Since wireless/cellular towers were installed directly at the entrance of our private small road, our family has experienced immediate and severe health declines: * Severe Cardiac Event: Shortly after the installation of the towers, my father suffered a major, unexpected heart attack that required emergency open-heart surgery. * Debilitating Neurological Symptoms: I personally have suffered from chronic, debilitating headaches that began concurrent with the activation of these nearby towers. Before these installations, our household did not experience these acute health crises. Living in close, continuous proximity to these wireless radiation sources has severely disrupted our quality of life, safety, and well-being. Current federal safety guidelines and public health monitoring do not adequately account for real-world, long-term, or close-range cumulative exposures experienced by residents living near small-road and neighborhood installations. I urge HHS and related policymakers to: 1. Acknowledge and investigate real-world health impacts: Incorporate direct public testimony and medical histories from individuals living adjacent to wireless towers into current scientific risk assessments. 2. Re-evaluate proximity standards: Establish stricter buffer zones, setback requirements, and lower exposure limits for residential areas and private roadways. 3. Fund independent research: Prioritize independent, transparent studies looking at the cumulative biological and cardiovascular effects of non-ionizing RF/EMF exposure on vulnerable populations. I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Rafiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of a family member and teacher. In my family, the presence of radiation manifests as chronic fatigue and a higher frequency of minor, distressing health issues—which occur much more often in our apartment, where a Wi-Fi router is located about 3 meters from the areas where we spend most of our time or rest. This contrasts with our health status at our rural home, where we have no router and use only smartphones, which receive a weaker signal (as the cell tower is 6 km away). I suspect that this radiation might be the cause of a drop in my pulse rate—from 62 beats per minute eight years ago to 54–56 today. Furthermore, at the college where I work—which is equipped with Wi-Fi routers—I observe an increased level of irritability among students (who often feel "bothered" for trivial reasons) compared to the classroom environment of 25 years ago. Otherwise, unlike students from 25 years ago, today’s students appear apathetic, their eyes lost as they follow images on their personal smartphones. As a health authority, the HHS must make decisions to ensure that Wi-Fi and telecommunications equipment operate according to new standards that genuinely take into account the health of users. Please provide adequate safety tests. The future of humanity depends on not being harmed by all these frequencies. Thank you

Since 2014, I've had RF sensitivity. Not EMF so much, but I cannot stay near cell phones, walk talkies, wifi or even cordless phones without strong symptoms if exposed for too long. We do not have wifi in our house and have opted out of smart meters. For me, RF exposure feels a lot like motion sickness and causes strong brain fog with nausea and light headedness. I've been using neural re-programming to try to undo this issue as the sensitivity affects my life badly due to having to avoid these situations. I have to drive older cars that have less technology in them. How much longer can I do that for? The neural reprogramming helps. In my case, I have autonomic nervous system disorder. I get migraines. I believe the ANS disorder is the cause of the RF sensitivity.

.I am drowning in 5G and cannot escape it. A huge cell tower is located approximately a quarter of a mile from my home in Kill Devil Hills, NC. It was installed around 2019-20. A small cell tower is located within 2000 feet of my vacation home in Ocean City, MD which was installed in 2019-20. Many other cells are located on water towers and hidden in attics of nearby hotels within short city blocks installed around the same time. I am a 65 year old federal retiree. I was 6’4”, 220 lbs and in perfect health. In 2024 I lost over 60lbs and went to the doctor. I was diagnosed with diabetes and put on Metformin. I continued losing weight and my resting heart rate was >95 bpm at any given time. With no improvement, I went to another doctor shortly after and she informed me that I have hyperthyroidism and was given Methimazole and Propanolol. Thyroid problems are not a part of my family medical history. My health slowly deteriated after the rollout of the cell towers. Other symptoms include: tinnitus, tremors, increased blood pressure, occasional memory/ concentration loss. increased grumpyness/irritability, enlarged thyroid, sleep disruption, frequent leg and hand cramps. In summary, I believe thorough investigation into 5G electomagnetic fields must be studied since it hasn’t been studied since 1996 prior to the increase in electrogmagnetic field output and technological changes. The studies must only be performed by scientist that have no affiliation with the wireless industry or the government. I believe it is damaging on the cellular level and is dangerous to humans and animals. The bats that used to come out every evening in the summer dissappeared around the same period the cell towers were installed. If we could see the electromagnetic fields that they are emitting, I am sure they would be outlawed. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to provide my concern. I pray something is done.

