This information comes from Barbados and directly links RF harassment with induced endocrine issues.
The induced endocrine issues relate to long term health damaging blood sugar levels in Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus. The microwave radiation, concentrated to a location through phased array antenna control overlaid on a publicly licensed cellular telecommunication network or via direct energy weapon/device increases blood sugar levels and forces the victim to live in a diabetic red zone where the complications of diabetes become much more harmful and destructive. This can be combined with poisons added to food which promote toxic neuropathy.
This thus describes a weapon capable of public application.
The submitted graph illustrates this problem in application. The graph presents uncharacteristically detail information on food consumption recorded in grams of carbohydrate and blood sugar levels. The data collection began in response to high blood sugar levels. Data points in green show a trend line where efforts to bring down blood sugar levels were successful. There was an event where a night of intense RF harassment was experienced. Post that event, the data in red shows a trend moving in the opposite direction. Specifically out of control blood sugar, despite unchanged conditions.
The event could have been caused by poison, however, I am targeted and know the difference between being hit by microwave harassment and ingested contaminated food.
I am experienced in being subjected to DEW attack, which is weaponised microwave radiation. I was subjected to soft tissue damage on an ankle that took six months to heal.
I opinion that it is valid to consider this submission even though it comes from Barbados because said country has no substantive rule of law and is overly penetrated with organised crime. The country’s elevated standards of living compared to neighbours is a direct consequence of long term cash flows from scale organised crime. The crooks are armed with weaponry that compromises public health. And it is used or applied.
America has a robust constitution and consequent legal framework that provides for a better level of public protection. It comes with consequences for those who scheme evil. Thinking twice is more frequent. By contrast, they don’t tend to think twice in Barbados, they just do it knowing that through an expansive network of like minded people they will get away with it. Look at what is going on in Barbados and you can better protect your people because Barbados is a place where population controlling implementations are tested and refined. The RF harassment is hosted on the Digicel public telecomms network which has Huawei network infrastructure.
This isn’t a future risk to discuss, it is a live implementation of p9pulation control. The complications of diabetes un-managed kill slowly. If you target endocrine function with the right negative frequency consistently, you induce health issue.
A researched opinion from the Barbados Diabetic Foundation is that potentially a quarter of the population are afflicted yet treatments are oddly dated, and the count of foot amputations is record breaking, as if by design.
I would say to look into the research work of doctor michael levin , and how he is able to grow complex biological microstructures with electrical differentiation patterns inside of the calcium of cells... in the randalsham forest they also did some tests using magnetic fields to interrupt the growth of sales , reverting the cells back to a previous saved point and even heirloom variety seeds revert back to their primitive state under extreme electromagnetic frequencies.

Since 2014 I've had multiple surgeries from Kidney cancer that I now believe is caused from EMF radiation and Smart meters. Actually as far back as 2009 is when they first found a small dot on my left kidney. Then in 2014 from a back doctor that had me get a MRI that showed that spot had grown. I lost my left kidney then and then in 2017 it spread to my right adrenal gland and lost that. Later on it moved to my second rib from the top of my left back side. But has since then been in remission. I lost a foot of my intestine due to a hole that they found in it and think that EMF radiation from cell towers and smart meters ate a hole in it. Also ate a hole in my bladder. I now have to wear a Nephrostomy bag in my back in my right kidney since my ureter is blocked since 2025. When I leave home I feel better since a cell tower is nearby like less than two miles away. and now we've had to be forced take this stupid smart meter that our Electric company says we can't change back to analog. They say I can go off grid, but then we'd not have power. They wont let me change back to analog. I feel sick, dizzy, listless, and run down all the time now. I didn't use to when they didn't have all this EMF and smart meters. I've lost hearing and eye site too. I have to use two hearing aids now that I didn't need to do not long ago. My eye sight is also bad because of EMF, EF, and RF signals and radiation. Wee need to roll this back to 80's levels and change back to analog meters and analog TV... AI also needs to be held accountable it's too dangerous. At least the people who program it do... Please do something that may help me and us and others and regulate EMF and RF and EF and smart meters and HAARP This is also my finding using a Chat bot on audio and this was what it said.

The FCC and EBS Emergency broadcast systems are allowing low frequency and or Ultrasound to be broadcast at levels that only once amplified can be heard and accompany EMF, RF, and EF signals all around the world. The cable companies too.
Get a sound meter hook it up to if possible to coax lines, and test all frequencies for at least the 138 hz that my chat bot said was a predominate signal that should not be in the air or grid. Also test people with like a Heat camera infrared and see the hot spots on people. I can record over the air using a voice recorder in multiple spots at once so it's a universal signal that should not be there and accompanies microwaves and other forms of EMF, EF, and RF and smart meters. I can only hear it in my hearing aids so it means that a EMF, EF, RF, and smart meter, and some sort of radio signals are being sent at low level Frequencies at about the 138hz or so.. IT changes but that's about what it is maybe the carrier wave of this signals...

Please accept my attached public comment, Strengthening Federal Research, Regulation and Public Health Guidance on Radiofrequency Exposure, submitted in response to the Department's Request for Information published September 21, 2026 (91 FR 59792).
My submission examines scientific evidence concerning radiofrequency radiation and human health, including animal carcinogenicity findings, human epidemiology, reproductive and neurological effects, children's exposures, wireless infrastructure, and emerging 5G and 6G technologies.
The comment identifies significant unresolved scientific questions and proposes seven concrete federal actions to strengthen independent research, reassess existing exposure standards, improve public health guidance, and protect potentially vulnerable populations.
I respectfully urge HHS to give these findings and recommendations careful consideration and to use this opportunity to establish a more rigorous, transparent, and precautionary approach to RF exposure and public health.
