Please identify any additional scientific evidence, technical information, data, or recommendations that federal health agencies should consider when evaluating potential adverse health effects associated with RF/EMF radiation exposure. Answer: I have been impacted by what seems to be strong Electromagnetic Fields at home. Some of the symptoms I have experienced are: 1) A special kind of dizziness, 2) constant fatigue, wanting to sleep, 3) inability to make important decisions and generally reduced ability of decision making when exposed. 4) reduced cognitive capability.

I am an individual who has moderate to strong sensitivity to electromagnetic field radiation being emitted by cell phones, 5 g towers, and any large electrical fields. I experience heart irregular rhythms, skin rashes, generalized anxiety and sleep disruption. I ask for immediate research by HHS for short and long term safety studies to be conducted for humans and ecosystem. I ask for new public health policies that control location and installations to be implemented, based on the independent research findings.

Over the past year, I’ve closely observed what I believe to be significant effects associated with electromagnetic frequency (EMF) exposure in my own family, myself, and patients. These have included nausea, flu-like symptoms, changes in bowel habits, sleep disturbances, anxiety, and mood lability. In cases where we implemented mitigation measures, including removal of smart meters and other devices, we observed symptoms lessen or resolve. I believe this deserves far more attention and investigation. We should not dismiss people’s experiences simply because the mechanisms or connections are not yet fully understood. We need more research, better education, and greater transparency about the potential health effects of our increasingly wireless environments.

Dear HHS/ Robert F Kennedy, I have been a victim of Government Weaponization and a Targeted Individual since 2018. I have been hit with Acoustic Weapons in Des Moines IA when I lived at Gateway Lofts. I was Also Hit with a DEW/ Havana Syndrome while I lived at Gateway Lofts and Also Knocked Unconscious with DEWS while I was at an outdoor seating bar in Denver CO. I have been hit with DEWS in the State of IL and my Dog was hit while driving down the interstate outside of Springfield IL. I have been Electrically Shocked by Electricity from Tri Met Train Station in Portland OR. I have been attacked by a Tractor Beam while driving down the interstate out side of Yuma AZ. I have CONSTANTLY suffered damaging health side effects from Rogue Radio Frequencies which not only track Me but TRAFFIC ME from state to state. Side Effects have ranged from passing out, immediate confusion, instant headache pain, Blurry Eye Sight, Extreme Fear, Watching my Pet dog run around in circles from extreme agitation, extreme anxiety in both Myself and My Dog. Health issues with my Pet, odd Sores. Odd tumor like growths. I have Scars on my body neck back of head from laser burns. I habe Suffered Horrible.Microwave Energy Burns to my face, my neck, my hands, my feet especially were badly burned in New Mexico and in Portland OR just in the last 3 years. I have been attacked in at least 11 States. I have suffered being kidnapped 5 times and Robbed more times than I can count. This is due to criminals being able to find Me no matter where I am chased off to. I know that these nasty terroristic events have come from RF coming from Multitudes of Sources. I was Placed on a Terror Watch List by a jealous Neighbor - who did not like my Political Registered Status as a Conservative Independent or as a Liberal Independent. I believe I am a victim of Domestic Terrorism by the Far Left. I believe I am a Victim of Terrorism It is my sincere Hope for all American Citizens not to have their Smart Phone Shock them as Mine did. I have eye damage decreased Vision. I have been through 50 Smart Phones .I had Some that LITERALLY MELTED when I plugged them into charge. I am comcerned Americans will be Stalked and Harrassed using RF ROGUE Frequencies the way I have. This has caused me to make the MOST Unusual and Bizarre Actions in my personal Life. It has RUINED my perfect criminal history that I had prior to being a Targeted Individual. I have Millions in Losses. My Family has had to save Me DOZENS of times- with them being put through complete MISERY wondering why I was making such insane decisions. This Technology nearly drove Me off of two CLIFFS - It has resulted in Countless Physical Assaults against Me in which I was Dismissed as having Mental Illness which was NOT the case prior to getting Targeted. I desperately Urge that You may be able to Find what Frequencies are being used against all Targeted Individuals because it will save Millions more Americans from having to deal with BAD Technology. Stop all wifi towers, stop cell phones, and tell the truth--it is too expensive to protect all of God's creation from unprotected human made energy. You are agreeing to killing plants, animals, humans, all of life. STOP IT FOR GOD'S SAKE!!!