Hello, I would like to very quickly and briefly mention my experience of being electrosensitive. I might not get another chance to do so. Below is a short summary history of my ES / EHS and please see attached a copy of a slightly extended version. Please ignore the sentence on medical reports, thank you. My experience over the years has a lot of similarities to other people when it comes to ES: stigma, isolation, ridicule, scepticism, disbelief… and so on. The most frustrating is a wide belief that it is my mental health and only an imaginary problem. I lost my home of 24½ years at Cove, Aberdeen, Scotland, UK due to the lack of help and understanding of my electro-sensitivity. In 2008 new neighbours brought wireless technology to the building (a block of 4 properties, 2 upper and 2 ground floor maisonettes). This was the first time that such technology was brought to the building and their impact on me was immediate and devastating. The worst main debilitating effect on me is very severe burning pain to my head and scalp that penetrates deep into it (blanket cover). Other burning pain is clusters of very hot burning needles shooting through me at phenomenal lightening speeds with – again – my scalp being the most sensitive area. The very first symptom to appear in June 2008 was a high-pitched whine / whistling emanating from across the central area of my brain. It is very loud, still there, can and does become elevated and it is not tinnitus. I also have other effects on me that I still suffer from. Over the years I have always noticed that whenever there are descriptions of symptoms of electro-sensitivity, only headaches are listed. Not once have I seen listed and described what I’ve mentioned above. Due to the unbearable suffering that I have had to endure (2008 – 2017), I did suffer from headaches from time-to-time because of insomnia with the lack of sleep, brought on by the continuous radiation exposure. To cut a long story short, it all became very messy with conflicts with the neighbours, all areas of my life in free fall and spiralling downwards, me being institutionalised for 7 consecutive weeks without my consent and it was against my will, having to fight off being forced to take toxic medications (anti-psychotic drugs for at least six months), 3 sinister court cases, constant potential homelessness… to name and list just a fraction of it all. My professional career was also completely ruined early on. I enjoyed the work that I did and devastated that it was cruelly taken away from me - and the lost income. Had my finances permitted, I would have attempted to sue the government. The two local politicians that I went to see at different times regarding my plight and suffering, just simply did not want to know about it. Over the years, I have compiled a more detailed summary of my ES and suffering and I’m also putting together a more detailed break down of each area and stages of what happened (separate from the summary). This includes spending £10,000.00 on shielding the property from the neighbours wireless devices' (wi-fi, DECT phones etc) radiation between October 2009 and February 2010. I also have available a number of official medical reports from the hospital professionals (including psychiatrists) that oversaw my case while I was institutionalised. Ever since this happened to me in 2008 it has been like living in a nightmare dream world, except that I am fully awake – and my nightmare journey continues relentlessly with no end in sight. With the lack of help and understanding, it was inevitable that this would happen to me, and it has.

Since 2020 when these towers were put up, I have NEVER had headaches in my entire life. My Mom has a smart meter as well on her house and when I stayed the summer there, you can feel it and the frequency especially at around 11ish PM. I have never been a sick person and I have been more so close in the last 6 years than my entire life. I can feel my body vibrate almost. I’ve got a million pictures of the sky. I am going to attach them. I will watch DVDs and the same frequency clouds are not shown in the films as the apps. I know myself and my body. I’m 51 years old and NEVER had to issues like this in my head and body ache. When this administration started (which I have only voted for) began I believed it would be an end to it. I have been horrified that it got 1,000,000,000 times worse and more frequent. TEAR THEM DOWN & STOP THIS! America is turning into a horror show. ENOUGH! This is the first comment I have ever done directly to our Government in my entire life. It’s horrific I even have to being how hard I fought to get this Administration elected!

You can do a lot with invisible frequencies. You can make me bleed from my ears, leak my body fluids, make me so weak I wonder if I wake up the next day. You can scare me into thinking it's aliens, ghosts. You can forever make me wrong, change my mind, not let me think, process, interpret. You can make me commit crimes, and kill me through the prison system. You can control me. Stop it. Please champion alongside UN document from August 27th(?) as well.
