Since the over population of towers during the pandemic, the delirious effects of microwave technology has erroded my physical and mental well-being. I have had a string of adverse events from exposure within 1-2 miles of these RF towers and antenna to the point where I actually have to avoid places I once enjoyed visiting. Nothing has been the same. Everything, everywhere has become so inundated with this technology, that I feel the affects of it even with my phone turned off I see how it degraded and erroded the physical and natural structures around it, which is deeply concerning. I feel the effects of the thermal heating, subcutaneous and neurological impacts and overall disruption in my biological systems when I am near them. The regulations are way behind the times, and our future depends on an rigourous intervention that prevents further harm from all Living things, and the health of all populations regardless of where you live. RF has become overly invasive and we are at a turning point in history. I spent my entire summer with chronic issues due to these recent upgrades in my areas. I suffered through days of profound anxiety, insomnia, exhaustion, depression, heart issues, rashes, headaches, shingles, brain fog and the list goes on. At one point, I even thought I was going to have to move! Please HHS, this has to far... and I think 6G could do devastating harm if the appropriate regulations are not out into place right away. Set back requirements, tower limits, residential restrictions, and hotel accommodations for the sensitive, and non invasive tech in rentals should all be considered. The overload of RF is making us all sick and tired. Thank you for your attention to this and for taking action now.
My life has been turned upside down ever since the 5G mast was installed near my home. From that moment on, I began experiencing serious health problems that I associate with exposure to electromagnetic radiation. My symptoms, including tinnitus, dizziness, heart palpitations, breathlessness, sleep disturbances and concentration problems, have made everyday life increasingly difficult.
Eventually, I felt forced to leave my home and the life I had built. I lost my stability, my belongings, my financial security and the feeling of having a place in this world where I could live in peace. I have been fighting to get my life back, but instead of receiving the understanding and support I desperately need, I have found myself struggling to survive.
I have lost so much: my home, my peace of mind, my health and my sense of security. I am exhausted from constantly having to fight just to keep going. I never wanted this life, and I never imagined I would end up in this situation.
I am still fighting, even when it feels as though everything is slipping away from me. All I want is to recover, to live somewhere I can feel safe, and to rebuild the life I had before everything changed. I want my life back.

My life my sleep is interrupted numerous times each night since smart meters we installed at large all over NY. I live in a bldg with 60 smart meters. I personally opted out and my actual usage is obtainable; but I am continually botherec by EMF that is very intrusive. Compare medication usage, prescriptions written and filled for blood pressure meds and insomnia meds between 2010-2019 and compare to prescription prescribing spending usage 2019-2026.
The increase in prescriptions and diagnoses between two time frames is because almost everyone, almost every household got smart meters installed in 2019 and since then everyone is being woken up at night with blood pressure or arrhythmia symptoms that are triggered by smart meter signals. Smart meters are costing US prescription expenses and expenses for related services needed.
Re Regulations: Smart meter monitoring should not be allowed from 8pm to 8am.
If we want people to be well, we as a society need to shut down electronic energy during the night and get deep restorative sleep.

I have a close relative who 25 years ago, became severely debilitated as a result of electromagnetic exposure. She has struggled for the past 25 years to get well with no success. She is extremely hypersensitive to all types of electromagnetic energy including cell phones, cell towers, wi-fi, and other radio frequency source and lives an extremely restricted life. She has been treated by more than 200 practitioners representing allopathic, complementary, and alternative medicine, but no solutions have been obtained. Besides the human tragedy, we know personally eleven other people who also have electro hypersensitivity and their lives have also been ruined.
We have talked with Dr. Martin Pall, Dr. Magda Havas, and many other prominent researchers in the electromagnetic exposure world and have learned a great deal about the perils of radio frequency exposure including cancer, neuro degenerative disease, autism, Alzheimer’s, autoimmune disorders and many more. We have carefully reviewed all of the literature over the past 25 years including both American and European sources, and have collected abundant evidence of the adverse biological effects of radio frequency exposure. The fact that this evidence exists and has not been widely available to the unsuspecting public is a travesty. We personally know of several people who have died at an early age as a result of radio frequency induced carcinogenesis. These are people who for many years carried a cell phone on particular anatomical locations which later manifested as cancer in the organ adjacent to the location.
Electro hypersensitivity causes a debilitating disability in the context of the contemporary technologically oriented world. This is because it is becoming virtually impossible to escape the harmful effects of radio frequency exposure as the proliferation of cell towers, satellites, wi-fi, and other sources continues to increase exponentially. This corresponds to the largely reported rise in conditions like certain cancers, type II Diabetes, autoimmunity and autism. While there are likely multiple causative factors of these conditions, it is safe to assume that radio frequency exposure is a major contributing factor. Pease see an excellent, well documented book that supports this conclusion titled The Invisible Rainbow by Arthur Firstenberg. Elon Musk’s recent announcement of Starlink direct to cell/mobile transmissions of cell coverage via satellite has terrorized people with this condition because of the massive and ubiquitous radio frequency exposure it will entail. With conventional cell towers, people can choose to live far away from them, but blanket satellite transmissions will likely result in catastrophic outcomes.
The human organism, like all other living organisms, has no evolutionary experience by which to adapt to the preponderance of radio frequency pollution that now exists. With the exception of solar radiation and the effect of the Schumann resonance, there has not been any means by which gradual adaptation to increasing radio frequency levels has been possible. The result is going to be catastrophic and may even reach genocidal proportions.
I am hoping that this welcomed opportunity by government officials to provide a cautionary perspective will result in meaningful change. There are formidable obstacles that prohibit that change including powerful economic, political and regulatory incentives to maintain the status quo. First, it was asbestos, then it was lead paint, then it was cigarette smoking, and now it is radio frequency pollution. Only after many years were the extremely harmful effects of these exposures fully realized. Sadly, these realizations are only retrospective. It is usually only after great damage has been done and millions of people have died that the population and the government wake up. This outcome for the emerging current public health crisis caused by radio frequency pollution can be avoided but it will require great courage. The individuals receiving feedback like this will hopefully have the motivation and ability to change the trajectory of what may likely be the greatest self-imposed tragedy in human history.
A powerful radio frequency device addiction has now captivated the vast majority of the world’s population. Exposure levels are now exponentially greater than even several years ago. Public education and radio frequency regulation, more in line with European standards, combined with empirically sound and unbiased research is urgently needed. An under informed citizenry is likely why there’s been such a low response to this Request for Information.