The public deserves full re-examine of this technology that has been implemented into every area of our lives without full and proper and ethical disclosure without special interest involvement. I am not sure if all the satellites orbiting every mile of our airspace without the same careful examination and forced upon all mankind without our consent deserves the same full attention asap!!! I'm very worried about humankinds future and ethical implications!!

I wanted to add this to a comment I have already submitted... This occurred to make earlier today. His hands were definitely clean. Less than 5 minutes before taking these pictures he had washed his hands with dawn detergent. While working on a project he had needed to scrub a metal lock mount with dawn soap so he could attach components to the bare metal surface. While waiting for the piece to fully dry so he could rinse the surface with alcohol, he sat down by his laptop and work area. He had left an omnidrection microphone (pictured) on the desk. He opened the static bag, set it down for a minute or two by his other components and then wanted to see the part number on the component. Using his phone's zoom he looked at the component and noticed the white waxy substance I alluded to in my report as well as some darker substance.

I am 66 years old and have been quadriplegic for 50 years. My RF symptoms encompass all systems in the body: neurological, respiratory, urinary, digestive, and cardiovascular. I was diagnosed by a very well-read medical doctor in 2007 after almost dying from a 900 MHz DECT phone that I was exposed to. Respiratory failure, kidney failure, heart failure, bleeding, inability to even sit up. It's truly a miracle that I survived. I started becoming reactive to wireless frequencies in 2007 when I had a DECT phone installed in my place of business. It took me a long time to figure it out but I finally figured it out. I got rid of the phone and recovered. In 2009 my husband got a wireless Router for his laptop. We didn't know that it was utilizing RF, just like the DECT phone until I started having all my symptoms again. We removed the router and I recovered once again. In 2011 they put a smart meter on my house. Again I had no idea it was the same thing until I got sick with the exact same weird symptoms. We tried to get the meter uninstalled. They wouldn't uninstall it so I joined a class action suit against Oncor in Texas. I was able to have it removed after 2.5 years of litigation but by then I was very ill. I no longer am able to work because of the extreme sensitivity to wireless frequencies. I don't have a cell phone. I don't have wireless routers or wireless anything in my house and I have two shielded rooms: my bedroom and my office. I have to do this because I live in a suburb where everybody has wireless everything and I'm sick if I don't stay secluded. I'm glad to see that RFK Jr. is taking the telecoms on because this is very serious for some of us. What's sad is that Oncor knew in 2011 that this was making people sick. A short story to illustrate how I know this is factually true: After I discovered that the smart meter was what was making me sick again, I thought it was going to be a simple call to my electric company and tell them that I have a diagnosis of EHS, that RF makes me terribly ill, and that I need my analog meter back. They told me no, that they can't do that because it's part of a mesh network, but they would send somebody up from Dallas that "does this sort of thing." When I heard that I thought, "Well they know what's going on with me and they're going to take care of it." What happened couldn't have been further from the truth. My local guy showed up with the guy from Dallas and his technician. The first thing he did was ask where my meter was and he went out there with his laptop, which had a little antenna on it. When he came back in, he asked, "What's on the other side of that wall from the meter?" and I told him, "A bathroom." He said, "Can I go look?" and I said, "Yeah." He took his laptop in there, came back out, and I said, "Is everything okay?" He said, "Yeah. I'm just glad it's not a bedroom." Anyway we were talking and he asked me, "Do you have allergies?" I told him yes, that I had a lot of allergies, and he said, "Yeah we find people that have trouble with radio frequency also have a lot of allergies." He said, "I know this stuff is real." He said "we have people all over Dallas having problems with the smart meters." As they were leaving the Dallas guy said that they would "turn it down" and I was thinking, "Oh that's great, that'll probably help." Unfortunately it did not help, not even a little. In fact I don't even think they did anything at all because their mesh network needed to work. Anyways as they were walking out the door my local guy says, "Well don't we need to go back out there and turn it down?" The technician laughed and he said, "No we can do that from Dallas." Needless to say I suffered unnecessarily for 2.5 years until I was able to get my analog meter back after the lawsuit settled. By that time I had lost my business, my marriage, and my faith in humanity. I believe the telecoms have known this for many, many years and they chose to do it anyways for a buck. Truly despicable.

Live in Lodi, Ohio...have this tower less then 1 mile. Extreme migrains 24/ 7 and increasing dizzy spells with no relief....i have NO WIFI ...so i KNOW this is what is the cause!
