because of the rampant crime, abundancy of meth, and the gruesome sex-crime scandals which have plagued the town for at least four decades - as well as a generally sinister, "haunted" aura. I believe the same notorious cabal is involved in targeting me with DEWs - among the other methods of systematic torment - with the aim to terrify, isolate, demoralize and destabilize me to the point of committing suicide. I've been hit particularly hard over the past three days, being prevented from sleeping more than two or three hours at night, and not at all during the day. As a result, as I type this, I can barely stand still without falling to the floor, I've been uncontrollably throwing up a bitter-tasting, foamy substance, my body is soaking itself profusely in wave after wave of sweat that smells like sour milk, my eyelids and irises are pure red, and there are red blotches all over my face. If a 34 year old (born 1992) dies in Red Bluff on or after the date I am sending this (October 10, 2026), I was killed in retaliation for sending this message. With regard to the innumerable testimonies on criminal "gangstalking" around our country and the world, please also explore and take seriously the journalistic investigations and exposés by Targeted Justice, Ana Toledo and Isaac Weishaupt. A Foreign Terrorist Organization that targeted both the United States and Israel destroyed my teeth during 2014 via remote methodology involving both electromagnetic fields and radiofrequency radiation. They shattered my teeth to destroy evidence linking me with my child, who they kidnapped during 2013. That FTO ("CAUSA") has provided aid to the enemy during wartime. They are linked with both Diego M. Bernal and Julián Castro, who installed an FTO member at the La Madrid Apartments (as a manager) by criminally defrauding HUD. It is believed they use a mechanical security device as a "criminal instrument" to target U.S. citizens.

HHS has single-handedly permanently disqualified itself from opining on ANYTHING related to the electromagnetic spectrum, by the mere existence of this facile investigation. I am a parent who's kids were born in 1991, 1993, 1996 & 1998. My first 2 kids have severe mental disorders that keep them from being able to function in society. ADHD and Paranoia, Schizophrenia, addiction are the diagnosis. They were allowed to use internet devices as much as other kids their age. My youngest 2 adult kids suffer sleeplessness and compulsive internet use, also the heath issues associated with low sleep quality like irritability and anger outbursts, both of them spending up to 16 hours per day online after graduating school. Depression and non hodgkins lymphoma cancer almost took my youngest Sons life. He has to continue to be screened. I cannot sleep with a cell phone near me. I turn mine on airplane mode every night, and try to keep it several feet from my sleeping quarters but I worry that it's still receiving signal like scanning for wifi or something I don't know about, since warnings are NOT ISSUED.. I would much rather just have a good old rotary phone wired into my home. The distractions on online browsing and social media has eaten up HUNDREDS, MAYBE THOUSANDS (?) of hours of my Lifetime.. I only started using it in 2002 I think we need to move away from using a phone & wifi for EVERYTHING WE DO! It's not natural for kids to be sitting down obsessing on a browser or video game and making online friends instead of real life friends.. IT STUNTS THEIR EMOTIONAL, PHYSICAL & MAYBE EVEN SPIRITUAL GROWTH. I am now raising a grandson who my adult child is not able to due to untreated mental disorders and addiction. He suffers from ADHD and struggles with the desire to engage in compulsive internet usage as well. He has fits of rage when he must stop even after hours of use.. THEY JUST CANT GET ENOUGH. There's also terrible MOOD SWINGS associated with having to stop playing or watching online video platforms. He has short attention span and highly distracted and distracting to others in the classroom at school. I have removed all gaming devices, tablet, phone etc so he can just focus on reality. ALL THIS JUNK IS DISTRACTING KIDS AND MAKING EDUCATION AN UPHILL BATTLE FOR PARENTS. ITS A WALL BETWEEN THEM AND THEIR EDUCATION AND REAL LIFE SOCIAL EXPERIENCES, RELATIONSHIPS AND BONDING WITH FAMILY & FRIENDS. I am someone who notices a distinct effect on my own well being when exposed to EMF over a significant period of time. I especially like to keep my EMF exposure low while I sleep, as my sleep is much more restorative if I do. I urge the government to look more into the studies showing harm from EMFs. These technologies are being used as weapons and means to control people, animals, etc. against their will. The MK Ultra program or whatever hybrid they’re running now needs investigated and ended immediately with reparations paid to victims with those involved brought to justice. At this point I feel they could and would try setting me up for speaking out and bringing attention to this vile program. This is human torture, mind manipulation, stalking and harassment on levels that nobody should ever be forced to endure especially against the individuals will. I never consented to be experimented on and believe it started because of my Christian beliefs, conservative political views and speaking truth to power. My rights have been stripped and my mind is being kidnapped as in my private thoughts are no longer my own. Ever since I spoke out about COVID and election fraud and after I refused to take the vaccine I began to get targeted under the previous administration somewhere around 2021-2022 and still happening to this day. I am aware of others this is happening to as well. The gang-stalking that was taking place heavy in the first few years on top of the ELF/ULF electronic harassment was torturous. Since the current Trump administration has taken over things have improved some but it is still happening to a lot of us they just switch tactics and get creative. There’s a network of them and these people are sick and they are capable of much. Please end these crimes against humanity by investigating where these attacks are coming from whether it’s a local, state, federal or international level or maybe individuals having access to the technology. When inside a computer store, I experience a disturbing wave like sensation through my head. I also experience headaches when near or passing cell towers. My teenage granddaughter complains of headaches in a classroom full of computers and fluorescent lights.

I don’t have any sort of proof but I developed tinnitus suddenly when 5G technology went public. It literally happened at the same time. There are times that the sound increases like someone is turning up the volume and it causes me to get dizzy from it.