I have constant RF signals in my house using my GQ EMF-390 I can see these signals are far to high..I also have a very big Wireless interference in my ears this only happened after another RF tower was erected near my house. Re: FCC & HHS call for public comments, and science uploads regarding wireless bio-effects, and in response to the 2021 lawsuit lost by FCC
I am uploading some science and documents along with my comment regarding my ongoing experience of health issues due to FCC failure to regulate manmade electromagnetic fields for biological effects, especially the oxidative stress mechanism.
I recently found a news article about a Town of Berlin Wisconsin family who are unable to refuse a new smart meter from Wisconsin Public Service Corporation (electric) despite concerns and a doctor’s opinion that the man should avoid radiofrequency in his vicinity. “The Christensens are one of 12 WPS customers that refuse new smart meters – now they’re adapting to life without power” first appeared in City Pages (date). The Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel apparently refused to cover it due to a reference to “wireless radiation sickness.”
This echoes my earlier experience in Wisconsin in 2012-2014, where WPSC and Alliant Energy refused to allow an opt out from their gas and electric smart meters. I did not know this was still going on, but it must stop now. State rights should not blot out Americans with Disabilities needs nor health provider constitutional thought freedom – in matters controlling your home/school environment.
People during Pres. Obama’s time in other states were able to opt out of transmitting meters, but in my state the Public Service Commission fought tooth and nail to prevent anyone from doing so. They used every detail possible, excluding utilities from any ADA requirements. My long-time high level reputable medical provider letter was ignored and countered with a traditional medical industry (unelected) organization’s opinion. For justice and awareness I am attaching their refusal document to show what they put people through.
My 2014 letter to the US DOJ went unanswered despite my calls for months. I am attaching this, as well, in hopes to protect coming generations from this kind of injustice. I finally moved, though utility transmitter constant exposure issues continue for everyone. The oxidative effects are not immediately registered by everyone, but the additive, cumulative bio-impacts are supported by many studies showing mechanisms inhibiting normal cellular functions.
Oxidative stress is recognized as a cause for numerous symptoms and impacts on inflammatory conditions and diseases by specialists/scientists. Ongoing science continues to point to oxidative stress as one effect of low level pulsed microwave radiation. Please view the sample of such science attached.
Oxidative stress is an important problem affecting health. The Mayo Clinic recognizes that “chronic inflammation can be caused/affected by “…exposure to environmental triggers such as pollution.” (attached)
Citizens continue to be stuck at the mercy of the utility lobby in their state. This injustice must end. FCC and HHS need to create federal rules to enforce ADA opt outs at the bare minimum. It must insure DOJ pathways to accommodation do not drag out for months. Our medical freedom should include respecting our own doctors’ recognition of electromagnetic effects and risks, not be pitted against some unelected big medicine organization or club.
Another corrective action is for FCC, HHS (and FDA) to admit THEY HAVE NOT PROVEN BIOLOGICAL IMPACTS CANNOT OR DO NOT OCCUR. To support consumer choice and innovation, FCC should actively promote alternative connections, including fiber to premises with innovative indoors FIBER PORTS, and Li-Fi connectivity, which does not blanket whole areas with transmissions or exposures.
Please review the science, and insure that the disability laws apply to utilities and all industries that create similar emissions.
